Abstract

The invention relates to a woven tape comprising an upper woven layer with upper longitudinal threads and upper transverse threads (OQF) interwoven with them, and a lower woven layer with lower longitudinal threads and lower transverse threads (UQF) interwoven with them, wherein the upper woven layer is connected to the lower woven layer by binding threads (B1, B2) running in the transverse direction of the woven tape, wherein the weave pattern of the woven tape is repeated in repeats (R), wherein the repeat (R) with respect to the upper longitudinal threads and the lower longitudinal threads is formed from several longitudinal thread upper groups, wherein each longitudinal thread upper group consists of two first groups and a second group, wherein each first group is formed from an upper longitudinal thread and a lower longitudinal thread arranged below it, and each second group is formed from an upper longitudinal thread and two lower longitudinal threads arranged below it, wherein each binding thread (B1,B2) in the repeat (R) forms at least once a multiple binding with the upper transverse threads in the repeat (R), wherein the repeat (R) consists of at least six longitudinal thread upper groups with respect to the upper longitudinal threads and the lower longitudinal threads.
