Description

[0001] The present invention relates to an assembly module for a waste disposal facility of the raised platform type, allowing for the integration of photovoltaic energy recovery and rainwater harvesting. The invention further relates to an installation and a method based on such an assembly module.

[0002] Regulations generally require local authorities to provide door-to-door collection points for bulky, non-containerized waste. Therefore, local authorities often use large-capacity drop-off centers, known in France as "déchèteries" (waste collection centers). These centers typically include a raised platform equipped with ramps that allow collection skips to be positioned below the platform. This enables users to sort their bulky waste by emptying it into the appropriate skips for each type of waste. This also facilitates the delivery and removal of the collection skips by trucks operating at ground level.

[0003] Unfortunately, the rapid evolution of urbanized areas makes it difficult to anticipate long-term needs, find suitable land, and determine the opportune time to set up waste disposal facilities.

[0004] Furthermore, the neighborhood of waste disposal facilities is often opposed to their establishment, citing the significant occupation of land, with an ecological impact particularly on the ecosystem and biodiversity, as well as noise pollution.

[0005] Therefore, scalable or even relocatable waste disposal facilities are generally highly valued. To this end, modular installations have been proposed, for example, in patent FR2706791B1. Indeed, they allow for the rapid establishment of a waste disposal facility, minimizing the need for various construction trades, and enabling its expansion over time at a lower cost, or even its relocation if necessary.

[0006] For many years the use of photovoltaic electrical energy recovery has been growing rapidly; thus a very large number of roofs, both private and public, are equipped with this type of recovery, and we also see large areas of sensors being developed on isolated land in immense solar fields.

[0007] Nevertheless, strict regulatory rules govern and limit the development of these infrastructures, for example to prevent them from encroaching on arable land intended for food crops, or from being located too close to heavily urbanized areas.

[0008] Waste disposal sites, for reasons related to the nuisances mentioned previously, are themselves generally located on plots not dedicated to crops, and generally relatively far from dwellings, but on the other hand have a good quality accessibility infrastructure, and well-trained management staff.

[0009] The scarcity of water resources across the planet has become undeniable. This has led governments to encourage water conservation and promote rainwater harvesting techniques, particularly to save water resources for uses such as irrigation or cleaning facilities.

[0010] However, waste disposal sites generally benefit from landscaping designed to better integrate them into the surrounding environment, which sometimes involves large areas with vegetation requiring irrigation. Furthermore, given the large quantities of waste they receive, site operation necessitates regular cleaning of the facilities to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for visitors and staff.

[0011] During operation, waste disposal site staff are present at several stations to welcome the public and perform checks and inspections. This work requires walking and standing for extended periods. Unfortunately, in strong sunlight, the work of waste disposal site staff becomes significantly more strenuous due to the sun exposure combined with the physical strain on their muscles.

[0012] A primary objective is to significantly improve the ecological impact of the waste disposal facility by adding energy and rainwater harvesting functionalities.

[0013] A second objective is to integrate into the very structure of a waste disposal facility elements, load-bearing elements and photovoltaic energy capture and rainwater collection surfaces, while remaining within the overall design of the facility, and without resorting to pillars or load-bearing elements external to the quay which would hinder, in particular, the handling of waste skips.

[0014] A third objective of the present invention is to limit the arduousness of the work of waste disposal site staff on a modular type waste disposal site installation.

[0015] To achieve these objectives, the invention proposes an assembly module for a waste collection center installation. This assembly module comprises a raised platform structure, regardless of its constituent material, and assembly means configured to allow the assembly of several modules to form a waste collection center installation. The resulting waste collection center installation is fully integrated and possesses high structural inertia.

[0016] According to one aspect, said assembly module comprises a shade structure mounted on one or more pillars attached to the platform structure, and the shade structure comprises one or more photovoltaic panels combined with an electrical installation to recover electrical energy via photovoltaics, and / or one or more water recovery systems to collect rainwater or cleaning water running off the shade structure, and the assembly means are configured to form a rigid assembly of modules, resistant to the effects of wind stresses on the shade structure. In particular, the assembled modules constitute a rigid platform with high inertia.

[0017] Advantageously, the shade structure allows for shaded areas and thus limits the strain on waste disposal staff at a modular waste disposal facility during periods of strong sunlight, while improving user comfort, and outside, protecting certain waste stored in skips from rain.

[0018] Furthermore, the assembly of said modules including the shade structure allows for easy assembly and full compatibility with the rest of the waste disposal installation elements, thus constituting a solid assembly with high inertia, capable of providing very strong stability resistant to the forces emanating from wind stresses on the shade structures.

[0019] Thus, photovoltaic panels and rainwater harvesting significantly improve the ecological impact of the waste disposal facility initially dedicated solely to the selective sorting of bulky waste.

[0020] According to other aspects taken individually or combined according to all technically feasible combinations: the pillars are in the form of hollow profiles, or H-shaped; and / or the raised platform structure comprises metal hollow profiles; and / or the shade structure is configured to slide along the pillars, the assembly module comprising a lifting mechanism for the shade structure; and / or the assembly module has two pillars and the shade structure is arranged in two panels located on either side of a central channel serving as a gutter, to which they are fixed, which channel longitudinally connects the two pillars, and slides vertically along the pillars, one of the panels covering the platform structure, the other covering a section of the underside receiving a skip, and preferably for certain shade structures, located at an angle, one of the panels has a smaller dimension and surface area avoiding overlap with the panel opposite the nearest other shade structure;and / or the shade structure is configured to be arranged obliquely with respect to the horizontal and to said one or more pillars, the assembly module comprising a mounting plate fixed to the shade structure at said one or more pillars, and at least one retaining cable fixed to the mounting plate and to at least one end of the shade structure; and / or the water recovery means comprise one or said gutter at the center of the shade structure, associated with at least one downpipe for recovery; and / or the assembly module comprises lighting means mounted on the shade structure.

[0021] The invention further relates to a waste disposal installation assembly kit, comprising assembly modules including at least one assembly module according to the invention, configured to be assembled with at least one other assembly module of the same type and / or at least one other assembly module of a different type.

[0022] Another object of the invention relates to a waste disposal facility comprising assembly modules including at least one assembly module according to the invention, assembled with at least one other assembly module of the same type and / or at least one other assembly module of a different type.

[0023] The invention further relates to a method of assembling a waste disposal facility, comprising assembly steps of at least one assembly module according to the invention, with at least one other assembly module of the same type and / or at least one other assembly module of a different type.

[0024] The invention will be further detailed by describing non-limiting embodiments, based on the attached figures, among which: [ Fig.1 ] there figure 1 schematically illustrates a three-dimensional view of an assembly module according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, illustrating the top of said module; Fig.2 ] there figure 2 schematically illustrates a close-up view of the assembly module of the figure 1 ; Fig.3 ] there figure 3 schematically illustrates a view similar to that of the figure 1 illustrating one side of said assembly module; [ Fig.4 ] there figure 4 schematically illustrates a lowering of a shade structure in a variant of the assembly module according to the invention; [ Fig.5 ] there figure 5 schematically illustrates another view in space of the variant of the figure 4 ; Fig.6 ] there figure 6 schematically illustrates a first variant of the lifting motor for the assembly module of the figures 4 And 5 ; [ Fig.7 ] there figure 7 schematically illustrates a second variant of the lifting motor for the assembly module of the figures 4 And 5 ; [ Fig.8 ] there figure 8 schematically illustrates details of a lifting mechanism for an assembly module according to the figures 4 And 5 ; [ Fig.9 ] there figure 9 schematically illustrates details of a water recovery system for an assembly module according to the invention; [ Fig.10 ] there figure 10 illustrates a three-dimensional view of a first assembly section of several modular components to form the waste disposal facility according to the invention; Fig.11 ] there figure 11 illustrates a three-dimensional view of a second assembly part of several assembly modules to form the waste disposal facility according to the invention; [ Fig.12 ] there figure 12 illustrates a spatial view of a waste disposal facility comprising, in particular, several assembly modules according to the invention; and [ Fig.13 ] there figure 13 schematically illustrates details of shade structure avoiding partial angled overlap of an installation.

[0025] The invention relates to an M1 assembly module for a waste disposal facility of the raised platform type.

[0026] The M1 assembly module includes a raised PF platform structure, similar to platforms commonly used in this field. The PF platform structure preferably has a prismatic shape with a polygonal base, in particular a cubic shape or, more preferably, a parallelepiped shape as illustrated in the figures.

[0027] The M1 assembly module also includes assembly means configured to allow the assembly of several assembly modules together to form a waste disposal facility. Assembly means are defined as any element of the module that allows mechanical attachment to another module of the same type, i.e., another M1 assembly module; and / or to another assembly module of a different type, such as the M2 and M3 assembly modules illustrated in figures 10 à 12 .

[0028] In particular, the M1 assembly module comprises hollow profiles, for example metallic, forming assembly means, notably by fastening through the hollow profiles. The M1 assembly modules can be fastened by pre-drilled holes in the profiles and / or by drilling through the profiles.

[0029] More generally, the structure of the raised PF platform incorporates hollow metal profiles. Arms, or tie rods, for example, can be defined as horizontal (BH), vertical (BV), and oblique (BO) metal profiles, forming a framework for the PF platform structure. figure 10 illustrates examples of assemblies of such hollow profiles of PF platform structures to form this reinforcement.

[0030] A flat support section, intended for vehicle movement and user traffic, can be mounted on the aforementioned frame to form the platform as such.

[0031] A frame made of profiles is preferred, but a platform structure made of any material, such as concrete, can be considered provided it includes pillars or means of anchoring these pillars that are integral to the rest of the structure. French patent application FR2865666 proposes a modular platform based on concrete modules that can also serve as a platform structure within the scope of the invention.

[0032] According to the invention, the assembly module M1 comprises a shade structure O1 mounted on one or more pillars P attached to the platform structure PF. Preferably, there are two pillars P close to the lateral ends of the assembly module M1.

[0033] In addition, the O1 shade structure may include one or more PV photovoltaic panels associated with an AE electrical installation detailed below.

[0034] Alternatively or in combination, the shade structure O1 may include one or more gravity-fed water collection means (G) for collecting water from the shade structure O1. These means collect water that has fallen on the shade structure O1, including rainwater or cleaning water. These collection means will be detailed below.

[0035] Advantageously, the O1 shade structure allows for shaded areas on the PF platform, thus limiting the strain on waste disposal staff on the PF platforms of a modular type waste disposal facility during periods of strong sunlight, while improving user comfort, and also protecting outside the platform certain waste deposited in skips, which is sensitive to damage caused by rainwater.

[0036] Furthermore, the assembly of M1 modules, including the O1 shade structure, allows for easy assembly and full compatibility with the other M2 or M3 elements of the waste disposal facility, thus creating a cohesive unit with high inertia, capable of providing very strong stability that compensates for the effects of wind loads on the shade structures. This stability is linked to the components of the M1, M2, and M3 modules and the PF platform structure, and their fixings. The implementation of such stability does not require further detail given the current state of knowledge in the field of construction of this type of structure.

[0037] In particular, PV photovoltaic panels and rainwater harvesting significantly improve the ecological impact of the waste disposal facility, since energy can be used on site or transmitted into an electrical network for the neighborhood, and rainwater can be used for cleaning or watering.

[0038] In the invention, as in the preferred embodiment, the pillars P are an integral part of the platform structure PF. For example, they are integrated into the framework forming the platform structure PF. Thus, they form uprights that constitute the platform structure PF. This ensures good cohesion of the assembly module M1, giving the assembled unit high inertia, capable of providing very strong stability that compensates for the effects of wind loads on the shade structures, and allows for the rapid assembly of the shade structure O1, limiting the need for other building and public works trades to install the shade structure O1. In particular, the pillars P are integrated into the overall design of the waste disposal site platform, without any pillars extending onto the surrounding roadway. This avoids any recourse to external road and utility networks (VRD), in particular the installation of pillars and supports outside the quay footprint, and therefore does not interfere with the removal of BC skips.

[0039] Preferably, the P-pillars are in the form of hollow profiles, most often made of metal. This allows them to be easily integrated into the platform structure and provides both strength and lightness during assembly.

[0040] The pillars P support the shade structure O1. The shade structure O1 preferably has a polygonal shape, for example square or preferably rectangular as illustrated in the figures.

[0041] In the preferred variant, the O1 shade structure is arranged in two sections bolted together on either side of a central piece forming a chute (G). The assembly is located on either side of the pillar P. The first section covers the platform structure PF, while the second section covers an edge of the platform structure PF and a substructure section CB that receives a skip BC. Specifically, the second section completely covers the skip BC when it is in the substructure section CB. Advantageously, the shade structure also protects the contents of the collection skips BC from water runoff or strong sunlight that could damage recyclable materials, such as cardboard or electronic components.

[0042] Thus, each section of the shade structure O1 is angled so as to form a funnel-shaped structure towards the pillars P.

[0043] Preferably, the shade structure O1 is configured to be positioned obliquely with respect to the horizontal and with respect to said pillar P. For this purpose, the assembly module M1 preferably includes a mounting plate PM attached to the shade structure O1 at said pillar P, specifically in the middle of the shade structure O1. Furthermore, support cables, in particular CM support cables, are attached to the mounting plate PM and to the four ends of the shade structure O1. The CM support cables can provide greater weather resistance, for example in cyclone-prone areas, or compensate for overloads caused, for example, by snow.

[0044] The O1 shade structure can also include hollow profiles, particularly at the lateral ends. These profiles are easily mounted on the P pillars.

[0045] In one particular aspect, the O1 shade structure is configured to slide, specifically vertically, along the P pillars between a high position towards the upper end of the P pillars, and a low position towards the PF platform structure, more specifically against the PF platform structure. Advantageously, this allows the O1 shade structure to be lowered to mount the PV photovoltaic panels and electrical connections at platform height, and then raised to secure it towards the upper end of the P pillars.

[0046] In particular, the O1 shade structure is assembled on site by first positioning the central piece constituting the gutter G between the pillars P, then laterally bolting two external support frames to it, then fixing the CM support cables, and finally installing the PV photovoltaic panels.

[0047] In the preferred variant, the assembly module M1 includes a lifting mechanism for the shade structure O1. Preferably, the lifting mechanism comprises at least one lifting pulley PL, at least one lifting cable CL, and at least one actuation means ML, which is preferably a removable or fixed lifting motor. In the illustrated variant, two synchronized stepper motors are provided near the two ends of the upper platform, at the base of the pillars P, to allow for perfect horizontal lifting of the shade structure O1 without oblique jamming during ascent. The two synchronized ML motors are illustrated in the figure 11 .

[0048] At least one lifting pulley PL can be arranged towards an upper end of the pillar P, and cooperate with the lifting cable CL and the actuation means ML. The actuation motors can be engaged at least to lift the shade structure O1.

[0049] In one variant, the actuation motors are each protected in a BP protective housing that can be screened. Such a protective housing is illustrated in figure 7 .

[0050] In the preferred variant, the O1 shade structure, once raised, is fixed in the raised position. A known fastening method can be used. A fixing bracket with a protrusion cooperating with the hole illustrated in figure 8 on the shade structure O1 opposite pillar P.

[0051] According to another aspect, the water recovery means include a gutter G associated with at least one downpipe CR. The gutter G is specifically located at the center of the shade structure O1, between the funnel-shaped louvers and between the pillars P. In the preferred variant, the gutter G forms a frame with the pillars P.

[0052] Preferably, at least one pier pipe (not shown) runs through at least one of the piers P and terminates in the recovery pipe CR. The recovery pipe CR can be connected to a storage tank CS. Advantageously, a large number of interconnected storage tanks can be located under the waste disposal platform, or a large-volume storage tank house can receive the water from all the shade structures.

[0053] Preferably, the gutter G is formed by folding a thick metal piece from the O1 shade structure. This mounting piece has sufficient mechanical strength to ensure good cohesion of the O1 shade structure.

[0054] The other pillar P can be traversed by electrical cables connecting the photovoltaic PV panels to an electrical cabinet AE preferably located under one of the assembly modules M1. Separating the electrical cables from the downpipes of rainwater from the pillar helps to limit the risk of electrical failure.

[0055] In a preferred (not shown) variant, the assembly module includes lighting means mounted on the shade structure O1. These lighting means illuminate the waste disposal site and the platform. Specifically, they consist of at least one LED neon light positioned substantially inside the shade structure O1, on one of its undersides, for example, above the loading platform, to illuminate the platform. Alternatively, or preferably in addition to this, at least one spotlight, for example, an LED spotlight, positioned towards the periphery of the shade structure O1, for example, to illuminate the waste disposal site.

[0056] Advantageously, this avoids the need for electrical poles around the perimeter of the waste disposal site, which would require burying an electrical network in conduits under the road. Instead, these lighting systems can be connected to the waste disposal site's electrical system via the AE electrical cabinet. This results in significant savings on infrastructure and utilities.

[0057] Several M1 assembly modules can be used with a common AE electrical cabinet. The same applies to the CS storage tank.

[0058] Once the M1 assembly modules are fixed together, certain O1 shade structures will have angled installations to prevent overlapping, which would prevent one of the shade structures from sliding on the P pillar. This can be illustrated by the figures 12 And 13Thus, a second shade structure, O2, can be designed, similar to the O1 structures described previously, but with its photovoltaic (PV) panels covering the entire surface area only on the externally exposed parts. The second shade structure, O2, has a reduced panel area on the interior, preventing the two surfaces from overlapping and ensuring the shade structure is not hindered in its erection.

[0059] The invention further relates to a waste disposal installation assembly kit, comprising at least one assembly module M1 as described above. The assembly module M1 is configured to be assembled with at least one other assembly module of the same type M1 and / or at least one other assembly module of a different type M2, M3, as illustrated in figures 10 à 12 These assembly modules of different types, M2 and M3, are similar in their platform structure PF, but they do not include a shade structure O1 or load-bearing pillars P. figures 11 et 12 illustrate the assembly of modules M1, M2, but an assembly of this type also applies to module M3. Module M3 has a structure similar to the PF platform structure, but in the form of a ramp to access the raised platform.

[0060] The invention further relates to a waste disposal facility comprising at least one assembly module M1 as described above, assembled with at least one other assembly module of the same type M1 and / or at least one other assembly module of a different type M2, M3.

[0061] Another object of the invention relates to a method of assembling a waste disposal facility, comprising assembly steps of at least one assembly module M1 as described above, with at least one other assembly module of the same type M1 and / or at least one other assembly module of a different type M2, M3.

[0062] In particular, the assembly process includes a step to provide or supply at least one assembly module M1 as described above and preferably at least one module of a different type M2, M3 according to the installation plan considered.

[0063] The process further includes a step to assemble the assembly modules M1, M2, M3, then a step to longitudinally integrate the folded piece constituting the gutter G between the two pillars P and fix it by a flange not shown around each of the pillars P, then a step to assemble the two flaps, at the height of the platform PF, by bolting them onto the piece constituting the gutter G, along its two lengths, each of the two flaps constituting support frames for the photovoltaic PV sensors, the assembly constituting the canopies 01 and 02, then a step to mount the photovoltaic PV panels and the necessary cables; then a step to raise the canopy structures O1, O2; and finally a step to fix the canopy structures O1, O2 in the raised position.

[0064] More generally, the process involves implementation steps for the various elements described above.

[0065] The advantages outlined above apply mutatis mutandis.
