Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a flexible textile lashing or securing means, in particular a round sling with an information device.
[0002] Flexible textile lifting or lashing devices, especially round slings and lifting straps, are intended primarily for use in safety-relevant areas, such as for lifting loads. They are generally subject to specific standards, so they are provided with information devices, particularly labels. Such information devices are known, among others, from DE 10 2006 029 090 A1 and DE 10 2011 012 393 A1. For example, in the case of round slings, they are attached to a hose cover or a sleeve, or in the case of lifting straps, directly to these, and always have a free end.
[0003] It has been shown that known information devices, such as labels applied on one side, are prone to peeling and tearing. Even if they are secured in a sleeve, as in the solutions according to DE 10 2006 029 090 A1 and DE 10 2011 012 393 A1, and can be removed from this sleeve for reading, there is a risk of kinking or wrinkling upon reinsertion or when the sleeve-like structures are subjected to mechanical stress.
[0004] Flexible textile lifting or lashing devices, in particular round slings, are ready to be discarded as soon as the information device is torn off or illegible, whereby there is a higher risk of damage or tearing off with unsecured information devices than if they are surrounded by a sheath-like structure.
[0005] However, even in the case of an information device in a shell-like structure, damage to the shell-like structure and thus to the information device can occur, which also results in it being ready for discard.
[0006] In addition, the use of envelope-like structures is more expensive. Furthermore, in this case, the information contained on an information device can only be accessed after removal. This requires a work process that is not necessary for information devices without an envelope.
[0007] The object of the invention is therefore to provide a flexible textile lifting or lashing means with an information device which is optimized compared to the existing lifting or lashing means.
[0008] This object is achieved according to the invention by a flexible textile attachment or lashing means having the features of the main claim 1, wherein the subclaims contain further inventive embodiments of these solutions.
[0009] According to this, a flexible textile lashing or securing device comprises a first information device in the form of a textile surface section or film section, also called a label, with an information area arranged on a suitable surface of the information device. The first information device is captively arranged on one side, preferably on its short side, on an outer surface of the flexible textile lashing or securing device. It is sewn in place, for example. The information area is visible.Furthermore, a further information device with a further information area is provided, which is also arranged captively on one side of the outer surface of the flexible textile attachment or lashing means, for example sewn, wherein the further information device is reversibly fixed to the flexible textile attachment or lashing means in such a way that the further information area is visually concealed and thus not visible.
[0010] Within the scope of the invention, the additional information device is preferably folded over so that the additional information area is concealed. This is easily possible with the known labels, since their film-like or fabric-like design makes them easily deformable and thus also bendable.
[0011] Preferably, but not necessary according to the invention, the further information device is reversibly secured to the flexible textile attachment or lashing means by means of a locking seam or by means of a closure device, such as a Velcro fastener.
[0012] The arrangement of the locking seam or the arrangement of the closure device must be selected so that the additional information device is securely locked and the additional information area is visually safely concealed so that the additional information area is protected.
[0013] The arrangement of the locking seam or the arrangement of the closure device is, by way of example and not necessary for the invention, located at a free end of the further information device or displaced parallel to a long side of the further information device, preferably displaced parallel to a long side of the further information device and arranged centrally.
[0014] Furthermore, the locking seam can be perforated. The perforation makes the locking seam more easily destroyed. If the additional information area is to be made usable in the event of loss or damage to the first information area of the first information device, the locking seam must be opened beforehand. The perforation facilitates this process.
[0015] The arrangement of the additional information device can be made at different locations on the flexible textile lashing or securing device, which are suitable for this purpose according to the respective standard.
[0016] The additional information device can be arranged captively at a defined distance from the first information device on the outer surface of the flexible textile attachment or lashing device. The defined distance is dimensioned such that the risk of joint damage to the first and second information devices is reduced. Preferably, the defined distance is determined such that the additional information device is arranged opposite the first information device.
[0017] To eliminate the need for additional seams, in a preferred embodiment, the first information device and the further information device are attached to the flexible textile lashing or securing device in a non-detachable manner by a connecting seam. This saves manufacturing costs.
[0018] Within the scope of a further variant of the invention, the flexible textile lifting or lashing means also has the first information device with an information area, as described above. The first information device is also arranged captively on one side of the outer surface of the flexible textile lifting or lashing means, whereby the information area is also visible. The further information device with the further information area is likewise arranged captively on one side of the outer surface of the flexible textile lifting or lashing means. In this variant, however, the first and the further information devices are captively fixed on one side to an outer surface of the flexible textile lifting or lashing means by means of one and the same connection, for example a common seam.
[0019] However, the additional information device is arranged below the first information device, so that the first information device conceals the additional information device. The first information device projects beyond the additional information device, for example at its free end, and is reversibly secured to the flexible textile attachment or lashing means at the projecting area.
[0020] The second information device is better protected because it is concealed and invisible. If the first information device is damaged—for example, if the information visible in the first information area is no longer legible due to abrasion—the reversible fastening of the first information device can be released, for example, using a perforated seam, and the first information device can be separated from the flexible textile lashing or securing device. The then visible, undamaged additional information device allows continued use of the flexible textile lashing or securing device, which would otherwise have been prohibited due to standardization.
[0021] The solution according to the invention provides a flexible textile lashing or securing device that eliminates the need for a sleeve-like structure and is therefore more cost-effective. This is because the additional information device is more cost-effective than the use of a sleeve-like structure that itself only contains one information device, such as a label, and which requires discard even if this one information device is damaged.
[0022] Within the meaning of the invention, the first information device and thus also the further information device are formed in one or more pieces. Within the meaning of the invention, they can also consist of several parts, such as several partial labels, each of which has separate information areas. If there are several further information devices, a connecting element or a locking seam can be used for each part within the scope of the invention. Within the scope of the invention, this is also to be understood as the term "one locking seam" or "one closure device."
[0023] The invention is further explained below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the figure. Further advantages, features, and embodiments of the invention will become apparent.
[0024] It shows: Fig. 1 a schematic representation of a section of a round sling in oblique perspective, Fig. 2a schematic representation of a section of a round sling in side view.
[0025] In the Fig. 1 and 2 has a flexible textile lifting or lashing means according to the invention 1 , in the embodiment a round sling, a first information device 2 with an information area 3 The first information device 2 is one-sided on an outer surface 4 the round sling is arranged captively and sewn to it. The information area 3 is visible to a user and information about the round sling can be easily recorded by the user. The round sling also has a flexible textile attachment or lashing device. 1 via another information device 5 with another information area 6. The further information device 5 is also one-sided on the outer surface4 the round sling is arranged captively and is also sewn to it, but opposite the first information device 2 The additional information device 5 reversibly fixed to the round sling so that the further information area 6 is visually concealed by the further information device 5 The additional information device thus transferred 5 is secured by means of a locking seam 7 so that the covering is safe and permanent until the locking seam 7 is removed. The further information area 6 is protected and information depicted on it that is identical to the information depicted on the first information device 2 match are not recognizable to the user.
[0026] The locking seam 7is shifted parallel to a long side of the further information device in the embodiment 5 located and arranged centrally. The one-sided setting of the first information device 2 and the further information device 5 on the outer surface 4 In the example shown, the round sling is connected by means of the connecting seam 8 the round sling, so that no additional seam is necessary to secure it.
[0027] Is now the first information device 2 and thus also their information area 3 damaged and no longer or no longer sufficiently legible, the locking seam 7 , with which the visual concealment of the further information device 5 on the round sling is ensured, so that the further information area 6 becomes visible to the user. The first information device 2can then be removed from the round sling, i.e. cut off. Because of the additional information device 5 The round sling can then continue to be used and does not need to be put down.
[0028] Removing the locking seam 7 is easily possible in the example, since the locking seam 7 is perforated.
[0029] The design of the round sling according to the invention as a lifting or lashing device 1 This ensures an extended service life, as round slings without a legible information device may no longer be used, even if they otherwise meet all technical requirements. In this respect, the disclosed solution also ensures a more sustainable use of the lifting or lashing device. 1. List of reference symbols
