Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a drawer cabinet and a drawer for use in such a drawer cabinet.
[0002] In drawer cabinets that have multiple drawers, it is known to provide an individual pull-out safety device that prevents a further drawer from being pulled out when one drawer is already pulled out. This is intended, in particular, to ensure that the drawer cabinet cannot tip over due to excessive torque projecting in the area of the pulled-out drawers, which could potentially injure an operator or damage expensive contents of the drawer cabinet. This applies particularly to drawer cabinets that store objects with a high mass, such as professional tools, precision tools, or specialty tools. WO 96 / 25577 A1 discloses a drawer cabinet with such an individual pull-out safety device. The problem is that to access a single drawer, all drawers must be unlocked globally, and the individual drawer lock only engages when one of the drawers is opened. This makes it theoretically possible for a skilled user – perhaps unconsciously – to open multiple drawers simultaneously, thereby causing the drawer cabinet to tip over. Another problem with such drawer cabinets is that there is no access control such that a specific user, for example, based on their authorization or authentication, can only open certain drawers, or even just one specific drawer, since in the global unlocked state, all drawers are always accessible, at least initially.Access control options for such drawer cabinets are generally only possible in a complicated way, abandoning the global unlocking system and replacing it with individual locks – possibly electronic ones – for each drawer. This is complex and expensive, and in an emergency, such as a power outage, there is no longer any possibility of accessing the global unlocking system for all drawers.
[0003] The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a drawer cabinet and a drawer for use in such a drawer cabinet, in which the disadvantages mentioned are at least reduced, preferably do not occur.
[0004] The object is achieved by providing the present technical teaching, in particular the teaching of the independent claims as well as the embodiments disclosed in the dependent claims and the description.
[0005] The object is achieved in particular by providing a drawer cabinet with a cabinet body which is configured to hold a plurality of drawers displaceably between a closed position and an open position, wherein the drawer cabinet has a locking mechanism which is configured to selectively lock the plurality of drawers as a whole in a locking position of the locking mechanism and to release them in an unlocking position of the locking mechanism, wherein the locking mechanism is configured to provide an individual pull-out safety device in the unlocking position, and wherein the drawer cabinet additionally has an unlocking device which is configured to release at least one drawer of the plurality of drawers to be opened, bypassing the locking mechanism.Advantageously, the drawer cabinet according to the invention makes it possible to simply unlock only one drawer by activating the unlocking device, bypassing the global locking mechanism, so that only one drawer can be pulled out at a time. The other drawers remain locked by the locking mechanism. At the same time, the global locking mechanism remains intact, so that it can be used to release the drawers in an emergency, while simultaneously continuing to provide a simple individual pull-out security feature. The local unlocking mechanism also allows for easy implementation of access control.
[0006] The cabinet body is particularly configured to hold the plurality of drawers in or on the cabinet body displaceable between the closed position and the open position.
[0007] In particular, the locking mechanism is a global locking mechanism—i.e., acting on all drawers—which is configured to simultaneously lock all drawers of the plurality of drawers in the locked position and release them in the unlocked position. In contrast, the unlocking device is a device that acts locally—i.e., acting on a few drawers, in particular on a single drawer—by means of which, in particular, a single drawer can be released by bypassing the locking mechanism, while the remaining drawers of the plurality of drawers remain locked by the locking mechanism. In particular, the unlocking device selectively acts on one of the drawers, i.e., it is possible to select which drawer the unlocking device should act on, i.e., which drawer should be unlocked by the unlocking device.
[0008] The fact that the unlocking device is configured to release the at least one drawer to be opened by bypassing the locking mechanism means, in particular, that the unlocking device is configured to release the at least one drawer to be opened in the locking position of the locking mechanism. Therefore, the locking mechanism is not moved into its unlocking position for this purpose; rather, it remains in its locking position while the at least one drawer to be opened is released by the unlocking device.
[0009] The locking mechanism is in particular configured to selectively lock and release the plurality of drawers in the closed position of the drawers, in particular such that the drawers cannot be moved from the closed position to the open position in the locking position, and that in the unlocking position at least one drawer can be moved from the closed position to the open position.
[0010] Advantageously, the locking mechanism provides an emergency release by means of which the plurality of drawers can be released if the unlocking device is not functional, for example due to a power failure or another, possibly also mechanical, fault.
[0011] The fact that the locking mechanism is designed to provide a single-drawer safety device in the unlocked position means, in particular, that the locking mechanism implements the single-drawer safety device; that is, the locking mechanism allows at least one drawer to be pulled out while simultaneously re-locking the other drawers.
[0012] In one embodiment, the drawer cabinet is designed to accommodate precision tools, particularly for machining workpieces. In particular, the drawer cabinet is designed as a dispensing system for such tools.
[0013] According to a further development of the invention, it is provided that the locking mechanism has at least one locking rod which can be displaced between the locking position and the unlocking position and which is arranged and configured to cooperate in the locking position with an undercut of a locking tongue of a drawer of the plurality of drawers - in a locking manner - and to release the locking tongue in the unlocking position.
[0014] In one embodiment, the locking rod is arranged and configured to engage the undercut in a locking manner in the locking position.
[0015] Alternatively or additionally, the locking bar is designed as a locking rail, in particular as a locking plate. Alternatively or additionally, the locking bar is rotatable about a first axis of rotation between the locking position and the unlocking position, and in particular, in this way, by rotating about the first axis of rotation, can be displaced between the locking position and the unlocking position.
[0016] Alternatively or additionally, the locking bar is arranged and configured to simultaneously interact with a plurality of undercuts of a plurality of locking tongues—in particular, one locking tongue per drawer, each with an undercut—and to simultaneously release the plurality of locking tongues in the unlocked position. In particular, the locking bar extends along a longitudinal direction of the bar, in particular in the vertical direction, with the plurality of locking tongues being arranged one behind the other along the longitudinal direction of the bar, i.e., in particular, one below the other, in order to be selectively engaged by the locking bar in the locked position and released in the unlocked position.
[0017] In one embodiment, the locking bar is arranged on a rear inner side of the drawer cabinet, in particular centrally to at least one of the drawers and / or the cabinet body.
[0018] According to a further development of the invention, the unlocking device comprises a release mechanism configured to interact with a locking tongue of a drawer of the plurality of drawers, which can be displaced between a locking position and a release position, in order to move the displaceable locking tongue into the release position, in particular from the locking position to the release position. This advantageously represents a particularly simple and error-free design of the unlocking device.
[0019] In one embodiment, the locking mechanism comprises two locking bars which are synchronously movable together in a V-shaped arrangement opening towards the drawers. In this case, a first locking bar of the two locking bars is designed and arranged to cooperate in the locking position with the at least one undercut of the at least one locking tongue - locking - when the locking tongue is arranged in its blocking position, and to release the locking tongue in the unlocking position, wherein a second locking bar of the two locking bars is arranged and designed to cooperate with a securing ramp of the locking tongue, wherein the securing ramp can rotate the second locking bar from its unlocking position when the drawer is pulled out from the closed position to the open position in such a way that the first locking bar is simultaneously moved back into the locking position via the synchronously movable coupling, so that the other drawers are locked again, while the one drawer that has just been pulled out is opened. In particular, this is how individual drawer pull-out protection is implemented. In one embodiment, an opening ramp adjoins the undercut of the locking tongue. When the drawer is moved back from the open to the closed position, this opening ramp can interact with the first locking rod and push it back into the unlocked position, so that all drawers are then globally unlocked. Due to the synchronously movable coupling, the second locking rod is then simultaneously moved back into the unlocked position. Using a global key mechanism, an initial unlocking or final locking of all drawers can be achieved independently of any drawer movement by moving the locking rods into the unlocked or locked position, in particular using a mechanical key or an electronic lock.Such a locking mechanism is disclosed in particular in WO 96 / 25577 A1 - see therein in particular Figures 5A to 5F together with the associated description.
[0020] In its release position, the locking tongue can be guided in particular between the locking bars arranged in the locking position without coming into contact with them, so that the drawer can be opened by bypassing the locking mechanism.
[0021] To prevent the locking tongue, which in one embodiment is pre-tensioned into the locked position, from shifting the locking mechanism into the unlocked position when closing the drawer released by the unlocking device, bypassing the locking mechanism, and thus unintentionally unlocking all drawers, in one embodiment a starting ramp is arranged and configured such that the locking tongue is moved into its release position in the region of the locking rod by means of the starting ramp during the closing process. Alternatively, in another embodiment, the locking rod is pre-tensioned into the locked position—in particular by means of a tension or compression spring, for example a helical spring. In order to globally unlock all drawers, for example in the event of an emergency release, the locking rod can be relieved of its preload using the global key mechanism, in particular by displacing or relaxing the tension or compression spring. In particular, the first locking rod can be preloaded into the locking position, or both locking rods can be preloaded into the locking position. The preload of the locking rods can be implemented, for example, by preloading the synchronously movable coupling of the locking rods toward the locking position. Alternatively, it is of course also possible to directly preload the at least one locking rod, in particular the first locking rod.
[0022] In one embodiment, the drawer cabinet—particularly when the plurality of drawers are arranged column-wise in a plurality of columns—has a plurality of locking bars or a plurality of pairs of two locking bars each, in particular a pair of first and second locking bars for each column of drawers. It is possible for the various pairs of locking bars to also be coupled to one another in a synchronously movable manner.
[0023] According to a further development of the invention, the release mechanism comprises an eccentric rotatable about a second axis of rotation, which is arranged and configured to interact with the locking tongue, which can be displaced between the locking position and the release position, in order to move the locking tongue into the release position. This advantageously represents a particularly simple, cost-effective, and error-free design of the release mechanism.
[0024] In one embodiment, the eccentric can be rotated about the second axis of rotation by means of a - in particular controllable - electric motor, also referred to as the first electric motor. In one embodiment, the eccentric can be rotated directly by the electric motor; in another embodiment, the eccentric is mechanically connected to the electric motor via a, in particular, vertical drive shaft. In particular, in one embodiment, the eccentric can be displaced along the drive shaft - in particular in the vertical direction - and rotated into different positions along the drive shaft by the electric motor, in particular in order to selectively interact with different locking tongues of different drawers. This represents a particularly simple embodiment, since only the eccentric needs to be displaced along the drive shaft.Alternatively, it is also possible for the electric motor to be relocated together with the eccentric, in particular in order to interact with different locking tongues of different drawers.
[0025] In one embodiment, the eccentric is arranged and configured to interact indirectly with the locking tongue, which is displaceable between the locking position and the release position, in order to displace the locking tongue into the release position. For example, the eccentric can interact with a displacement piston, a displacement bolt, or the like, which in turn interacts with the locking tongue.
[0026] In another embodiment, the eccentric is arranged and configured to interact directly with the locking tongue which is displaceable between the locking position and the release position in order to displace the locking tongue into the release position.
[0027] In one embodiment, the starting ramp, which is provided to prevent the locking tongue pretensioned into the locked position from shifting the locking mechanism into the unlocked position and thus unintentionally unlocking all drawers when closing the drawer released by the unlocking device, bypassing the locking mechanism, is arranged on the displaceable locking tongue and forms a contact surface for the eccentric. Alternatively or additionally, the starting ramp is arranged on the eccentric and there forms a contact surface for the locking tongue. In particular, in each of these embodiments, when the drawer released by the release mechanism is opened, the eccentric is held in its position associated with the release position of the locking tongue until the drawer is closed again. Only then is the eccentric returned to its position associated with the locking position of the locking tongue. In this way, the ramp and eccentric ensure that the locking tongue moves into its release position near the locking bar when the drawer is closed, preventing unwanted global unlocking of all drawers. Of course, it is also possible for the eccentric to briefly move to its locked position while the drawer is opening, but then return to its released position in time before or during the drawer's closing.
[0028] According to a further development of the invention, the drawer cabinet comprises a displacement mechanism configured to selectively displace the release mechanism, in particular the eccentric, or the eccentric with its associated electric motor, between at least two drawers of the plurality of drawers. Advantageously, this makes it very simple and cost-effective, in particular with a minimal number of parts, to selectively release an individual drawer of the plurality of drawers by using the same release mechanism for multiple drawers. In a particularly advantageous embodiment, only one release mechanism is provided for all drawers or for a column of drawers, wherein the release mechanism can be displaced to the drawer to be opened.Alternatively, in a more complex design, it is also possible to assign such a release mechanism to each drawer, whereby the release mechanisms can then be controlled independently of one another.
[0029] In particular, the unlocking device comprises the displacement mechanism.
[0030] In one embodiment, the displacement mechanism comprises a guide rail—in particular in addition to the drive shaft—along which the release mechanism can be displaced. Alternatively or additionally, the displacement mechanism comprises a drive belt for displacing the release mechanism. Alternatively or additionally, the displacement mechanism comprises a drive motor, in particular a second electric motor, to effect the displacement of the release mechanism. In particular, the drive motor acts on the drive belt, which in turn is coupled to the release mechanism for its displacement.
[0031] According to a further development of the invention, the drawer cabinet comprises a control device that is operatively connected to the displacement mechanism and configured to control the displacement mechanism to move to a specific drawer of the plurality of drawers. In particular, this advantageously allows a single drawer of the plurality of drawers to be selected and specifically released by the release mechanism.
[0032] In one embodiment, the control device has an interface configured for the selection of a specific drawer, particularly by a user. This advantageously allows access control to be implemented, allowing specific users to open only specific drawers. In particular, access to individual drawers can be permitted or denied for different users by an administrator.
[0033] The interface may in particular have a display and / or enable input via keyboard, mouse or touchscreen.
[0034] In one embodiment, the interface is additionally or alternatively configured to allow wireless or wired remote access, in particular via the internet, in particular Ethernet, or via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, an infrared connection, or any other suitable means. Furthermore, app control of the interface using a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet, is also possible.
[0035] In one embodiment, the drawer cabinet has a display device that is configured to indicate, for example, visually, acoustically, or haptically, in particular by means of a light signal, which drawer is unlocked or released, i.e., which drawer can be opened. In particular, at least one light-emitting diode (LED) can be assigned to each drawer, wherein the control device is operatively connected to the LEDs and configured to control the LED assigned to the drawer currently to be opened, such that this LED lights up, while the other LEDs assigned to drawers that are not to be opened are not lit. However, a type of traffic light system is also possible, in which, for example, LEDs of locked drawers light up red, while LEDs of released drawers light up green.Advantageously, the user is guided to the drawer to be opened in a simple and intuitive manner by an easily understandable light signal. According to a further development of the invention, the drawer cabinet additionally has an ejection mechanism configured to open at least one of the plurality of drawers at least over a predetermined opening path. This advantageously simplifies the opening process for the user, particularly when the drawers are loaded with heavy objects such as tools. The ejection mechanism can in particular have an ejection pivot arm which - optionally actuated by an electric motor or spring-loaded - can be rotated about a third axis of rotation in order to slide the drawer to be opened at least over the predetermined opening path.
[0036] In one embodiment, the displacement mechanism also includes the ejection mechanism. This mechanism can then advantageously be selectively relocated to a specific drawer together with the release mechanism. It is also possible for the release mechanism to include the ejection mechanism.
[0037] In one embodiment, the drawer cabinet has an opening limiting mechanism configured to allow a drawer to be pulled out only to a predetermined maximum extent. Depending on the contents to be removed and the storage location, only a specific maximum extension distance for a specific drawer can then advantageously be specified for a specific user, in particular to prevent the user from accidentally or intentionally removing other contents. Such an opening limiting mechanism is disclosed, for example, in DE 10 2015 205 018 B3.
[0038] According to a further development of the invention, the cabinet body is configured to hold the plurality of drawers next to one another in columns. Alternatively or additionally, the cabinet body is configured to hold the plurality of drawers one below the other in rows.
[0039] According to a further development of the invention, it is provided that the drawer cabinet has at least one drawer according to the invention described below or a drawer according to one or more of the embodiments described below.
[0040] The object is also achieved by providing a drawer configured for use in a drawer cabinet according to the invention or a drawer cabinet according to one or more of the previously described embodiments, wherein the drawer has a locking tongue that can be moved between a locking position and a release position. In connection with the drawer, the advantages already explained in connection with the drawer cabinet are realized in particular.
[0041] In one embodiment, the locking tongue is arranged on a rear outer side of the drawer, in particular centrally of the drawer. In particular, the locking tongue is arranged on a locking plate rigidly connected to a drawer body.
[0042] According to a further development of the invention, the locking tongue is pre-tensioned into the locked position. Advantageously, the drawer is thus locked in the drawer cabinet as intended, as long as, on the one hand, the locking mechanism is arranged in its locked position and, on the other hand, the locking tongue is not actively moved into the release position. This effectively prevents accidental opening of the drawer.
[0043] In one embodiment, the locking tongue is pre-tensioned into the locking position by means of a pre-tensioning element. The pre-tensioning element can be designed as a spring, in particular as a coil spring or leaf spring.
[0044] According to a further development of the invention, the locking tongue has an undercut and is configured to engage the locking bar in its locked position with the undercut in the locked position, and to be arranged out of engagement with the locking bar in the released position. In particular, the locking tongue, in particular the undercut, is adapted to the drawer cabinet, in particular to the at least one locking bar, in such a way that the locking tongue, in its locked position, engages the locking bar in its locked position with the undercut, and in its released position, is arranged out of engagement with the locking bar.In particular, the locking tongue is arranged away from or remote from the locking rod in the release position, i.e. it does not engage behind the locking rod with the undercut, even while the locking rod is still arranged in its locking position.
[0045] In one embodiment, the locking tongue has the securing ramp described above and, following the undercut, the opening ramp, as disclosed in WO 96 / 25577 A1 - see therein in particular Figures 5A to 5F including the associated description.
[0046] The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings, which show: Figure 1 shows a first embodiment of a drawer cabinet with a first embodiment of a drawer and a locking mechanism; Figure 2 shows a first detailed view of the drawer cabinet according to Figure 1, showing a release mechanism and a locking tongue of the drawer; Figure 3 shows a second detailed view of the drawer cabinet according to Figure 1 ; Figure 4 a third detailed view of the drawer cabinet according to Figure 1 with the locking mechanism in a locking position, the release mechanism and the locking tongue in a locking position; Figure 5 a fourth detailed view of the drawer cabinet according to Figure 1 with the locking mechanism in the locking position, the release mechanism and the locking tongue in a release position, and Figure 6 shows a detailed illustration of a second embodiment of a drawer cabinet with a second embodiment of a drawer.
[0047] Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of a drawer cabinet 1 with a first embodiment of a drawer 3 and a locking mechanism 5.
[0048] The drawer cabinet has a cabinet body 7 configured to hold a plurality of drawers 3, of which only one drawer 3 is shown here by way of example, displaceably between a closed position and an open position, in particular in or on the drawer cabinet 1, in particular in the cabinet body 7. The drawer 3 shown here is shown in the closed position and can be pulled out towards the viewer into the open position, in particular in an unlocked position of the locking mechanism 5. The locking mechanism 5 is configured to selectively lock the plurality of drawers 3 as a whole in a locked position of the locking mechanism 5 and to release them in the unlocked position. In addition, the locking mechanism 5 is configured to provide an individual pull-out protection in the unlocked position, so that all other drawers 3 are locked in their respective closed positions by the locking mechanism 5 when one of the drawers 3 is pulled out towards its open position.
[0049] In addition, the drawer cabinet 1 has an unlocking device 9 which is designed to release at least one drawer 3 to be opened by bypassing the locking mechanism 5, so that the drawer 3 to be opened can be opened while the locking mechanism 5 is in its locking position.
[0050] The locking mechanism 5 has at least one locking bar 11, in the embodiment shown here a first locking bar 11.1 and a Figures 4 and 5The locking bars 11.2 are arranged on a rear inner side of the drawer cabinet 1, in particular centrally relative to the drawer 3 and the cabinet body 7.
[0051] The cabinet body 7 is configured to hold the plurality of drawers 3 one below the other in rows. In another embodiment, it is additionally or alternatively possible for the cabinet body 7 to be configured to hold the plurality of drawers 3 next to one another in columns.
[0052] Fig. 2 shows a first detailed view of the drawer cabinet 1 according to Figure 1 , wherein a release mechanism 13 of the unlocking device 9 and a locking tongue 15 of the drawer 3 are shown.
[0053] Identical and functionally identical elements are provided with the same reference symbols in all figures, so that reference is made to the preceding description in each case.
[0054] The locking tongue 15 is arranged on a rear outer side of the drawer 3, in particular centrally of the drawer 3. Preferably, the locking tongue 15 is arranged on a locking plate 19 rigidly connected to a drawer body 17 of the drawer 3.
[0055] The release mechanism 13 is configured to cooperate with the locking tongue 15, which is displaceable between a locking position and a release position, in order to displace the displaceable locking tongue 15 from the locking position to the release position.
[0056] For this purpose, the release mechanism 13 has an eccentric 21 which is rotatable about a rotation axis - referred to as the second rotation axis - and which is arranged and configured to cooperate with the locking tongue 15 which is displaceable between the locking position and the release position in order to displace the locking tongue 15 into the release position.
[0057] In particular, the eccentric 21 is mediated via a drive shaft 23 by a Figure 1 and 3 illustrated - in particular controllable - first electric motor 25 is rotatable about the second axis of rotation.
[0058] The eccentric 21 can also be displaced along the drive shaft 23 - in particular in the vertical direction - in order to interact optionally with different locking tongues 15 of different drawers 3.
[0059] The drawer cabinet 1 also has a displacement mechanism 27, which is designed to selectively displace the release mechanism 13, in particular the eccentric 21, between at least two drawers 3 of the plurality of drawers 3. The displacement mechanism 27 has in particular a guide rail 29 and a drive belt 31 for displacing the release mechanism 13, as well as a Figure 1 and 3The second electric motor 33 shown serves as a drive motor to effect the displacement of the release mechanism 13. The second electric motor 33 acts on the drive belt 31, which in turn is coupled to the release mechanism 13 for its displacement.
[0060] Fig. 3 shows a second detailed view of the drawer cabinet 1 according to Figure 1 .
[0061] This shows Figure 3in particular the displacement mechanism 27 with the first electric motor 25, the guide rail 29, the drive belt 31 and the second electric motor 33. By means of the displacement mechanism 27, the release mechanism 13 and in particular the eccentric 21 can be displaced along the guide rail 29 - in particular with respect to the drawer cabinet 1 in the vertical direction, that is to say in the geodetic vertical direction - wherein the eccentric 21 can be selectively engaged with one of the drawers 3 in order to individually displace the displaceable locking tongue 15 of the selected drawer 3 into the release position and thus individually unlock the selected drawer 3 by bypassing the locking mechanism 5.
[0062] The drawer cabinet 1 also has a control device 35, which is operatively connected to the displacement mechanism 27 and configured to control the displacement mechanism 27 to move to a specific drawer 3 of the plurality of drawers 3. Furthermore, the control device 35 is operatively connected to the release mechanism 13 to release the selected drawer 3. In particular, the control device 35 is operatively connected, on the one hand, to the first electric motor 25 and, on the other hand, to the second electric motor 33 to control them. The control device 35 can be embodied, for example, as a conventional personal computer or in another manner.
[0063] The control device 35 can have an interface 37 configured for selection of the specific drawer 3 by a user. The interface can, in particular, have a display and / or enable input via keyboard, mouse, or touchscreen. However, the interface 37 can also be configured to allow wireless or wired remote access, in particular via the internet, in particular Ethernet, or via Bluetooth, WLAN, an infrared connection, or in any other suitable manner. Furthermore, app control of the interface 37 using a mobile input device, for example a smartphone or tablet, is also possible.
[0064] The drawer cabinet 1 can additionally have an ejection mechanism configured to open at least one drawer 3 of the plurality of drawers 3 at least over a predetermined opening path. Preferably, the displacement mechanism 27 can also comprise the ejection mechanism. In particular, the release mechanism 13 can have the ejection mechanism.
[0065] Alternatively or additionally, the drawer cabinet 1 has an opening limiting mechanism which is designed to allow the pulling out of a drawer only up to a maximum of a predetermined pull-out path, as disclosed, for example, in DE 10 2015 205 018 B3.
[0066] Fig. 4 shows a third detailed view of the drawer cabinet 1 according to Figure 1 with the locking mechanism 5 in a locking position, the release mechanism 13 and the locking tongue 15 in a blocking position.
[0067] In addition to the first locking rod 11.1, which can be moved between the locking position and the unlocking position, the locking mechanism 5 has a second locking rod 11.2 which is synchronously movable and coupled to the first locking rod 11.1.
[0068] The locking rods 11, which are designed in particular as locking rails or locking plates, are each mounted so as to rotate about a rotation axis between the locking position and the unlocking position. In particular, the rotation axis about which the first locking rod 11.1 is rotatable is referred to as the first rotation axis. Furthermore, the locking rods 11 are arranged in a V-shaped configuration opening toward the drawer 3.
[0069] The first locking rod 11.1 is arranged and configured to cooperate in a locking manner with an undercut 39 of the locking tongue 15 of the drawer 3 in the locking position and to release the locking tongue 15 in the unlocking position. In particular, the first locking rod 11.1 in the locking position shown here rests against the undercut 39 in a locking manner or at least engages behind it in a locking manner, so that an extension of the drawer 3 from the closed position shown into the open position - in the illustration of Figure 4upwards - is not possible. The second locking rod 11.2 is arranged and configured to interact with a securing ramp 41 of the locking tongue 15, wherein the securing ramp 41 can rotate the second locking rod 11.2 from its unlocked position to implement the individual pull-out security when the drawer 3 is pulled out from the closed position to the open position in such a way that the first locking rod 11.1 is simultaneously moved back into the locked position via the synchronously movable coupling, so that the remaining drawers 3 are locked again while the drawer 3 that has just been pulled out is opened. Adjacent to the undercut 39 is a bevel 45 acting as an opening ramp 43, which, when the drawer 3 is moved back from the open position, establishes the closed position with the first locking rod 11.1 and can push it back into the unlocked position, so that all drawers 3 are unlocked globally. Due to the synchronously movable coupling of the locking rods 11, the second locking rod 11.2 is then simultaneously moved back into its unlocked position.
[0070] Preferably, each drawer 3 of the drawer cabinet 1 has a—in particular displaceable—locking tongue 15, wherein the first locking rod 11.1 is arranged and configured to simultaneously cooperate in a locking manner with the plurality of undercuts 39 of the plurality of locking tongues 15 in the locking position, and to simultaneously release the plurality of locking tongues 15 in the unlocking position. The locking rods 11 each extend along a rod longitudinal direction, in particular in the vertical direction or geodetic vertical direction of the drawer cabinet 1, wherein the plurality of locking tongues 15 are arranged one behind the other along the rod longitudinal direction, i.e., in particular geodetically one below the other.
[0071] In Figure 4It is further shown that the locking tongue 15 is pre-tensioned into its locking position by means of a pre-tensioning element 47. In the embodiment shown here, the pre-tensioning element 47 is designed as a helical spring.
[0072] By means of the displacement mechanism 27, the eccentric 21 can be arranged at the level of the locking tongue 15. In Figure 4 the eccentric 21 does not yet interact with the locking tongue 15, and this is arranged in its locking position.
[0073] Fig. 5 shows a fourth detailed view of the drawer cabinet according to Figure 1 with the locking mechanism 5 in the locking position, the release mechanism 13 and the locking tongue 15 in a release position.
[0074] In the representation according to Figure 5the eccentric 21 is rotated by means of the drive shaft 23 such that it engages with the locking tongue 15 and pushes it from its locked position into its release position against the pretension of the pretensioning element 47. As a result, the locking tongue 15 is no longer engaged with the locking rods 11, and the drawer 3 is released or unlocked, bypassing the locking mechanism 5, i.e., in the locking position of the locking mechanism 5, and can be pulled out from its closed position into the open position. In its release position, the locking tongue 15 can be displaced between the locking rods 11 arranged in the locking position, preferably without touching them, in order to pull out the drawer 3.
[0075] If the locking tongue 15 disengages from the eccentric 21, it is forced back into its locking position by the pre-tensioning element 47, so that the drawer 3 is locked again after being moved back into the closed position. The eccentric 21 is temporarily - especially while the drawer 3 is open - in the Figure 4 shown position turned back.
[0076] Fig. 6 shows a second embodiment of the drawer cabinet 1 with a second embodiment of a drawer 3.
[0077] To prevent the first locking rod 11.1 from being forced into the unlocked position by the locking tongue 15 pre-tensioned into its locked position when the drawer 3, released by the release mechanism 13 and bypassing the locking mechanism 5, is moved back from the open position to the closed position, thus unintentionally unlocking all drawers 3, a starting ramp 49 is arranged and configured in this embodiment such that the locking tongue 15 is moved into its release position in the region of the first locking rod 11.1 by means of the starting ramp 49 during the closing process. The starting ramp 49 is arranged here on the locking tongue 15 and forms a contact surface for the eccentric 21.
[0078] In another embodiment not shown, the starting ramp 49 can alternatively or additionally be arranged on the eccentric 21, where it forms a contact surface for the locking tongue 15.
[0079] In particular, when opening the drawer 3 released by the release mechanism 13, the eccentric 21 is preferably held in its position associated with the release position of the locking tongue 15 until the drawer 3 is closed again. Only then is the eccentric 21 moved back into its position associated with the locking position of the locking tongue 15, whereby the locking tongue 15 then also returns to its locking position.
[0080] In another embodiment, the first locking rod 11.1 can alternatively be preloaded into the locked position—in particular by means of a tension or compression spring. In order to then be able to unlock all drawers 3 globally, for example, for emergency release, the first locking rod 11.1 can be relieved of this preload by means of a global key mechanism, in particular by moving or releasing the tension or compression spring.
