Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a portable burner including a wing cover for covering the fire nozzle for convenient use in camping, mountaineering, leisure activities, or indoor and outdoor uses, and more particularly, a portable burner in which a wing cover that can be rotated up and down is connected to a link member on both side ends of a main body where the fire nozzle is formed, and the wing cover can be rotated to an upper surface of the main body to cover the fire nozzle and the entire burner can be folded more compactly for carrying and storage when the burner is not in use. Therefore, even when the portable burner is displayed as it is without using a separate case while protecting the fire nozzle with the wing covers to enhance the aesthetics, the portable burner can function as an interior decoration while enhancing the convenience of the user.[Background Art]
[0002] A typical portable burner has a gas container mounting portion separately provided on one side of a main body having a fire nozzle, and the gas container mounting portion is opened and closed with a cover.
[0003] This portable burner is carried and stored in a state of being accommodated in a separate bag.
[0004] Meanwhile, the number of campers has been increasing recently, and one of the essential camping supplies is a burner (stove).
[0005] Although a typical portable burner is used when camping, various types of camping burners, such as those with only a connector in the fire nozzle, are mainly used.
[0006] The main reason for purchasing and using a camping burner separately rather than a typical portable burner is due to firepower, but another reason is that it is inconvenient to store during transport.
[0007] In particular, since the number of camping supplies is very large and they are difficult to load, lightweight and compact camping supplies that are as small as possible and can reduce in volume when stored are popular. However, a typical portable burner has a large surface area and a flat shape after being loaded into a plastic bag, and thus, tends to be avoided due to its awkward volume when carrying luggage.
[0008] However, since camping burners are much more expensive than general portable burners, the cost burden is high when purchasing them. Therefore, there is a need to develop a product that can be safely used in the form of a low-cost general portable burner, while also being convenient to carry and store.[Disclosure][Technical Problem]
[0009] Accordingly, the present disclosure is devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a portable burner that can be folded from a wide and flat shape into a more compact form for carrying and storage while enhancing aesthetics by covering a fire nozzle with wing covers on both sides when not in use.[Technical Solution]
[0010] In order to achieve the object, a portable burner according to the present disclosure includes: a main body including a fire nozzle; and both wing covers that are coupled to both side ends of the main body with link members, respectively, and accommodate the fire nozzle when rotating upward while being rotated to overlap on an upper surface of the main body, in which one of both wing covers includes a gas container mounting portion having a connector connected to the fire nozzle.
[0011] Moreover, in the portable burner according to the present disclosure, the other of both wing covers may include a storage portion.
[0012] In the portable burner according to the present disclosure, in the link member, both side ends may be hinged to an inside of the main body and an inside of the wing cover, respectively, and in the main body, a rotatable slit to which the link member may be fitted is formed to be connected to a side surface portion and an upper surface portion.
[0013] The portable burner according to the present disclosure may further include a fixing means for maintaining an upward rotation completion state and a downward rotation completion state of the wing cover.[Advantageous Effects]
[0014] According to the portable burner of the present disclosure, the wing cover having the gas container mounting portion and the storage portion is connected to both side ends of the main body with a link member rotation structure, so that when not in use, the wing cover can be rotated to the upper surface of the main body and folded to create a more compact design for carrying and storage, while safely covering the fire nozzle, so that no separate bag is required, by simplifying the structure required for the up-and-down rotation of the wing cover, the rotation operation of the wing cover is made more stable, and the wing cover is fixed in place without moving the wing cover when folded or unfolded, making it safer to use and store. [0024] In order to explain the portable burner according to the present disclosure, for the sake of convenience, a rough but not strict directional standard is specified with reference to FIG. 1. The direction in which gravity acts is set downward, and the up, down, left, and right are determined according to the direction as seen from that perspective, and the detailed description and claims of the disclosure related to other drawings are also described by specifying the direction according to this standard unless otherwise specifically stated.
[0025] Hereinafter, a portable burner according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to the attached drawings.
[0026] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the present disclosure relates to a portable burner, which largely includes a main body 10 having a fire nozzle 11, and a pair of wing covers 20A and 20B each having a gas container mounting portion 23 and a storage portion 24.
[0027] Specifically, the present disclosure includes the main body 10 having the fire nozzle 11, and both wing covers 20A and 20B that are coupled to both side ends of the main body 10 with link members 21, respectively, and accommodate the fire nozzle 11 when rotating upward while being rotated to overlap on an upper surface of the main body 10, in which one (hereinafter, referred to as a first wing cover 20A) of both wing covers 20A and 20B includes the gas container mounting portion 23 having a connector 22 connected to the fire nozzle 11, the other (hereinafter, referred to as a second wing cover 20B) of both wing covers 20A and 20B includes a storage portion.
[0028] The main body 10 includes the fire nozzle 11 on the upper surface and a stand provided around the fire nozzle 11, as a general burner shape.
[0029] The first wing cover 20A and second wing cover 20B are arranged in parallel on both side ends of the main body 10, and when not in use, the wing covers 20A and 20B may be rotated upward toward the upper surface of the main body 10 to cover the fire nozzle 11.
[0030] The rear surface portion of the gas container mounting portion 23 of the first wing cover 20A is open in the shape of a gas container, so that the gas container may be inserted forward and the gas container may be connected to a connector 22 provided on the front surface portion of the gas container mounting portion 23.
[0031] The first wing cover 20A is equipped with an ignition means capable of ignition, extinguishment, and firepower control, and in the drawing, only a general knob 25-shaped ignition means is representatively shown, but a general burner safety valve, or the like may be added.
[0032] The second wing cover 20B has the same shape and structure as the above first wing cover 20A, but since the connector 22 is not provided, the inside of the second wing cover 20B is formed as a storage portion 24 so that other camping equipment or unused gas containers may be additionally inserted and stored.
[0033] This second wing cover 20B protects the fire nozzle 11 while covering the fire nozzle 11 together with the first wing cover 20A when not in use, in addition to the purpose of storing items, and hides the shape of the burner to create an old-fashioned radio-like feeling. Therefore, the portable burner may be used as an interior decoration by directly displaying the burner without putting the burner in a separate bag to store the burner separately.
[0034] In addition, the first wing cover 20A and the second wing cover 20B are formed in a form in which the inner side surface and the lower side surface are open. Therefore, when the first and second wing covers rotate upward, they are pressed against the upper surface of the main body 10, and the fire nozzle 11 and the stand protruding from the upper surface of the main body 10 are accommodated and hidden within the wing covers 20A and 20B.
[0035] However, when the main body 10 is formed in a form in which the height of the fire nozzle can be lowered and the stand can be turned over like a general burner, the open structures of the wing covers 20A and 20B may be different from the drawing.
[0036] Moreover, both side ends of the above link member 21 are hinge-coupled to the inside of the main body 10 and the inside of each of the wing covers 20A and 20B, respectively.
[0037] In the main body 10, a rotatable slit 12 to which the link member 21 is fitted is formed to be connected to a side surface portion and an upper surface portion.
[0038] Specifically, first, a first support portion 14 protrudes to a predetermined height inside the main body 10, and a second support portion 26 that is lower in height than the first support portion 14 protrudes inside each of the wing covers 20A and 20B, and both side ends of the link member 21 formed in the shape of a bar are hinge-coupled to the first support portion 14 and the second support portion 26, respectively.
[0039] These link members 21 are provided as a set of two, one each in the front and back of each of the wing covers 20A and 20B.
[0040] In addition, the first slit 12 is a shape in which a part of the upper surface portion and a part of the side surface portion of the main body 10 are cut in a groove shape along the rotation path of the link member 21, the link members 21 penetrate the upper surface portion and the side surface portion of the main body 10 and are connected to each other, and thus, when the wing covers 20A and 20B completes up-and-down rotations thereof, the wing covers are in close contact with the main body 10.
[0041] A reference numeral 13 indicates the second slit, and when the first wing cover 20A rotates up and down, a hose or pipe (not indicated in the drawing symbol) connecting the fire nozzle 11 and the connector 22 passes through the second slit.
[0042] Furthermore, the present disclosure further includes a fixing means for maintaining an upward rotation completion state or a downward rotation completion state of the wing covers 20A and 20B.
[0043] As a first embodiment of the fixing means, the present disclosure includes a magnet 27 provided on the inner side of each of the wing cover 20A and 20B that contacts both side ends of the main body 10.
[0044] First, the main body 10 may additionally be provided with a separate magnet that can be magnetically attached to the magnets 27 of both wing covers 20A and 20B, or the material of the main body 10 itself may be manufactured from a material that can be magnetically attached.
[0045] However, the magnets 27 of both wing covers 20A and 20B are arranged in positions symmetrical to each other and have different polarities.
[0046] Accordingly, when the wing covers 20A and 20B are folded to the upper surface of the main body 10 when not in use, the magnets 27 of each of both wing covers 20A and 20B are magnetically attached to each other, preventing the wing covers 20A and 20B from unintentionally spreading out and rotating downward.
[0047] In addition, when the wing covers 20A and 20B are spread out to both sides for use, the magnets 27 of both wing covers 20A and 20B are magnetically attached to both side surface portions of the main body 10, thereby fixing the wing covers 20A and 20B in place.
[0048] Next, as a second embodiment of the fixing means, the present disclosure includes a fixing bolt 28 that penetrates each of the wing covers 20A and 20B horizontally left and right, and of which a screw portion of an inner leading end can be screw-coupled to both side surface portions of the main body 10 or the opposite cover of the wing covers 20A and 20B.
[0049] A fixing bolt 28 fitted into the outer side surface portion of each of the wing covers 20A and 20B, and a guide portion 29 provided with a guide hole 291 in which the fixing bolt 28 is fitted and supported is protruded upward at the inner end of the bottom portion.
[0050] In addition, a first fastening hole 15 through which the screw portion of the fixing bolt 28 can be screw-coupled is provided in the form of a screw tab in each of both side surface portions of the main body 10.
[0051] Therefore, when the wing covers 20A and 20B on both sides are spread left and right and the fixing bolts 28 are tightened into the first fastening holes 15, the wing covers 20A and 20B on both sides are fixed without moving unintentionally, and thus, the fire nozzle 11 can be used safely.
[0052] In addition, the fixing bolts 28 of both wing covers 20A and 20B are arranged out of alignment on different lines, not on the same line on the left and right, and a second fastening hole 292 to which the screw portion of the fixing bolt 28 on the opposite side can be screw-coupled is provided in the form of a screw tap in each guide portion 29.
[0053] Referring to the drawing, the guide portion 29 of the first wing cover 20A is provided with the second fastening hole 292 on the rear side while the fixing bolt 28 is fitted into the front guide hole 291, and the guide portion 29 of the second wing cover 20B is provided with the second fastening hole 292 on the front side while the fixing bolt 28 is fitted into the rear guide hole 291 opposite to the first wing cover 20A, and thus, the guide hole 291 of the first wing cover 20A and the second fastening hole 292 of the second wing cover 20B are aligned on the same left and right line, and the second fastening hole 292 of the first wing cover 20A and the guide hole 291 of the second wing cover 20B are aligned on the same left and right line.
[0054] Therefore, when both wing covers 20A and 20B are folded to the upper surface of the main body 10, the fixing bolts 28 on both sides are aligned with the second fastening holes 292 of the opposite wing of the wing covers 20A and 20B, and thus, each fixing bolt 28 is fastened to the second fastening holes 292 to prevent both wing covers 20A and 20B from being unintentionally unfolded during carrying and storage.
[0055] In explaining the present disclosure above, the portable burner is mainly explained with reference to the attached drawings, but the present disclosure can be modified, changed, and substituted in various ways by those skilled in the art, and such modifications, changes, and substitutions should be interpreted as falling within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
