Description

[0001] The subject of the invention is a dispenser for pouches with a protective cap, intended especially for permanent connection to a plastic container with flexible walls for dispensing products, especially liquid food products, cosmetics, etc.

[0002] It is known from the description of the invention WO2014007612 a pouch dispenser having a body with a spout and a plastic cap, intended for liquid baby food products.

[0003] From the description of the utility model No. Ru.058871, a dispenser with a protective cap is known, having a body in the shape of a truncated cone on both sides, the pouring opening of which is topped with a cap connected to the flange by breakable bridges.

[0004] The outer surface of the lower part of the body is equipped with a system of thin-walled ribs ended with a flexible wing.

[0005] From the description of the invention, No. WO 2008050361, a cap for a container with a guarantee seal is known, which is broken after the first opening. The container cap is rotatable by the user. On the other hand, the warranty seal is integral with the handling means and consists of a plurality of segments, the seal having an engaging portion that has at least one engaging member for engagement with the stop members and the connecting portion to prevent the warranty seal from rotating. The cap is characterized in that the replaceable guarantee seal further comprises a securing part which enables the coupling part to be connected to the handling part. The securing part is structurally suitable to hold the engaging part and is constrained by breaking the seal.

[0006] From the description of the invention WO 2014007612, a closure assembly is known, and a container provided with a closure assembly is known. The assembly consists of a cylindrical neck with a channel forming an outlet in the upper part of the channel. Mounted at the top of the cylindrical neck is a turnable cap adapted to manually turn from a closed position towards an opening. The turnable cap further includes a ring having a tamper-evident bridge that is integrally pressed into the diaphragm, and the tamper-evident feature comprises at least two ring segments, each ring segment having a base portion and an index portion. The turnable cap with the tamper-evident ring is shaped such that when the cap is turned in the user opening direction from its closed position, the first time, to the end of the head of the indicator portion, it engages the projection, which then prevents further movement in the cap opening direction. The breakaway bridge between the head of the base part and the indicator part is subjected to permanent deformation. A dispenser for pouches according with the preambles of claims 1 and 2 is known from JP 2019 051976 A. The invention is defined by a dispenser according to claim 1 and by a dispenser according to claim 2.

[0007] The aim of the invention is to shape the bevel cuts of the upper and lower shelves of dispensers allowing for increasing the quantity of their serial and stable placement in the transport guides of transport rails for conducting a smooth technological process, such as welding dispensers with pouches or filling them with liquid products.

[0008] The essence of the dispenser for pouches, especially for liquid products according to the invention, is that the upper shelf and the lower shelf have bevel cuts inversely symmetrical to each other and have bevel cuts of the right segment of the body inversely symmetrical with respect to the bevel cuts of the left segment of the body, the bevel cuts constitute oblique surfaces with respect to the surface of the upper shelf and the lower shelf in the front segment and the rear segment and are obliquely positioned in relation to the outer surface of the body of the dispenser.

[0009] In a variant of the invention, the side edges of the upper shelf and lower shelf have a wavy edge contour. The undulating outline of the side edges of the upper shelf is inversely symmetrical with respect to the undulating outline of the side edges of the lower shelf. The undulating outline of the side edges of the upper shelf and the lower shelf of the right segment is inversely symmetrically shaped with respect to the undulating outline of the side edges of the upper shelf and lower shelf of the left segment.

[0010] The advantage of the dispenser for pouches is the shaping of the bevel cuts of the upper and lower shelves of dispensers allowing for increasing the quantity of their serial and stable placement in the transport guides of transport rails for conducting a smooth technological process, such as welding dispensers with pouches or filling them with liquid products. The advantage is also the reduction of production costs and transport costs.

[0011] The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the body of the dispenser in general view, fig. 2 shows the body of the dispenser in general view, fig. 3 shows the body of the dispenser in general view, and fig. 4 shows the body of the dispenser in a variant of the invention in a general view, and Fig. 5 shows two dispenser bodies in series in a top view, and Fig. 6 shows two dispenser bodies in series in a side view.

[0012] The dispenser for pouches is made of plastic and is intended for permanent connection with a container, e.g., a plastic container with flexible walls in the form of a pouch for liquid products. The pouch dispenser has a cylindrical body 1 having a spout 2 for mounting a security cap, not shown. In the lower part - this is the part below the lower shelf 6 , the body 1 has welding elements 3 located in the front segment 4 and in the rear segment 5 , which are intended to connect the dispenser with the pouch. Above the weldable elements 3 , the body 1 is equipped with a pair of parallel shelves: a lower shelf 6 and an upper shelf 7 , which in the front segment 4 and the rear segment 5 have flat surfaces, while in the right segment 8 and the left segment 9 they have bevelled edges 10 . The lower shelf 6 and the upper shelf 7 have bevelled edges 10 inversely symmetrical to each other and have bevel cuts 10 of the right segment 8 of the body 1 inversely symmetrical in relation to the bevel cuts of the left segment 9 of the body 1 , the bevel cuts 10 are oblique surfaces with respect to the flat surface of the upper shelf 7 and the lower shelf 6 in the front segment 4 and rear segment 5 , and are obliquely positioned with respect to the outer surface of the body 1 , in the right segment 8 and in the left segment 9 there are locking projections 12 , and in the front segment 4 and rear segment 5 tamper evidence tearing elements 11 are located.

[0013] In a variant of the invention, the upper shelf 7 and the lower shelf 6 have an undulating outline of the side edges 13 in the right segment 8 and in the left segment 9 . The undulating outline of the side edges 13 of the upper shelf 7 is inversely symmetrically shaped with respect to the undulating outline of the side edges 13 of the lower shelf 6 . The undulating outline of the side edges 13 of the upper shelf 7 and the lower shelf 6 of the right segment 8 is inversely symmetrically shaped with respect to the undulating outline of the side edges 13 of the upper shelf 7 and lower shelf 6 of the left segment 9 .
