Description

[0001] Connection device, ceiling formwork system with connection device and method for producing a ceiling formwork

[0002] The invention relates to a connecting device for a safety device of a ceiling formwork system for producing a ceiling or a ceiling section in concrete construction. Furthermore, the invention relates to a ceiling formwork system for producing a ceiling or a ceiling section in concrete construction with such a connecting device. Furthermore, a method for producing a ceiling formwork with a safety device using a connecting device according to the invention is proposed.

[0003] Slab formwork systems comprise formwork panels that are laid side by side in a single plane to create a flat ceiling soffit. Installation takes place on parallel beams, which in turn rest on ceiling props. During installation, the formwork panels can be lifted in from below or placed on top. To place the formwork panels from above, at least one person must be standing on the support structure or on an already installed formwork panel. This person could fall into the gap remaining between two beams and fall. To prevent this from happening, the beams can be spaced closely together.

[0004] Alternatively, a fall arrest system, such as a net or grating, can be provided in the free space. The fall arrest system, as well as its connection to the slab formwork system, must be designed to withstand the load from a person falling into it. Furthermore, the load must not cause the slab formwork system to collapse.

[0005] WO 2019 / 069246 A1 discloses a fall protection system for slab formwork, comprising spacer elements and a net attachable to them. The spacer elements are arranged at a distance from one another, each transverse to two parallel beams, so that the spacer elements span the free space between the two beams. For this purpose, the spacer elements each comprise a beam element with bearing elements arranged at their ends. Holding elements for attaching the net are arranged on the bearing elements. WO 2019 / 069246 A1 specifically discloses two types of bearing elements for a spacer element.

[0006] The first type is placed or clipped onto a beam from above, so that the formwork panels no longer rest directly on the beams, but rather on the support elements resting on them. This must be taken into account when adjusting the height. Since a support element resting or clipped onto the beam remains movable relative to the beam, fixing it in place using additional fixing devices, such as nails, is recommended to secure its position. The use of nails is recommended because WO 2019 / 069246 A1 uses yoke timbers as supports. However, additional fixing with nails complicates the dismantling of the slab formwork system after completion of the slab or slab section.

[0007] A second type features a base plate with a central rod bushing. The support element is placed on a ceiling prop via the base plate and secured in position by means of a rod stub that extends through the rod bushing. The rod stub is preferably arranged on a fork element, which serves to accommodate a yoke and is connected to the ceiling prop via the rod stub. The base plate of the support element thus lies between the ceiling prop and the fork element, so that here, too, the support element influences the height of the formwork panels.

[0008] The present invention is concerned with simplifying the assembly and / or disassembly of a safety device, in particular a fall arrest device, of a ceiling formwork system. Furthermore, the connection of the safety device to a component of the ceiling formwork system should enable safe load transfer via the ceiling system in the event of a load.

[0009] To achieve this objective, the connecting device having the features of claim 1 and the slab formwork system having the features of claim 12 are proposed. Advantageous developments of the invention are set forth in the respective subclaims. Furthermore, a method for producing a slab formwork with a safety device using a connecting device according to the invention is specified. Disclosure of the Invention

[0010] Proposed is a connection device for connecting a safety device, for example a net, to a ceiling formwork system for producing a ceiling or a ceiling section in concrete construction, comprising a single-part or multi-part spacer tube for bridging a distance between two parallel beams of the ceiling formwork system and at least one connection assembly for connecting the spacer tube to one of the beams. The connection assembly comprises: a locking element that can be brought into locking engagement with an undercut groove in the beam, a bolt, in particular a threaded bolt, which is formed in one piece with the locking element or is connected to the locking element in a rotationally fixed manner, and an actuating element that is placed on the bolt, in particular screwed on, or connected to the bolt in a rotationally fixed manner, for example by welding, riveting, pinning, or pressing.

[0011] The locking element, which can be engaged with an undercut groove in the beam, enables a positive fit and thus a secure connection of the connecting assembly to the beam of the slab formwork system. To create the positive fit, the locking element is inserted into the groove at a first angular position relative to the beam, then rotated and moved to a second angular position, where it engages behind the undercut groove of the beam. In the second angular position, the locking element is thus secured against slipping out of the groove.

[0012] The rotation of the locking element in order to bring it from the first angular position into the second angular position is preferably a rotation of 90° and / or takes place about a longitudinal axis A of the bolt which is perpendicular to a longitudinal axis B of the locking element.

[0013] Once the locking element is engaged with the undercut groove of the support, an additional clamping force can be exerted on a section of the support bordering the groove by means of the actuating element placed, in particular screwed, onto the bolt. For this purpose, the actuating element is preferably screwed further onto the bolt so that the actuating element directly or indirectly rests against said section of the support. The tightening torque determines the clamping force.

[0014] The connection assembly of the proposed connection device therefore not only enables a positive connection to a beam, but also – via the clamping connection – a force-locking connection. The position of the connection assembly on the beam is thus secured multiple times. The multiple position securing prevents the safety device from collapsing under load or in the event of a load, as the load is safely transferred via the slab formwork system.

[0015] The connection assembly of the proposed connection device can also be easily assembled and disassembled as needed, as all connections are detachable. Assembly and disassembly can also be performed largely without tools. A striking tool, such as a hammer, may be required.

[0016] The advantages of the proposed connection device become particularly apparent in conjunction with a beam of a slab formwork system that has at least one undercut groove on its underside, the underside being the side facing downward in the final installation position of the beam. The connection assembly of the proposed connection device is attached to the underside of the beam in such a way that the locking element engages with the groove. The beam can then already assume its final installation position. Preferably, however, the connection assembly is first connected to the beam and then the beam is lifted and / or pivoted into its final installation position.

[0017] According to a first preferred embodiment of the invention, the spacer tube is placed on the bolt between the locking element and the actuating element. This means that when the clamping connection is established, the actuating element only indirectly contacts the support via the spacer tube. If necessary, a washer can be arranged between the spacer tube and the actuating element, via which the clamping force is evenly transmitted to the spacer tube.

[0018] According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a receptacle for the spacer tube is placed on the bolt between the locking element and the actuating element. In this embodiment, too, the actuating element only indirectly engages the support via the receptacle. If necessary, a washer can be arranged between the receptacle and the actuating element to ensure even force transmission. The receptacle has the advantage that the connection assembly can be mounted first, followed by the spacer tube, with the spacer tube only needing to be inserted into the receptacle.

[0019] In a further development of this embodiment, it is proposed that the receptacle for the spacer tube be substantially plate-shaped for engagement with the support and have at least one raised edge that surrounds the support and / or engages in the groove of the support. The at least one raised edge that surrounds the support and / or engages in the groove of the support can secure the position of the receptacle relative to the support. If at least two raised edges are provided, an anti-twist lock, i.e., a securing of the angular position of the receptacle relative to the support, can also be achieved.

[0020] Furthermore, it is proposed that the receptacle have at least one pin that can be brought into engagement with a recess in the spacer tube. This pin allows a positive fit between the spacer tube and the receptacle to be achieved, which secures the position of the spacer tube after insertion into the receptacle.

[0021] Furthermore, at least one hook- and / or eyelet-like connection element for connecting the safety device is preferably arranged on the spacer tube or on the spacer tube holder. To connect the safety device, which can in particular be a net, the safety device only needs to be hooked into the hook- and / or eyelet-like connection element. The safety device can thus be easily installed and removed again as needed.

[0022] The spacer tube holder can extend beyond the beam on both sides, creating support surfaces for two spacer tubes. This reduces the number of connecting assemblies. This advantage is particularly important when the safety device extends across at least two bays of the slab formwork system separated by a beam.

[0023] The locking element of the connection assembly, which can be brought into engagement with the undercut groove of the carrier, can have a flat, wedge-shaped, spherical, or round clamping surface. A flat clamping surface can achieve an even distribution of the clamping force. A wedge-shaped, spherical, or round clamping surface can achieve a self-clamping effect when the locking element is screwed into the locking position, since the locking element is simultaneously displaced or lifted in the axial direction during screwing. The flat, wedge-shaped, spherical, or round clamping surface is preferably formed on the side of the locking element facing the actuating element.

[0024] If the locking element and bolt are designed as a single piece, they can be formed by a grooved screw. In this case, the locking element is realized by a screw head of the grooved screw, which is not rotationally symmetrical, so that it has different widths, and - depending on the angular position of the grooved screw in relation to the groove in the beam that accommodates the locking element - can be inserted into the groove, removed from the groove, or is in locking engagement with the groove. Alternatively, the grooved screw can also be inserted or pushed into the groove from the side from one of the end faces of the beam. In this case, the screw head can have an oversize compared to the groove opening in every angular position and can therefore also be rotationally symmetrical.

[0025] In addition, the locking element can be a pin running perpendicular to the bolt or a slotted nut mounted on the bolt. In this case, the locking element and the bolt are manufactured separately and subsequently joined together. In the pin version, a locking element with a round clamping surface can be easily manufactured. In the slotted nut version, the clamping surface can be designed as desired.

[0026] As a further development, it is proposed that the bolt have an end section which receives the locking element, projects beyond the locking element and can be brought into engagement with a recess in the carrier which is formed in an inner wall delimiting the groove in the carrier. This measure creates an additional positive connection between the bolt and the carrier. This additional positive connection can in particular prevent any displacement of the connection assembly relative to the carrier in the longitudinal direction of the carrier. This is because the undercut groove in the carrier which receives the locking element is preferably designed as a longitudinal groove which extends over at least part of the length of the carrier, so that without the additional positive connection, the clamping fit of the connection assembly alone counteracts any displacement in the longitudinal direction of the carrier. The additional positive locking means can therefore further increase the load-bearing capacity of the securing device. The recess which accommodates the end section of the bolt is preferably formed in an inner wall of the carrier which defines the groove and which lies opposite the opening of the groove. When the locking element is inserted into the groove, the end section of the bolt can therefore be inserted into the recess at the same time. Furthermore, the length of the recess is limited in order to achieve the additional positive locking. The length can be dimensioned such that only one bolt of a connection module can be inserted, so that this is secured against displacement in the longitudinal direction of the carrier. However, the length can also be dimensioned such that the bolts of two adjacent connection assemblies can be inserted into the recess and are secured against longitudinal displacement. The limited length of the recess also limits the installation position of the connection module orthe connection modules are precisely specified.

[0027] The actuating element of the connection assembly of the proposed connection device can in particular comprise a wing nut, a cam nut, a striking plate with a threaded bore and / or a lever. The actuating element is preferably screwed onto the bolt, which for this purpose is designed as a threaded bolt. Actuation of the actuating element therefore leads to a longitudinal displacement of the actuating element in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the bolt or threaded bolt. In this way, the clamping force required for the clamping connection between the connection assembly and the carrier can be achieved. The actuating element is therefore preferably provided with an internal thread which corresponds to the external thread of the threaded bolt. Furthermore, at least one lever or lever arm is preferably provided on the actuating element in order to be able to apply a greater turning or tightening torque via the leverage effect. The lever arm also makes it easier to loosen the clamping fit. For example, you can strike the lever arm with a striking tool, especially a hammer.

[0028] Alternatively, the actuating element can be connected to the bolt in a rotationally fixed manner, for example by welding, riveting, pinning, or pressing, so that the bolt can be designed without a thread. The clamping effect is then achieved by rotating the locking element, which for this purpose has a non-planar clamping surface. The rotation of the locking element is achieved by actuating the actuating element, in particular by rotating the actuating element. In this case, the actuating element can be designed in particular as a lever that is connected to the bolt in a rotationally fixed manner. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the actuating element is operatively connected to a locking device that comprises a preferably spring-loaded locking element that can be brought into engagement with a recess. A specific end position of the actuating element can be predetermined via the locking device.Furthermore, the locking device can be used to secure the actuating element in the specified end position. If the locking element is spring-loaded, it is preferably pressed into the recess by spring force when the actuating element has assumed a certain angular position. To release the locking device, the locking element simply needs to be pulled out of the recess against the spring force. This can be easily accomplished manually and without tools.

[0029] The operative connection between the actuating element and the locking device can, in particular, be such that the locking device is pivotally mounted about the longitudinal axis A of the bolt via the actuating element. Accordingly, actuation of the actuating element simultaneously activates the locking device.

[0030] The further proposed ceiling formwork system for producing a ceiling or a ceiling section in concrete construction comprises: at least one support with a bottom side and an undercut groove formed on the bottom side and at least one connection device according to the invention for connecting a safety device, for example a net.

[0031] When assembling the slab formwork system, the connecting device is connected to the beam via its connection assembly. Since the undercut groove of the beam intended for the connection is located on its underside, the connecting assembly can simply be attached from below when the beam is already in place. However, it is preferable to first connect the connecting assembly to the beam and then move the beam into its final installation position, e.g. by pivoting it in. This facilitates the assembly of the connecting device. The safety device can also be installed before pivoting it in. Workers who subsequently insert the formwork panels of the slab formwork system from above are thus protected from falling, as there is no longer any free edge. At the same time, workers on the level below are protected from falling objects by the safety device.

[0032] After the slab formwork system has been assembled, the connecting device according to the invention is connected to at least one beam of the system, the connection being established via a connecting assembly of the connecting device, in particular via a locking element of the connecting assembly engaging in the groove of the beam. The locking element creates a positive connection between the connecting assembly and the beam, which prevents the locking element from falling out of the groove and thus the connecting assembly or connecting device from falling down. By actuating the actuating element, a clamping fit can be achieved at the same time, which in particular prevents displacement of the connecting assembly or connecting device in the longitudinal direction of the beam.

[0033] Depending on the design of the connection assembly, a further positive connection can be achieved between an end section of the bolt received in the carrier and a recess in the carrier, which is advantageously formed in an inner wall of the carrier that defines the groove and is opposite the groove opening. The end section of the bolt advantageously projects beyond the locking element, so that when the locking element is inserted into the groove, the end section of the threaded bolt is simultaneously inserted into the recess in the carrier. To achieve the positive connection, the recess for receiving the bolt has a length limited compared to the groove. The length is preferably selected such that only one bolt or only the bolts of two adjacent connection assemblies can be inserted.

[0034] The connecting device is only held at one end via the connecting assembly connected to the support. The other end is therefore preferably connected to a further support via a further connecting assembly. The connecting device is then preferably arranged between two parallel supports and connected to each of these via a connecting assembly. The spacer tube between the two connecting assemblies is matched to the distance between the supports. The spacer tube therefore also has a stiffening effect. The distance between the two supports also ensures that the spacer tube is always correctly aligned. If the spacer tube is made up of several parts, the parts can preferably be pushed together and pulled apart like a telescope, so that - if the distance between the supports varies - the length of the spacer tube can be adapted to the respective distance between the supports.Connecting a safety device, such as a net, generally requires more than one connecting device. Therefore, at least two connecting devices are preferably arranged at a distance from one another between parallel beams of the slab formwork system. The safety device can then be suspended between these. For this purpose, each connecting device preferably has at least two hook- and / or eyelet-like connecting elements. These are each arranged in an end region of the connecting device, for example, on the spacer tube or on a holder for the spacer tube.

[0035] The connecting devices, each arranged between parallel beams, together with the beams, form at least one rectangular field. If more than two connecting devices are mounted at a distance from each other between parallel beams, several rectangular fields are arranged next to each other. The safety device can extend over just one field or over several fields, provided it is long enough.

[0036] Two fields can be separated by one beam, by two beams or by a “split beam”.

[0037] If separated by a support with a groove on the underside, a connection assembly can be mounted on this support, each of which is connected or connectable to a spacer tube of a connection device on either side of the support. Alternatively, two connection assemblies can be mounted one behind the other, i.e., offset from each other, on the support, each of which is connected or connectable to a spacer tube.

[0038] If the fields are separated by two supports arranged next to each other, a connection assembly of a connection device can be mounted on each support so that the spacer tubes can be arranged without offset from each other.

[0039] If the fields are separated by a "split support", a separate second support is not required, so that only one support is required. This can, however, be split lengthwise into two equal halves, so that each half defines a field. The halves can be mounted separately from one another, so that assembly only takes place when the respective field is mounted. Each half of the "split support" can also be connected to a connection module of a connection device according to the invention. For this purpose, the "split support" has two parallel undercut grooves on its underside, so that a locking element of a connection module can be inserted into each groove. The split support is slightly wider than the support with only one groove.

[0040] Furthermore, a method for producing a slab formwork with a safety device using a connection device according to the invention is proposed. The method comprises the following steps:

[0041] Erection of a support structure with several ceiling supports,

[0042] Connecting a first end of a first beam to the support structure, Connecting a first end of a second beam to the support structure so that both beams are aligned parallel at a distance from each other,

[0043] Connecting the connecting device to the two supports, preferably in the region of a second end of the respective support,

[0044] Connecting the safety device to the connecting device and pivoting the supports into their final installation position before or after connecting the safety device to the connecting device.

[0045] This method has the advantage that the connecting device can be installed from below, i.e., from a safe level, eliminating the risk of falling during installation. The same applies to connecting the safety device to the connecting device. After installation, the safety device protects the workers. Persons on the slab formwork are secured against falling. Persons below are protected from falling objects.

[0076] Detailed description of the drawings

[0077] Figures 1 to 3 show a first preferred embodiment of a connecting device 100 according to the invention. This comprises a spacer tube 110 and two connecting assemblies 120, each connected to one end of the spacer tube 110. The spacer tube 110 has a rectangular cross-section and two hook- or eyelet-like connecting elements 116 for connecting a safety device 200.

[0078] As can be seen in particular from Figure 2, a connection assembly 120 of the connection device 100 according to Figure 1 has a locking element 121 that is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a bolt 122 in the form of a threaded bolt. This bolt is guided through a through-bore of the spacer tube 110, so that the locking element 121 lies above the spacer tube 110, with an end section 125 of the bolt 122 still projecting beyond the locking element 121. On the underside of the spacer tube 110, an actuating element 123 is screwed onto the bolt 122, with a washer 128 also inserted between the actuating element 123 and the spacer tube 110.

[0079] The assembly of the connecting device 100 is explained below with reference to Figures 3a to 3c. For assembly, a ceiling formwork system 300 with a support 310 is required, which has an undercut groove 311 on its underside. Such a support 310 is shown as an example in Figures 24 and 25. During assembly of the connecting device 100, a connection assembly 120 is inserted into the groove 311 of the support 310 with the locking element 121 or the end section 125 of the bolt 122 facing forward. The groove 311 is delimited on the inside by an inner wall 313 of the support 310, in which a recess 312 is formed (see Figures 24 and 25). The end portion 125 of the bolt 122 projecting beyond the locking element 121 is inserted into this recess 312 until the locking element 121 is completely received in the groove 311 (see Figure 3a).

[0080] Inserting the locking element 121 into the groove 311 requires a specific angular position of the locking element 121, since the locking element 121 is designed as a sliding block that can be brought into locking engagement with the groove 311 and has a length that is oversized compared to the opening of the groove 311. The width of the sliding block, however, is selected to be smaller than the opening of the groove 311, so that the locking element 121 can be inserted into the groove 311 when the longitudinal axis B of the locking element 121 is aligned parallel to the support 310 or the groove 311.

[0081] After inserting the locking element 121 into the groove 311, the locking element 121 is rotated by 90° so that the longitudinal axis B runs transversely to the longitudinal direction of the carrier 310 (see Figure 3b). The locking element 121 is thus brought into locking engagement with the groove 311. The actuating element 123 is then further screwed on or tightened so that the spacer tube 110 comes into contact with the carrier 310 (see Figure 3c). By further tightening, the carrier 310 can be clamped between the locking element 121 and the spacer tube 110. For this purpose, the locking element 121 has a clamping surface 124, which in this case is flat.

[0082] In the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 3, the actuating element 123 is designed as a striking plate with a threaded hole. A striking tool can be applied to the lever arms of the striking plate to achieve a greater tightening force through leverage. Similarly, the clamping fit can be loosened using a striking tool.

[0083] Figures 4 to 7 show a second preferred embodiment of a connecting device 100 according to the invention. In contrast to the previously described embodiment, the spacer tube 110 is not connected directly to a connecting assembly 120, but indirectly via a receptacle 111. The receptacle 111 is essentially plate-shaped and has support surfaces 117 for supporting at least one spacer tube 110. Recesses 119 can be used to create a positive connection between the spacer tube 110 and the receptacle 111, preventing the supported spacer tube 110 from falling off. In addition, the receptacle 111 has lateral upstands 112, 113 that enable a positive connection between the receptacle 111 and the carrier 310. The bolt 122 receiving the locking element 121 is guided centrally through the receptacle 111.Below the holder 111, the actuating element 123 is screwed onto the bolt 122, whereby a washer 128 is also inserted between the holder 111 and the actuating element 123.

[0084] During assembly of the connection assembly 120, the locking element 121 and the receptacle 111 are first aligned with one another in the manner shown in Figure 4 and then attached to the carrier 310 from below, so that the longitudinal axis B of the locking element 121 is aligned parallel to the carrier 310 or to the groove 311 (see Figure 5a). When the locking element 121 is inserted into the groove 311, the upturned edges 113 of the receptacle 111 are simultaneously brought into engagement with the groove 311. The upturned edges 112 are thereby located on both sides of the carrier 310, so that the receptacle 111 encompasses the carrier 310 on both sides. In this position, the receptacle 111 is secured against rotation by the upturned edges 112, 113. The locking element 121 is then rotated by 90° so that it engages in the groove 311 (see Figure 5b). By further screwing orBy tightening the actuating element 123, an additional clamping force is applied so that the carrier 310 is clamped between the locking element 121 and the receptacle 111 (see Figure 5c).

[0085] After the connection assembly 120 has been installed, the spacer tube 110 can be inserted into the receptacle 111. To create a positive connection between the spacer tube 110 and the receptacle 111, the spacer tube 110 has a correspondingly shaped end section that can be brought into engagement with the recesses 119 of the receptacle 111 (see Figure 6). Since the receptacle 111 encompasses the carrier 310 on both sides and forms an additional support surface 117 for another spacer tube 110, two spacer tubes 110 can also be inserted into the receptacle 111—as shown by way of example in Figure 7.

[0086] A third preferred embodiment of a connecting device 100 according to the invention is shown in Figures 8 and 9a to 9c. This has a receptacle 111 similar to the previously described embodiment, so that it is also suitable for receiving two spacer tubes 110. In contrast to the previously described embodiment, in this embodiment the locking element 121 and the bolt 122 are designed as a single piece as a grooved screw. A wing nut is screwed onto the grooved screw as the actuating element 123. During assembly, the screw head of the grooved screw, which forms the locking element 121, is inserted or pushed into the groove 311 of the carrier 310 from the side. This is because the screw head has an oversize compared to the opening of the groove 311 in every angular position. Lateral flattened areas of the screw head rest against the groove flanks, thus providing an anti-twist protection (see Figure 9a). After inserting the locking element 121 orThe grooved screw pushes the receptacle 111 from below against the support 310, so that the upstands 113 engage in the groove 311 and the upstands 112 encompass the support 310 on both sides. The position of the receptacle 111 is secured by means of the actuating element 123 in the form of a wing screw, which is screwed on further (see Figure 9b). A clamping effect can also be achieved through the tightening force of the wing screw.

[0087] After mounting the connection assembly 120, the spacer tube 110 can be inserted into the receptacle 111 (see Figure 9c). If necessary, a second spacer tube 110 can also be inserted as shown in Figure 7.

[0088] A fourth embodiment of a connecting device 100 according to the invention is described below with reference to Figures 10 and 11. Analogous to the previously described embodiment, the connecting assembly 120 has a grooved screw that forms the locking element 121 and the bolt 122, as well as a receptacle 111 for receiving at least one spacer tube 110. The receptacle 111 is again plate-shaped and has an upturned edge 113 for insertion into the groove 311 of the carrier 310, as well as upturned edges 112 that—after assembly—enclose the carrier 310 on both sides, thereby providing an anti-twist protection. Instead of recesses 119, the receptacle 111 has two pins 115 for a positive connection to two spacer tubes 110. Corresponding recesses 114 are formed in the spacer tubes 110 for this purpose (see Figure 11c).

[0089] In contrast to the previous embodiments, the hook- and / or eyelet-like connecting element 116 for connecting the securing device 200 is not arranged on the spacer tube 110, but rather on the receptacle 111. Since two spacer tubes 110 can be inserted into the support 111, two connecting elements 116 are also provided.

[0090] During assembly, the locking element 121 or the screw head of the grooved screw is inserted or pushed into the groove 311 of the support 310 from the side (see Figure 11a). Subsequently, the receptacle 111 is pushed onto the support 310 from below so that the upstand 113 engages in the groove 311 and the upstands 112 encompass the support 310 on both sides. To fix the receptacle 111, the actuating element 123 is further screwed onto the bolt 122 or the grooved screw. At the same time, a clamping force can be exerted via the actuating element 123 so that the support 310 is clamped between the locking element 121 or the screw head of the grooved screw and the receptacle 111 (see Figure 11b). After the connection assembly 120 has been mounted, a spacer tube 110 can be inserted on each side of the support 310 so that the pins 115 engage in the recess 114 of the respective spacer tube 110.Figure 11 c shows an example of the connection assembly 120 with an inserted spacer tube 110.

[0091] A fifth preferred embodiment of a connecting device 100 according to the invention can be seen in Figures 12 to 15. In this embodiment, the spacer tube 110—analogous to the embodiment of Figures 1 to 3—is directly connected to the connecting assemblies 120. For this purpose, the bolts 122 of the connecting assemblies 120 are each guided through a through-bore of the spacer tube 110. The spacer tube 110 also has two hook- and / or eyelet-like connecting elements 116 for connecting the safety device 200.

[0092] The connection assemblies 120 each have a bolt 122 and a locking element 121 in the form of a pin running transversely to the bolt 122, with end sections 125 of the bolts 122 each projecting beyond the locking element 121. An actuating element 123 in the form of a lever is mounted on the other end of the bolts 122 and is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the respective bolt 122. By actuating the actuating element 123, the pin-shaped locking element 121 can be rotated so that it can be inserted into the groove 311 of the carrier 310 in a first angular position and brought into locking engagement with the groove 311 in a second angular position, offset by 90° from the first angular position. The rotatability of the bolt 122 and thus of the locking element 121 and the actuating element 123 can be limited by a pin-shaped stop element 129 arranged on the bolt 122, which interacts with a stop 130 formed by a sleeve 131 surrounding the bolt 122. Reaching the stop 130 also indicates that the locking element 121 is in locking engagement with the groove 311.

[0093] As can be seen in particular from Figures 14 and 15, during locking, a round clamping surface 124 of the pin-shaped locking element 121 is screwed into the groove 311 in such a way that the locking element 121, the bolt 122, and the actuating element 123 are slightly raised. In this way, a clamping force acting on the carrier 310 is achieved. In the exemplary embodiment of Figures 12 to 15, the actuating element 123 is also operatively connected to a locking device 126 arranged eccentrically with respect to the longitudinal axis A of the bolt 122. By actuating the actuating element 123 or the lever, the locking device 126 is pivoted so that a spring-loaded locking element 127 of the locking device 126 can be brought into engagement with a recess 118 of the spacer tube 110.This mechanism is described below in connection with a sixth preferred embodiment of a connecting device 100 according to the invention, which is shown in Figures 16 to 23.

[0094] Figure 16 shows the entire connecting device 100, which comprises a multi-part spacer tube 110 and two connecting assemblies 120. The multi-part design of the spacer tube 110 has the advantage that the length of the connecting device 100 is adjustable. The connecting assemblies 120 are each firmly connected to a part of the spacer tube 110.

[0095] Figure 17 shows a connection assembly 120 of the connection device 100 of Figure 16. This comprises a bolt 122, which is connected to a pin-shaped locking element 121 and has an end portion 125 projecting beyond the locking element 121. The actuating element 123 is designed as a lever, which is connected to the bolt 122 in a rotationally fixed manner. The actuating element 123 is also operatively connected to a locking device 126 arranged eccentrically with respect to the longitudinal axis A of the bolt 122. In addition, the connection assembly 120 has a bent sheet 132, which forms a stop 133 for the actuating element 123 (see also Figures 18 and 19). The sheet 132 thus replaces the sleeve 132 of the previously described embodiment.

[0096] During assembly of the connection assembly 120, it is placed from below onto the support 310 with the end section 125 of the bolt 122 and the locking element 121 facing forward, so that the end section 125 engages with the recess 312 in the inner wall 313 of the support 310 and the locking element 121 engages with the groove 311. The locking element 121 assumes an angular position in which its longitudinal axis B is aligned parallel to the support 310 or the groove 311 (see Figure 20). By actuating the actuating element 123, the locking element 121 is then brought into locking engagement with the groove 311 by pivoting the actuating element 123 by 90° in the direction of the sheet 132 (see Figure 21). The actuating element 123 comes to rest on the stop 133 of the plate 132 (see also Figures 18 and 19).Upon actuation of the actuating element 123, the locking device 126 is simultaneously pivoted, so that when the actuating element 123 is in its final position at the stop 133, the spring-loaded locking element 127 engages with the recess 118 formed in the spacer tube 110 (see Figure 22 and Figures 18 and 19). The locking device 126 thus prevents the actuating element 123 or the lever from being actuated and the locking element 121 from being moved into an angular position in which it falls out of the groove 311. The locking device 126 therefore serves to secure the position of the connection assembly 120.

[0097] When disassembling the connecting device 100 or the connecting assembly 120, the spring-loaded locking element 127 simply needs to be pulled out of the recess 118 against the spring force and the lever pivoted back. The locking element 121 then assumes an angular position in which it can be easily removed from the groove 311 of the carrier 310.

[0098] As shown by way of example in Figure 23, two connecting devices 100 can be mounted on a support 310 offset from one another in the longitudinal direction of the support 310. To keep the offset as small as possible, the sheets 132 have beveled edges 134. This slight offset ensures that the end sections 125 of the bolts 122 each engage with the recess 312 in the inner wall 313 of the support 310. This is because the length of the recess 312 is limited (see Figures 24 and 25).

[0099] The preferred embodiments of a connecting device 100 according to the invention described with reference to Figures 1 to 25 are preferably assembled or erected together with a ceiling formwork system 300. A possible sequence is shown in Figures 26 to 28.

[0100] The illustrated ceiling formwork system 300 comprises a support structure 320 made up of several ceiling props 321, which are set up at a distance from one another, so that four ceiling props 321 each define a ceiling field. Beams 310 are placed on the support structure 320 so that they run parallel and laterally delimit the ceiling field. Formwork panels 330 are already placed on the beams 310 of a first ceiling field, so that this ceiling field is closed. The beams 310 of the next ceiling field are already suspended in the support structure 320 at one end, so that they simply hang down at the other end. Before these are pivoted into their final installation position, a connection device 100 according to the invention for a safety device 200 in the form of a net is mounted. For this purpose, the connection assemblies 120 of the connection device 100 are each connected to a support 310, wherein a locking element 121 of the respective connection assembly 120 is brought into locking engagement with an undercut groove 311 of the respective support 310. In addition, by actuating an actuating element 123, a clamping connection is achieved between the connection assembly 120 and the support 310. Since the supports 310 of the ceiling panel to be erected are only suspended at one end in the support structure 320, the connection device 100 can be easily installed from below (see Figure 26). After the connection device 100 has been installed, it can be pivoted together with the supports 310 into the final installation position (see Figure 27). The safety device 200 can be connected before or after pivoting. The latter is recommended when the safety device is a net stretched across multiple ceiling panels (see Figure 28). Alternatively, a separate net can be used for each ceiling panel.

[0101] As an alternative to a support 310 with only one groove 311, a support 310 with two grooves 311 can also be used. Such a support 310, also called a "split support," is shown as an example in Figure 29. The double groove offers connection options for two connection assemblies 120, which can be arranged such that the spacer tubes 110 connected to the connection assemblies 120 lie next to one another and not offset from one another, as shown in Figure 23. Furthermore, the support 310 can be divided lengthwise into two halves, which can be mounted separately from one another.

[0102] As shown by way of example in Figure 30, with the aid of the slab formwork system 300, several fields can be formed in one plane, both side by side and one behind the other. The fields are separated from one another by beams 310, which in this case are designed as "split beams." This means that the beams 310 can each be split into two halves, which can then be assembled field by field, i.e., separately from one another. Each half of a split beam 310 has an undercut groove 311 on its underside for connection to a connection assembly 120 of a connection device 100. After the two halves have been pivoted into their respective end positions, the spacer tubes 110 of the two connection devices 100 lie next to one another without any offset.
