AI Technical Summary
Existing pouring devices lack a stable position for the closure cap after opening, which can interfere with product removal and user handling, such as touching the face while drinking or obstructing the pouring path.
A plug-in element on the closure cap is designed to insert into an insertion area on the pourer, providing a clamping or latching effect that maintains the cap's position, ensuring it does not interfere with usage and remains attached, thus preventing disruptive positioning.
The closure cap is securely positioned after opening, preventing interference during product removal and allowing easy access to the pouring spout without touching the cap, enhancing user experience and reducing contamination risks.

Abstract
Description
[0001] Pouring device
[0002] The invention relates to a pouring device comprising a spout that is connected to a container or at least connectable to a container and that has a pouring spout arranged around a spout axis, and that comprises a closure cap that is arranged around a cap axis, with which the pouring spout can be opened, preferably also reclosed, and that comprises at least one retaining strap that is integrally connected to the closure cap and with which the closure cap is fastened to the spout, in particular to the pouring spout of the spout. The invention also relates to a container with such a pouring device.
[0003] The spout axis is the axis along which the open channel of the pouring spout extends. The cap axis is the axis around which the cap is rotated to open the spout from an originally closed position.
[0004] In a preferred embodiment in which the closure cap, in the closed state, partially covers the pouring spout, the cap axis is the axis around which the cap wall is arranged, which is closed at the upper end with a cap lid and open at the lower end. The open end and cap lid are thus spaced apart in the direction of the cap axis. It can preferably be provided that cooperating closure elements are arranged on the outer surface of the pouring spout and on the inner surface of the closure cap, by means of which the closure cap and the pouring spout can be detached from one another and preferably also reconnected to one another by rotating the closure cap about the axis of rotation / spout axis / cap axis running through the pouring spout.
[0005] The cooperating closure elements can be designed, for example, as a pair of internal and external threads (threaded closure) or as a pair of cams and guide slot or retaining projection (bayonet closure) or as a pair of closure elements with an interlocking effect upon rotation.
[0006] However, the invention is not limited to these embodiments of fastening a cap to the pouring spout and also includes embodiments in which the closure cap is removed from the pouring spout by breaking a connection to the latter.
[0007] The spout is preferably understood to mean a component that comprises at least the pouring spout and a transition area with which the connection to a container is established or at least can be established.
[0008] A spout of the invention can thus be arranged, for example, on a bottle as a container, with the transition region being formed by an upper region of the bottle neck. A spout of the invention can also be arranged on a bag, in particular a foil bag, as a container. In this case, the transition region to which the pouring spout is attached can be formed by a so-called weld-in part, in particular a boat-shaped weld-in part, which can be welded between the opposing bag walls.
[0009] Directional references used in the following description refer to the aforementioned axes and an upright position of a container with such a pouring device. Thus, in the pouring device, the area of the spout or its pouring spout that is open for product removal from a container is located at the top, and the area by which the spout is connected to a container is located at the bottom of the spout. The axial direction is along the cap or spout axis, and the radial direction is perpendicular to it. The circumferential direction runs at any radial distance around the respective axis.
[0010] When the spout is closed, the cap axis and the spout axis are parallel, in particular collinear, to each other. In this state, the cap axis and the spout axis also correspond to the rotation axis around which the closure cap can be rotated to open the spout, and preferably also to close it again.
[0011] The fastening of the closure cap by means of at least one retaining strap ensures that the closure cap remains attached to the spout or container after opening and thus does not get lost and pollute the environment.
[0012] Pouring devices of this type are generally known in the prior art, e.g. from the publication EP 3 929 102 A1. The problem here is that a closure cap on the container does not assume a defined, stable position after opening and can therefore interfere with the removal of the product from the container, e.g. touching a person's face when drinking or getting in the way of the product when pouring it from the container. Against this background, it is an object of the invention to further develop a pouring device of the type mentioned at the outset such that the closure cap can be brought into a stable position after opening and can then no longer interfere with the removal of the product, in particular when drinking from a container with such a pouring device.
[0013] This object is achieved in that a plug-in element extends from the closure cap at the lower open end in the direction of the cap axis, and an insertion area is arranged on the spout, in particular on the pouring spout, into which the plug-in element of the closure cap can be inserted in a direction radial to the spout axis. In this case, "in the direction of the cap axis" preferably means parallel to the cap axis, in particular at a distance from it. The insertion area preferably extends radially into the depth.
[0014] Preferably, the plug element is further arranged such that it extends in the axial direction from the end face of the annular rim surrounding the opening of the open end.
[0015] According to the invention, the position of the closure cap is defined after the spout has been opened and the plug-in element has been inserted into the insertion area. Preferably, the closure cap remains in this position during use of the container due to a clamping or locking action between the plug-in element and the insertion area. Therefore, the closure cap can no longer assume any disturbing positions during use of the container. The at least one retaining strap also maintains a defined, fixed position, since the position of its ends is also defined.
[0016] One possible preferred embodiment can provide for only a single retaining strap on the pouring device. Another preferred embodiment can provide for the pouring device to have exactly two retaining straps. In the originally closed state, the axial extension of the plug-in element also ensures that it does not protrude radially from the closure cap, thus ensuring that it occupies a position that does not interfere with handling. Preferably, the plug-in element does not protrude further radially outward from the closure cap than all other elements formed integrally with the closure cap.
[0017] Due to the inventive arrangement of the plug-in element on the closure cap, it can preferably also be achieved that, in a state in which the plug-in element is inserted into the insertion region, the closure cap is arranged pointing away from the open end of the pouring spout, in particular the closure cap is arranged predominantly, preferably with more than 75%, preferably more than 90% of its diameter, below the insertion region, in particular in the direction of a container. In this arrangement, it is thus achieved that the pouring spout is not covered, or only insignificantly covered, by the closure cap after insertion and a user of the container can easily put the pouring spout into their mouth, e.g. when drinking, without their lips touching the closure cap in an annoying way.
[0018] This effect is preferably enhanced if the insertion area is positioned below the open end of the closure cap in the axial direction of the spout axis, relative to a state in which the spout is closed with the closure cap. The usable area of the pouring spout that can be placed in the mouth is typically the area covered by the closure cap when the spout is closed, so that the aforementioned position of the insertion area ensures that the closure cap inserted into this insertion area does not cover, or only slightly covers, the aforementioned usable area.
[0019] For spouts that are attached, or at least attachable, to a bag as a container with a welded part, it is preferably provided that the insertion area is arranged in a position, viewed in the circumferential direction around the spout axis, that is located between the two arms of the welded part extending away from the pouring spout, preferably centrally between the two arms of the welded part extending away from the pouring spout. This ensures that the inserted closure cap does not collide with the bag container, but is arranged laterally next to it.
[0020] In a preferred embodiment, the insertion area is at least partially, preferably completely, covered by the plug-in element when the spout is closed with the closure cap. Thus, even in the closed state, the insertion area does not pose any potential for interference.
[0021] The invention can preferably provide that the plug-in element has an angular extension in the circumferential direction around the cap axis of at least 10 degrees, preferably at least 20 degrees, more preferably at least 30 degrees, more preferably at least 35 degrees, in particular less than 45 degrees. In this embodiment, the plug-in element is designed as a plug-in tab, in particular one that, viewed in the circumferential direction, has a curvature corresponding to the radial distance of the plug-in tab from the cap axis.
[0022] Preferably, the insertion region can be formed between two projections spaced apart in the axial direction on the pouring spout, in particular between two annular projections each completely surrounding the pouring spout.
[0023] Annular and axially spaced projections can preferably also perform additional functions, particularly in connection with the embodiments described below. For example, the upper annular projection can perform the function of a locking ring, particularly as described below. For example, the lower annular projection can perform the function of a stop ring, particularly as described below. It is preferably provided that on the lower projection, in particular on the lower annular projection, in particular on the side facing the upper projection, at least one retaining web, preferably two retaining webs spaced apart in the circumferential direction around the spout axis, are arranged, preferably with each retaining web reaching up to the pouring spout, in particular at least substantially radially, wherein the insertion region, viewed in the axial direction, is formed between the upper projection, in particular the upper annular projection, and the surface of the at least one retaining web facing the upper projection. As a result of this design, the axial distance between the projections, in particular the annular ones, can be greater than the radial (relative to the cap axis) thickness of the plug-in element. The area effective in the insertion region for receiving the plug-in element is reduced here by the at least one retaining web.
[0024] Here, a preferred development can provide for a respective retaining web to have an undercut, in particular one that interacts with at least one projection on the plug-in element, preferably to achieve a connection in which the projection engages the undercut. This can secure the closure cap against being pulled out of the plug-in area too easily.
[0025] The undercut on a holding web can preferably be formed in that the holding web has a greater axial height with respect to the spout axis in an area pointing away from the pouring spout, in particular its end, compared to an area pointing towards the pouring spout or closer to the pouring spout, preferably compared to the area directly adjacent to the pouring spout.
[0026] The projection on the plug element can be designed such that it extends radially inward from the plug element, in particular from its inner surface, relative to the cap axis. Preferably, the projection can be arranged at the axially outermost end of the plug element.
[0027] It can further preferably be provided that the radial thickness of the plug-in element at the location of the projection is equal to or smaller than the radial width of the lower axial end face of the cap wall from which the plug-in element projects axially. At axial positions outside the region of the projection, the radial thickness of the plug-in element is preferably always smaller than the radial width of said end face. To achieve this, it can be provided, for example, that the plug-in element, starting from the end face, is initially tapered in radial thickness in the axial direction of the cap axis, e.g., up to a region of constant radial thickness, which is adjoined by the projection.
[0028] In general, the invention can provide that the at least one retaining band formed integrally with the closure cap is fastened directly or indirectly to the spout somewhere with the end pointing away from the closure cap.
[0029] A particularly preferred embodiment further provides that the closure cap is part of a cap arrangement which comprises the closure cap, a retaining ring and at least one retaining band, wherein the at least one retaining band is formed with one of its ends in one piece with the closure cap and with the other of its ends in one piece with the retaining ring, wherein the retaining ring is secured on the spout against being pulled off in the axial direction of the nozzle axis.
[0030] In this embodiment of the cap assembly, a preferred development provides that cooperating locking means are arranged on the retaining ring of the cap assembly and on the spout, in particular on the pouring spout, by means of which the retaining ring is fastened to the spout, in particular on the pouring spout, in particular after initial assembly, and in particular remains fastened even when the closure cap is opened, wherein the locking means on the spout forms at least a partial area, in particular an axially upper partial area, of the insertion area. This preferably makes it possible to arrange the inserted closure cap completely below the aforementioned locking means on the spout.
[0031] A preferred embodiment provides that a locking ring surrounding the spout, in particular the pouring spout, and projecting radially outwards from the outer surface of the pouring spout is arranged on the spout, in particular on the pouring spout, as a locking means, wherein the locking ring is engaged behind in a locking manner by the retaining ring, in particular by at least one locking projection on the retaining ring, in particular in the direction of attachment of the closure cap.
[0032] Preferably, at least one locking projection extending in the circumferential direction and projecting radially inward from the inner surface of the retaining ring is arranged as a locking means on the inner surface of the retaining ring. The free inner cross-section between several locking projections is preferably smaller than the outer diameter of the locking ring on the spout.
[0033] It is particularly preferred that the insertion area is formed, viewed in the axial direction, between the locking ring on the spout or pouring spout and the retaining ring.
[0034] In a preferred embodiment, the insertion area is formed between the locking ring and the edge of a notch on the side of the retaining ring facing the closure cap. Thus, the uppermost edge of the retaining ring can reach up to the locking ring or even cover it, with the lower upper edge of the notch creating a free area below the locking ring in the axial direction, into which the plug-in element can be inserted. It can be provided that the edge of the notch at least partially defines an opening in the insertion area.A further preferred development provides that, viewed in the axial direction of the spout axis, a stop ring is arranged around the pouring spout at a distance below the locking ring, wherein at least one holding web, preferably two holding webs spaced apart in the circumferential direction around the spout axis, are arranged on the stop ring, in particular on the side facing the locking ring, preferably wherein a respective holding web extends radially to the pouring spout, wherein the insertion area, viewed in the axial direction, is formed between the locking ring and the surface of the at least one holding web facing the locking ring.
[0035] The retaining webs can preferably perform a supporting function on the plug-in element, in particular on the part of the plug-in element which projects radially inwards beyond the retaining ring or the edge of the notch after insertion.
[0036] It is preferably provided that, viewed in the circumferential direction around the nozzle axis, the at least one retaining web, preferably the two spaced-apart retaining webs, is / are arranged in the region of the notch of the retaining ring, in particular centrally therein.
[0037] A preferred further development provides that in an originally closed state, the plug element of the closure cap lies at least partially in the notch of the retaining ring.
[0038] It is preferably further provided that in an originally closed state of the cap arrangement, the at least one retaining band, in particular each retaining band, is arranged in the axial direction between the closure cap and the retaining ring, and extends in the circumferential direction around the cap axis. Further preferably, the outer circumferential surface of the retaining ring is arranged flush with the outer circumferential surface of the respective retaining band and / or the radially outer surface of the plug element, in particular wherein the radially outer surface of the plug element has no elevations that protrude beyond the circumferential surface of the retaining ring, which in turn ensures that the plug element does not protrude radially outwards from the cap arrangement any further than any other element of the cap arrangement.
[0039] Furthermore, it can be provided that a respective retaining band has a plurality of breakable bridges, in particular axially extending breakable bridges, between a connection point on the retaining ring and a connection point on the closure cap, by means of which the retaining band is fastened to the retaining ring and / or the closure cap in the closed, original state. A respective breakable bridge can preferably be designed to taper in the axial direction, preferably in a direction from the retaining band to the retaining ring and / or to the closure cap, in particular with a constant thickness in the radial direction.
[0040] When forming the cap arrangement with a single retaining band, in particular also with two or more retaining bands, it is preferably provided that one end of the retaining band is connected to the closure cap in the circumferential direction with respect to the cap axis and the other end of the retaining band is connected to the retaining ring in the axial direction with respect to the cap axis.
[0041] Various embodiments of the invention are illustrated in the figures and are described below.
[0042] Figure 1 shows a first basic embodiment of a closure cap 1 which can interact with a spout 2 of Figure 2 to form the pouring device according to the invention. The closure cap 1 has a cap wall 1b which extends circumferentially around the cap axis 3 and is closed at the top by a cap lid 1a. At the bottom, the closure cap 1 has an open end 1c and can thus be placed onto a pouring spout 4 of the spout 2 which, according to Figure 2, extends around the spout axis 5. The spout axis 5 and the cap axis 3 are clearly collinear in the closed state. A retaining band 1d is integrally connected to the closure cap 1 and, in this embodiment, is connected to the closure cap 1 at the lower open end 1c. However, in principle, any other desired connection positions for the retaining band 1d can also be provided. In this embodiment, the retaining strap 1d can be attached to any other position on the spout or on the container. More than one retaining strap 1d shown can also be provided.
[0043] In Figure 2, closure elements 6a are arranged on the outside of the pouring spout 4, which interact with corresponding closure elements 6b of the closure cap 1, which are not shown in Figure 1, but can be seen, for example, in Figures 5 and 6.
[0044] As a feature essential to the invention, the closure cap 1 has, at its lower open end 1c, a plug-in element 7 extending away from the closure cap 1 in the direction of the cap axis 3. The plug-in element 7 preferably projects downwards in the axial direction from the axially lower end face of the cap wall 1b, which surrounds the opening at the open end 1c. Preferably, in this and all other possible embodiments, the radial thickness of the plug-in element 7 relative to the cap axis 3 is less than or equal to the radial width of the axial end face of the cap wall 1b.
[0045] Figure 1 clearly shows that, in the circumferential direction around the cap axis 3, the plug-in element 7 has an angular extension of angle a. In this and all other possible embodiments, this angular extension can be greater than 10 degrees, preferably greater than 20 degrees, more preferably greater than 30 degrees, even more preferably greater than 35 degrees, but in particular always less than 45 degrees.
[0046] The plug-in element 7 is thus designed in the manner of a flat plug-in tab, in particular which can have a curvature in the circumferential direction according to its radial distance from the cap axis 3. According to the invention, the plug-in element 7 is provided to be inserted into an insertion area 8 on the spout 2 in the axial direction of the cap axis 3 of the closure cap 1 and in the radial direction to the nozzle axis 5 of the spout 2.
[0047] Figure 2 shows the insertion area 8 on a spout 2 between an upper annular projection 9 and a lower annular projection 10, which are thus spaced apart in the direction of the nozzle axis 5. The annular projections 9, 10 can also perform additional functions according to the further developments described below.
[0048] The annular projections 9, 10 can, for example, have a distance which corresponds at least substantially or exactly to the radial thickness of the plug-in element 7 or, in the case of a plug-in element 7 curved in the circumferential direction, corresponds to the distance between two parallel lines enclosing the plug-in element 7.
[0049] In the illustrated embodiment, it can be seen that the distance between the annular projections 9 and 10 is greater than the radial thickness of the plug-in element 7, particularly in order to be able to perform the functions described later. To ensure sufficient clamping of the plug-in element 7, the plug-in area 8 between the projections 9 and 10 is shortened in the axial direction in the illustrated embodiment.
[0050] For this purpose, two retaining webs 11 are arranged on the lower annular projection 10, which preferably—as shown—can connect to the pouring spout 4, in particular at least substantially in the radial direction. Instead of two retaining webs 11, it may be sufficient in other embodiments to provide only one retaining web 11.
[0051] The above descriptions regarding the closure cap 1 and the spout can preferably also apply to all closure caps 1 and spouts 2 in the other figures. Figure 3 shows a preferred embodiment in which the closure cap 1 is part of a cap assembly that, in addition to the closure cap 1 and the retaining band 1d, also includes a retaining ring 1e. The single retaining band 1d shown here is integrally connected to both the closure cap 1 and the retaining ring 1e. This embodiment can also be realized with two or more retaining bands 1d.
[0052] The fastening of the closure cap 1 with the retaining band 1e to the spout 2 is achieved by the retaining ring 1e being fastened to the spout 2. In the originally closed state, the retaining ring 1e is arranged around the pouring spout 4 and is secured against axial removal by the retaining ring 1e engaging behind the upper annular projection 9, which in this function serves as a locking ring 9.
[0053] To implement the locking function, the retaining ring 1e can have one or more projections 1f on its inner surface, which can be designed, for example, like the cam 6b shown in Figure 5 on the inner surface of the cap wall. Some of several possible projections 1f are shown as examples on the inner surface of the retaining ring 1e in Figure 5.
[0054] Thus, during assembly, the retaining ring 1e can be guided over the locking ring 9, with the projections 1f engaging behind the locking ring 9.
[0055] The lower annular projection 10 can serve as a stop ring 10. Thus, the cap assembly can be axially pushed onto the spout 2 in the originally closed state—in particular without rotation—whereby the lower edge of the retaining ring 1e can abut against the stop ring 10, thus limiting the pushing-on distance.
[0056] The lower stop ring 10 thus preferably has an outer diameter that is larger than the free inner diameter of the retaining ring 1e. The retaining ring 1e can also be secured to the spout 2 so as to prevent rotation about the nozzle axis 5.
[0057] Figure 3 shows a design with a single retaining band 1d, one end of which connects to the retaining ring in the axial direction. Figure 4 shows the same cap arrangement, but here it can be seen that the other end of the retaining band connects to the lower open end of the closure cap in the circumferential direction, or to the lower edge of the closure cap in the circumferential direction.
[0058] Figures 3 and 4 show the cap assembly in its original closed state, in which the retaining band 1d is arranged in the axial direction between the closure cap 1 and the retaining ring 1e, and extends in the circumferential direction around the cap axis 3, wherein the outer surface of the retaining ring 1e is arranged flush with the outer surface of the retaining band 1d and / or the plug-in element 7. The design is such that the radially outer surface of the plug-in element 7 has no elevations that protrude beyond the outer surface of the retaining ring 1e.
[0059] Thus, the plug-in element is effectively integrated into the cap arrangement and its axially protruding property is only exposed when the pouring device is opened.
[0060] Figure 3 further shows a preferred development according to which the retaining ring 1e comprises a notch 1g on its side facing the closure cap 1. At the location of the notch, the retaining ring is reduced in its axial height, particularly compared to the surrounding areas. The plug-in element 7 lies at least partially in the notch 1g in the originally closed state. This notch 1g or at least its lower notch edge, which in the originally closed state lies opposite the axial end face of the plug-in element, is also part of the insertion area 8 for the plug-in element. It preferably forms part of an opening through which the plug-in element can be pushed between the retaining ring 1e and the locking ring 9.
[0061] Figure 5 shows a view of only the cap assembly of a pouring device, in which it has been opened. It is clear that the plug-in element 7 is formed entirely within the radial width of the axial end face 1h of the lower cap edge, i.e., it protrudes neither radially inward nor outward beyond the cap edge. In particular, the radial width of the plug-in element 7 can even be smaller than the radial width of the end face 1h of the cap edge, for which purpose it has a thinner material on the inside, in particular such that the plug-in element 7 remains flush with the retaining ring 1e on the outside.
[0062] Figure 5A shows a preferred development in which the plug-in element 7 has a projection pointing radially inwards with respect to the cap axis, preferably at its free end, in particular in order to provide a possibility of locking the plug-in element 7 in the plug-in area 8.
[0063] For this purpose, Figure 5B shows a preferred development of the design of the spout according to Figure 2, in which the holding webs 11 each have an undercut into which the projection on the plug-in element 7 can come to rest. The axial height of the holding webs 11 with respect to the spout axis 5 is lower in the region of the respective holding web 11 adjacent to the pouring spout 4 than in a region facing away from the pouring spout 4, in particular the outermost region of the respective holding web 11, in order to form the undercut.
[0064] Figure 6 shows a view of the cap assembly according to Figure 5 without a spout in a state in which the closure cap with the plug-in element 7 is inserted into the insertion area 8. It is clearly visible that the plug-in element 7 is inserted into the insertion area through the opening defined by the notch 1g. Figure 7 shows a first view in which a cap assembly of Figures 3, 4, and 5 is arranged on a spout 2 of Figure 2. Alternatively, the spout 2 according to Figure 5B can also be used in conjunction with the cap assembly of Figure 5A, which also applies to all other figures. The retaining ring 1e lies axially below the upper annular projection 9, which forms the locking ring 9, and is reinforced behind it and thus axially secured. The retaining ring also lies above the lower annular projection / stop ring 10.
[0065] The opening to the insertion area 8 for the plug-in element 7 is defined in the axial direction at the top by the lower edge of the locking ring 9 and at the bottom by the edge of the notch 1g facing the locking ring 9. In the radial direction, between the retaining ring 1e and the pouring spout 4, in the area of the notch, lie the two retaining webs 11, which provide sufficient support for the plug-in element 7 in the area behind the retaining ring. The insertion area thus lies entirely below the lower surface of the locking ring 9 and above the surface of the retaining webs 11 and above the lower edge of the notch 1g.
[0066] Figure 8 shows another view of the pouring device according to the invention, in which the plug-in element 7 is inserted into the insertion area.
[0067] The highly advantageous effect of the closure cap 1 being arranged completely below the locking ring 9 in the axial direction of the spout axis 5 can be clearly seen here. The entire pouring spout 4 can therefore be enclosed with the mouth for drinking without contacting the closure cap with the lips. This is preferably further supported in all possible embodiments shown and not shown by the fact that the plug-in element 7 has a greater radial distance from the cap axis 3 than the cap wall 1b. For this purpose, the closure cap 1 preferably has a radial widening at the lower open end.
[0068] Figure 9 shows, merely for clarification, a different view of the same situation as in Figure 8. Figures 2, 7, 8 and 9 show an embodiment of the pouring device according to the invention in a spout 2 for bags as a container, wherein the bag itself is not visualized, but adjoins in a manner known per se to the weld-in part 12 which is provided at the lower open end of the pouring spout 4.
[0069] It is particularly clear in Figure 9 that the position of the insertion area 8 in the circumferential direction around the nozzle axis 5, viewed centrally between the arm ends 12a, 12b of the weld-in part, results in an advantageous position of the inserted closure cap 1, in which the latter lies laterally next to the bag or the weld-in part shown here, although it is covered by the bag / weld-in part 12 when viewed in radial projection relative to the nozzle axis 5 or in axial projection of the cap axis 3.
[0070] Figure 10 shows another embodiment of a pouring device according to the invention in the originally closed state with a bottle as container 13 using the same described cap arrangements as previously described, for example, for Figures 5 and 5A, i.e. with all the features previously described.
[0071] Figure 11 shows the same arrangement as Figure 10 without the cap arrangement, illustrating that all features of the pouring spout 4 described in the embodiment according to Figures 2, 5B, 7, 8, and 9 are also present here, or at least can be present, with the sole exception that a bottle neck 12 is provided as the transition area 12 to the container 13, rather than a welded part. The stop ring 10 can also serve as a support ring for a bottle in conveying or filling systems.
[0072] Figure 12 shows that the closure cap 1, in the inserted state, is also arranged completely beneath the locking ring 10 and laterally adjacent to the transition area between the spout and the container 13, which in this embodiment is designed as a bottle neck. Therefore, the design of the transition area 12 between the spout and the container 13 is irrelevant to the invention. In all possible cases, the invention realizes the essential advantages.
[0073] Figure 13 shows the same design in top view.
