Abstract
Description
[0001] Procedure for placing textiles and modular clothes hangers on the market
[0002] The present invention describes a method for placing textiles on the market and a modular clothes hanger. In particular, this modular clothes hanger is used in the method according to the invention.
[0003] The clothing industry, as well as retailers and consumers, require a wide variety of coat hangers, each of which has a wide range of requirements. This demand is met worldwide by a multitude of manufacturers who offer various designs of coat hangers made from a variety of materials. Many of the coat hangers, particularly in industry and retail, are not designed for durability or long-term use, but rather for cost-effective production. Apart from the small percentage of high-quality coat hangers, which are often made of wood or other high-quality materials and are mainly found in private households or high-end clothing stores, the majority of plastic coat hangers in circulation are made from a variety of components and material combinations. These are disposed of after a relatively short life cycle.
[0004] Another problem with disposal is that the hangers are often made of different materials. For example, the metal hook is firmly attached to a plastic base, making it difficult to separate the materials and later recycle them. Furthermore, conventional hangers often cannot be adjusted to the specific garment or its size.
[0005] Based on the problem described above, the present invention provides a method for placing textiles on the market.
[0006] This method comprises at least the following steps: assembling a clothes hanger, hanging the clothing on the hanger, and collecting the clothes hanger with other hangers of the same system. The collected hangers are at least partially reused in the method according to the invention. Between hanging the clothing and collecting the clothes hanger, e.g., after the clothing has been sold, a step of transporting the garment on the hanger can be provided.
[0007] In this case, the coat hangers are collected in a sorted manner so that coat hangers that belong to a common system can be reused in the cycle and, in particular, damaged parts can be replaced without having to dispose of the entire coat hanger and / or different types of coat hangers can be manufactured from the modular components that make up the system, e.g. for trousers, for jackets, etc.
[0008] These hangers are specifically designed to be modular and feature at least a hook section and a base support. The hook section, at least, can only be attached to the rest of the hanger at the point of sale. During transport, it is not yet assembled, thus saving space.
[0009] The hook part is replaceably and detachably connected to the base support. Furthermore, such a coat hanger can have the following modular components: One or a pair of shoulder pieces that can be replaceably and detachably connected to the base support. A trouser bar part that can be replaceably and detachably connected to the base support. A cover part that covers the base body on top of the coat hanger in a replaceably and detachable manner. A plate that can be replaceably and detachably connected to the base body and / or the cover part. Furthermore, the base support itself can be constructed from a first hanger part and a second hanger part, wherein the first and second hanger parts can be replaceably and detachably connected to one another. In particular, the one or more modular components are each constructed from a monomaterial, such as wood, biodegradable plastic, metal, etc.The coat hanger can, for example, be the coat hanger described in detail below.
[0010] All or some of the previously mentioned modular components and / or different types of the respective parts (e.g. different cover parts with different designs, different trouser bar parts with different designs, etc.) form the system.
[0011] It is therefore advantageous that the coat hanger is constructed from individual modular components. If one of the components is damaged or broken, and / or if the existing coat hanger needs to be converted into a different type of coat hanger, these components can be replaced. In addition to partially replacing damaged parts, different types of coat hangers can also be assembled from the various modular components for different types of clothing. For example, the aim is to produce as many different types of coat hangers as possible using as few standardized modular components as possible. This allows for maximum cycle efficiency.
[0012] For example, if trousers are to be attached to the hanger, the hanger can have a trouser bar. If trousers are not intended to be hung on the hanger, the trouser bar can also be omitted. This creates a modular system, where different types of hangers can be produced within the same system using different connecting elements between the modular components.
[0013] During or after the collection step and / or before the hanger assembly step, some or all of the modular components can be separated. Alternatively or additionally, it is also possible to dismantle only a damaged or broken modular component of the hanger.
[0014] On the one hand, it is possible—i.e., immediately after the clothing has been sold—to separate the hangers into their individual modular components at the sales outlet and then, if necessary, to bring or ship these collected modular components to a hanger distribution center and / or back to the manufacturer or the reprocessor explained later. Alternatively, the entire hanger can be collected at the sales outlet and returned as a complete unit, and then the hanger can be examined for damage and / or separated at a distribution center. This separation and / or inspection, and the replacement of the parts, can also take place at the clothing manufacturer or at a separate reprocessing center at the clothing reprocessor. There, the previously used parts can then be reused to assemble a suitable hanger.
[0015] In particular, it's also advantageous to manufacture or assemble the hanger partially assembled and then hang the clothes on it, for example, without the hook part yet. This is because the partially assembled hanger is easier to transport, and the hook part can only be attached to the hanger later at the retail outlet where the clothes are sold. In this case, the clothes are shipped partially assembled, and the final assembly of the hanger takes place on-site.
[0016] The modularity of the hanger also makes it possible to replace any damaged parts at the point of sale or to adapt the hanger configuration to suit other garments.
[0017] In particular, it is advantageous if steps A (assembling the clothes hanger) and B (hanging the clothes on the hanger) are carried out spatially separately from a sales base. The hung clothes are sold at the sales base and then taken off the hanger again. In particular, steps A and B can be carried out by the processor for the manufactured clothes or a manufacturer of the clothes. A processor for manufactured clothes is usually a company that processes the clothes in the target market (e.g. a different continent than the manufacturer or a different country than the manufacturer). For example, the clothes are vacuum-packed at the manufacturer, e.g. in China or Bangladesh, to save space and then sent to the target market, e.g. from China or Bangladesh to Europe or the USA.There, the clothing is removed from the vacuum packaging and processed, then hung on a hanger. The clothes, already on the hanger, are then sent to the retailer, for example, to the sales outlet. This processing of the clothing can be carried out by a specialized processing company.
[0018] At the point of sale (e.g. retailer, local shop), the coat hanger can then be collected as a whole or partially or completely separated into the modular components and then returned to the reprocessor or the manufacturer.
[0019] An alternative to placing textiles on the market could be a variant where manufacturers hang the clothing directly on the hanger, which is then assembled or mounted on-site at the manufacturing factory. The clothing, already on the hanger, is then shipped directly from the manufacturer, either via a reprocessor who reprocesses the clothing and sends it to the retail outlet, or directly to the retail outlet.
[0020] The hangers are then collected at the sales point and then transported back as a whole or in separated parts, either to a hanger distributor, to the manufacturer or to the reprocessor.
[0021] In particular, for example, after the collection step, an inspection (by hand or machine) is carried out on the hangers or on the individual modular components and, if damage to a part is detected during the inspection, the hanger is repaired and / or the corresponding modular component is removed from the cycle.
[0022] The entire hanger can then be recycled, or the individual modular components can be sent back to the assembly site where the hangers are then assembled, for example, at the manufacturer's or reprocessor's. It is particularly advantageous for the individual modular components of the hanger to form a component system, allowing different types of hangers to be assembled. For example, the corresponding parts always have standardized connection points. These are described further below with reference to the hanger.
[0023] In particular, the clothes hanger may have a tag or a means on which information is stored, which includes a code or an electronic memory or chip, for example, an RFID chip. This allows the transport route of the clothing to be traced or stored on it.
[0024] In particular, the individual components are also designed as monomaterial, which makes it easy to recycle the individual parts.
[0025] In addition, the present invention describes a clothes hanger which is essentially modular in design.
[0026] This is described in detail below. This clothes hanger, for example, is used for the process described above. Thus, all other features described below (possibly also in their procedural form) can be included in the process for placing the textiles on the market.
[0027] The coat hanger has, for example, at least one hook part and a base support. The hook part and the base support can be connected or are connected to one another in an exchangeable and detachable manner. For this purpose, the hook part is preferably provided with a connecting element, particularly preferably in the form of a form-fitting element, which is received in a corresponding receptacle in the base body, which is also referred to as a counter-receptacle in the specific description, and anchors the hook part relative to the base support. The form-fitting element is preferably located on the fastening-side end of the hook part. The form-fitting element preferably locks within the base body by laterally inserting the hook part into the base body. The form-fitting element is preferably provided as a thickened portion, e.g. a ball, plate, in one piece or as a separate element on the fastening-side end of the hook part. The thickening preferably lies on a shoulder that defines a receptacle for the form-locking element within the base body and in the direction of the hook part. A replaceable and detachable connection is one in which, even after repeated loosening and reconnection, no significant change in the geometry of the two counterparts (connecting element, counter-receptacle) occurs. This excludes a screw connection in a wooden part because the thread is repeatedly cut or changed.
[0028] For example, if the base support is damaged or a different base support shape is required, it is possible to simply use a different base support with the same hook part.
[0029] This separation of the relevant parts allows for both easier disposal and better recycling. This is particularly the case when the hook part is made of a single material, i.e., a monomaterial, and the base support itself is also made of a monomaterial.
[0030] In addition, such a modular clothes hanger can also be better adapted to the corresponding garments or their size
[0031] For example, the base carrier generally has a shape, at least on the top side, that corresponds to the shoulder shape of the garment.
[0032] Where the term "the part" (neuter) is used here, it is to be viewed as a separate element and not as a part of a whole. Where the masculine form of "part" is used, it is to be understood—as is common in German—as a part.
[0033] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the coat hanger can also have a pair of shoulder pieces, which, like the hook piece, can be detachably and replaceably connected to the base support. In any case, a pair of separate shoulder pieces is preferably provided, which can be mounted, for example, on the left and right sides of the base support or the cover part explained below. These shoulder pieces are also advantageously replaceable multiple times and do not break during replacement. This allows for even better adaptation and recycling of the corresponding coat hanger.
[0034] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the clothes hanger also has a trouser bar part. This trouser bar part can be detachably and replaceably connected to the base support. The base support, for example, has a type of monolithic bar on the top side that replicates the shoulder shape of the garment. The base support can also be formed from two hanger arms that extend to the left and right sides of the hook part. The trouser bar part can, for example, be coupled on the bottom side to the corresponding ends of the hanger arms or the arms of the monolithic bar of the base support.
[0035] According to an advantageous development of the invention, this can be achieved by locking the trouser bar part to the base support via a pin that interacts with an opening. Here, the pin can be provided in the trouser bar part or at the corresponding two ends of the trouser bar part and, accordingly, with an opening at the two ends of the upper bar of the base support. Conversely, the opening can also be provided in the trouser bar part and the corresponding pin in the base support. In any case, it is advantageous that a locking mechanism is provided between the trouser bar part and the base support.
[0036] In addition, the pin can, for example, have a protruding locking edge which interacts with an anchor or an undercut in the area of the opening.
[0037] As an alternative to the previously described variant of the separate, lockable trouser bar part, the trouser bar can also be formed as a single piece and integral with the base carrier. For example, the base carrier can comprise the previously described upper bar, which forms a shoulder shape of the garment, as a section of the same, and have a section with the trouser bar on the underside. Thus, the base carrier has a kind of triangular design with a central triangular hole.
[0038] The previously described coat hangers can also be constructed in such a way that the base support, which is designed as one piece or separately from the trouser bar, is covered with a cover part provided on the top of the hanger. The upper bar of the base body, which represents the shoulder shape of the garment, is at least partially accommodated in the cover part. This cover part can also be detachably and replaceably connected to the base support.
[0039] The cover part, the aforementioned trouser bar part, the hook part, and the base support, which can be designed as a base support part or as a two-part base support with a first hanger part and a second hanger part, are described below as modular components of the coat hanger, provided the specific configuration of these parts is not important and only the material properties or similar are described, which apply to these parts jointly or to each of these parts individually. Where reference is made to the modular components, all of the aforementioned parts or just some of the aforementioned parts may be present.
[0040] According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the shoulder pieces can be configured such that they can be snapped directly onto the base support or the cover part at various positions along the width direction of the clothes hanger. Thus, the shoulder pieces can adjust the width of the clothes hanger by snapping them into various positions along the width direction.
[0041] Alternatively, the shoulder piece parts can also be mounted on the base support or the cover part in such a way that they are mounted so that they can be moved in the width direction and any position and / or orientation can be ensured by the displacement in the width direction.
[0042] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the shoulder pieces can be locked or rotated in such a way that, on the one hand, their orientation in the direction perpendicular to the width direction can be adjusted to the front or rear of the coat hanger, so that the respective shoulder piece part protrudes directly to the front and / or rear at a predetermined angle.
[0043] The locking mechanism can be configured in such a way that locking is only possible in predefined positions, preventing continuous angle adjustment. Alternatively, a rotatable mounting of the shoulder piece can be provided, allowing the angle to be continuously adjusted. In the first of the aforementioned variants, the angle can only be adjusted by a multiple of a whole number of spaced values; in the second variant, the angle can assume any desired angle.
[0044] The locking of the shoulder piece parts can occur through an interaction of the elements that are provided opposite one another on the respective elements to be locked. On the one hand, this can be a groove-rib interaction or a nose-recess interaction. A nose is also referred to below as a projection or dome. The recess can also be referred to as an opening or hole. A groove-rib interaction is characterized by the interaction of two elongated elements, whereby the nose-recess interaction is characterized by the interaction of two essentially point-shaped elements. The corresponding groove-rib or nose-recess interaction can be improved by having corresponding locking projections interact with the corresponding locking undercuts of the groove-rib or nose-recess elements.
[0045] Several such groove-ribs and nose-recess interaction points may be provided along the base support or the cover part.
[0046] According to an advantageous development, the base support can be designed not as a uniform base support part, as can also be the case, but rather made up of a first bracket part and a second bracket part. It is advantageous that the two bracket parts can be connected directly to one another in an exchangeable and detachable manner or can be connected to one another in an exchangeable and detachable manner, for example via the hook part. Preferably, the first bracket part corresponds to one bracket half, for example the right shoulder in the area of the bracket, and the second bracket part corresponds to the left half, for example the left shoulder section of the bracket. It is therefore advantageous that the hook part is provided in a connection point between the first and second bracket parts. At the connection point, the two bracket parts preferably engage with one another in a hand-finger-like manner, and the hook part is connected to the base support at the connection point in an exchangeable and detachable manner.
[0047] The two bracket parts can be pivotable relative to each other with respect to an axis formed, for example, by a neck of the hook part, so that the corresponding left and right-hand arms of the bracket can be varied in their inclination relative to each other.
[0048] This pivoting ability can also be selectively fixed to specific positions. For example, locking lugs can interact with locking recesses in a ratchet-like manner, which are provided in the area of the respective yoke parts that interlock like a finger.
[0049] According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the hook part can have one of the following connecting elements at a connecting end at which it is or can be connected to the base support: ball, plate. Via this connecting element, the hook part is mounted so that it can rotate along its neck axis, in particular by 360°. Additionally or alternatively, the hook part can be pivoted relative to the base support with respect to its connecting end. In particular, rotation about the neck axis by 360° is advantageous, and pivoting up and down relative to the base body by 180° is advantageous.
[0050] The ball or plate can be made as a single piece from the same material as the rest of the hook. Alternatively, this connecting element can be provided as a separate element from the rest of the hook and connected to it at the connecting end. It can be made of wood or metal, or even a biodegradable plastic. However, it is advantageous for the connecting element to be made of the same material as the hook.
[0051] The ball or plate, for example, can be constructed from the same material as the other bracket modules. The ball or plate can be clipped or positively connected to the base support either together with the hook or in advance, even before the hook is added. This reduces the metal content (in the case of a metal hook), and the hook can then be manufactured even more easily by simply compressing the end that is removably anchored in the ball or plate.
[0052] If it is a sphere, it is advantageous for the sphere to have a radius of between 5 mm and 20 mm. The sphere or the plate can also be detachably connected to the rest of the hook part. The connecting element of the hook part interacts with a complementary receiving element of the base support, thus providing a detachable connection.
[0053] According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the base support can have a vertical slot in a neck region through which a neck of the hook part can be inserted laterally into the clothes hanger, or through which the neck of the hook part can be pivoted, so that the pivotability described above is achieved.
[0054] Furthermore, the coat hanger can have a plaque that can be replaced and detachably connected to the base support and / or to the cover part.
[0055] This badge can be equipped with a code, an electronic memory chip, in particular an RFID chip.
[0056] This allows the hanger to be secured to prevent theft or to contain relevant information, for example, to provide information about the clothing. The hanger is also distinguished by the fact that each of the aforementioned modular components can be a single material. Monomaterial means that each component is made of a single material. This makes it easier to disassemble the hanger and dispose of or recycle the components made of the single material separately. The individual parts or components of the hanger can also be made of recycled materials.
[0057] In particular, it is sometimes advantageous for at least two of the different modular components to be made of different materials. Thus, the hook part may be made of metal, while the remaining parts may be made of a non-metallic material, such as wood, paper, cardboard, or biodegradable plastic.
[0058] It is particularly advantageous that, with the exception of the hook, all parts are made of the same monomaterial, and the bracket can therefore be recycled, composted or otherwise used in its entirety after the hook has been removed, without further separation of the modules.
[0059] The other modular components, such as the base body, shoulder pieces, etc., can all be made of different materials.
[0060] Wood, metal, paper, cardboard, and biodegradable plastics are particularly suitable materials for modular components. Biodegradable plastics are characterized by their compostability and decomposition over time.
[0061] A number of biodegradable plastics are now widely known.
[0062] It is particularly advantageous that all components of the coat hanger are made of recyclable material.
[0063] At the beginning, the procedure for placing textiles on the market was described, followed by a clothes hanger.
[0064] Furthermore, the present invention can also claim a clothes hanger system as such, in which the clothes hanger is constructed with modular components that can be interchangeably and detachably connected to one another, allowing different types of clothes hangers to be produced for different types of clothing. Furthermore, the invention can also be a distribution method for clothes hangers, in which the individual modular components of the clothes hangers are shipped separately and / or assembled at a central clothes hanger distributor, and only the corresponding damaged or broken parts are replaced.
[0065] The individual aspects and features may constitute an invention in themselves.

[0092] Fig. 8.1 to Fig. 8.6 show different variants of methods according to the invention for placing textiles on the market.
[0093] First, seven different designs of coat hangers are described below.
[0094] Six different examples of the process of placing textiles on the market are then described using Figures 8.1 to 8.6.
[0095] In this method, the coat hanger described with reference to Figures 1 and 7 can be used.
[0096] The hook 3 is an example of the hook part in the claims. The shoulder pieces 5 are examples of the shoulder piece parts in the claims. Furthermore, this specific description describes the specific embodiments of the features; more general terms are sometimes used in the claims. Examples of the specific embodiment are described in the exemplary embodiments. Therefore, the more specific terminology is often used below, rather than the more general terminology from the claims and the general description.
[0097] Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of a system clothes hanger 1 according to the invention (clothes hanger in the claim wording) in an exploded view, with a base support 2, a hook 3, which is preferably made of a particularly durable and resilient material such as metal, a trouser bar 4, adaptable shoulder pieces 5 and a plaque 6 which can optionally be equipped with logos or trademarks. The modular assembly of the clothes hanger 1 takes place in that the hook 3 is first suspended in a counter bearing 8 on the base support 2 by means of a ball 7 which is molded onto an end piece opposite the hook curvature and acts as a positive locking element. The ball 7 can be molded integrally onto the hook or connected to it via a force and / or positive locking.
[0098] Instead of the ball, the plate can also be used to connect the hook to the bracket.
[0099] The ball or plate can be made as a single piece from the same material as the rest of the hook. Alternatively, this connecting element can be provided as a separate element from the rest of the hook and connected to it at the connecting end. It can be made of wood or metal, or even a biodegradable plastic. However, it is advantageous for the connecting element to be made of the same material as the hook.
[0100] The ball or plate, for example, can be constructed from the same material as the other bracket modules. The ball or plate can be clipped or positively connected to the base support either together with the hook or in advance, even before the hook can be added. This reduces the metal content (in the case of a metal hook), and the hook can then be manufactured even more easily by simply compressing the end that is removably anchored in the ball or plate.
[0101] Through a slot 9 in the base support 2, preferably provided on a front side of the coat hanger 1, the hook 3 can be pivoted and / or rotated in different directions thanks to the anchoring ball 7. For example, the hook 3 can be aligned in a predetermined position in order to be able to assume the most favorable position for the hook 3 for the individual situation when hanging up the item of clothing. Furthermore, the slot 9 in the base support 2 allows the hook 3 to be pivoted downwards by 180°, thus preventing the hooks 3 from becoming caught in one another during transport and / or storage of the coat hanger 1. At the end of the service life of the coat hanger 1, or when the base support 2 needs to be replaced for repairs, the hook 3 can be easily removed from the counter bearing 8 in the base support 2 and reused for reassembly with new parts. The base support 2 features integrated receiving openings 11 and guide grooves 12 in the area of its side parts 10 (ends of the arms of the base support 2), which can fulfill several functions. Firstly, they serve as a surface structure to prevent garments hung on the base support 2 from slipping and falling to the floor. Secondly, they can accommodate the optional shoulder pieces 5.
[0102] In this case, a plurality of receiving openings 11 and guide grooves 12 are integrated into each side part 10 in order to create the possibility of fixing the shoulder pieces 5 in different positions on the base support 2 by means of the correspondingly formed counterparts in the form of locking domes 13 and / or guide ribs 14. The locking domes 13 and receiving openings 11 are preferably designed such that a shoulder piece 5 can be connected to the base support 2 at different angles. This can be achieved, for example, by a polygonal opening shape, which is preferably selected so that the shoulder pieces 5 can be attached in two or three or more different positions. The guide ribs 14 and the corresponding guide grooves 12 are concentrically shaped to match the nearest receiving opening 11 so that the two elements can interact at any angle. The guide ribs 14 also serve the further purpose of stabilizing and stiffening the shoulder pieces 5.
[0103] Any element for connecting the shoulder pieces to the base support can be provided and the invention is not limited to the combination described above.
[0104] Optionally, the base support 2 can be expanded by a further functional part, the trouser bar 4, which in this case is designed as a separate trouser bar part. This firstly allows another item of clothing, e.g. trousers, to be hung on the coat hanger 1, but secondly the trouser bar 4 can also contribute to stabilizing the entire construction. This can prove advantageous, particularly with heavy items of clothing. In order to be able to reliably connect the trouser bar 4 to the base support 2, a snap or locking connection is preferably selected, which does not require the use of further assembly parts made of materials other than those from which the components of the rest of the coat hanger 1 (without hook 4) are made.As shown by way of example, the trouser bar 4 can be equipped at its ends with a slotted hollow pin 15, which is provided with a circumferential, projecting locking edge 16 interrupted according to the slot. This hollow pin 15 is inserted into an anchor 17 (an undercut) on the base support 2 in order to connect the trouser bar 4 to the base support 2, whereby the projecting locking edge 16 engages in a locking groove 18 correspondingly formed on the anchor 17. A corresponding formation on the anchor 17 (not shown), which dips into the hollow pin 15 from above, then spreads it apart so that the locking edge 16 can no longer jump out of the corresponding socket under load. The plaque 6, which can be attached to cover the slot 9 located in the base support 2, serves on the one hand as an information carrier, e.g.of product names, trademarks, logos or other information, and on the other hand as a safeguard for hook 3 to prevent it from accidentally swinging into a downward position.
[0105] The tag 6 can be securely yet detachably connected, in particular latched, to the base support 2 and / or the hook 3 in a suitable and known manner. The tag 6 can be made of the same material as the rest of the system, but other materials are also conceivable, allowing for repeated use of a tag with a brand-specific design, for example. The tag can also be equipped with a RIF chip, QR code, or barcode, etc., to enable tracking during the production and transport process, for example, in clothing manufacturing or logistics.
[0106] Fig. 1.1 shows a fully assembled system coat hanger 1 of the first embodiment described above.
[0107] Fig. 1.2 shows the first embodiment, but with the right shoulder piece 5 offset outwards and without the optional plaque 6, the outwards-set shoulder piece 5 being in a position pivoted forwards, which is advantageous, for example, for using the coat hanger 1 with jackets, etc. Positioning the shoulder pieces 5 in different positions makes it possible to give the base support 2 different widths in order to adapt it to a wide variety of clothing sizes. The ability to pivot the shoulder pieces 2 makes it possible to adapt the overall shape of the coat hanger 1 to the predetermined shoulder curvatures, for example in men's jackets and jackets. In a further embodiment, the connecting elements of the shoulder pieces can also be provided without fixed locking positions, which allows the shoulder pieces to automatically adapt to the shape of the clothing in terms of their angular orientation. Fig. 2 shows a second embodiment.Identical parts are provided with the same reference numerals here as in the previously described first embodiment. A corresponding explanation of the elements, insofar as differences arise for the second embodiment, will be omitted or described only briefly below, and reference will be made to the first embodiment in this regard.
[0108] As described in Fig. 1, the hook 3 with the ball 7 is snapped into the counter-bearing 8 on the base support 2. Securing the hook 3 by means of the plaque 6 is also optional here. As also shown in Fig. 1, shoulder pieces 5 can be attached to adapt the base support 2 to different clothing sizes and shapes. For this purpose, the cover 23 attached to the base support 2 is equipped with a type of blind hole 19 from which radial notches 21 extend, which specify the possible, selectable adjustment angle of the shoulder pieces 5. These are connected to a correspondingly shaped counterpart consisting of a pin 21 which penetrates the blind hole 19 and a suitably arranged web 22 which engages in one of the notches 20. It should be possible to rotate the shoulder piece 5 around a position point of the pin 21 in such a way that the web 22 comes to rest optionally in one of the radial notches 20.In this way, the shoulder piece 5 can be fixed at a preferred width and angle for the current application. This setting can be changed and readjusted at any time.
[0109] Even without the shoulder pieces 5, the base support 2 with its cover 23 and hook 3 can be used as a clothes hanger, with the shapes of the blind hole 19 and the notch 20 serving to prevent the hung garments from slipping. The system presented in Fig. 2 can also be equipped with a trouser bar 4. In contrast to the embodiment explained in Fig. 1, the trouser bar 4 is not to be adapted to the base support 2 as an individual part (trouser bar part). It is part of a stabilizing inner bar that forms the base support 2, which is inserted into a cover part 23 and fixed to it via the ball 7 of the hook 3. The inner bracket is inserted, for example, from below into the cover part 23, whereby the counter bearing 24 arranged in the upper area of the inner bracket snaps over the ball 7 of the hook 3 and is fixed between the inner wall of the cover part 23 and the ball 7 engaging in the counter bearing 24.At the same time, domes 26 arranged on the inside of the cover part 23 are inserted into the receptacles 25 at the ends of the inner hanger and locked into place. This configuration offers the advantage of making the coat hanger 1 very stable as a whole.
[0110] Fig. 2.1 shows the coat hanger 1 of the second embodiment in its fully assembled state. Fig. 2.2 shows the second embodiment with the offset shoulder piece 5 in a modified angular position.
[0111] Fig. 3 shows a third exemplary embodiment. In this exemplary embodiment of the system coat hanger 1, the base support, unlike in the first and second exemplary embodiments, is essentially made up of two parts, a left hanger half 27 or a left hanger part, and a right hanger half 28 or a right hanger part. The term “part” indicates that the base support does not have to be split in half, but any other separation can also be provided. The two hanger halves 27 and 28 are connected by means of the hook 3, which ends in a plate 30 with an extended axis 29 shaped towards the end of the hook. For this purpose, the two hanger halves 27 and 28 are pushed over the axis 29 using an axis receptacle 31 and 32 provided for this purpose on each of the hanger halves. Both bracket halves 27 and 28 are lamellar in design at their respective ends aligned with the axis 29 (in the claims, similar to the interlocking fingers of a hand). These lamellar-shaped formations 33 and 34 are designed such that when the bracket halves 27 and 28 are mounted on the axis 29, they interlock accordingly, thereby providing a stabilizing and reinforcing effect. The plate 30 arranged at the axis-shaped end of the hook has the function of holding the bracket halves 27 and 28 in position and securely holding them to the hook 3 under load. On the upper side of the ends of the bracket halves 27 and 28 facing away from the axis 3, slots 35 are formed at predetermined intervals. These slots serve as anti-slip devices on the one hand and are also provided for the attachment of shoulder pieces 5.
[0112] Since the hanger construction, as will be explained in detail below, can be pivoted about the centrally arranged axis 29, i.e. the hanger halves 27 and 28 can be pivoted relative to one another with respect to this axis, the desired angle in the coat hanger 1 can be set. In order to securely maintain the selected setting, both hanger halves 27 and 28 are equipped with a locking mechanism which is constructed from projecting cams 36 on one hanger half, in this embodiment the left hanger half 27, and from recesses 37 on the other hanger half, in this embodiment the right hanger half 28. The cams 36 and recesses 37 correspond to one another in the assembled state in such a way that when the hanger angle changes, the cams 36 jump further from recess 37 to recess and secure themselves there with a positive fit.Analogous to the previously described embodiments, a trouser bar 4 (as a separate element) can also be adapted to the coat hanger 1 here (see Fig. 3.1). For this purpose, two attachment points 39 and 40 are formed on the underside of the hanger halves 27 and 28. Depending on the angular position of the hanger halves 27 and 28, the trouser bar 4 can now be anchored in one or the other attachment point. For example, with a straight orientation, the attachment point 39 closer to the central axis is selected; with an angled orientation, the outer attachment point 40 is selected. The attachment of the trouser bar 4 also has a stabilizing function and provides additional fixation of the selected hanger position.
[0113] Fig. 3.1 shows the third embodiment described in Fig. 3 in the assembled state and in a straight orientation. The coat hanger 1 can be equipped with additional modules, such as shoulder pieces 5 and the trouser bar 4. The shoulder pieces 5 have transverse ribs 38 on their underside facing away from the view, which can be inserted into the slots 35 to secure them to the respective hanger halves 27 and 28. The transverse ribs 38 can be inserted further toward the center or further outward in the slots 35 to vary the overall width of the system hanger 1.
[0114] The change in the bracket angle is effected, as previously described, by a pivoting movement of the two bracket halves 27 and 28 about the axis 29, whereby the preselected angle is locked via the locking mechanism consisting of the cams 36 and recesses 37.
[0115] Fig. 3.3 shows an example of the possible angle change of the two hanger halves 27 and 28 relative to each other. Fig. 3.4 shows the straight-aligned coat hanger 1. Fig. 3.5 shows the angled coat hanger.
[0116] Fig. 3.6 shows the coat hanger 1 with all modules assembled. A plate 6 can also be optionally attached here to accommodate appropriate labeling, etc., or simply to decoratively cover the axis area of the hanger halves 27 and 28.
[0117] Fig. 4 shows a fourth embodiment of the system according to the invention. Here, the hook 3 is connected to a base bracket, which defines the base support 2, in that the base bracket is positively engaged with the axle-shaped extension 29 in an undercut-shaped axle sleeve 42. The plate 30 formed on the end of the hook 3 secures the base support 2 so that it cannot slip off the axle 30, especially under load. The hook 3 remains freely rotatable about the axis 30. In an alternative embodiment not shown, the hook can also be equipped with the ball 7 shown in Fig. 1 and can be positively connected to a corresponding receptacle on the base support 2. The upwardly directed side regions 43 of the base support 2 are preferably provided with an anti-slip structure. The base bracket orBase support 2 can further be equipped with a cover 45, which is slipped like a hood onto the base bracket from above and is connected to it by means of corresponding connecting elements, analogous to those shown in Fig. 2, firmly but also detachably.
[0118] The cover 45 can generally be designed in various widths and shapes. However, it is preferably as uniform as possible in order to keep the number of variable system elements to a minimum. To adapt the shape of the bracket to the desired application, the cover 45 can be equipped with shoulder pieces 5. These can be connected, analogously to the manner shown in Fig. 3, in different positions via transverse ribs 38 on the non-visible underside of the shoulder pieces 5 and recesses 37 on the cover 45. Using the optional plate 6, the base bracket or base support 2 and the cover 45 can be additionally firmly connected to one another, so that the parts cannot accidentally become detached from one another.
[0119] Fig. 4.1 shows the fourth embodiment assembled with all module parts.
[0120] Fig. 4.2 shows the fourth embodiment with shoulder pieces 5 in a widened adjustment position.
[0121] Fig. 5 shows a fifth embodiment of the system according to the invention.
[0122] Here, the hook 3 is connected to a base hanger, which forms the base support 2, by being pressed into the counter-bearing 8 corresponding to the ball 7, whereby the shaft of the hook 3 dips into the slot 9. The hook 3 remains freely rotatable (360°) and can be pivoted downwards by 180° in order to prevent the coat hangers 1 from hooking into each other due to the protruding hook 3 during transport and storage in the pre-assembled state. The upward-facing side areas 43 of the base hanger are preferably provided with an anti-slip structure. The base hanger can also be equipped with a cover 45, which is slipped onto the base hanger from above like a hood and is firmly but also detachably connected to it by means of corresponding connecting elements, analogous to those shown in Fig. 2. The cover 45 can basically be designed in various widths and shapes.Preferably, however, it is as uniform as possible in order to keep the number of variable system elements to a minimum. In order to adapt the shape of the bracket to the desired application, the cover 45 is equipped with shoulder pieces 5, which in this exemplary embodiment are preferably always pre-mounted on the cover 45. This offers the particular advantage that the shoulder pieces 5 do not have to be retrofitted at another inconvenient time. In addition, the exemplary embodiment described below offers the advantage that the shoulder pieces 5 always remain on the cover 45 and thus cannot be lost or forgotten. In the exemplary embodiment presented here, the shoulder pieces 5 are provided with ribs 46 and a raised portion 47 on the inside, which engage in corresponding recesses 48 on the cover 45, in which they are slidably mounted. To adjust the shoulder width of the coat hanger 1, the shoulder pieces 5 are gradually moved into the widened position, with the elevation 47 gradually jumping into the corresponding recess 49 on the cover 45, thus fixing the respective position. The shoulder pieces 5 can be integrated into the cover 45 with a flush fit, or rested on the surface of the cover 45. Furthermore, the shoulder pieces and / or the cover can be equipped with an anti-slip structure at a suitable location. Using an optional plate 6, the base hanger and cover 45 can be additionally firmly connected to one another, so that the base hanger, hook 3, and cover 45 cannot accidentally detach from one another.
[0123] Fig. 5.1 shows the fifth embodiment, assembled with all module parts.
[0124] Fig. 5.2 shows the fifth embodiment with shoulder pieces 5 widened adjustment position.
[0125] Fig. 6 shows a sixth embodiment of the system according to the invention. The basic structure corresponds to the fifth embodiment described in Fig. 5.
[0126] In order to adapt the shape of the coat hanger 1 to the desired application, the cover 45 is equipped with shoulder pieces 5, which in this embodiment are preferably always pre-mounted on the cover 45. This offers the particular advantage that the shoulder pieces 5 do not have to be retrofitted at another inconvenient time. Furthermore, the embodiment described below offers the advantage that the shoulder pieces 5 always remain on the cover 45 and thus cannot be lost or forgotten. The shoulder pieces 5 are equipped on the inside with a pivot pin 50 and a locking lug 51, which engage in corresponding recesses located at the ends of the cover 45. The pivot pin 50 engages in an axis receptacle shaped like an elongated hole, and the locking lugs 51 engage in a locking bearing 53, which offers several bearing positions. To adjust the shoulder width of the coat hanger 1, the shoulder pieces 5 are pivoted upwards around the pivot axis 50 with the end furthest from the hook 3 arranged in the center of the coat hanger 1, whereby the locking lugs 51 are moved out of the locking bearing 53. The shoulder piece 5 unlocked in this way can now be moved to a different position within the axis receptacle. Once the desired position is reached, the shoulder piece 5 is pivoted back to its original position until the locking lug 51 engages again in one of the predetermined positions of the locking bearing. Depending on the selected position of the locking bearing, the shoulder piece 5 can be positioned and locked in a wider or narrower position. The shoulder pieces 5 can be integrated into the cover 45 with a flush surface or can be supported on the surface of the cover 45.
[0127] Furthermore, the shoulder pieces 5 and / or the cover 45 can be equipped with an anti-slip structure 44 at a suitable location. A plate 6 can additionally firmly connect the base bracket and cover 45 to each other, preventing the base bracket, hook 3, and cover 45 from accidentally detaching from each other.
[0128] Fig. 6.1 shows the base bracket (basic support) of the sixth embodiment with hook 3 and plate 6 for use without the cover 45.
[0129] Fig. 6.2 shows the sixth embodiment assembled with all module parts.
[0130] Fig. 6.3 shows the sixth embodiment with the shoulder piece 5 unfolded when positioned in one of the selectable setting widths.
[0131] Fig. 6.4 shows the sixth embodiment with shoulder pieces 5 in a widened adjustment position.
[0132] Fig. 7 shows a seventh embodiment of the system according to the invention. The basic structure corresponds to that of the fifth and sixth embodiments described in Figs. 5 and 6.
[0133] In order to adapt the shape of the coat hanger 1 to the desired application, the cover 45 is equipped with shoulder pieces 5, which in this embodiment are preferably always pre-mounted on the cover 45. This offers the particular advantage that the shoulder pieces 5 do not have to be retrofitted at another inconvenient time. Furthermore, the embodiment described below offers the advantage that the shoulder pieces 5 always remain on the cover 45 and thus cannot be lost or forgotten. The shoulder pieces 5 are equipped with pivot pins 50, which engage corresponding pivot receptacles 52 located at the ends of the cover 45. The shoulder piece 5 is shaped such that it replicates a portion of the cover 45 by being inserted flush with the surface in a corresponding recess 54 at the outer end of the cover 45.To adjust the shoulder width of the coat hanger 1, the shoulder pieces 5 are pivoted outward around the pivot axis 50 with the end closest to the hook 3 located in the center of the coat hanger 1 until they reach the maximum possible end position. Once the shoulder pieces 5 have reached this end position, they remain stable in this position. The present embodiment allows only two possible positions for the shoulder pieces 5: the narrowest position folded inward (Fig. 7.1) and the widest position folded outward (Fig. 7.2).
[0134] In a further preferred embodiment, the pivot axis 50 can also engage in a multi-stage bearing, which would allow the position of the shoulder piece 5 to be adjusted in width by selecting any bearing point for the pivot axis 50 while pivoting the shoulder piece 5. The shoulder pieces 5 are equipped with stiffening ribs 55 on the side visible in the folded position (Fig. 7.1), which also have an anti-slip effect. Furthermore, the shoulder pieces 5 and / or the cover 45 can be equipped with an anti-slip structure 44 at a suitable location. By means of an optional plate 6, the base bracket and cover 45 can additionally be firmly connected to one another, so that the base bracket, hook 3, and cover 45 cannot accidentally detach from one another.
[0135] Fig. 7.1 shows the seventh embodiment assembled with all module parts and folded shoulder pieces 5.
[0136] Fig. 7.2 shows the seventh embodiment with the shoulder piece 5 pivoted outwards.
[0137] Further variants are also conceivable, which are described below as examples and not exhaustively. However, the invention is not limited to the examples given in the figures or the variants described below, but should be understood in their broadest possible form. Each of the features in the claims and the description can also constitute an invention on its own (even without the further features in claim 1), and each feature from a specific embodiment can also be replaced by the corresponding functional feature in another embodiment. Variant 1: A base support can be made from a bent wire that is combined with one of the covers from the embodiments already described. The hook can then be bent integrally from the wire and can be a component of the base support. The base support can be triangular in shape, whereby a trouser bar is provided integrally in it.
[0138] Variant 2: The hanger consists of a central middle piece (one of the components of the hanger) made of a suitable material, e.g., monomaterial. This middle piece can be made of a different material than the hook, which is not metal, for example, wood, paper, cardboard, or biodegradable plastic. The hook is attached to the middle piece in the manner described, e.g., by means of a positive fit with the ball or plate, or in another way. The middle piece has no side arms; rather, it can be seen as a connector into which rods or tubes, particularly made of metal, are inserted on the left and right. These rods or tubes can have a round, oval, square, or any other cross-section shape. Shoulder pieces are clipped onto these metal arms and are also slidably mounted on them. The rods or tubes can have grooves at specific intervals, which are required for the stepwise adjustable shoulder width.
[0139] Variant 3: The metal rods described in Variant 2 can also be continuous (through the central middle piece), so that the metal part itself is just a continuous rod with sides sloping at a suitable angle to fit the shoulder shape of the garment. The hook can then be clipped to the metal part in the prescribed manner or be detachably connected to it.
[0140] Variant 4: This variant is similar to variant 2, but the metal side parts are shaped in such a way that they can also be used without additional modules, e.g. as a shirt hanger.
[0141] The variants described above can be fitted with a trouser bar as a single piece or as a separate, multiply replaceable part. This can also be made from a rod or a tube, particularly from metal. The advantage of hangers as described in variant 4, for example, is that they are extremely durable and heat-resistant for industrial ironing of hung clothing and for transporting hung clothing by truck in hot (production) countries. In addition, metal is extremely easy to recycle. Six different variants of processes for placing textiles on the market are described below using the examples from Figures 8.1 to 8.6. In particular, the coat hanger that is assembled or mounted from the individual components is the coat hanger described above.
[0142] Each such coat hanger can belong to a system, whereby a different type of hanger can be produced by assembling different modular components.
[0143] In the variant shown in Figure 8.1, the assembly in step A of claim 1 takes place at a so-called reprocessor. These reprocessors are typically specialized companies in the target market. There, the clothing, which has been vacuum-packed by the manufacturer, for example, in China or Bangladesh, is removed and hung on a hanger. The hanger is then assembled at the reprocessor, for example, from the individual modular components.
[0144] The clothes hung on the hanger are then transported, complete with the hanger, to a retailer, for example, a sales outlet, where they are sold. At the sales outlet, the hangers are then collected collectively and sent back to the reprocessor, for example. At the sales outlet, the individual hangers can be disassembled into their individual components. However, this can also be done at the reprocessor.
[0145] At the reconditioner, for example, individual parts are checked for damage and, if necessary, disposed of and replaced with new ones.
[0146] In the variant shown in Figure 8.2, the clothing is hung on the hanger directly by the manufacturer. This means that the hanger assembly takes place at the manufacturer. From there, the clothing can be sent to the processing facility in the target market, where it is processed and then transported to the retailer, for example, to a sales outlet. Here, too, the clothing is then sold, and the hangers are returned to the manufacturer, similar to the situation shown in Figure 8.1.
[0147] In the variant shown in Figure 8.3, the manufacturer produces the goods and sells them themselves. In general, however, the sequence is exactly the same as in the variants shown in Figures 8.1 or 8.2: production of the clothing, assembly of the hanger, hanging of the clothing, shipping of the clothing, sale. The variants shown in Figures 8.4 and 8.5 describe variants in which the hangers are distributed via a hanger distributor. The focus here is therefore on the hanger distribution system.
[0148] The hangers can, for example, be deposit or loan hangers belonging to the hanger distributor and managed in the cycle between the clothing manufacturer or reconditioner and the retail outlet. The individual parts can be kept in stock at the manufacturer, the reconditioner, and / or the retail outlet, where the hangers can be assembled into the required type. Damaged or broken parts can be replaced either at the hanger distributor or at the aforementioned facilities.
[0149] Similar to the previous variants in Figures 8.1 to 8.3, the hangers are then collected at the sales point and then, in the variants according to Figures 8.4 and 8.5, returned to the hanger distributor either as a whole or in individual parts.
[0150] At least there, they are separated, inspected, cleaned, and repaired. In particular, modules made of monomaterial can be sorted by type, making recycling easy.
[0151] Figure 8.6 describes a variant where the hanger remains at the sales station. The hanger is purchased or rented by the retailer, for example, from a hanger distributor. For example, a corresponding number of different modules are ordered from the distributor, and the retailer can then assemble the hangers themselves, depending on the type of clothing needed on-site.
