Description

Technical area

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a pen holder for storing a pen as well as a coupling element and a use of a coupling element. State of the art

[0002] In trades and on construction sites, different pens, such as a carpenter's pencil, a felt-tip pen, a ballpoint pen and / or a deep hole marker are used on a daily basis to carry out drawing and marking work and to take notes.

[0003] Different pen types are used for different tasks. For example, deep-hole markers are more commonly used for marking work, while a conventional ballpoint pen is used for taking notes.

[0004] It is particularly important that the different pens are easy to reach and can be operated with one hand to ensure access to the right pen at any time, even without looking.

[0005] Furthermore, the different pins should be stored / fixed to the user in such a way that loss / misplacement of the pins can be avoided, since pins lying around can quickly disappear, especially on construction sites.

[0006] To solve this problem, pen holders, such as those known from DE 695 06 392 T2, have become established on the market. Such pen holders can be attached to the user's / operator's pocket or belt with a clip and allow the user one-handed access to the pen.

[0007] The disadvantage of such pen holders is that a separate pen holder is required for each pen. In other words, the user must carry several different pen holders for multiple pens. This results in the user carrying several pen holders side by side in a pocket, such as a ruler pocket or trouser pocket, or on a belt.

[0008] Multiple pen holders can negatively influence each other. For example, two adjacent pen holders can become entangled and restrict the user's freedom of movement.

[0009] The object of the present disclosure is therefore to eliminate or at least reduce the disadvantages of the prior art. Specifically, the object of the present disclosure is to provide a way to securely and easily accessibly store and transport multiple, preferably different, pens on the user's device.

[0010] This object is achieved by a pen holder according to independent claim 1 of the present disclosure. Furthermore, this object is achieved by a coupling element according to independent claim 11 and a use of a coupling element according to independent claim 12. Advantageous further developments are claimed in the subclaims and / or described below.

[0011] Specifically, the problem is solved by a pen holder for storing a first pen / marker, in particular a felt-tip pen or paint marker or carpenter's pencil or ballpoint pen or deep hole marker or mechanical pencil, and a second pen / marker, in particular a felt-tip pen or paint marker or carpenter's pencil or ballpoint pen or deep hole marker or mechanical pencil, with a first, preferably sleeve-shaped, base body which extends in a first longitudinal direction and delimits a first receiving space for at least partially receiving the first pen, and a second, preferably sleeve-shaped, base body which extends in a second longitudinal direction and delimits a second receiving space for at least partially receiving the second pen.

[0012] In other words, the problem is solved by the pen holder designed as a multiple holder, in particular a double holder, which is provided and designed to hold the first pen and the second pen simultaneously. The first pen can be different from the second pen. In other words, the first pen can have a first writing tip and a first diameter, and the second pen can have a second writing tip and a second diameter, wherein the first writing tip can be different from the second writing tip and / or the first diameter can be different from the second diameter. Of course, the first pen and the second pen can also be of identical construction.

[0013] The pen holder contains the first base body, which extends, preferably at least partially cylindrical, in the first longitudinal direction. Alternatively or additionally, the first base body can be conical and / or truncated cone-shaped in sections. The first base body preferably has a (much) greater extent in the first longitudinal direction than in a first width direction / radial direction oriented normal to the longitudinal direction. The first base body can preferably have a sleeve shape or be sleeve-shaped. In other words, the first base body can have a type of tube geometry that is closed on one side and has a relatively thin base body wall. Alternatively, the first base body can have a tube geometry that is open on both sides. Embodiments are also conceivable in which the first base body has a substantially cuboid geometry. The first base body orthe first base body wall of the first base body delimits the first receiving space of the first base body.

[0014] The first receiving space is accessible through the first insertion opening and is connected to an environment surrounding the pin holder. The first insertion opening is formed at one of the ends of the first base body in the longitudinal direction. In particular, the insertion opening can be formed on an end face / end side of the first base body or essentially form the end face / end side.

[0015] The insertion opening is the opening through which the first pin can be introduced / inserted / inserted / pushed into the first receiving space, at least in sections. Preferably, the first insertion opening is the only opening connecting the first receiving space to the environment surrounding the pin holder. Alternatively, the first receiving space can have additional openings, preferably an opening at an end of the first base body facing away from the first insertion opening.

[0016] The pen holder further comprises the second base body, which extends, preferably at least partially cylindrical, in the second longitudinal direction. Alternatively or additionally, the second base body can be conical and / or truncated cone-shaped in sections. The second base body preferably has a (much) greater extent in the second longitudinal direction than in a second width direction / radial direction oriented normal to the second longitudinal direction. The second base body can preferably have a sleeve shape or be sleeve-shaped. In other words, the second base body can have a type of tube geometry that is closed on one side with the relatively thin base body wall. Alternatively, the second base body can have a tube geometry that is open on both sides. Embodiments are also conceivable in which the second base body has a substantially cuboid geometry. The second base body orthe base body wall of the second base body delimits the second receiving space of the second base body.

[0017] The second receiving space is accessible through the second insertion opening and is connected to the environment surrounding the pen holder. The second insertion opening is formed at one of the ends of the second base body in the second longitudinal direction. In particular, the second insertion opening can be formed on an end face / end side of the second base body or essentially form the end face / end side.

[0018] The second insertion opening is the opening through which the second pin can be introduced / inserted / inserted / pushed into the second receiving space, at least in sections. The second insertion opening can be the only opening connecting the second receiving space to the environment surrounding the pin holder. Alternatively, the second receiving space can have additional openings, preferably an opening at an end of the second base body facing away from the second insertion opening.

[0019] The first longitudinal direction can be oriented parallel to the second longitudinal direction. Alternatively, the first longitudinal direction can be non-parallel, for example, skewed or angled, to the second longitudinal direction.

[0020] The core of the present disclosure is therefore to provide a pen holder with at least two receiving spaces for simultaneously receiving at least two, preferably different, pens and thus a multiple holder, in particular a double holder.

[0021] This design of the pen holder allows the user to carry multiple pens for different tasks safely and easily. The multiple pens can be stored and transported in a defined arrangement relative to one another.

[0022] In a first aspect, the first base body can be configured with a defined orientation and arrangement relative to the second base body. In other words, the first base body can be configured to be immovable relative to the second base body in the pen holder.

[0023] In a further aspect, the first base body and the second base body can be connected to one another, in particular coupled, or connectable, in particular coupleable, via a coupling element, preferably reversibly.

[0024] In other words, the coupling element is preferably provided and designed to connect the first base body and the second base body to one another, preferably in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting or material-fitting manner.

[0025] Preferably, the coupling element can be detached from the first base body and / or the second base body without causing any damage. Particularly preferably, the coupling element can be mounted and / or dismounted on the first base body and / or the second base body without the use of tools.

[0026] With such a coupling element, the pen holder can be designed in a modular manner. In other words, the pen holder can be constructed from different base bodies in a modular manner via the coupling element. In this case, a plurality of base bodies can be coupled together.

[0027] In particular, three, four, five or more basic bodies can be coupled or formed together.

[0028] Embodiments are also conceivable in which more than one coupling element is formed between the first base body and the second base body. In other words, two or more coupling elements can connect the first base body and the second base body.

[0029] Alternatively, the coupling element can be formed integrally / in one piece / monolithically with the first base body and / or the second base body.

[0030] In other words, the coupling element is not limited to an element or assembly formed separately from the first base body and the second base body, but can be formed integrally with both the first base body and the second base body, or with all of the base bodies. The first base body, the second base body, and the coupling element can be formed, for example, in an additive manufacturing process, in particular in 3D printing, as a single-piece pin holder. In particular, three, four, five, or more base bodies can also be coupled or formed together.

[0031] Embodiments are also conceivable in which the first base body and the second base body are formed in one overall base body. In other words, embodiments are conceivable in which the first receiving space and the second receiving space are formed in one overall base body. In such an embodiment, the first base body and the second base body are to be understood as different sections of the overall base body. Of course, more than two receiving spaces in the overall base body are also conceivable in such an embodiment. For example, three, four, five, or more receiving spaces can also be formed in the overall base body.

[0032] In a further aspect, the pen holder, in particular the coupling element of the pen holder, can have a fastening clip, wherein the fastening clip is provided and designed to reversibly fix the pen holder to the user.

[0033] In other words, the fastening clip can preferably be formed integrally with the coupling element. The fastening clip can optionally extend parallel to the first longitudinal direction or parallel to the second longitudinal direction. The fastening clip can include or be a spring element and can be provided and configured to exert a clamping force on a pocket edge, in particular a trouser pocket edge or a ruler pocket edge, a belt, or the like, of the user, thus fixing the coupling element and thus the pen holder with at least the first base body and at least the second base body to the user.

[0034] The fastening clip can optionally include barbs. In other words, the fastening clip can include one or more barbs that are provided and designed to interlock. In a preferred embodiment, the barbs can be formed opposite one another on an inner side of the fastening clip and on a section arranged opposite one another. Preferably, the barbs can be formed alternately on the fastening clip and on the section.

[0035] In a further aspect, a lead receptacle, which is provided and designed to receive first replacement leads for the first pen and / or second replacement leads for the second pen, can be formed on the coupling element.

[0036] In other words, the coupling element can be formed with the mine receptacle, preferably in the form of a mine quiver. The mine receptacle can be formed integrally with the coupling element or can be fixed / attached to the coupling element. The mine receptacle can have individual mine sheaths for each individual mine. Alternatively, the mine receptacle can have a common mine receptacle space for all mines. The mine receptacle space can extend in the first longitudinal direction or in the second longitudinal direction; preferably, the mine receptacle can be formed between the first base body and the second base body.

[0037] By designing the coupling element with the lead receptacle, the pen holder can be designed more compactly than if the lead receptacle and pen holder were designed separately. Furthermore, by designing the lead receptacle on the coupling element, easy accessibility to the lead receptacle can be achieved when the pen is being worn by the user. Optionally, the lead receptacle can be designed as a replaceable lead receptacle. Furthermore, optionally, the lead receptacle can be additionally or alternatively provided and designed to accommodate replacement tips for permanent and / or paint markers.

[0038] In a further aspect, the first base body can be formed with a first, preferably circumferential, coupling section and the second base body can be formed with a second, preferably circumferential, coupling section, and the coupling element can be provided and designed to engage in the first coupling section and in the second coupling section, preferably in a form-fitting manner, and / or to encompass the first coupling section and the second coupling section.

[0039] In other words, the first base body can be formed with the first coupling section and the second base body can be formed with the second coupling section.

[0040] The first coupling section can be formed with a preferably first boundary on both sides in the first longitudinal direction. The first boundary can be formed as an annular diameter enlargement of the first base body. In other words, two annular diameter enlargements can delimit the first coupling section in the longitudinal direction.

[0041] The second coupling section can be formed with a preferably second boundary on both sides in the second longitudinal direction. The second boundary can be formed as an annular diameter enlargement of the second base body. In other words, two annular diameter enlargements can delimit the second coupling section in the longitudinal direction.

[0042] Alternatively, the first coupling section and the second coupling section can be configured as a locking geometry, for example, in the form of a dovetail connection. Furthermore, the first coupling section and the second coupling section can be configured with a thread.

[0043] By means of first and second coupling sections designed in this way, the coupling element can be securely and reversibly fixed to the first base body and / or the second base body. The first coupling section and the second coupling section further improve the modularity of the pen holder.

[0044] In a further aspect, the first coupling section and the second coupling section can be geometrically identical.

[0045] In a further aspect, the first main body may have a first central fiber extending in the first longitudinal direction and the second main body may have a second central fiber extending in the second longitudinal direction, wherein the first central fiber may be oriented at an angle to the second central fiber.

[0046] In other words, the first base body has the first (imaginary) central fiber, which extends in the first longitudinal direction within the first base body. The first base body can optionally be rotationally symmetrical to the first central fiber. The second base body has the second (imaginary) central fiber, which extends in the second longitudinal direction within the second base body. The second base body can optionally be rotationally symmetrical to the second central fiber. The first central fiber can be oriented at an angle to the second central fiber, i.e., not parallel to the second central fiber.

[0047] Preferably, the angle can be an acute angle. Specifically, the angle can be between 1° and 30°, preferably between 5° and 15°. In one embodiment, the first central fiber can be oriented skew relative to the second central fiber.

[0048] By forming the angle between the first central fiber and the second central fiber or alternatively by the skewed orientation, the insertion and removal of the first pin into / from the first receiving space or the insertion and removal of the second pin into / from the second receiving space can be facilitated.

[0049] In a further aspect, the first base body can have the first insertion opening for inserting the first pin into the first receiving space of the first base body at a first base body end, and the second base body can have the second insertion opening for inserting the second pin into the second receiving space at a second base body end, wherein the first insertion opening and the second insertion opening are arranged offset from one another in the first longitudinal direction and / or in the second longitudinal direction.

[0050] In other words, the first insertion opening of the first base body can be arranged in a first plane, and the second insertion opening of the second base body can be arranged in a second plane. The first plane can be different from the second plane.

[0051] Preferably, the first plane and the second plane can intersect in an (imaginary) intersection line.

[0052] In other words, the first insertion opening can be arranged in a stepped manner relative to the second insertion opening in the first longitudinal direction and / or in the second longitudinal direction.

[0053] By a corresponding arrangement of the first insertion opening and the second insertion opening, the accessibility or access to the first pin in the first base body and the accessibility or access to the second pin in the second base body can be improved.

[0054] In a further aspect, the first insertion opening and / or the second insertion opening can have or be an insertion funnel, wherein a cross-sectional opening of the insertion funnel widens, preferably conically, starting from the first and / or second receiving space.

[0055] In other words, the first insertion opening and / or the second insertion opening can be designed as a conical tube segment and can taper conically from the environment surrounding the pin holder towards the receiving space.

[0056] Preferably, the insertion funnel can be formed by a wall thickness reduction / wall thickness change of the first base body and / or the second base body, preferably linearly in the first longitudinal direction and / or in the second longitudinal direction.

[0057] By means of an insertion funnel designed in this way, the insertion of the first pin into the first base body and / or the insertion of the second pin into the second base body can be simplified.

[0058] In a further aspect, the first base body can have a closed writing tip receptacle for receiving, preferably airtight, a first writing tip of the first pen and the second base body can have an open writing tip receptacle.

[0059] In other words, the first base body can be configured with only the first insertion opening and can be configured to hermetically accommodate the first writing tip of the first pen. The second base body can be configured with the second insertion opening and a second exit opening. The second exit opening can be formed at the end of the second base body facing away from the second insertion opening. The second exit opening can be configured and can be configured to connect the second writing tip of the second pen to the environment surrounding the pen holder.

[0060] Such a design protects the first pen, which is preferably a felt-tip pen, a paint marker, or a deep-hole marker and can therefore dry out upon contact with air. Furthermore, the second pen, which is preferably a pencil or ballpoint pen, can be stored in a dry place, and moisture, chips, and / or other contaminants can escape from the second outlet opening in the second base body.

[0061] In a further aspect, a first fixing spring can be formed in the first receiving space and / or a second fixing spring can be formed in the second receiving space in order to fix the first pin in the first receiving space or the second pin in the second receiving space in a force-fitting manner.

[0062] In other words, both the first receiving space and the second receiving space can be configured with a fixing element in the form of the first fixing spring and the second fixing spring, respectively. Preferably, the first fixing spring clamps the first pin against a first base body portion of the first base body, which is arranged diametrically opposite the first fixing spring. Furthermore, the second fixing spring preferably clamps the second pin against a second base body portion of the second base body, which is arranged diametrically opposite the second fixing spring.

[0063] Preferably, the first fixing spring and / or the second fixing spring are designed as a leaf spring. Alternatively, other embodiments are possible, for example, as a shaped spring, ribbon spring, barrel spring, or annular spring.

[0064] By means of such a fixing spring, the first pin can be fixed in a force-locking manner in the first receiving space of the first base body and / or the second pin can be fixed in a force-locking manner in the second receiving space of the second base body.

[0065] In a further aspect, the first base body and / or the second base body of the pin holder can be formed with a sealing section, preferably in the form of a separately formed sealing element.

[0066] In other words, the at least one sealing section can be formed or arranged in the first receiving space and / or in the second receiving space. The sealing section is provided and designed to make radially circumferential sealing contact with the respective pin, which is inserted into the receiving space through the insertion opening, wherein the sealing section can preferably make sealing contact with at least two different pin geometries.

[0067] In other words, the sealing section can contact both the first pin geometry with the first large diameter in a radially circumferential sealing manner and the second pin geometry with the second smaller diameter in a radially circumferential sealing manner.

[0068] The sealing section can be formed as a single, continuous sealing section. Alternatively, the sealing section can be formed in segments. Further alternatively, the sealing section can be formed in multiple parts spaced apart in the longitudinal direction. In other words, the sealing section can alternatively be formed from a plurality of individual sealing sections spaced apart from one another.

[0069] When designed as a continuous sealing section, the sealing section can have an (elastic) tube or funnel geometry that tapers longitudinally, preferably linearly, from the insertion opening. In other words, the sealing section can have or be a conically tapered sealing geometry.

[0070] In an alternative embodiment, the sealing section can have a plurality of sealing segments arranged sequentially one behind the other in the longitudinal direction, wherein each sealing segment is provided and designed to seal a defined diameter or a defined diameter range, i.e. to contact them in a radially circumferential sealing manner. The sequentially arranged sealing segments can be arranged one behind the other without any spacing in the longitudinal extension of the first or second base body. Alternatively, the sequentially arranged sealing segments can be arranged spaced apart one behind the other in the longitudinal direction in the base body. The defined diameters / diameter ranges, i.e. the diameters or diameter ranges in which the respective sealing segments seal the pin, of the sequential sealing segments preferably taper / decrease in size starting from the insertion opening.

[0071] In a further aspect, the sealing section can be adapted / configured to a diameter of the pin, preferably by means of a replaceable! switchable changing device / adapter device, in order to radially seal the pin or the different pins with the different diameters by means of different sealing sections.

[0072] In other words, the changing device is designed to introduce, or enable the introduction of, different sealing sections, i.e., sealing sections with different, defined diameters, into the receiving space of the base body. The different sealing sections can be an integral part of the changing device, for example, in the form of a drum, a magazine, or a grid. Alternatively, the different sealing sections can be designed separately from the changing device and introduced into the receiving space via the changing device.

[0073] In a further aspect, the base body, in particular the second base body, can have a preferably ramp-shaped locking edge that extends radially outwardly from the base body and is provided and designed to be gripped by a clip of a pin to prevent the pin from slipping out of the base body. The ramp-shaped locking edge can preferably increase radially in an extension in the direction away from the insertion opening.

[0074] In a further aspect, an alternative base body can be designed in the form of a pen holder to fix or clamp a pen in a ring-shaped manner. In other words, the alternative base body can be designed as a pen holder extending in a longitudinal direction in the form of a ring or tube geometry, which surrounds or delimits the receiving space for receiving the pen in a ring or tube shape. A clamping element is designed on an inner wall of the receiving space of the pen holder to fix a pen, in particular a pencil, in a frictional or force-fitting manner.

[0075] In one aspect, the clamping element of the pin holder may be formed as at least one elastic tube (shell) section or may include at least one elastic tube (shell) section.

[0076] Particularly preferably, the at least one elastic tube (shell) section can surround the pin in an assembled state by at least 180°, in particular by at least 270°.

[0077] Preferably, the pen holder can be formed in one piece from plastic, preferably as an injection-molded part.

[0078] Furthermore, the pen holder can preferably include a coupling section and two stops delimiting the coupling section, wherein the coupling section is provided and configured to be fixed by a coupling element. For example, the coupling section can be gripped by a gripping recess of a coupling element.

[0079] Furthermore, the object of the present disclosure is achieved by a coupling element for the preferably reversible coupling or fixing of a first, preferably sleeve-shaped, base body, which extends in a first longitudinal direction and delimits a first receiving space for at least partially receiving a first pin, and a second, preferably sleeve-shaped, base body, which extends in a second longitudinal direction and delimits a second receiving space for at least partially receiving a second pin.

[0080] In the embodiment described here, the first base body and the second base body can each be individual pin holders, i.e. pin holders for one pin each, and the coupling element can connect several, preferably also three, four, five or more, such individual pin holders to one another and fix the individual pin holders to one another in a geometrically determined manner.

[0081] In particular, in an embodiment in which each of the base bodies is an individual pen holder, an (additional) fastening clip on the coupling element can be dispensed with and at least one of the fastening clips of the individual pen holders can be used by the user.

[0082] The coupling element can also be formed in one piece or monolithic.

[0083] The coupling element can be formed with an elastic coupling section. The elastic coupling section can include at least one elastic, tubular-shell-shaped section that extends radially by more than 180°. In other words, the elastic coupling section can be a tubular-shell-shaped section with an insertion opening.

[0084] The insertion opening can be a slot that can be elastically expanded to allow the base body to be inserted into the coupling element. Of course, in this case, the slot can also be elastically expanded to allow the base body to be removed from the coupling element.

[0085] In the fixed state, the elastic coupling element can surround the base body radially by more than 180°, preferably by more than 225°, particularly preferably by more than 270°.

[0086] Furthermore, the object of the present disclosure is achieved by using a coupling element, preferably according to one of the above aspects, for the preferably reversible coupling or fixing of a first, preferably sleeve-shaped, base body which extends in a first longitudinal direction and delimits a first receiving space for at least partially receiving a first pin, and a second, preferably sleeve-shaped, base body which extends in a second longitudinal direction and delimits a second receiving space for at least partially receiving a second pin.

[0087] It goes without saying that, according to the disclosure, preferably different pins can also be arranged in the two base bodies.

[0088] In a further aspect, which may also be claimed independently, the present disclosure relates to a deep-hole marker / deep-hole marker that can be inserted into the pen holder according to the disclosure, comprising a handle section, a deep-hole marking section, and a sleeve that can be reversibly fixed to the deep-hole marking section. The sleeve allows switching between a first deep-hole marking position and a second, deeper deep-hole marking position. The deep-hole marker is provided and designed to be insertable into the first receiving space of the first base body or into the second receiving space of the second base body.

[0089] In the first deep-hole marking position, the sleeve is fixed to the deep-hole marking section, or the sleeve surrounds a first defined section of the deep-hole marking section, and a second defined section of the deep-hole marking section is exposed. In the second deep-hole marking position, the sleeve is separated from the deep-hole marking section, and the first defined section and the second defined section are exposed.

[0090] By designing the deep hole marker in this way, both deep and very deep marking locations can be marked.

[0091] Preferably, the sleeve can be secured to the handle portion via a thread. Alternatively, the sleeve can be secured to the deep-hole marking portion via a spring element or the like.

[0092] In one aspect, a longitudinal extent of the first defined section can substantially correspond to a longitudinal extent of the second defined section. Of course, embodiments are also conceivable in which the longitudinal extent of the first defined section and the longitudinal extent of the second defined section differ from one another. However, it is essential that both the first defined section and the second defined section individually represent deep-hole marking positions, preferably each being larger than 1 cm. Description of the embodiments

[0094] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described based on the accompanying figures.

[0095] Fig. 1 shows a pen holder 2 according to the disclosure in a perspective view. Fig. 2 shows the disclosed pen holder 2 in a first side view, Fig. 3 shows the pen holder 2 according to the disclosure in a second side view opposite the first side view, Fig. 4 shows the disclosed pen holder 2 in a third side view and Fig. 5 shows the disclosed pencil case 2 in a fourth side view opposite the third side view with an additional lead case 29.

[0096] The general structure of the disclosed pen holder 2 is described below based on the Figs 1-5 described.

[0097] The pen holder 2 according to the disclosure includes the first, sleeve-shaped base body 4 and the second, tubular base body 6. The first base body and the second base body are positively connected to one another via a coupling element 8.

[0098] The first base body 4 is provided and configured to receive a first pin 10 in a first receiving space 12. The first base body 4 extends in a first longitudinal direction L1. The first base body 4 includes a first, substantially tubular portion 14 and a second, conically tapered portion 16. The first portion 14 is formed in one piece. The second portion 16 is formed in one piece.

[0099] The first section 14 of the first base body 4 has a substantially circular first insertion opening 15 on a first end face. The first insertion opening 15 is provided and designed to at least partially insert the first pin 10 into the first receiving space 12.

[0100] The second base body 6 is provided and designed to receive a second pen 18 in a second receiving space 20. The second base body 6 extends in a second longitudinal direction L2. The second base body 6 is substantially tubular. The second base body 6 has a substantially circular second insertion opening 22 on a first end face. The second insertion opening 22 is provided and designed to at least partially insert the second pen 18 into the second receiving space 20. The second base body 6 has a substantially circular (second) exit opening 24 on a second end face, which faces away from the first end face. The exit opening 24 is provided and designed to expose a second writing tip 26 of the second pen 18.

[0101] In other words, the first base body 4 with the first receiving space 12 is provided and designed to receive the first pen 10, which is a pen 10 that can dry out on contact with air, in an airtight manner, and the second base body 6 with the second receiving space 20 is provided and designed to receive the second pen 18, which is a pen 18 that cannot dry out on contact with air, with the second writing tip 26 free.

[0102] In other words, the first base body 4 contains a first, closed writing tip receptacle 25 and the second base body 6 contains a second, open writing tip receptacle 27.

[0103] The first base body 4 and the second base body 6 are positively connected to one another via the coupling element 8. In the embodiment shown here, the coupling element 8 is designed as a two-part screw clamp. In other words, the coupling element 8 includes a first coupling element section 28 and a second coupling element section 30, which positively connect the first base body 4 and the second base body 6. The first coupling element section 28 and the second coupling element section 30 are screwed together between the first base body 4 and the second base body 6 by means of a screw 32. The second coupling element section 30 is formed with a fastening clip 34. The fastening clip 34 is provided and designed to fix the pencil holder 2 to a belt, a (trouser) pocket, a ruler pocket, or to another suitable object of a user of the pencil holder 2.

[0104] The fastening clip 34 is formed with alternately oppositely arranged barbs 35 in order to improve the fit of the pen holder on the user.

[0105] As an alternative to the two-part design of the coupling element 8 shown here, a one-part design of the coupling element 8 is also conceivable. In other words, the coupling element 8 can be designed with a locking mechanism into which the first base body 4 and the second base body 6 can be locked.

[0106] The first base body 4 has a first central fiber M1. The second base body 6 has a second central fiber M2. The first central fiber M1 and the second central fiber M2 span a plane and are oriented at an angle W1 to each other. The angle W1 is an acute angle. Preferably, the angle W1 is between 5° and 30°. Alternatively, the central fibers M1 and M2 of the two base bodies 4, 6 can also be arranged skewed to each other. Preferably, the two central fibers M1 and M2 are not parallel.

[0107] The first insertion opening 15 of the first base body 4 is spaced apart from the second insertion opening 22 of the second base body 4 in the first longitudinal direction L1 or the second longitudinal direction L2. Specifically, the first insertion opening 15 is spaced apart from the second insertion opening 22 by an opening distance 01. The opening distance 01 can preferably be 0.5 cm to 5 cm.

[0108] In Fig. 5A lead receptacle in the form of a lead holder 29 is formed on the coupling element 8 to accommodate replacement leads for the first pin 10 and the second pin 18. In the embodiment shown here, the lead holder 29 is formed integrally with the coupling element 8. Alternatively, the lead holder 29 can be reversibly coupled to the coupling element 8.

[0109] Fig. 6 shows a section through the pin holder 2. The first base body 4 contains the first fixing spring 36 in order to reversibly fix the first pin 10 in the first receiving space 12.

[0110] The first section 14 of the first base body 4 and the second section 16 of the first base body 4 are connected / coupled to one another in a connecting region 38. The connecting region 38 can be designed as a force-fitting and / or form-fitting connection between the first section 14 and the second section 16, wherein the second section 16 is partially inserted into the first section 14. In other words, the first section 14 and the second section 16 can be glued, pressed, shrunk, welded, or similarly bonded to one another. For this purpose, the first section 14 is formed with a reduced outer diameter in the connecting region 38, so that an outer contour of the first base body 4 is essentially stepless in the connecting region 38.Of course, the second section 16 can also be partially inserted into the first section 14 or the second section 16 and the first section 14 can be connected to each other at contacting end surfaces.

[0111] Furthermore, embodiments are conceivable in which the connecting region 38 is designed as a reversibly connected connecting region 38, so that it can be connected and disconnected by the user. For this purpose, the connecting region 38 can preferably be designed with a bayonet lock.

[0112] The first section 14 of the first base body 4 is described below using the Figs. 7 to 10 explained in more detail.

[0113] The first section 14 extends in the first longitudinal direction L1. The first insertion opening 15 is formed at a first end of the first section 14. In the embodiment shown here, the first insertion opening 15 is formed with a circumferential, funnel-shaped gripping shoulder 40. The gripping shoulder 40 is provided and designed to facilitate withdrawal of the first pin 10 from the first base body 4. Specifically, the user can grasp the first pin 10, for example with an index finger and a middle finger, and press against the gripping shoulder 40 with the thumb of the same hand in order to overcome a locking force with which the first pin 10 is locked in the first base body 4.

[0114] Furthermore, the first section 14 of the first base body 4 includes a first outer circumferential surface 42. A first stop 44 and a second stop 46 are formed annularly on the first outer circumferential surface 42. The first stop 44 is spaced apart from the second stop 46 in the first longitudinal direction L1. Specifically, the first stop 44 is spaced apart from the second stop 46 by a first distance B1, wherein the distance B1 corresponds to a first height H1 of a grip recess 48 of the coupling element 8 (see Fig. 15 and Fig. 16 ). The second stop 46 is formed with an interruption 57 in the circumferential direction.

[0115] A first coupling section 49 is formed between the first stop 44 and the second stop 46. The first coupling section 49 is provided and configured to be gripped by the coupling element 8. The first stop 44 and the second stop 46 are provided and configured to fix or limit the coupling element 8 in the first longitudinal direction L1.

[0116] On a first inner circumference 50 of the first section 14, the first fixing spring 36 is formed integrally with the first section 14.

[0117] Adjacent to the first insertion opening 15, an insertion funnel 53 extends into the inner circumference 50.

[0118] The second base body 6 is then described using the Figs. 11 to 14 explained in more detail.

[0119] The second base body 6 extends essentially tubularly in the second longitudinal direction L2. The second insertion opening 22 is formed at a first end of the second base body 6. In the embodiment shown here, the second insertion opening 22 is formed with a chamfer 52. Furthermore, the second base body 6 includes a second outer peripheral surface 54. A third stop 56 and a fourth stop 58 are formed annularly on the second outer peripheral surface. The third stop 56 is spaced from the fourth stop 58 in the second longitudinal direction L. Specifically, the third stop 56 is spaced from the fourth stop 58 by a second distance B2, wherein the distance B2 corresponds to the distance B1 and the first height H1 of the grip recess 48 of the coupling element 8. The third stop 56 is formed with an interruption 57. A wall recess 60 is formed in the second base body 6.

[0120] A second coupling section 59 is formed between the third stop 56 and the fourth stop 58. The second coupling section 59 is provided and designed to be gripped by the coupling element 8. The third stop 56 and the fourth stop 58 are provided and designed to fix or limit the coupling element 8 in the second longitudinal direction L2.

[0121] On a second inner circumference 62, a second fixing spring 64 is formed integrally with the second base body 6 to fix the second pin 18 in the second base body 6.

[0122] Fig. 15shows the first coupling element section 28 of the coupling element 8. The first coupling element section 28 essentially consists of two interconnected recessed grips 48. The recessed grips 48 are each formed as a tubular shell segment. An inner radius of the recessed grip 48 essentially corresponds to an outer radius of the first coupling section 49 and an outer radius of the second coupling section 59. Of course, embodiments are also conceivable in which the recessed grips have different inner diameters and are matched to different outer radii of the first coupling section 49 and the second coupling section 59. Furthermore, alternatively, the recessed grips can be designed to be flexible, so that they can adapt to different outer radii within a predetermined range.

[0123] A screw hole 66 is formed between the two grip recesses 48 to receive the screw 32 which connects the first coupling element section 28 to the second coupling element section 30.

[0124] Fig. 16shows the second coupling element section 30. This essentially corresponds to the first coupling element section 28, so that only differences from the first coupling element section 28 will be discussed below. The second coupling element section 30 additionally includes the fastening clip 34, which is formed centrally between the grip recesses. The second coupling element section 30 is formed symmetrically to a plane of symmetry of the fastening clip 34. Instead of the screw hole 66, the second coupling element section 30 includes a blind hole 68, into which the screw 32 can be screwed in order to fix the first coupling element section 28 to the second coupling element section 30 and thus to receive and fix the first base body 4 and the second base body 6 in the coupling element 8 in a form-fitting and force-fitting manner.

[0125] Fig. 17shows the coupling element 8 in an alternative embodiment. The coupling element 8 of the alternative embodiment essentially corresponds to the coupling element 8 of the first embodiment, which is shown in FIG. Fig. 15 and Fig. 16 explained. In the following, only differences between the alternative embodiment and the first embodiment of the coupling element 8 will be discussed.

[0126] The coupling element 8 of the alternative embodiment is formed in one piece. In other words, the grip recesses 48 of the coupling element 8 of the alternative embodiment are designed as elastic tube (shell) sections. The tube sections have a circumferential extension of more than 180° and an insertion gap 70 formed in the tube section along a longitudinal extension of the tube section. The first coupling section 49 and the second coupling section 59 can be inserted into the grip recesses 48 by elastically bending / widening the insertion gap 70. In other words, the coupling element 8 in the alternative embodiment is designed with elastically deformable grip recesses 48, which are provided and designed to make circumferential contact with the first coupling section 49 and the second coupling section 59 in sections.

[0127] Fig. 18shows the pen holder 2 in an alternative embodiment. The following merely points out differences to the first, based on Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 described embodiment.

[0128] The pen holder 2 of the alternative embodiment includes the coupling element 8 of the alternative embodiment. Of course, the pen holder 2 of the alternative embodiment can also be designed with a lead receptacle 29. In the Fig. 18 In the alternative embodiment shown, an alternative second base body 6 is formed (see also Fig. 19 ). The alternative second base body 6 essentially corresponds to the second base body 6 of the first embodiment. The alternative second base body 6 has a plate-shaped fourth stop 58. In other words, the fourth stop 58 of the alternative embodiment has a greater radial extent than the fourth stop 58 of the first embodiment.

[0129] The alternative second base body 6 further includes a locking edge 72. The locking edge 72 is a (further) stop, which is provided and designed to reversibly receive or fix a clip of a pin so that the pin cannot slip out of the second base body. For this purpose, the locking edge 72 has a slope sloping toward the second insertion opening 22, which facilitates fixing the pin or the clip of the pin to the second base body 6.

[0130] In the following, an alternative base body in the form of a pen holder 74 for the pen holder 2 is shown on the basis of the Figures 20 to 24 explained. Here, Fig. 20 and Fig. 21 the pen holder 74 individually and Fig. 22 and Fig. 23Two pin holders 74 are inserted and clamped into a coupling element 8, so that a pin holder 2 is formed. The coupling element 8 corresponds to the coupling elements 8 already described in detail with reference to the other embodiments, so that a repeated description of the coupling element 8 is omitted.

[0131] Fig. 24 shows the pencil case 2 with two of the pencil holders 74, with a pencil 76 inserted into each of the pencil holders 74.

[0132] The pencil holder 74 is essentially tubular. Specifically, the pencil holder 74 is designed with a coil-shaped outer geometry and includes a third coupling section 78, which is provided and designed to be gripped by grip recesses 48 of the coupling element 8. The third coupling section 78 is delimited in the longitudinal direction above and below by a fifth stop 80. The first distance B1 is formed between the two fifth stops 80. A third receiving space 82 is formed in the pencil holder 74, which is accessible from the top and the bottom and is provided and designed to receive a (lead) pencil at least in section. In other words, the third receiving space 82 is tubular. A fixing clamp 84 is formed in the third receiving space 82.The fixing clamp 84 is designed as an elastic tube (shell) section or consisting of elastic tube (shell) sections, which is / are provided and designed to radially encompass the pencil 76 by more than 180° and to clamp it elastically, wherein the pencil 76 can be pulled out or pushed in in the longitudinal direction from the pencil holder 74 through the top and / or the bottom.

[0133] In other words, the fixing clamp 84 forms an elastic clamping element with preferably two clamping arms 86, which extend inward from a pin holder inner wall 86 of the receiving space 82. The fixing clamp 84 can have a (circular) round or elliptical cross-sectional geometry.

[0134] Of course, the pin holder 74 can be inserted into a coupling element with the first base body 4 and / or the second base body 6 and form a pin holder 2.

[0135] A third longitudinal extension L3 of the pin holder 74 is insignificantly larger than the first width B1. Specifically, the third longitudinal extension L3 is larger than the first width B1 by twice the longitudinal thickness of the fifth stop 80.

[0136] Fig. 25 and Fig. 26 show a deep-hole marker 88, which can be inserted into the pen holder 2. Specifically, the deep-hole marker can be inserted into the first receiving space 12 of the first base body 4 or into the second receiving space 20 of the second base body 6. The pen holder includes a handle portion 90 and a deep-hole marker tip 92, at the end of which a writing tip 94 is formed. A sleeve 96 is screwed onto the handle portion 90 in the direction toward the writing tip 94. Specifically, the sleeve 96 is screwed onto a thread 98 formed on the handle portion 90.

[0137] In the Fig. 25In the first state shown, the deep hole marker 88 is a conventional deep hole marker 88 and is provided and configured to mark holes to a first depth corresponding to a first deep hole marker tip length TL1.

[0138] In the Fig. 26 In the second state shown, the deep hole marker 88 is an extended deep hole marker 88 and is provided and configured to mark holes down to a second depth, which corresponds to a second deep hole marker tip length TL2. The second depth is considerably greater than the first depth. Preferably, the second depth can be twice as great as the first depth.

[0139] To switch from the first state to the second state, the sleeve 96 can be unscrewed from the handle portion 90. To switch from the second state to the first state, the sleeve can be screwed onto the handle portion 90. Alternatively, other ways of securing the sleeve to the handle portion 90 or the deep-hole marking tip 92 are conceivable. Examples include a clamp connection or locking hooks.
