Description

Purpose of the invention

[0001] The purpose of this invention is to make a curtain rail slide that allows the rail to be reached all the way to the end, avoiding the corner pieces at the ends of the rail that house the mechanism for moving the various parts of the rail. Background to the invention

[0002] At present, there is a wide variety of elements or systems for covering windows or the like, such as blinds, Japanese panels or curtains (positioned either by means of rods or rails).

[0003] If we consider the problem posed by the use of curtains as a means of concealing (or attenuating light) the interior of a place, and more specifically those that use a rail, that is to say a "track" materialised in an aluminium profile or similar, along which a plurality of elements (hooks or equivalent means) slide, where the curtain is mounted and which essentially acts as a support element for it. We have noted that the end pieces or corner pieces that (generally) house the mechanism for the movement of the various parts that relate to the track cannot be "skipped" so that it does not completely hide the surface to be covered (window or skylight) that allows light to enter, reducing its efficiency.

[0004] In order to solve this problem, the applicant of the present invention devised a master curtain slider with a perfect wave system, described in Spanish utility model ES 1 203 516 U, which consists of two assembled parts or segments and which is characterised in that the first segment consists of a flat plate joined to the second segment, which is substantially U-shaped with two raised sections with a series of holes for the curtain attachment system, and where one of these sections is L-shaped and has a hole or cavity at the base for anchoring the body to the curtain rail profile, and where the first segment has a second hole for anchoring the body to the curtain rail profile, and where there is a hole for the runner of the "perfect wave tape system" or other equivalent means in another system; and wherein the first segment has a second hole for anchoring the body to the profile of the curtain rail and there is a hole for the runner of the "perfect wave tape system' or other equivalent means in another system; and a rectangular hole for attaching the cord system or equivalent.

[0005] The present invention is configured differently from this solution, but solves the problem of the corner pieces in the same way, i.e. allowing the curtain to be extended to its full length, extending its use not only to perfect wave systems but to any type of solution using a rail, thus deriving an advantage both in its use and in its manufacture and / or use compared to other known solutions in the state of the art.Description of the invention

[0006] The technical problem which the present invention solves is to obtain a slide for curtain rail which makes it possible to avoid the corner pieces provided at the ends of the rail, thus providing continuity in the movement of the curtain so that it can be fully unfolded, thus improving the opacity provided. To this end, the slide for curtain rail, which is the object of the present invention, comprises a first body in the form of a plate having a hole at one of its ends (in the form of a protuberance for the connection of the means of connection to the curtain), and where said body has, in its central part, a second hole of greater depth, which serves as a means of housing an element for insertion into the location for the slide recommended here; and in which the first body is joined to a second segmented body having a base from which a series of shaft-like bodies emerge which end in an upper base which serves as a housing for a third body which in turn has a base which ends in a series of wave-like protuberances which are separated from a solid element facing the base.

[0007] Thanks to its construction, the slide recommended here will make it possible to "eliminate" the presence of the corner piece, thus increasing the length of use of the curtain to the extent that it will be possible to take advantage of all the space available for the installation of the curtain.

[0008] With the use of the present invention, it will be possible to increase the area of concealment by covering the entire skylight or adjacent window, which will allow the degree of light entering the room to be reduced to the user's desire, thus increasing the feeling of comfort, tranquillity and privacy in the room.

[0009] The fact that it is made in a single monobloc unit means that the mechanical connection of the slide to the track is simple and agile, which means that the installer of the product does not have to carry out difficult operations that would affect the installation time of the whole and therefore its economic cost.

[0010] The use of the slide recommended here allows the curtain to run smoothly along the track, making it easy to open and / or close with little effort, regardless of the direction of opening, which also adds to its "over-extension" as it is not limited by the corner pieces.

[0011] In addition, this device allows the curtain to fall in a smooth and elegant way, creating continuous and symmetrical folds that bring refinement and order. This in turn allows for smooth and quiet movement, avoiding pulling or blocking, and optimises the use of the fabric by reducing the number of pleats.

[0012] It is also easy to install and maintain, as it adapts to different rails and is easy to remove for cleaning.

[0013] This system also contributes to a greater sense of space in the room, thanks to its light and modern appearance, and is compatible with a wide range of fabrics, from the lightest to the heaviest, offering versatility in interior design.Brief description of the drawings

[0014] The following is a brief description of a few drawings which will assist you in understanding the invention and which expressly relate to an embodiment of the invention which is presented as a non-limiting example thereof.
