processing manufacturing. The full-automatic equipment
production line is composed of a paper feeder, a pencil
lead bonding machine, a rod rolling mechanism, a
drying machine, a dehumidifier and dryer, a head-to-head
grinding machine, a film conveying and sleeving
thermal shrinkage machine, and a
packaging machine. To be specific, the paper feeder includes a lifting mechanism and a paper feeding mechanism; the pencil
lead bonding machine consists of a transmitting mechanism, a lead feeding mechanism, a lead rolling mechanism, and a gluing mechanism; the rod rolling mechanism includes a supporting frame, a conveying mechanism, a pressing and rolling mechanism and a glue circulation mechanism; the
drying machine contains a support frame, a
drying mechanism, and a glue receiving
barrel; the dehumidifier and dryer includes a standing tank and a drying driving mechanism; the head-to-head
grinding machine includes a support frame, a head-to-head mechanism for conveying pencils, a
grinding mechanism, and pencil pushing mechanism; and the film conveying and sleeving
thermal shrinkage machine contains a support, a film conveying mechanism, a film sleeving mechanism, and a
thermal shrinkage mechanism. Compared with the prior art, the provided full-automatic equipment
production line has the following beneficial effects: the structure is simple; the design is reasonable; the line can be used conveniently and is scientific and practical; the
working hours are substantially saved; the labor intensity is reduced; the production efficiency is improved; the
drying time is shortened; and a problem of worker reduction and efficiency improvement is solved.
