AI Technical Summary
Existing water management and distribution systems for central heating boilers face complexities in assembly and manufacturing due to ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, and o-ring interlocking methods, leading to sealing issues and increased material needs.
The Hydroblock system uses multi-component injection molding with composite plastic materials to produce robust, 'U' shaped parts without conventional welding methods, incorporating a one-piece connecting bridge and a one-way permeable by-pass system for pressure management, eliminating the need for additional sealing elements and extra transfer lines.
This approach results in a more resistant, long-lasting system with reduced pressure loss and enhanced sealing, allowing for efficient domestic and central heating without damage from blockages, while minimizing material and processing requirements.

Abstract
Description
HYDROBLOCK
[0001] The present invention relates to a water management and distribution system of central heating boilers used for heating domestic water in all kinds of premises and also for heating the premises.
[0002] The hydroblock of the present invention consists of two separate parts which are the domestic water heating system and the central heating system. Domestic water heating performs the heating of the water that people use for their daily use, drinking, and cleaning requirements in the premise. Central heating is used for the purpose of heating the premise.Technical Field of the Invention
[0003] The present invention is used in water heating systems in living spaces for domestic water and central heating.State of the Art
[0004] The existing heating systems used in the premises are produced by ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, laser welding methods, and / or o-ring interlocking systems. This creates more complex structures and causes difficulties in assembly and manu facturing processes, and also creates vulnerability to sealing problems at joints and welding points. In addition thereto, the need for additional materials and additional processing increases.Brief Description of the Invention
[0005] All the polymer parts on the Hydroblock of the present invention are manufactured from the same composite plastic raw materials. Thus, it has been ensured that the effects of temperature, humidity, hydrolysis, and similar variations are kept at a minimum level. In this way, it has made it a more resistant, more robust, and long- lasting product compared to the known applications in the state of the art.
[0006] One of the most important technologies that the present invention is that it comprises “U” shaped pipes and fittings, which cannot be produced with injection process methods, and which cannot be removed with conventional injection molding tech nologies. This technology is the technology of producing the polymer at different times and combining them with multi-component injection molding methods (parts with “U” shaped geometry, which cannot be produced by using conventional methods and cannot be removed as hollow) to produce leaner, more robust parts. This innovative approach can be referred to as a full radius, one-piece connecting bridge with 2K Molding technology such that it results in minimal pressure decrease without the use of any welding (Ultrasonic Welding, Hot Plate Welding, Laser Welding etc.) or O-ringblind plugs.
[0007] This technology enables the production of parts suitable for the temperature and pressure requirements in the required geometry without using any sealing element, without using joining methods such as ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, laser welding.
[0008] Another feature that distinguishes the present invention from the state of the art is that in case the central heating line is blocked during water circulation, in order not to damage the system and not to damage the premise installation, it evacuates the pressure to the return line of the circulation pump through the existing heat exchanger lines with a one-way permeable by-pass system without requiring an extra transfer line.
[0009] In the context of the present invention, connection nipples are a system produced without using any metal parts except locking metals. In addition, this system is a system made with a complex one-piece composite polymer without using any welding (ultrasonic welding, hot plate welding, laser welding).Detailed Description of the Invention
[0010] The premises consist of two parts, the existing system domestic water (daily use, drinking, cleaning needs) heating and central heating (for heating the premise). The ex planation is made with reference to [Fig.l] in the explanations of the sections below.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

[0014] Domestic water heating system:
[0015] has been designed in accordance with drinking water standards since the domestic water heating part interacts with people (via drinking, cleaning, etc.). The water receiving from the mains enters through the inlet of the plate heat exchanger inlet part (1), and it enters the plate heat exchanger (12) through the flow restrictor (2) and the flow sensor (3), through the adapter part of the flow sensor (3), and then through the cold mains water inlet (10) of the heating system. In the plate heat exchanger (12), the water is heated depending on the flow rate of the water measured by the flow sensor (3) and comes out of the hot mains water outlet (11) of the heating system of the plate heat exchanger (12). Said heated water enters the hot water outlet part of the means heat exchanger connected to the plate heat exchanger (12) hot water outlet, its tem perature is controlled by the temperature sensor (13) connected to the outlet part, and it is transferred to the domestic hot water outlet (4) installation.
[0016] Central heating system:
[0017] It is used for radiator heating, floor heating, and similar heating systems in the premises. It consists of a closed-circuit structure. Circulation pump(9), which is the system that manages the flow of water over the three-way valve (8) manifold part, over the heating system or plate heat exchanger (12), in line with the requirements, turns the water through the plate heat exchanger (12) or the central heating components at the hot water outlet (11) of the central heating system in order to heat the mains water if the need for mains water heating is detected by the flow sensor (3).
[0018] Here, the inlet of the three-way valve (8) manifold is connected to the combustion center, one of its outlets is connected to the inlet (10) of the plate heat exchanger (12) in the central heating line, and the other outlet is connected to hot water outlet (11) of the heating system. A by-pass (7) body part that connects the heating line (11) and the central heating line of the plate heat exchanger (12) and that comprises a one-way permeable valve that opens at constant pressure (7) is attached on the manifold part of the three-way valve (8). If a blockage occurs in the line while the circulation is carried out over the heating installation hot water outlet line (11), recirculation transfers the water through the central heating inlet line of the plate heat exchanger (12) and the central heating outlet line of the plate heat exchanger (12) to the suction line of the cir culation pump (9), respectively, thereby reducing the pressure that occurs (in case the pressure value exceeds the pressure value of the one-way permeable valve opened at constant pressure (7)) on the line. Thus, it prevents itself and the closed-circuit system from being damaged. In this way, the inventive hydroblock provides system pressure removal without the need for an additional by-pass line used in the state of the art.
[0019] This closed circuit must be fully charged for the system to work. This line is filled byattaching a U-shaped adapter to the heat exchanger outlet part connected to the mains hot water outlet of the plate heat exchanger (12), which is produced as a single piece and which cannot be produced hollow with traditional injection methods, by pumping water to the filling valve (5) and then to the return blocker (6) or separator part, which prevents the dirty water in the heating installation from mixing with the drinking water, to a U-shaped adapter part, which is produced as a single piece in a second “U” shape, which cannot be produced hollow with conventional injection methods, respectively, and from there, by pumping the water into the central heating inlet line of the plate heat exchanger (12) through the manifold part of the three-way valve (8)
