[0001] The invention relates to a mixing system for manufacturing a cosmetic product.

[0002] As is well known, cosmetic products, such as moisturizers and / or anti-wrinkle creams, are composed of several components, including a fatty substance forming the oil phase, which typically contains vegetable oils, butters, and emulsifying waxes for cosmetic use; an aqueous phase, generally containing pure or floral water, or any other water-soluble agent; and at least one additive called an active ingredient, which gives the cosmetic product its desired efficacy. For example, this active ingredient could be an anti-aging agent such as hyaluronic acid. In addition, the cosmetic product may contain a natural or synthetic fragrance, which enhances the application and use of the product.

The mixing system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the movable plate (4) comprises a third compartment (10) that can be brought above the container (11) and adapted to comprise a third capsule containing a cosmetic fragrance intended to be incorporated into the composition of the cosmetic product.

6. The mixing system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the movable plate (4) comprises a funnel-shaped compartment (13) that can be brought above the container (11) to place the outlet of the fluid supply pipe (3) and the container (11) in fluid communication.

The mixing system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that each capsule (7, 8) comprises a cylindrical wall (30), a bottom wall (31) with a central opening (33) closed by a breakable seal (35), and a piston wall (32) housed in the cylindrical wall (30) with the texturing agent or corresponding active ingredient contained between the bottom wall (31) and the piston wall (32), and in that the pressure expulsion means (9) comprise a rod that can be moved in translation (9b) by means of a motor, in particular an electric motor (9a) mounted in the mixing system, capable of exerting pressure on the piston wall (32) of each capsule (7, 8) housed in its compartment (5, 6, 10) of the movable plate (4), causing the piercing of the seal (35) of the bottom wall (31) of the capsule and the forced flow of its contents out of the capsule into the container (11) located under the outlet (5a, 6a, 10a) of the corresponding compartment (5, 6, 10).

The mixing system according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it comprises an electrical resistance block (20) interposed between the fluid pump (2) of the mixing system and the fluid supply line (3) and intended to heat the fluid, and in that it comprises a heating means (19) disposed in the compartment adapted to receive the texturizing agent capsule (7), this heating means (19) surrounding the cosmetic texturing agent capsule (7) housed in the corresponding compartment (5) to melt the texturing agent contained in the capsule before the texturing agent is expelled by pressure into the container (11) by the pressure expulsion means (9).

12. The mixing system according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that it comprises a solenoid valve (15) disposed in the fluid supply line (3) to control the flow of fluid into the container (11).

The mixing system according to claim 12 when considered in combination with claim 6, characterized in that it comprises a flow meter (21) connected to the fluid pump (2) of the mixing system and in that it comprises a control means capable, when the movable plate (4) is positioned so that the funnel-shaped compartment (13) places the outlet of the fluid supply pipe (3) and the container (11) in fluid communication, to open the solenoid valve (15) to ensure the circulation for a given time interval of a determined volume of fluid in the container (11) and calculated from the data from the flow meter (21).
