Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a spinning unit. The invention further relates to a textile machine. The invention relates to a method for changing at least one spinning medium.
[0002] Textile machines, in particular air-jet spinning machines, with spinning elements, especially air-jet spinning nozzles, are well known in the prior art. The spinning elements are arranged, in particular, in spinning stations to spin a thread. The spinning elements are, in particular, stacked together to form a spinning nozzle. A clamping device can be provided which, in one state, compresses the spinning elements to keep the spinning nozzle closed. A clamping device can be provided to enable this compression. This clamping device can be designed by a restoring force acting in one direction. In air-jet spinning machines, in particular, both housing parts of a two-part housing of the air-jet spinning nozzle, in which a spinning cone is arranged and enclosed, can be joined together in such a way that a closed area can be formed in which air spinning is carried out.the air-spun thread can be produced.
[0003] In air-jet spinning, fibers are fed to the spinneret via a fiber belt, also called a drafting belt. Within the spinneret, a rotary flow, achieved through the supply of compressed air and a defined arrangement of the compressed air nozzles opening into the spinneret, winds a portion of the supplied fibers around the parallel fiber core. This creates the characteristic air-jet yarn structure: a core formed from parallel fibers and outer fibers wound at a specific angle to this core, which contributes to the yarn's strength.
[0004] Spinning materials need to be replaced periodically, for example, because they wear out and / or because they are contaminated and require external cleaning, perhaps because the cleaning capabilities of the textile machine's cleaning devices are no longer sufficient. This requires that the spinneret can be opened to access its internal surfaces, which can come into contact with the fibers, as well as the fiber and thread-guiding components of the spinneret. In some cases, the spinning unit may need to be operated to allow the spinneret housing parts, which are compressed by the clamping device, to be pushed apart against the clamping direction (direction of the restoring force). This pushing apart occurs primarily in a linear movement, which runs specifically against the restoring force (antiparallel direction of movement).
[0005] Operating the spinning unit can be particularly energy-intensive. Furthermore, special safety precautions are necessary to perform a spinning agent change on a running spinning unit. The applicant monitors the safety precautions known and feasible as of the filing date and implements them with the utmost care. However, the applicant strives to continuously develop and improve the handling and safety of the textile machines and their spinning units, as well as their operation, for example, during a spinning agent change. It may also be necessary to use tools to open the spinneret and / or to change the spinning agents.
[0006] Clamping devices in accordance with the state of the art are known from WO 2021 / 116083 A1, EP 2 573 220 A2 and WO 2018 / 228864 A1.
[0007] The invention therefore aims to reduce resources during a spinning agent change. Furthermore, it aims to improve handling and safety.
[0008] The problem is solved by a spinning unit having the features of claim 1. The problem is solved by a textile machine having the features of claim 7. Furthermore, the problem is solved by a method having the features of claim 8.
[0009] Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
[0010] The problem is solved according to one aspect by a spinning unit having the features of claim 1.
[0011] The spinning unit is designed for spinning yarn in a textile machine, particularly an air-jet spinning machine. The spinning unit comprises a spinneret, which is formed in a known manner by a first spinning element, in particular a fiber guide unit, through which the fiber sliver is fed to the spinneret, and a second spinning element, the second of which may be a spinning cone unit. The spinning unit is in particular an air-jet spinning unit, and the spinneret is accordingly an air-jet spinning nozzle, which are used within or at the air-jet spinning station of an air-jet spinning machine. A frame is designed and configured for holding the first spinning element. Furthermore, a holder is designed and configured for holding the second spinning element.Additionally, a clamping device is arranged and designed to clamp the holder of the second spinning element to the frame of the first spinning element. The clamping device is designed to allow the second spinning element to be positioned relative to the first spinning element within the spinning unit, enabling them to be assembled together to form a closed spinneret, in particular to clamp them together (by pressing them against each other). Furthermore, the clamping device is designed to move the holder away from the frame into a state where at least one of the two spinning elements is exposed. This movement occurs in a direction where the clamping device is at least partially relaxed, in particular fully relaxed, or where the clamping device (at least temporarily) assists in such movement. The clamping device is designed and arranged to be reversibly detachable from the frame. The holder and the frame are designed to be moved away from each other (after releasing the connection between the clamping device and the frame) in order to expose at least one of the two spinning elements, with the movement occurring along at least one guide structure. (The clamping device is no longer available after the connection is released.) For the purposes of the present invention, "exposing" means an arrangement or position of the spinning element in which the surfaces of the spinning element that can come into contact with the fibers and the yarn, and in particular the spinning element itself, are accessible for automatic and / or manual handling from outside the spinning unit. This reduces resources required when changing spinning elements, as no pressure needs to be applied to the spinning unit and / or the clamping device once the clamping device is detached from the frame.Furthermore, the handling and safety of changing spinning agents can be improved.
[0012] The frame is designed and configured to hold the first spinning element. It may be specifically designed to accommodate the first spinning element, which may also be connected to the textile machine via the frame. The frame may include a holder or receptacle for the spinning element. This holder differs from a frame in that the spinning element interacts directly with the holder to secure it and position it within a spinning unit. The frame may include elements and devices specifically designed to position the spinning element or its holder within the textile machine, particularly within the spinning unit. The holder for the first spinning element, if provided, may be referred to as the first holder.
[0013] The second spinning element is held by a specially designed and configured bracket. This bracket can also be referred to as the second bracket if a first bracket, as described elsewhere, is provided. If the second spinning element is designed as a spinning cone unit, the (second) bracket can be a cone holder.
[0014] The clamping device is arranged and designed to clamp the holder of the second spinning element to the frame of the first spinning element. The clamping device can, in particular, be a pneumatic cylinder that exerts a restoring force in one of its states. It can be provided that the clamping device allows the second spinning element to be positioned relative to the first spinning element within the spinning unit in such a way as to assemble the second spinning element and the first spinning element into a closed spinneret, in particular by clamping them together. Linear guidance is provided, in particular, by the clamping device, especially by the pneumatic cylinder. Due to this linear movement, the holder can, in particular, be designed to be movable away from the frame in one of its states. This allows at least one of the two spinning elements to be exposed. This movement occurs, in particular, in a direction in which the clamping device is at least partially released. The release can occur, in particular, in one direction along a restoring force. Alternatively or additionally, the clamping device can be designed to generate a (at least temporary) reversal of a restoring force in order to assist the movement of the bracket and frame in one direction. This can involve a (at least temporary) "reverse pressure application".
[0015] In preferred embodiments, the clamping device can be a single-acting pneumatic cylinder. These are, in particular, only pressurized with compressed air from one side. Accordingly, these cylinders can perform their work in only one direction. An integrated spring can be responsible for the retraction movement of the pneumatic cylinder's piston rod. However, there are also cylinder types in which the retraction movement can be controlled by an external force. In single-acting pneumatic cylinders with an integrated spring, the stroke is generally limited by the spring length. This pressure cylinder can be provided, in particular, in embodiments where the clamping device can be released.
[0016] In preferred embodiments, the clamping device can be a double-acting pneumatic cylinder. Its design differs from that of single-acting cylinders, in particular, in that double-acting pneumatic cylinders do not have a return spring. Such pneumatic cylinders have, in particular, two ports for compressed air supply. Both ports serve, in particular, for venting and purging. Double-acting pneumatic cylinders can, in particular, perform work in both directions. This allows, in particular, the use of a double-acting pneumatic cylinder in embodiments where the clamping device actively assists in separating the frame and the holder.
[0017] The preferred devices and systems described here and elsewhere can, in particular, provide that the (second) holder is no longer guided in a slide. To remove the second spinning element, especially the spinning cone, it is no longer necessary to actuate the clamping device, particularly in the form of a pneumatic cylinder, to move the second spinning element with its holder away from the first spinning element in the frame. Alternatively or additionally, it is no longer necessary to manually push a slide backward (away from a stacked spinneret) to push against the restoring force, particularly in the form of a spring force, of the clamping device, particularly in the form of a pneumatic cylinder. In particular, it can therefore be provided that the clamping device is designed and arranged to assist in moving the spinning elements apart, particularly in a configuration or...in a functional state of the clamping device.
[0018] Alternatively or additionally, the clamping device can be designed and arranged to be reversibly detachable (and in particular reversibly slid apart) to the frame. The clamping device, especially the pneumatic cylinder, is therefore no longer rigidly connected to the frame via a slide. This allows the removal of the second spinning element, in particular the spinning cone, to be carried out independently of compressed air actuation. Alternatively or additionally, two hands are no longer required to remove the spinning cone. Manual removal can cause the slide to jam, which can lead to damage. This can be prevented by the preferred devices and systems described here and elsewhere. The removal of the spinning elements, in particular the spinning cone, is carried out in particular without tools and in particular without compressed air actuation. The cleaning of the spinning materials can be carried out away from the spinning unit. This improves handling, increases the safety of spinning material changes, and reduces the resources required for such changes.
[0019] According to the invention, the clamping device is connected to a sliding device. The sliding device is, in particular, connected to the holder. A guide structure can be connected to the frame—at least temporarily—to be in sliding contact with the sliding device. The clamping device can be designed and arranged so that, when the clamping device is at least partially released, the sliding device is moved away from the frame via the guide structure, thus moving the holder away from the frame. Alternatively, the clamping device can assist in this movement, as described elsewhere. This improves the handling and safety of changing spinning materials.
[0020] The guide structure can be designed as part of the frame. This allows the frame, and therefore the guide structures, to be statically designed, such that if the support moves away from the frame, the guide structures remain statically in place relative to the spinning machine as a reference frame. The guide structure can be a male guide structure. A guide structure is considered male if it has a protruding element that can be inserted into an opening. The definition of male (and correspondingly female) corresponds to that of connector systems, such as in electrical engineering. The connection of the guide structure can stabilize the movement, as described elsewhere, and prevent jamming.
[0021] According to a preferred design, the sliding device can be a carriage. The carriage can be slidably mounted in at least one contact area with a guide structure. This reduces the resources required for changing spinning agents. Furthermore, it improves the handling and safety of such changes.
[0022] In this case, a carriage—unlike a slide—is designed and arranged such that it slides parallel to the guide structures, while the guide structures, which are primarily male, remain static relative to the textile machine. A slide described elsewhere, on the other hand, is designed and arranged such that it moves together with the guide structures, which are primarily male. The design described here, with a guide structure fixed to the frame, allows, in particular, the installation of a clamping device such that the clamping device can be installed inverted, meaning that, in particular, the clamping device can release when the carriage is moved away from the frame, or the clamping device can at least temporarily assist such movement.
[0023] According to a preferred aspect, the guide structure can have at least one male guide structure, particularly in the form of a post, which is slidably mounted with the carriage in the contact area. This reduces resources required during a spinning agent change. Furthermore, the handling and safety of a spinning agent change can be improved.
[0024] Examples of a post can be, in particular, screws. Furthermore, a post can be, in particular, a pin or bridge. Alternatively or additionally, a slide rail can be designed as a male guide structure. In this case, counterparts can be provided, which are designed and arranged to at least partially surround the male guide structure. This allows the counterparts to slide along the male guide structure. The areas where the counterparts come into contact with the guide structure form the contact areas. In preferred embodiments, the counterparts can completely surround the male guide structures. In this case, the counterparts can be designed as annular structures, at least in one inner area (which forms the contact area).Alternatively or additionally, cross-shaped and / or star-shaped interior areas (in terms of their cross-section) can also be formed.
[0025] According to a preferred aspect, the carriage can have a bridge to which the tensioning device can be connected. The arrangement of the tensioning device on the carriage can be symmetrical to the bridge. Alternatively or additionally, several guide structures can be provided, which can be configured as male components, particularly posts. The guide structures can be arranged symmetrically around a tensioning device and connected to the frame. This reduces the resources required for changing the spinning material. Furthermore, the handling and safety of changing the spinning material can be improved.
[0026] The bridge can be designed in such a way as to connect the counterparts, which can be arranged to slide along the male guide structure. This allows, in particular, a guide that prevents the spinning elements from jamming when they move apart.
[0027] According to the invention, the locking device is designed and arranged to release the clamping device from the frame. This allows the clamping device to be designed and arranged to be reversibly detachable from the frame. This interrupts the force exerted by the clamping device on the sliding device during separation. This is particularly useful in embodiments where the clamping device is not arranged to assist the separation of the spinning elements along a relaxation direction (i.e., parallel to a restoring force), as it interrupts the force, thus preventing the clamping device from working against the force, especially a restoring force of the clamping device. Consequently, the clamping device can no longer work against the separation of the spinning elements, thereby improving handling.Safety can be increased by eliminating the need to pressurize a clamping device to actively assist the separation of a spinneret. According to a preferred aspect, the locking device can be configured to be detachably connected to a locking counter-device in a first state. In a second state, the locking device can be slidably connected to the locking counter-device. The locking device and the locking counter-device can be arranged and configured to be reversibly transitioned from the first state to the second state by a rotation. The rotation can, in particular, be between 30° and 180°, more specifically between 40° and 100°, and more specifically, be exactly 90°.This allows the force exerted by the clamping device on the sliding device to be interrupted during separation. This is particularly useful in embodiments where the clamping device is not arranged to support separation of the spinning elements along a relaxation direction (i.e., parallel to a restoring force). This interrupts the force, preventing the clamping device from working against the force, especially a restoring force of the clamping device. As a result, the clamping device can no longer work against the separation of the spinning elements. This improves handling and can also save resources, as described elsewhere.
[0028] The first state can, in particular, be a state in which the locking device is reversibly, i.e., detachably, but (still) firmly connected to at least one locking counter-device. Due to this firm connection, it is especially impossible to move the locking device, and thus the clamping device, away from the locking counter-device and therefore from the frame. Consequently, there can be embodiments in which the locking counter-device is associated with the frame and in which the locking device is associated with the clamping device.
[0029] In a second state, the locking device can be connected to the locking counter-device in a way that allows it to slide apart. This allows the locking device to remain attached to the locking counter-device until, for example, an operator pushes a sliding device away from the frame to separate the spinning elements. This prevents the spinning elements from sliding apart when the locking device is released. This ensures that the operator retains control over the opening process of the spinning nozzle in order to remove at least one spinning element.
[0030] A third state may be provided in which the locking device and the locking counter-device are no longer in contact with each other. This is particularly the case if the sliding device has been moved in such a way that the holder has been moved away from the frame in order to open the spinneret.
[0031] There may be preferred embodiments in which the locking counter-device is associated with the clamping device and in which the locking device is associated with the frame. The explanations given here and elsewhere apply accordingly.
[0032] According to a preferred aspect, a sliding lock can be arranged on at least one of the contact area and the guide structure to reversibly block a sliding movement. This allows for the implementation of a further actuating device to give the operator control over the separation. This can be provided, in particular, in embodiments where a clamping device is designed to (actively) assist separation, as described elsewhere. This can increase safety when the clamping device actively assists separation, as "spontaneous" separation can be prevented.
[0033] From an independent perspective, the task is solved by a textile machine that incorporates a spinning unit, as described elsewhere. The effects and advantages described with respect to the spinning unit also apply to the textile machine. For the sake of readability and conciseness, these passages are omitted here, and the reader is referred to them. The textile machine can be described by the characteristics and properties of the spinning unit, as well as by the characteristics and properties of a process described elsewhere. The statements relating to one category (system, device, process, use) apply accordingly to the other categories. The textile machine is, in particular, an air-jet spinning machine.
[0034] From an independent perspective, the problem is solved in particular by a method for changing at least one spinning element, especially in a spinning unit as described elsewhere. The method includes the step of reversibly releasing a locking device of a clamping device from a frame of a spinning unit, as described elsewhere. Additionally or alternatively, the method includes a step of reversibly locking a locking device of a clamping device to a frame of a spinning unit, as described elsewhere.Additionally or alternatively, the method includes a step of moving a support away from a frame of a spinning unit, as described elsewhere, into a state in which at least one of the two spinning means is exposed, wherein the movement occurs in a direction in which the tensioning device of the spinning unit is at least partially relaxed, in particular is relaxed, or at least partially supported, as described elsewhere. The effects and advantages described with respect to the spinning unit and the textile machine apply accordingly to the method. For the sake of readability and conciseness, these passages are not repeated here, and reference is made to them. The process can be described by the features and properties of the textile machine, as described elsewhere, as well as by the features and properties of the spinning unit, as explained elsewhere. The statements relating to one category (system, device, process, use) apply accordingly to the other categories.
[0035] In summary, and in other words, linear guidance in preferred embodiments is achieved in particular by a pneumatic cylinder that can assist in spreading the cone apart. To remove the spinning cone, the pneumatic cylinder would need to be actuated to generate a supporting restoring force. This can be achieved by reversing a restoring force, provided the pneumatic cylinder is appropriately pressurized with compressed air, as described elsewhere. If the pneumatic cylinder is rigidly connected to the slide and the frame, the spinning cone can be removed by pneumatic actuation at the spinning unit and / or at the appropriately configured pneumatic cylinder. Alternatively or additionally, the spinning cone can be removed manually using two hands.
[0036] In preferred embodiments, the slide, as described elsewhere, can be replaced by a carriage which can be (reversibly) connected to a pneumatic cylinder. The connection to the frame is achieved, in particular, by a bayonet fitting, whereby a locking device can be rotated to a position that allows the carriage to be slid apart. Thus, the connection to the frame can be made with one hand and without applying compressed air – neither to the pneumatic cylinder nor to the spinneret. To remove the spinneret, the fitting is rotated, in particular, by 90°, the pneumatic cylinder is released from the frame, and the carriage can be pushed backward without force until the spinneret can be removed. After cleaning or replacing the spinneret, the carriage can be returned to its original position. The locking mechanism is inserted into the locking device on the frame and rotated by 90°. This allows the connection to the frame to be (re)established. In embodiments where a bayonet lock is provided, resources for compressed air supply can be saved. Separating the pneumatic cylinder from the frame eliminates the need to push against the return force (spring force) in the pneumatic cylinder. This improves handling. In particular, a spin cone change can be performed with one hand and / or without tools.
[0037] Exemplary embodiments of the invention are described in more detail below with reference to the figures, which show schematically and by way of example: Fig. 1 a schematic representation of a spinning unit; Fig. 2 a schematic representation of an embodiment of a spinning unit with a closed locking device; Fig. 3 a schematic representation of an embodiment of a spinning unit with an open, extendable locking device; and Fig. 4 a schematic representation of a method.
[0038] The same reference symbols are used for elements and structures that have the same effect and / or are of the same type.
[0039] Fig. 1Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of a spinning unit 10 of a textile machine 100. In particular, a slide 14 is provided, which is connected to a holder 26, here in the form of a cone holder 27, to arrange a spinning cone unit 12 on a fiber belt guide unit 20. The spinning cone unit 12 forms a first housing part of a spinneret housing, and the fiber belt guide unit 20 forms a second housing part of the spinneret housing. This allows a spinneret 15 to be formed from two housing parts, wherein the two housing parts are designed to be movable relative to each other and are arranged such that the two housing parts can be moved into a housing closed position and a housing open position, as described in more detail elsewhere below. Figure 1Figure 1 shows the open housing position of the spinneret 15, in which the internal surfaces of the spinneret 15, which can come into contact with the fibers fed via the fiber guide unit 20, are exposed in the sense of being freely accessible. In the closed housing position, the spinneret 15 or the spinneret housing is closed in order to enclose the internal surfaces of the spinneret 15 from the external environment of the spinneret 15.
[0040] A frame 30 is provided to hold the spinneret holder. The frame 30 can be mounted for rotation, and a return spring 18 is provided to enable automatic return of the frame 30 after rotation.
[0041] The spinneret holder is connected to guide structures 17 that extend parallel to the slide 14. The slide 14 and the guide structures 17 can, in particular, form an assembly. The guide structures 17 have, in particular, cross-shaped and / or star-shaped cross-sections. The slide 14 can, in particular, serve as a gripping surface for an operator to move the cone holder 27 away from the frame 30 along a sliding direction 11 against a restoring force 19 of a pneumatic cylinder 16, provided that the pneumatic cylinder is a single-acting pneumatic cylinder. Alternatively, the pneumatic cylinder 16 can be a double-acting pneumatic cylinder, in which case a sliding movement of the slide 14 along the opposite direction can be carried out solely via the pneumatic cylinder 16.The slide 14 is coupled to the pneumatic cylinder 16 by means of a coupling 34 such that the pneumatic cylinder 16 carries the slide 14 along in the course of its movement.
[0042] The guide structures 17 and the slide 14 extend through a bridge 13, in which they are also movably mounted relative to the frame 30. It may be necessary to pressurize the spinneret 15 with compressed air to at least partially reduce the effect of the restoring force 19 of the clamping device 4. Nevertheless, overcoming the restoring force 19 of the pneumatic cylinder 16 can require considerable force. Furthermore, tilting can occur if the slide 14 is operated manually. For this reason, tools (not shown here) may be used to enable a transition from an open to a closed spinneret state, with the open spinneret state corresponding to the housing open position and the closed spinneret state corresponding to the housing closed position. The pneumatic cylinder 16 is irreversibly connected to the frame 30.The term irreversible here refers in particular to the fact that the connection between pneumatic cylinder 16 and frame 30 cannot be released without tools. This can be achieved, for example, in a process such as the one described above. Fig. 4 shown and described, and in particular - at least without the use of a tool (not shown) - no separation is made between the pneumatic cylinder 16 and the frame 30 in order to interrupt a power transmission from the pneumatic cylinder 16.
[0043] Fig. 2 Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of an exemplary embodiment of a spinning unit 10 of a textile machine 100 with a closed locking device 22a. The spinning unit 10 according to this preferred embodiment differs from the spinning unit 10 according to the embodiment shown with Figure 1 The embodiment shown is essentially defined by the locking device 22a and the components of the spinning unit 10 that interact with it.
[0044] The spinning unit 10 is designed for spinning a thread in the textile machine 100. The spinning unit 10 has a spinneret 15 with a first spinning element 1, which is designed as a fiber belt guide unit 20. The spinneret 15 further has a second spinning element 2, which is designed as a spinneret cone unit 12. The spinneret 15 is designed in the same way as the one with Figure 1 The spinneret 15 shown is formed by a two-part housing which can be opened and closed to expose the inner surfaces.
[0045] The spinning unit 10 has a frame 30 for holding the first spinning element 1. A holder (not implemented here, but a direct connection) for the first spinning element 1 can be associated with this frame 30, into which the first spinning element 1 can be inserted. The spinning unit 10 includes a holder 26 for holding the second spinning element 2. The spinning unit 10 further includes a clamping device 4, which is designed in particular as a pneumatic cylinder 16.
[0046] The clamping device 4 is arranged and designed to clamp the holder 26 of the second spinning element 2 to the frame 30 of the first spinning element 1. The clamping device 4 allows the second spinning element 2 to be positioned relative to the first spinning element 1 in the spinning unit 10 in such a way as to assemble the second spinning element 2 and the first spinning element 1 into a spinning nozzle 15. The spinning nozzle 15 is thus closed and assumes the housing closed position. The spinning nozzle 15 can, in particular, be connected to a compressed air supply 31 to supply it with compressed air, especially for the spinning process.
[0047] The clamping device 4 is particularly designed to move the holder 26 away from the frame 30 into a state in which at least one of the two spinning means 1, 2 is exposed, as shown in Figure 2shown. The spinneret 15 is thus open and assumes the housing open position. The first 1 and second spinning elements 2 are exposed in this position. The movement 420 (see Fig. 4 ) in a direction 11 in which the clamping device 4 is at least partially relaxed, in particular fully relaxed. A guide structure 17 may be provided. This can be slid over by cylindrical guides 3. These can be extended by contact areas 24, as described elsewhere. This stabilizes the sliding apart. This reduces the risk of tilting when the holder 26 and frame 30 are separated manually without tools, especially with one hand.
[0048] Alternatively or additionally, the clamping device 4 can be designed and arranged to be reversibly detachable from the frame 30. The holder 26 and the frame 30 can be designed to move away from each other into a state in which at least one of the two spinning elements 1, 2 is exposed or the spinning nozzle 15 is open, with the movement 420 occurring along at least one guide structure 17. This allows the clamping device 4, for example in the form of the pneumatic cylinder 16, to be forcefully decoupled. This makes it possible to further separate the spinning nozzle 15, in particular without requiring additional force to separate the frame 30 and holder 26 (e.g., against a restoring force of the clamping device 4). The supply of compressed air to the spinning nozzle 15 via the compressed air supply 31 and / or via the compressed air supply / outlet 32 can be switched off, thus saving resources.
[0049] Here, the guide structures 17 are designed as a pair, arranged symmetrically around the clamping device 4 – the pneumatic cylinder 16. In preferred embodiments, the pneumatic cylinder 16 can have a compressed air supply / exit 32. This can be arranged and designed to form a pneumatic cylinder 16 that, in addition to compressing, can actively assist in pushing apart. In other preferred embodiments, the pneumatic cylinder 16 can also exert a restoring force only in a return direction 19 to compress the two spinning elements 1, 2 into a spinning nozzle 15. In particular, in preferred embodiments of the latter type, a release of the connection between the clamping device 4 and the frame 30, as described elsewhere, is provided.
[0050] The clamping device 4 is connected in particular to a sliding device 25. The sliding device 25 can be connected to the holder 26. The guide structure 17, also in the example of a paired arrangement as shown here, can be connected to the frame 30 and can be in sliding contact with the sliding device 25. The clamping device 4 can be designed and arranged to move the sliding device 25 away from the frame 30 via the guide structure 17 when the clamping device 4 is at least partially released. This movement 420 can be designed to move the holder 26 away from the frame 30. This, in particular, pushes apart or opens the spinneret 15 and exposes at least one of the spinning elements 1, 2 – here the spinneret cone of the spinneret cone unit 12 – so that the spinning element 1, 2 – here the spinneret cone – can be replaced. In preferred embodiments, particularly where a connection between the clamping device 4 and the frame 30 is to remain, active support can be provided for sliding the devices apart, as described elsewhere. Alternatively, the connection between the clamping device 4 and the frame 30 can be released to decouple the clamping device 4 from the force and thereby save resources.
[0051] The sliding device 25 is designed in particular as a slide 28. The slide 28 can be slidably mounted in at least one contact area 24 with a guide structure 17. It can be provided in particular that the guide structures 17 are connected to the frame 30, as described elsewhere. This means that, in particular, a guide structure 17 is not moved with a slide 14, as described in the Fig. 1 shown.
[0052] The guide structure 17 can have at least one post which is slidably mounted with the carriage 28 in the contact area 24. Screws and / or pins may also be provided to function as the guide structure 17. The guide structure(s) 17 may also have a cross-sectional shape other than round and / or oval, such as a cross and / or star shape, as shown in the Fig. 1 shown and described in this regard.
[0053] The carriage 28 has, in particular, a bridge 13 in which the clamping device 4 is connected to the carriage 28. This connection can, in particular, be symmetrical with respect to the bridge 13. Alternatively or additionally, the guide structures 17, in particular the posts, can be arranged symmetrically around a clamping device 4 and connected to the frame 30, as already described elsewhere.
[0054] A locking device 22 is particularly designed and arranged to hold the clamping device 4 in a certain state on the frame 30. The locking device 22 is particularly detachably connected to the locking counter-device 23 in the first state. Fig. 2A closed configuration of a locking device 22 is shown. In this state, it is not possible to separate the clamping device 4, here in the form of a pneumatic cylinder 16, from the frame 30. In preferred embodiments, in which the pneumatic cylinder 16 does not (actively) assist the opening of the spinneret 15, action can be taken against a restoring force 19. By separating the clamping device 4 from the frame 30, the restoring force 19 can be decoupled from an opening movement 11. Here, the restoring force acts in the opposite direction, which defines a restoring direction 19 (without pressurization for active assistance in pushing apart), as shown in Fig. 1 shown and described. Therefore, one can also speak of an inverted structure (compared to the one in Fig. 1 (shown) speak.
[0055] A sliding locking device 29 is arranged, in particular, on at least one of the contact area 24 and the guide structure 17, such that it reversibly blocks a sliding movement. This prevents the opening of the locking device 22 from causing the parts to slide apart when the pneumatic cylinder 16 is designed to actively assist sliding apart. This increases safety, as a "spontaneous" sliding apart is not possible as long as the sliding locking device 29 prevents it.
[0056] Fig. 3 Figure 1 shows an exemplary embodiment of a spinning unit 10 with an open, extendable locking device 22b.
[0057] The locking device 22 is specifically designed to be slidably connected to the locking counter-device 23 in a second state. This can be achieved, in particular, by arranging and designing the locking device 22 and the locking counter-device 23 to allow them to be reversibly moved from the first state to the second state by a rotation, in particular a rotation of 90° – as shown. In this process, an engagement element 37 of the locking device 22 is moved relative to an engagement pin 36 of the locking counter-device 23 to bring the engagement pin 36 into an overlap with a recess 35 of the locking device 22, which allows the locking device 22 to be pulled away. For moving the locking device 22 from the first state to the second state, gripping surfaces 21 can be provided to allow the rotation to be performed manually. The separation and insertion of the two components can be achieved, in particular, via sliding surfaces 33, which can be gripped by hand. This allows the holder 26 to be moved away from and towards the frame 30 without the need for tools. The movement away from the frame allows the separation of the second spinning element 2, along with the holder 26 and its associated components, from the spinning unit 10. The movement towards the frame allows the assembly of the spinning unit 10 in the reverse order of the separation. With the second spinning element 2 removed, the first spinning element 1 is exposed in an improved manner, allowing for cleaning of its internal surfaces.
[0058] Fig. 4Figure 400 schematically shows a method 400 for changing at least one spinning element 10. The method may include the step of reversibly releasing 410 a locking device 22 of a clamping device 4 from a frame 30 of a spinning unit 10. The method may include the step of reversibly locking 430 a locking device 22 of a clamping device 4 to a frame 30 of a spinning unit 10. The method may include the step of moving 420 a support 26 away from the frame 30 in a state to expose at least one of the two spinning elements 1, 2. The movement 420 may occur in a direction 11 in which the clamping device 4 of a spinning unit 10 is at least partially relaxed. The spinning elements 1, 2, the clamping device 4, and the frame 30 may be part of a spinning unit 10 as described elsewhere.
