Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a vibrating puff cleanser, more particularly to a vibrating puff cleanser that is capable of allowing, when a puff fixedly seated onto a protruding detachable portion formed on a lower body of a vibration head part of a body thereof through a ring body made of a metal material is contaminated, the ring body coupled to the protruding detachable portion of the lower body to be easily separated from the lower body, thereby conveniently exchanging the contaminated puff with new one.[Background Art]
[0002] As people's desire to pursue beauty and their outing and social activities have increased, most women are more concerned with face cleansing to prevent skin troubles and pigmentation from occurring on their face due to their makeup and keep their skin healthy, and generally, soap or cleansers are used to cleanse and wash the face.
[0003] A multiplicity of pores are formed in the face, and accordingly, it is actually difficult to clearly remove waste or dead skin cells existing in the pores just through general face cleansing.
[0004] In specific, sebum, foreign substances, and the like accumulated in the pores of the face promote blackheads and skin troubles, thereby causing bad outer appearances. Recently, a pore cleansing machine with a rotary brush has been in the limelight among a variety of machines capable of solving such problems and enhancing conveniences of uses, and further, a market related to the pore cleansing machine has been also expanded.
[0005] A conventional technology for face cleansing is disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-1823290 (Issued on January 23, 2018) entitled "Vibrating pore cleanser having ultraviolet sterilization function".
[0006] The conventional vibrating pore cleanser having an ultraviolet sterilization function includes: a handle having a motor and a battery built therein; a body coupled to one end of the handle and having a brush rotatably vibrating through the motor; and a cradle detachably coupled to the body so that when coupled to the body, the cradle is electrically connected to the battery to charge the battery and irradiates ultraviolet light onto the brush to sterilize the brush, wherein the end surface of the brush, which is formed by fine hairs, has a cross-shaped groove in such a way that the lengths of the fine hairs on the portion corresponding to the cross-shaped groove are shorter than those on the remaining portion thereof.
[0007] According to the conventional vibrating pore cleanser having the ultraviolet sterilization function, the brush of the body is sterilized through the ultraviolet light and thus dried through heat pipes disposed in the body, so that through the rotations and vibrations of the brush, the pores of the skin are cleansed. However, if the brush comes into direct contact with the skin and thus cleanses the pores of the skin for long hours, the brush itself may be contaminated with the foreign substances produced from the skin, so that the foreign substances have to be removed directly from the brush by a user, thereby causing many inconveniences of use.[Prior Art Literature][Patent Literature]

[0029] Now, a vibrating puff cleanser according to the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to FIGs. 1 to 15.
[0030] The vibrating puff cleanser according to the present invention includes a body 30, top coupling means 40, a lower body 50, underside coupling means 60, a ring body 70, a puff 70a, and detachable means 80.
[0031] The body 30 includes a head 10a and a handle 10b in which a vibrator a vibrated by a motor m and a battery b are built.
[0032] In specific, a vibration head 20 as will be discussed later is coupled to one end of the head 10a, and the motor m and the vibrator a are built in the handle 10a.
[0033] Further, the motor m operates with the power received from the battery b, and the vibrator a, which is connected to the motor m operating, generates a vibration force.
[0034] The vibrator a generating the vibration force is coupled to the vibration head 20, and accordingly, the vibration force of the vibrator a is transferred to the vibration head 20, so that the vibration head 20 vibrates.
[0035] Further, the battery b is rechargeable and thus has a rechargeable terminal b1 connected thereto.
[0036] The rechargeable terminal b1 may be connected to a general smartphone charger.
[0037] The vibration head 20, which includes the lower body 50, the puff 70a, and the ring body 70, is coupled to one end of the head 10a and thus vibrated by the vibrator a.
[0038] The vibration head 20, which is coupled to the head 10a, receives the vibration force from the vibrator a and thus vibrates.
[0039] Further, the underside of the vibration head 20 is coupled to a coupling groove c formed on one end of the head 10a, so that the vibration head 20 is coupled to and separated from the coupling groove c.
[0040] In specific, a first ring-shaped support wall c1 is formed on one end of the head 10a, and accordingly, the underside of the vibration head 20 is coupled to the coupling groove c formed inside the first ring-shaped support wall c1 on one end of the head 10a, so that the vibration head 20 vibrating through the vibrator a is coupled to the head 10a.
[0041] When the head 10a and the vibration head 20 are coupled to each other, the outer periphery of the first ring-shaped support wall c1 is coupled to the inner periphery of a second ring-shaped support wall c2 formed on the underside of the lower body 50.
[0042] The lower body 50 has the second ring-shaped support wall c2 formed on the underside thereof.
[0043] The inner periphery of the second ring-shaped support wall c2 is thus coupled to the outer periphery of the first ring-shaped support wall c1.
[0044] A coupling groove portion 21a is formed inside the second ring-shaped support wall c2 and has a coupling hole d formed at the center thereof.
[0045] The coupling hole d is connected to a vibration transfer shaft s exposed from the center of a coupling protruding portion 21b protruding upward from the center of the coupling groove c.
[0046] Further, the lower body 50 has a protruding detachable portion 21c protruding from top thereof.
[0047] Furthermore, the lower body 50 has the top coupling means 40 arranged in a shape of a ring on the outside from the coupling hole d.
[0048] The lower body 50 includes a top lower body 51 and an underside lower body 52.
[0049] The top lower body 51 has a central protrusion 51a protruding from the center of one side thereof and having a key 51b.
[0050] Further, the top lower body 51 has the protruding detachable portion 21c protruding from the other side thereof.
[0051] The top lower body 51 has a circular insertion protrusion 51c spaced apart from the central protrusion 51a by a given distance, a plurality of magnet coupling grooves 51d formed along the circumference thereof to couple magnets 53 thereto, and a coupling protrusion 51e stepped from the magnet coupling grooves 51d.
[0052] Further, the underside lower body 52 has a central protruding groove 52a formed at the center of the inner surface coupled to the top lower body 51 and having a key groove 52b formed thereon, an insertion protrusion 52c distant from the central protrusion 52a by a given distance, a plurality of magnet coupling grooves 52d formed along the circumference thereof to couple the magnets 53 thereto, and a coupling protrusion 52e formed along the circumference thereof and stepped with the plurality of magnet coupling grooves 52d, and the top coupling means 40 are disposed on top of the underside lower body 52.
[0053] If it is desired that the top lower body 51 and the underside lower body 52 are coupled to each other, first, the magnets 53 are insertedly fixed to the magnet coupling grooves 52d, and the key 51b corresponds to the key hole 52b to insert the central protrusion 51a with the key 51b of the top lower body 51 into the central protrusion 52a with the key hole 52b of the underside lower body 52, so that the insertion protrusion 51c of the top lower body 51 is inserted into the coupling protrusion 52e of the underside lower body 52 and the coupling protrusion 52e of the underside lower body 52 is coupled to the coupling protrusion 51e formed on the circumference of the top lower body 51, thereby firmly coupling the top lower body 51 and the underside lower body 52 to each other.
[0054] Further, the outer periphery of the first ring-shaped support wall c1 and the underside coupling means 60 are detachably coupled to the inner periphery of the second ring-shaped support wall c2 of the underside lower body 52 and the top coupling means 40.
[0055] Furthermore, the top coupling means 40 are arranged in the shape of a ring on the outside from the coupling hole d.
[0056] The top coupling means 40 are coupled to the underside coupling means 60 of the head 10a of the body 30.
[0057] In specific, the top coupling means 40 are detachably coupled to the underside coupling means 60 disposed on the lower outer periphery of the coupling protruding portion 21b protruding upward from the center of the coupling groove c.
[0058] The top coupling means 40 have first and second coupling members i1 and i2 each having a coupling projection i formed on the outside thereof.
[0059] The underside coupling means 60 have a plurality of coupling holes j formed on top of the coupling groove c as the underside of the lower outer periphery of the coupling protruding portion 21b to insert the first and second coupling members i1 and i2 thereinto.
[0060] Further, the coupling projections i of the first and second coupling members i1 and i2 are inserted into both sides of each coupling hole j and next locked onto the underside of the coupling hole j.
[0061] Moreover, the top coupling means 40 include a plurality of auxiliary coupling members k each disposed vertically between the first and second coupling members i1 and i2 adjacent to each other.
[0062] Further, the underside coupling means 60 have auxiliary outside coupling members n disposed on the outer periphery of the coupling protruding portion 21b, and each auxiliary outside coupling member n is located between the coupling holes j adjacent thereto and thus coupledly inserted between the auxiliary coupling members k adjacent thereto.
[0063] The reason why the underside coupling means 60 have the coupling holes j and the auxiliary outside coupling members n and the top coupling means 40 have the first and second coupling members i1 and i2 and the auxiliary coupling members k is because the underside coupling means 60 having the coupling holes j and the auxiliary outside coupling members n are stably coupled to the top coupling means 40 having the first and second coupling members i1 and i2 and the auxiliary coupling members k so that the coupling protruding portion 21b of the head 10a is stably kept to a coupled state to the coupling groove portion 21a, without any movement, and if necessary, the coupling protruding portion 21b of the head 10a is easily separated from the coupling groove portion 21a.
[0064] The puff 70a is disposed on top of the coupling protruding portion 21b and then fitted to the inner periphery of a coupling hole 71 of the ring body 70 as will be discussed later, so that the puff 70a is coupled to the outer periphery of the protruding detachable portion 21c. The ring body 70 is easily detachably coupled to the protruding detachable portion 21c by means of the detachable means 80 having the magnets 53 disposed on the vibration head 20.
[0065] Accordingly, the puff 70a is disposable so that if the puff 70a is contaminated by the skin, the ring body 70 is easily and quickly separated from the protruding detachable portion 21c, and after a new puff 70a is located on top of the protruding detachable portion 21c, next, the ring body 70 is easily and quickly coupled to the protruding detachable portion 21c. Accordingly, the puff 70a can be exchanged with new one in convenient and simple manners.
[0066] The puff 70a is made of cotton, sponge, NBR foam, rubycell sponge, polyester, nylon, latex, polyurethane, NBR, a flocking material, and the like.
[0067] The ring body 70 has the coupling hole 71 whose inner periphery is coupled to the outer periphery of the protruding detachable portion 21c after the puff 70a has been seated onto top of the protruding detachable portion 21c.
[0068] The ring body 70 has a metal ring g inserted into the inner periphery thereof.
[0069] In a process of molding the ring body 70 by a mold, the metal ring g is pre-inserted into the mold before the molding, and next, the ring body 70 is made by means of insert injection molding.
[0070] Further, the underside of the metal ring g is exposed to the underside of the ring body 70 and easily detachable to the magnets 53 of the detachable means 80.
[0071] In addition, the metal ring g is seated onto the inner periphery of a ring-shaped seating groove g1 formed inside the ring body 70.
[0072] Accordingly, the underside of the metal ring g is exposed to the underside of the ring-shaped seating groove g1 and easily detachable to the magnets 53 of the detachable means 80.
[0073] Further, the ring body 70 has a coupling insertion groove e1 formed on the inner periphery of the coupling hole 71, and the top lower body 51 of the lower body 50 has a coupling protrusion e2 formed on the outer periphery of the protruding detachable portion 21c and thus coupled to the coupling insertion groove e1.
[0074] The reason why the ring body 70 has the coupling insertion groove e1 formed on the inner periphery of the coupling hole 71 and the top lower body 51 of the lower body 50 has the coupling protrusion e2 formed on the outer periphery of the protruding detachable portion 21c and thus coupled to the coupling insertion groove e1 is because the coupling protrusion e2 formed on the outer periphery of the protruding detachable portion 21c is stably coupled to the coupling insertion groove e1 formed on the inner periphery of the coupling hole 71 of the ring body 70 so that the inner periphery of the coupling hole 71 of the ring body 70 is coupled to the outer periphery of the protruding detachable portion 21c, without any movement, and accordingly, the puff 70a coupled between the coupling hole 71 of the ring body 70 and the protruding detachable portion 21c is stably fixed to top of the protruding detachable portion 21c and comes into contact with the user's skin, thereby being prevented from escaping from top of the protruding detachable portion 21c while being moved by vibrations.
[0075] Further, the ring body 70 has a plurality of grasping grooves z formed on the outer periphery thereof.
[0076] The reason why the plurality of grasping grooves z are formed on the outer periphery of the ring body 70 is because the user's fingers are easily inserted into the grasping grooves z to allow the ring body 70 to be easily detachably coupled to the protruding detachable portion 21c.
[0077] The detachable means 80 are disposed on the outer periphery of the lower body 50 and detachably coupled to the metal ring g disposed inside the ring body 70.
[0078] Further, the detachable means 80 have the plurality of magnet coupling grooves 51d formed on the underside of the lower body 50.
[0079] The magnets 53 are inserted into the magnet coupling grooves 51d and thus detachably coupled to the metal ring g disposed inside the ring body 70.
[0080] Further, the magnets 53 desirably have a magnetic field intensity with 2500 to 3500 gauss.
[0081] Accordingly, the reason why the magnets 53 have a magnetic field intensity with 2500 to 3500 gauss is because the magnetic force of the magnets 53 is kept to 2500 to 3500 gauss so that the ring body 70 made of the metal material is easily quickly detachably coupled to the outer periphery of the protruding detachable portion 21c of the lower body 50.
[0082] In specific, the magnetic force is generated from the magnets 53 of the lower body 50 to allow the ring body 70 with the metal ring g to be easily quickly detachably coupled to the outer periphery of the protruding detachable portion 21c of the lower body 50, so that the puff 70a, which is coupled between the protruding detachable portion 21c and the ring body 70, is quickly and conveniently exchanged with new one.
[0083] Further, the magnets 53 are neodymium permanent magnets with a high magnetic force and cylindrical, but they may be freely selected from the shapes of circle, square, pentagon, and polygon. The number of magnets 53 may be one or more according to the purpose and selection of the user for the vibrating puff cleanser.
[0084] The puff 70a is placed on the protruding detachable portion 21c of the lower body 50 and then fixed to the protruding detachable portion 21c of the lower body 50 through the ring body 70. In this case, the plurality of magnets 53 (three to six magnets) with the magnetic field intensity of 2500 to 3500 gauss are coupled to the lower body 50, and the ring body 70 has the metal ring g disposed at the inside thereof by means of insert injection molding. In this case, the metal ring g is not exposed to the outside of the ring body 70, thereby ensuring a good outer appearance, and through the plurality of magnets 53, the ring body 50 coupled to the lower body 50 is prevented from escaping from the lower body 50. Further, the ring body 70 is grasped by the user's fingers so that it can be easily detachably coupled to the lower body 50.
[0085] Furthermore, if the ring body 70 in which the metal ring g is built is attached to the lower body 50 through the magnets 53, the metal ring g has a magnetic force because of the magnets 53 and thus generates a magnetic field, so that the magnetic forces of the magnets 53 fixed to the lower body 50 serve to stimulate the acupuncture points and blood vessels of the skin through the magnetic field generated from the metal ring g, without being directly exposed to the skin, thereby providing gentle flow of blood, blood circulation promotion, and improvement of skin elasticity.
[0086] Further, the surfaces of the magnets 53 do not come into direct contact with the user's skin, thereby preventing the magnetic forces generated from the magnets 53 from being brought into direct contact with the human body. This prevents the plated layers of the magnets 53 from being oxidized due to sweat or secretions produced when the magnets 53 come into direct contact with the skin of the body, and when damaged portions of the magnets 53 come into contact with the skin of the body, further, skin rash or toxicity of the magnets 53 is prevented from occurring.
[0087] Moreover, the magnets 53 have the magnetic field intensity of 2500 to 3500 gauss, and accordingly, the coupling force between the lower body 50 and the ring body 70 is enhanced, so that unless an external force is applied to the ring body 70, the ring body 70 does not escape from the lower body 50, and through the application of an external force to the ring body 70, contrarily, the ring body 70 is easily detached from the lower body 50. In addition, the magnetic force is generated from the metal ring g built in the ring body 70 by means of insert injection molding, and accordingly, the magnetic force of the ring body 70, which comes into contact with the skin, has a magnetic field intensity of 700 to 800 gauss good for the skin.
[0088] Further, the lower body 50 and the ring body 70 are made of a mixture of epoxy resin, germanium powder, silica powder, and moissanite powder, and in specific, the mixture comprises 20 parts by weight of one of germanium powder, silica powder, and moissanite powder or mixed powder thereof per 100 parts by weight of epoxy resin. Germanium emits negative ions to thus release the pain of the body and prevent occurrence of diseases through improvement of immunity, silica as silicon dioxide emits a large quantity of far infrared to promote blood circulation, and moissanite as phosphate minerals helps lactic acid dissolution to provide fatigue recovery, blood flow speed improvement through alkalinization of blood, and aging delay through capture of free radical. As a result, the negative ions emitted from the germanium powder, silica powder, and moissanite powder used for the lower body 50 and the ring body 70 serve to improve the flow of blood and the elasticity of skin.
[0089] In specific, the magnetic force generated from the magnets 53 and the far infrared emitted from the germanium powder, silica powder, and moissanite powder used for the lower body 50 and the ring body 70 serve to improve the flow of blood and the elasticity of skin.
