Abstract
Description
[0001] Functional unit with a door compartment for a sliding door
[0002] The invention relates to a functional unit with at least one door compartment for a displaceably held door, which has at least one first door element which is displaceably held by a displacement device arranged within the door compartment.
[0003] To close off openings in functional units such as furniture, room units, kitchens or sleeping areas, single-part or multi-part doors, sometimes folding sliding doors, are often used. After the opening has been cleared, these doors are pushed into a door compartment of the functional unit so as not to be a disruptive feature.
[0004] US8336972B2 discloses a piece of furniture with a sliding device comprising a mounting profile that is displaceable within a door compartment and connected to a door having a door element. The sliding device further comprises a holding device in the form of a scissor cross, by means of which the mounting profile is held displaceably in a vertical orientation. The sliding device further comprises guide rails along which the mounting profile is displaceably mounted by means of running gears. The door element connected to the mounting profile can thus be retracted into and out of the door compartment and rotated toward an opening in the piece of furniture.
[0005] WO2020245166A1 discloses a holding device having a structure with parallelograms.
[0006] US9284761B2 discloses a piece of furniture with a sliding device comprising a mounting profile that is displaceable within a door compartment and connected to a door having two door elements connected to one another by hinges and foldable against one another. The first door element is connected to the mounting profile at the rear by stop hinges and to the rear of the second door element at the front by door hinges. The second door element is connected to a carriage at the front, which is displaceable along a guide rail having two rail sections aligned perpendicular to one another and connected by a curved section, a first rail section of which extends into the door compartment and a second rail section along the front of the piece of furniture. In this piece of furniture, the door hinged to the mounting profile is unfolded after exiting the door compartment and moved in front of a furniture opening. In both pieces of furniture, the door element connected to the mounting profile rotates immediately after leaving the door compartment, which is why the mobility and rotatability of this door element must be guaranteed. If the first door element is connected to a second door element, the second door element should also be able to move freely after leaving the door compartment so that the folding / sliding door can be unfolded and folded back down again. In order to achieve the necessary mobility of the door element or elements, they are therefore not rigidly guided within the door compartment, which is why lateral deflections are possible when moving within the door compartment. In addition, rigid guidance of the door element or elements would entail considerable design and construction effort.
[0007] To prevent the door or door element from striking the front-facing fixture during lateral movement, the fixture is preferably equipped with a spacer roller, which keeps the door or door element at a distance from the fixture during movement within the door compartment and preferably also during pivoting. During movement within the door compartment, the door element or elements can rest against the associated spacer roller and roll along it without contacting the front-facing fixture. The spacer rollers thus prevent the door element or elements from hitting parts of the sliding device; however, precise guidance or stable holding of the door element or elements is not achieved by means of the spacer rollers, which is why undesired movements, disruptions during sliding and noises, possibly due to hits on the spacer rollers, can still occur.
[0008] Furthermore, a relatively large cross-section of the door compartment must be provided for these functional units so that the door elements cannot strike a side wall or a partition wall when entering or exiting the door compartment.
[0009] A piece of furniture in which a door is guided with spacer rollers is also known from CN108071288A.
[0010] The present invention is therefore based on the object of creating an improved functional unit, in particular a piece of furniture, with at least one door compartment and at least one door with one or more door elements, which can be moved into the door compartment by means of a moving device. In particular, a functional unit is to be created in which the door elements are precisely guided within the door compartment and preferably also at least at the beginning of the pivoting process. It should thus be possible to move the door into a door compartment that has the smallest possible dimensions, so that the usable space of the functional unit or the piece of furniture can be optimized.
[0011] The desired improvements should be realized with simple and cost-effective measures. It should be possible to easily expand functional units already in operation and equip them with the solution according to the invention.
[0012] The sliding device is intended to guide the door element or elements that can be moved into the door compartment in an advantageous manner, so that no disruptions, in particular no unwanted movements or noises, occur during use of the functional unit. The door element or elements should be guided and held reliably, resulting in increased operating comfort and ease of use of the functional unit.
[0013] The sliding device according to the invention should be usable with any holding devices, such as scissor crosses, parallelograms or cable guides, by means of which a mounting profile which is connected to the door can be displaced within a door compartment while being held vertically aligned.
[0014] The sliding device according to the invention should be advantageously usable when the door is operated manually and when operated with drive devices which cause the automatic sliding of the door within the door compartment.
[0015] The functional unit should be able to be designed as a piece of furniture or a room unit as required.
[0016] This object is achieved with a functional unit according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in further claims.
[0017] The functional unit comprises a door compartment and a door with at least one first door element, which has a rear and a front end face, which are opposite one another, which is connected to a sliding device arranged within the door compartment, and which is displaceable into the door compartment and pivotable outside the door compartment in order to cover an opening of the functional unit, wherein the sliding device comprises a mounting profile, which on the one hand is connected by stop hinges to the rear end face of the first door element and on the other hand is held displaceably along a running axis by a holding device, aligned vertically between an entrance opening and a rear side of the door compartment, as well as at least one spacer device with a device body, which is arranged at the entrance opening of the door compartment and which comprises a first spacer roller,at which the first door element can roll during a shift without damaging the device body,
[0018] To contact the distance keeping device.
[0019] According to the invention, it is provided that the first door element is connected to a first door magnet part on a side facing the spacer device, and that the spacer device is connected to a first device magnet part on a side facing the first door magnet part, which first device magnet part interacts magnetically with the first door magnet part in such a way that the first door element is pulled against the spacer device as soon as the first door magnet part and the first device magnet part, at least one of which is a permanent magnet, lie opposite one another.
[0020] The door magnet part or parts and the corresponding device magnet part or parts are therefore ferromagnetic or permanently magnetic in such a way that they magnetically attract one another. The device magnet part or parts are preferably permanently magnetic, while the door magnet part or parts are ferromagnetic. However, the device magnet part or parts can also be ferromagnetic, while the door magnet part or parts are permanently magnetic. Furthermore, both the device magnet part or parts and the door magnet part or parts can be permanently magnetic.
[0021] The door magnet part or parts and the corresponding device magnet part or parts are preferably arranged at least approximately at the same height. The door magnet parts are preferably ferromagnetic plates which, when the door element or elements are displaced, are guided past the device magnet part or parts, preferably at the same height. The door magnet part or parts and the corresponding device magnet part or parts are therefore preferably arranged in such a way that an optimal magnetic coupling results.
[0022] The spacer roller or rollers are preferably arranged at the height of the door magnet part or parts so that the spacer roller or rollers can roll on the associated door magnet part or a cover or coating lying thereon. This has the advantage that ideal running surfaces for the spacer roller can be formed by means of the door magnet part or parts or their covers. The inside of the door element can therefore have any surface finish. In addition, the magnets are protected against external chemical or mechanical influences by the cover or coating.
[0023] In all embodiments, the device's magnetic part is set back relative to the associated spacer roller, so that only the spacer roller, but not the device's magnetic part, can touch the facing inner side of the door element. Plastic spacer rollers are preferably used.
[0024] The spacer rollers are preferably held by a roller holder that is adjustable as required. The adjustable roller holder is preferably connected to a buffer element, so that the necessary adjustment of the associated spacer roller is carried out simultaneously with the adjustment of the buffer element, which, for example, forms the end stop for the mounting profile or a guide track connected thereto.
[0025] The device magnet parts are preferably plate-shaped, pill-shaped, tablet-shaped, or cylindrical and are connected to the device body of the associated spacer device and preferably countersunk into a recess in the device body. The device magnet parts can also have a plurality of magnet elements, which are preferably plate-shaped, pill-shaped, tablet-shaped, or cylindrical.
[0026] The door magnet parts can also be pill-shaped, tablet-shaped, or cylindrical, or comprise pill-shaped, tablet-shaped, or cylindrical magnetic elements. However, the door magnet parts are preferably designed as plates whose longitudinal axis extends parallel to the direction of displacement of the mounting profile. The door magnet parts are preferably designed as ferromagnetic plates, for example steel plates. The door magnet parts can also be plastic elements or plastic strips in which ferromagnetic or permanent magnetic material, for example steel chips, is enclosed.
[0027] The first door element is therefore pulled against the spacer device and thus against the first spacer roller, at least in an area in which it is displaceable within the door compartment, by interaction between the first door magnet part and the first device magnet part. The first door element is therefore pushed away from the body of the spacer device by the spacer roller and is simultaneously pulled against the spacer roller by the force exerted by the device magnet part. The first door element therefore always remains in a specific position, resting against the spacer roller when stationary, which is why automatic movements of the first door element and corresponding disturbances, such as banging noises, are ruled out.In particular, after the door element has been fully retracted into the door compartment, the front end of the door element which is not directly connected to or held by the mounting profile rests against the spacer roller and cannot perform any unwanted pivoting movements. When the first door element is moved within the door compartment, the first door element follows a path determined by the spacer roller and is therefore precisely retracted into and extended from the door compartment. Contact with a side wall or partition wall by the door element or the door elements can therefore be ruled out.
[0028] Due to the precise guidance of the door element or elements of the door, the functional unit or piece of furniture can be provided with a door compartment or a first and a second door compartment which have minimal dimensions.
[0029] The guidance of the door elements according to the invention by magnetic coupling is also particularly advantageous because the coupling of the door elements to the spacer device and in particular the decoupling of the door elements from the spacer device is always optimal and safe without the need for mechanical guidance. In a preferred embodiment of the functional unit, the first door element is connected at the front end by door hinges to a facing rear end of a second door element, which can be pushed into the door compartment in parallel alignment with the first door element in such a way that the at least one spacer device, which has a second spacer roller facing the second door element, is enclosed between the first and second door elements. The second door element is connected to a second door magnet part on a side facing the distance holding device and the distance holding device is connected to a second device magnet part on a side facing the second door magnet part, which magnetically interacts with the second door magnet part and pulls it against the distance holding device.
[0030] When using a folding sliding door, the first and second door elements are preferably provided with door magnets that interact magnetically with the magnets of the spacer device. This ensures that both door elements are held and guided precisely. The mobility of the two door elements, which are connected to each other by door hinges at the facing ends, is thus eliminated, thus preventing unwanted movements and uncontrolled movement.
[0031] In a further preferred embodiment it is provided that an upper spacer device is arranged on the upper side of the door compartment, and that the first door element is connected to an upper first door magnet part on the side facing the upper spacer device, and that the upper spacer device is connected to at least one upper first device magnet part on a side facing the upper first door magnet part, which magnetically interacts with the upper first door magnet part;and that s a lower spacer device is arranged on the underside of the door compartment, and that s the first door element is connected to a lower first door magnet part on the side facing the lower spacer device, and that s the lower spacer device is connected to at least one lower first device magnet part on a side facing the lower first door magnet part, which magnetically interacts with the lower first door magnet part.;
[0032] The first door element is therefore precisely held and guided at the top and bottom. If the first door element is connected to a second door element, the second door element is preferably also precisely held at the top and bottom by means of the measures according to the invention.
[0033] Preferably, it is provided that the second door element is connected to an upper second door magnet part on the side facing the upper spacer device, and that the upper spacer device is connected to at least one upper second device magnet part on a side facing the upper second door magnet part, which magnetically interacts with the upper second door magnet part; and that the second door element is connected to a lower second door magnet part on the side facing the lower spacer device, and that the lower spacer device is connected to at least one lower second device magnet part on a side facing the lower first door magnet part, which magnetically interacts with the lower second door magnet part.
[0034] As already described, at least one of the door magnet parts and the corresponding device magnet parts is designed to be permanently magnetic.
[0035] In particularly preferred embodiments, the mounting profile is connected at an upper end piece to an upper guide carriage which is slidably mounted on an upper guide rail, by which the upper spacer device is held at the front, and / or that the mounting profile is connected at a lower end piece to a lower guide carriage which is slidably mounted on a lower guide rail, by which the lower spacer device is held at the front.
[0036] The guide rollers and guide rails hold the mounting profile in place. The load of the door connected to the mounting profile is absorbed. The retaining device, e.g., a cross-arm, a parallelogram, or a cable pull device, therefore only absorbs the applied torque. At the same time, the spacer devices can be easily mounted on the end faces of the guide rails facing the door compartment exit. The spacer rollers thus ensure that the held door elements cannot collide with the body of the spacer devices or with the guide rails. The first door magnet parts or the first and second door magnet parts preferably extend in a plate-like manner parallel to the running axis of the mounting profile, so that the magnetic coupling between the door magnet parts and the corresponding device magnet parts is maintained unchanged during the displacement of the door element or elements, preferably over the entire range of the displacement or over a critical area within the door compartment.
[0037] The first door magnet parts or the first and second door magnet parts are preferably arranged and fastened, preferably screwed, clamped, glued or cast, in a door recess of the first door element or of the first and second door elements.
[0038] Furthermore, the door magnet parts are preferably covered with covers so that they are not visually noticeable. The door magnet parts and the covers are preferably completely recessed into the door elements so that the door elements have a flat surface over their entire area.
[0039] Preferably, the door magnet parts or their covers form the running surfaces for the spacer rollers. This ensures that the spacer rollers can roll wear-free and silently on ideal running surfaces.
[0040] The first door magnet parts connected to the first door element preferably extend completely or partially across the width of the first door element, either directly or at a short distance from the front end of the first door element remote from the mounting profile.
[0041] The second door magnet parts connected to the second door element preferably extend completely or partially across the width of the second door element, either directly or at a small distance from the rear end face of the second door element connected to the first door element.
[0042] The device body of the distance holding devices is preferably made of metal or plastic and is connected in a form-fitting or force-fitting manner, optionally by magnetic force, to the associated first device magnetic part or to the first and second device magnetic parts. Preferably, the device body has shaped elements by means of which the device magnetic parts are held in a form-fitting manner. If the device body is made of ferromagnetic
[0043] If the fixture is made of a material and has receiving openings for the fixture magnets, the fixture magnets are automatically held in the receiving openings. The fixture magnets can also be screwed to the fixture body. For example, the fixture magnets have a bore through which a connecting screw is passed and screwed into a threaded hole in the fixture body.
[0044] The device magnet parts are preferably plate-shaped, for example rectangular or round, or cylindrical, or pill-shaped, and aligned parallel to the door magnet parts so that an optimal magnetic interaction is achieved.
[0045] The door magnet parts or device magnet parts designed as permanent magnets are preferably rare earth magnets, which essentially consist, for example, of ferrous metals (iron and / or cobalt and / or nickel) and rare earth metals (in particular neodymium, samarium, praseodymium, dysprosium, terbium, or gadolinium).
[0046] The spacer devices preferably have different functions and elements. The spacer devices preferably comprise adjustable or non-adjustable coupling elements for coupling the holding device and / or stop elements or damper elements that can interact with the guide carriages. The adjustable buffer devices are preferably mechanically coupled to the spacer rollers.
[0047] The spacer devices used can be identical or partially identical so that they can be manufactured cost-effectively.
[0048] The functional unit can be a piece of furniture, for example a cupboard, or a room unit, such as a kitchen, a closet or a bedroom, which is closed off by at least one single-part or multi-part door, which can be parked in a door compartment.
[0049] The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings. Herein:

[0064] Fig. 1 shows a functional unit according to the invention or a piece of furniture 1 in the form of a cupboard, into which a door compartment 18 is integrated on each side. The piece of furniture 1 comprises side walls 1A, a top panel 1B, a bottom panel IC and intermediate walls ID, each of which, with an associated side wall 1A, delimits a door compartment 18. In each door compartment 18, a sliding device 10 according to the invention is arranged with a mounting profile 14, which can be automatically displaced within the door compartment 18 by manual actuation or by means of a drive device (see Fig. 3, drive device 2). Doors 11 are held by the mounting profiles 14 of the sliding devices 10, which are retracted into or extended from the associated door compartment 18 when the mounting profile 14 is moved. When the door 11 exits the respective door compartment 18, the mounting profile 14 is moved along a running axis x from the rear side 181 of the door compartment 18 to an entrance opening 180 of the door compartment 18.
[0065] A folding sliding door 11 is held in the first door compartment 18. The door 11 has a first and a second door element 111, 112 that are hingedly connected to one another and foldable against one another. The door 11 held in the second door compartment 18 by the mounting profile 14 there within the second door compartment 10, however, has only one door element 111. The first door element 111 has an inner side 1111 and an outer side 1112. The second door element 112 has an inner side 1121 and an outer side 1122 (see Fig. 4b).
[0066] In Fig. 1, the folding sliding door 11 is fully extended from the first door compartment 10 and fully unfolded, so that the door elements 111, 112 are aligned in one plane and only their outer sides 1112, 1122 are visible. The door elements 111, 112 of the folding sliding door 11 and the door element 111 of the one-piece door 11 are the same size, which is why two-thirds of the cabinet opening 100 are covered by the folding sliding door 11 shown in the closed position.
[0067] The rear end face which trails when the sliding door 11 is extended
[0068] 1115 of the first door element 111 of the folding sliding door 11 is connected by stop hinges 131 to the mounting profile 14 symbolically shown by a dash-dotted line.
[0069] The leading front end face 1116 of the first door element 111 is connected by door hinges 132 to the rear end face 1125 of the second door element 112, whose front end face 1126 is connected at the top to a front carriage 5F. The front carriage 5F is guided in a support rail 17, which has curved sections and support rail parts 171 on both sides, which extend into the door compartments 18. When entering the door compartment 18 and when traveling along the support rail 17, the front carriage 5F moves forward within an assigned path, with the change of direction occurring within the curved section.
[0070] Functional units 1 according to the invention have at least one spacer device 7, 8. Fig. 1 schematically shows that in this preferred embodiment of the functional unit 1, each of the sliding devices 10 has an upper spacer device 7 and a lower spacer device 8, which allow the doors 11 or the door elements 111, 112 to be precisely guided and held.
[0071] Fig. 2 shows the sliding device 10 arranged in the first door compartment 18 of the functional unit 1 of Fig. 1, with the folding sliding door 11, whose door elements 111, 112 are shown in section to show the spacer devices 7 and 8. The door elements 111, 112, which are connected to one another by schematically shown door hinges 132, are aligned parallel to one another and can be inserted into the door compartment 18 in this orientation.
[0072] The mounting profile 14 is connected to the first door element 111 by stop hinges 131 and is held displaceably in a vertical orientation by a holding device 4 (symbolically shown by dot-dash lines). The holding device 4 can be designed as desired and can be realized, for example, in the form of a scissor cross, a parallelogram, or preferably in a device with holding cables as shown in Fig. 3.
[0073] The mounting profile 14 is connected at the upper end to an upper guide carriage 5, which is guided in an upper guide rail 15, and at the lower end to a lower guide carriage 6, which is guided in a lower guide rail 16. The upper guide carriage 5 comprises support rollers 591 and guide rollers 592 and, in addition to the guide function, also has a support function. The lower guide carriage 6 comprises guide rollers 692, which are guided in the lower guide rail 16 (see Fig. 3).
[0074] The upper guide carriage 5 and the lower guide carriage 6 are located directly in front of the entrance opening 180 of the door compartment 18. The carriage body 51 of the upper guide carriage 5 rests against a buffer device or damper device 3 which is mounted in the upper guide rail 15.
[0075] The upper guide rail 15 holds an upper spacer device 7 at the front, and the lower guide rail 16 holds a lower spacer device 8 at the front, each having a device body 71, 81. Fig. 2 shows that the spacer devices 7, 8 are enclosed between the two door elements 111, 112 aligned parallel to each other.
[0076] On the side facing the first door element 111, the upper and lower spacer devices 7, 8 each have at least one first spacer roller 791, 891 and at least one first device magnet part 771, 871. On the side facing the second door element 112, the upper and lower spacer devices 7, 8 each have at least one second spacer roller 792, 892 and at least one second device magnet part 772, 872.
[0077] The first spacer rollers 791, 891 hold the first door element 111 at a distance and can roll along its inner side 1111. The second spacer rollers 792, 892 hold the second door element 112 at a distance and can roll along its inner side 1121. The two door elements 111, 112 can therefore not strike inwardly against the device bodies 71, 81 of the spacer devices 7, 8 or against the guide rails 15, 16.
[0078] The first device magnet parts 771, 871 interact with first door magnet parts 751, 851 that are connected to the first door element 111 (see Fig. 5). The second device magnet parts 772, 872 interact with second door magnet parts 752, 852 that are connected to the second door element 112. The first and second device magnet parts 771, 871; 772, 872 and the first and second door magnet parts 751, 851; 752, 852 interact magnetically and exert forces on each other, by which the two door elements 111, 112 are pulled against the spacer devices 7, 8. The first and / or second spacer rollers 791, 891; 792, 892 are therefore always in contact with the inner sides 1111, 1121 of the first and / or second door element 111, 112 and there preferably run on the door magnet part 751, 851; 752, 852 or a cover 76, 86 provided on the door magnet part 751, 851; 752, 852, which are preferably designed as running surfaces. As mentioned, at least one of the corresponding device magnet parts 771, 871; 772, 872 and the door magnet parts 751, 851; 752, 852 is permanently magnetic, so that a permanent magnetic part interacts with a ferromagnetic part. In preferred embodiments, the device magnet parts 771, 871; 772, 872 and the door magnet parts 751, 851; 752, 852 can be permanently magnetic.
[0079] When moving into or out of the door compartment 18, the two door elements 111, 112 are guided and held free of play or largely free of play by the two spacer devices 7, 8. In particular, even after the two door elements 111, 112 have moved into the door compartment 18, their end faces 1116, 1125, which are connected to one another by the door hinges 132, are held stable by the spacer devices 7, 8. The door elements 111, 112 are therefore held stable both during travel and when stationary and can neither strike inwards against the guide rails 15, 16 nor outwards against a side wall 1A or a partition wall ID (see Fig. 1).
[0080] The sliding device 10 can be used for holding a single-piece or multi-piece door 11. With reference to Fig. 2, the use of the sliding device 10 in combination with a door having two door elements 111, 112 was described. However, the spacer devices 7, 8 according to the invention can also be used for guiding only one door element 111 of a single-piece door 11 or the first door element 111 of a multi-piece door 11. Fig. 5 shows part of a sliding device 10 intended for guiding only one door element 111.
[0081] Fig. 3 shows the displacement device 10 of Fig. 2 with a preferred holding device 4 and an optionally provided drive device 2 from the other side.
[0082] The holding device 4 comprises a first front-side cable connection device 84, a first lower roller unit 431 which is arranged at the lower end of the mounting profile 14, a first upper roller unit 411 which is arranged at the upper end of the mounting profile 14, and a first rear-side cable connection device 44 which is arranged at the rear end of the upper guide rail 15, as well as a first holding cable 421 which is connected with a first end piece to the first front-side cable connection device 84, guided counterclockwise around the first lower roller unit 431 and clockwise around the first upper roller unit 411 and connected with a second end piece to the first rear-side cable connection device 44.
[0083] Furthermore, the holding device 4 comprises a second front-side cable connection device 74, a second upper roller unit 412 which is arranged at the upper end of the mounting profile 14, a second lower roller unit 432 which is arranged at the lower end of the mounting profile 14, and a second rear-side cable connection device 45 which is arranged at the rear end of the lower guide rail 16, as well as a second holding cable 422 which is connected with a first end piece to the second front-side cable connection device 74, is guided clockwise around the second upper roller unit 412 and counterclockwise around the second lower roller unit 432 and is connected with a second end piece to the second rear-side cable connection device 45.
[0084] The preferably adjustable first front-side cable connection device 84, by means of which the first traction cable 421 can be tensioned in order to vertically align the mounting profile 14, is integrated into the lower spacer device 8. The second front-side cable connection device 74 is integrated into the upper spacer device 7. The two rear cable connection devices 44, 45 preferably each have an input roller, via which the respective retaining cable 421, 422 can be inserted into a housing. A tension spring is preferably provided in the second rear-side cable connection device 45, via which a constant tensile force can be transmitted to the second retaining cable 422.
[0085] In the holding device 4 according to the invention, one of the holding cables 421, 422, in this embodiment the second holding cable 422, is therefore preferably always held elastically. However, after installation, the first holding cable 421 is held inelastically or firmly by the first front-side cable connection device 84 and the first rear-side cable connection device 44. The first front-side cable connection device 84 is adjustable to tighten the first holding cable 421 and vertically align the mounting profile 14.
[0086] Furthermore, the sliding device 10 optionally comprises a drive device 2, by means of which the door 11 can be automatically ejected from the door compartment 18. The drive device 2 shown as an example and preferably used comprises a drive unit 21 with a drive element and a cable pulley connected to it, onto which a traction cable 22 is wound. The drive element is, for example, a spiral spring or a helical spring, which is tensioned or relaxed when the cable pulley rotates. The traction cable 22 can therefore be pulled from the cable pulley by applying force and is automatically wound back onto the revolving cable pulley.
[0087] The traction cable 22 is guided via a first deflection pulley 23, which is rotatably mounted on a deflection unit 230, and a second deflection pulley 24 to a traction cable connection 72, which is arranged on the upper spacer device 7. The deflection unit 230 is displaceable along the mounting profile 14 and can optionally be fixed. By displacing the deflection unit 230, a desired tensile stress can be impressed into the traction cable 22.
[0088] In Fig. 3, the mounting profile 14 has been pushed almost to the rear side 181 of the door compartment 18, which is why the pull cable 22 has been further extended and the drive element tensioned. As soon as the pull cable 22 is released again, the cable pulley is rotated back by the tensioned drive element.
[0089] By connecting the drive device 2 to the mounting profile 14 or the guide carriage 5, the drive device 2 does not need to be mounted on a rear wall, a partition wall ID, or a side wall 1A of the functional unit 1. It is particularly advantageous that the sliding device 10 with the holding device 4 and the drive device 2 can be installed in differently dimensioned door compartments 18 without modification. Only the lengths of the holding cables 421, 422 and the pull cable 22 need to be adjusted accordingly.
[0090] It is also shown that the spacer devices 7, 8 are provided with rotatable locking levers 73, 83, by means of which the mounting profile 14 displaced towards the opening 180 of the door compartment 18 can be locked in order to carry out maintenance work or to make adjustments.
[0091] Fig. 4a shows the upper spacer device 7 of Fig. 2 with the device magnet parts 771, 772 detached from the device body 71 and a section through the two door elements 111, 112, which shows the door magnet parts 751, 752 sunk into the door elements 111, 112 as well as the covers 76 lying thereon in a sectional view. The device body 71 of the spacer device 7 comprises on the upper side a mounting bar 711 which has been pushed into a mounting channel of the upper guide rail 15 and locked by locking screws 712. The upper guide rail 15 is shown symbolically with dash-dotted lines.
[0092] If the upper and lower guide rails 15, 16 have the same or at least functionally identical receiving channel, the upper spacer device 7 can be rotated 180° and used as the lower spacer device 8, e.g., when using a scissor cross as the holding device 4. The spacer device 7 can also be connected to a device magnet part 771 on only one side if only one door element 111 is to be moved into the door compartment 118.
[0093] In this preferred embodiment, the device body 71 has threaded holes on both sides into which connecting screws 78 can be screwed in order to mount the first device magnet part 771 on one side and the second device magnet part 772 on the other side of the device body 71. Preferably, an elastic element 781 is provided between the connecting screws 78 and the device magnet parts 771, 772, which elastically transmits the extrusion force of the connecting screws 78 to the device magnet parts 771, 772. However, the device magnet parts 771, 772 can also be connected to the device body 71 in another manner, either force-fitting or form-fitting. For example, the device magnet parts 771, 772 can be inserted into recesses in the device body 71, for example, glued and / or cast, or simply held magnetically. If the device body 71 is made of a ferromagnetic material, the device magnet parts 771, 772 are automatically held in the recesses of the device body 71.
[0094] The first plate-shaped door magnet part 751 is arranged within a door recess 1110 on the inner side 1111 of the first door element 111 and is fastened by means of a mounting screw 7511. A cover or cap 76 is inserted into the door recess 1110, the outer side of which lies in a plane with the inner side 1111 of the first door element 111. The second plate-shaped door magnet part 752 is arranged within a door recess 1120 on the inner side 1121 of the second door element 112 and is fastened by means of a mounting screw 7521. A cover or cap 76 is inserted into the door recess 1120, the outer side of which lies in a plane with the inner side 1121 of the second door element 112.
[0095] The cover 76 can be made of metal, plastic, or wood, for example. Alternatively, the cover 76, for example a film or a plate, can cover the entire inner side 1111, 1121 of the door elements 111, 112. In preferred embodiments, the cover 76 therefore forms a coating of the door elements 111, 112.
[0096] Fig. 4b shows the upper spacer device 7 of Fig. 4a after assembly of the device magnet parts 771, 772. Instead of the upper guide rail 15, this illustration shows the upper guide carriage 5 with the support rollers 591 and the guide rollers 592. It can be seen that the door elements 111, 112 shown in the sectional view are held spaced from the device body 71 by the spacer rollers 791, 792 and are simultaneously pulled against the spacer rollers 791, 792 by the device magnet parts 771, 772. The door 11 is thus held precisely both when it is being moved and when it is stationary.
[0097] Fig. 5 shows the upper and lower spacer devices 7, 8 of Fig. 2 in a preferred embodiment for guiding a door 11 with only one door element 111 from which a center piece has been cut out. Consequently, the spacer devices 7, 8 are each provided with a spacer roller 791, 891 and a device magnet part 771, 871 on only one side. The upper guide rail 15 and the lower guide rail 16, which hold the upper and lower spacer devices 7, 8 at the front, are shown in abbreviated form. On the inner side 1111 of the door element 111, door recesses 1110 are provided, which extend almost across the entire width of the door element 111. A portion of the plate-shaped upper door magnet part 751 has been cut away to show the door recess 1110. The plate-shaped door magnet parts 751, 752 have holes 7510, 8510 into which mounting screws 7511 are inserted. The covers 76, 86 extend over the entire length of the door recesses 1110.
[0098] Fig. 6a shows the upper spacer device 7 from Fig. 5, which is held by the upper guide rail 15. The upper guide rail 15 has a mounting channel 150 on its underside, into which a mounting beam 711 connected to the device body 71 of the upper spacer device 7 is inserted. The inserted mounting beam 711 is locked or clamped by means of locking screws 712. Above the mounting channel 150, the upper guide rail 15 has a cross-section within which the upper guide carriage 5 can be displaced up to a buffer device or damper device 3. The device magnet part 771, which is set back from the spacer roller 791, is plate-shaped in this embodiment and is preferably held in a recess 710 of the device body 71 and fixed with a connecting screw 78.The device magnet parts 771, 772; 871, 872, however, can have any shape and, for example, be cylindrical, pill-shaped, tablet-shaped, plate-shaped, and have a round, rectangular, square, or polygonal cross-section. The contactless interaction of the door magnet parts 751, 752; 851, 852 and the device magnet parts 771, 772; 871, 872 allows the latter to be connected to the device body 71, 81 at a location where no further function of the spacer device 7, 8 is impaired.
[0099] The spacer roller 791 is rotatably mounted in a roller holder 715 by means of a bearing shaft 790. The roller holder 715 is preferably held in a form-fitting manner, either fixedly or displaceably, in a bearing chamber 716 of the device body 71 and is secured by means of a mounting screw or adjusting screw 713. Preferably, the roller holder 715 is displaceably mounted and can be selectively positioned by means of the adjusting screw 713.
[0100] It should be noted that in this preferred embodiment, the spacer roller 791 projects beyond the device body 71 not only on the side of the associated device magnet part 78 but also at the front. The door element 111 is therefore guided and kept at a distance from the device body 71 not only during axial displacement within the door compartment 18 but also during the pivoting movement at the exit of the door compartment 18.
[0101] Fig. 6b shows the lower spacer device 8 of Fig. 5, which is held by the lower guide rail 16. The lower guide rail 16 also has a mounting channel 160 in which a mounting bar 811 connected to the device body 81 of the lower spacer device 8 is held. The lower roller holder 815 is also displaceably mounted and includes a buffer body 8153, which holds a buffer element 8154 and is guided through an opening in the device body 81.
[0102] The lower and upper spacer devices 7, 8 are therefore fundamentally interchangeable. Furthermore, the spacer devices 7, 8 can advantageously comprise additional functional elements, such as preferably adjustable buffer devices, damping devices, stop devices, locking levers 83, and cable connection devices 84.
[0103] Fig. 7 shows a portion of the displacement device 10 of Fig. 2 with the upper spacer device 7, which in this preferred embodiment has two spacer rollers 791, 792. The first spacer roller 791 is held by a roller holder 715, which is displaceably mounted within a bearing chamber 716 of the device body 71 and is selectively displaceable by means of an adjusting screw 713. The guide carriage 5, guided within the upper guide rail 15, is advanced with the carriage body 51 to the damping device 3.
[0104] Fig. 8 shows the upper spacer device 7 of Fig. 7 in an exploded view. The roller holder 715 comprises guide ribs 7151 on the underside and the top, which are guided in corresponding guide tracks 718 of the bearing chamber 716. The roller holder 715 is also preferably connected in one piece to a buffer piston 7153, on the front side of which a buffer element 7154 is held. The spacer roller 791 and the buffer element 7154 are therefore preferably firmly coupled to one another, so that when adjusting the end stop of the upper guide carriage 5, the first spacer roller 791 is optimally positioned at the same time and does not have to be positioned separately. In addition, the roller holder 715 comprises a holding flange 7152, by means of which the head of the adjusting screw 713 is held rotatably but axially non-displaceably within a screw chamber. Furthermore, the roller holder
[0105] 715 has a tool opening 7150 through which a screwdriver can be inserted into the screw chamber in order to turn the adjusting screw 713.
[0106] The device body 71 has a bearing chamber 716 into which the roller holder 715 can be inserted. A transfer opening 717 is provided on the rear wall of the bearing chamber 716, through which the buffer piston 7153 with the buffer element 7154 is guided. On the rear wall of the bearing chamber
[0107] 716 also has a threaded hole 719 into which the adjusting screw 713 is screwed. By turning the adjusting screw 713, the roller holder 715 with the first spacer roller 791 and the buffer element 7154 can be selectively displaced relative to the device body 71. List of reference symbols:
