[0044] The working principles and steps of the present embodiment 2 are as follows.

[0045] By adjusting the position of the positioning rod 6, the height of the mounting upright rod 2 is adjusted. Detailed steps are as follows. When the upper track 1 is required to be assembled, the hinge is achieved by fixing the first hinge base 3 to a top of the mounting upright rod 2 and fixing the second hinge block 4 in the sliding track of the upper track 1 inserted into one end of the door frame 10. Then, the positioning rod 6 is hinged to a bottom of the mounting upright rod 2, and an end of the upper track 1 is inserted into the door frame 10, which ensures that the inserted end is hinged with the mounting upright rod 2. The mounting upright rod 2 is pushed into the lateral door frame 10 of the pocket door 9 by the positioning rod 6 so that the mounting upright rod 2 pushes the upper track 1 to be assembled and fixed into the door frame 10 above the pocket door 9. When the mounting upright rod 2 is pushed to be perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the position of the upper track 1 is the highest. The height of the mounting upright rod 2 is adjusted based on the height of the pocket door 9, and the position of the mounting upright rod 2 is adjusted to determine the height of the upper track 1. When the two are adjusted to the same height, the end of the positioning rod 6 is fixed by the positioning member 8, so as to stabilize the inclination of the mounting upright rod 2, which ensures that the upper track 1 is effectively fixed and assembled.

[0046] In the present embodiment 3, on the basis of embodiment 1, the structure of the height-adjusting device 5 is modified. The height-adjusting device 5 is provided with an operating part. In the present embodiment 3, the operating part is a worm structure. Due to the existence of the worm, the mounting upright rod 2 is non-foldable. In such a setup, the mounting upright rod 2 is kept to be always upright. An external rod may be used to operate the worm structure to adjust the height of the mounting upright rod 2. Thus, the installation and fixation of the upper track 1 is achieved.

[0047] The working principles and steps of the present embodiment 3 are as follows.

[0048] The worm structure is operated by an external rod to rotate, so that the height of the mounting upright rod 2 is adjusted. The detailed steps are as follows. When the height of the mounting upright rod 2 is required to be lifted, an external rod may be used to operate the worm structure to rotate. At this moment, the worm structure rotates and extends outside, which increases the overall height of the mounting upright rod 2. A raise of the mounting upright rod 2 is achieved, and the upper track 1 is effectively pushed into the upper door frame 10 of the pocket door 9, which is also fixed and assembled. When the height of the mounting upright rod 2 is required to be lowered, the worm structure may be rotated reversely. At this moment, the worm structure is rotated and retracted back into the mounting upright rod 2, which decreases the overall height of the mounting upright rod 2. A lowering of the mounting upright rod 2 is achieved. After the lowering, the upper track 1 may be detached from the door frame 10 above the pocket door 9, so that the disassembly of the upper track 1 is achieved.

[0049] The present disclosure also relates to a pocket door 9 including a door body, a door frame 10, and a pocket door track structure. The pocket door track structure is mounted in the door frame 10. The door body is slidably provided in the upper track 1 of the pocket door track structure. A quick assembly is achieved and a disassembly is convenient.

[0050] In summary, the pocket door track structure and the pocket door 9 provided in the present disclosure have technical effects as follows. 1. By providing a mounting upright rod 2, the mounting accessibility of the upper track 1 is improved; the upper track 1 is fixed, which prevents from causing problems of insecure assembly due to the inability of fixing the upper track 1 in the door frame 10 by screws; and the mounting upright rod 2 is folded and stored, which facilitates transportation. 2.
