Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a compressor. Background Art

[0002] A container such as an oil level tank may be attached to a housing of a compressor that accommodates a vibrating compression mechanism. In a case where the container resonates due to the vibration of the compression mechanism, a pipe connecting the housing and the container may be damaged due to the vibration.

[0003] Therefore, it is desirable to increase a natural frequency of the container in a state of being fixed to the housing (for example, to make the natural frequency equal to or higher than a rotation speed of the compression mechanism).

[0004] Although not related to a structure of the oil level tank, PTL 1 discloses a method of fixing an intermediate position of an oil separator to the housing by using a band-shaped steel plate.Citation ListPatent Literature

[0012] Hereinafter, a compressor according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings.[Overview of Compressor]

[0013] As shown in Fig. 1, a compressor 1 is used for an air conditioner and compresses a refrigerant Rf, which is a gas such as carbon dioxide, in two stages. The compressor 1 is fixed to an installation surface FL via a leg portion 3.

[0014] The compressor 1 includes a housing 11 (first container), a rotary compression mechanism (low-stage compression mechanism) 12 provided inside the housing 11, a scroll compression mechanism (high-stage compression mechanism) 13, an electric motor 14, and a rotary shaft 15.

[0015] The housing 11 includes a main body portion 21 having a cylindrical shape, an upper cover portion 22 that closes an opening in an upper portion of the main body portion 21, and a lower cover portion 23 that closes an opening in a lower portion of the main body portion 21.

[0016] Then, a sealed space is formed inside the housing 11 defined by the main body portion 21, the upper cover portion 22, and the lower cover portion 23.

[0017] In addition, the leg portion 3 extending along the installation surface FL is connected to a lower portion of the housing 11 (lower cover portion 23).

[0018] The rotary shaft 15 is provided to extend vertically along an axis X inside the housing 11. The rotary shaft 15 is a member for transmitting a driving force from the electric motor 14 to the rotary compression mechanism 12 and the scroll compression mechanism 13.

[0019] A portion of the rotary shaft 15 on an upper end (one end) side is rotatably supported by a scroll-side bearing 31. In addition, a portion of the rotary shaft 15 on a lower end (the other end) side is rotatably supported by two bearings, that is, a rotary-side upper bearing 32A (hereinafter, simply referred to as an "upper bearing 32A") and a rotary-side lower bearing 32B (hereinafter, simply referred to as a "lower bearing 32B").

[0020] The electric motor 14 is disposed at the center of the rotary shaft 15 in a longitudinal direction and on an outer peripheral side of the rotary shaft 15, and rotates the rotary shaft 15 around the axis X.

[0021] The electric motor 14 has a rotor 38 fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft 15, and a stator 39 that faces the rotor 38 in a radial direction with a gap from an outer peripheral surface of the rotor 38 and that is fixed to an inner wall of the main body portion 21 of the housing 11 by shrink fitting or the like.

[0022] The rotor 38 is provided with rotor passages 38a provided at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction with respect to the axis X. Each rotor passage 38a penetrates the rotor 38 in an up-down direction (axis X direction). The refrigerant Rf discharged from the rotary compression mechanism 12 flows upward through the rotor passages 38a.

[0023] Rotor weights 37 (balance weights) are provided on an upper surface and a lower surface of the rotor 38. Each rotor weight 37 is fixed by a pin 38c that penetrates laminated steel plates of the rotor 38 in the axis X direction (co-tightening). Details of the shape of the rotor weight 37 will be described below.

[0024] An oil separation plate 38b is fixed to an upper surface of the rotor weight 37 installed on an upper portion of the rotor 38. The oil separation plate 38b has a disk shape and is disposed to extend in a horizontal direction. The oil separation plate 38b rotates around the axis X together with the rotor 38.

[0025] The electric motor 14 is connected to a power source via an inverter (not shown) and rotates the rotary shaft 15 at a variable frequency.

[0026] The rotary compression mechanism 12 is provided on the lower end side of the rotary shaft 15 inside the housing 11.

[0027] The rotary compression mechanism 12 is a two-cylinder mechanism in the present embodiment, and includes an eccentric shaft portion 41 provided on the rotary shaft 15, a rotor 42 fixed to the eccentric shaft portion 41 and rotating in a compression chamber C1 eccentrically with respect to the axis X in accordance with the rotation of the rotary shaft 15, and a cylinder 44 in which the compression chamber C1 is formed.

[0028] The refrigerant Rf is supplied from the outside to the compression chamber C1 formed in the cylinder 44 via a suction pipe 33 and a suction boss 35 (boss part).

[0029] The refrigerant Rf compressed in the compression chamber C1 is discharged from a rotary discharge pipe 43 to a region below the electric motor 14 within the housing 11 via the upper bearing 32A.

[0030] Two cylinders 44 with a separate plate 45 interposed therebetween are fixed (fastened) to the upper bearing 32A and the lower bearing 32B from below by bolts (not shown) in a form of being interposed between the upper bearing 32A and the lower bearing 32B.

[0031] An oil pump 49 fixed by a bolt (not shown) is provided below the cylinder 44.

[0032] The oil pump 49 sucks in oil from an oil reservoir in the lower portion of the housing 11 and guides the oil to the scroll-side bearing 31 side via an oil supply hole 15a that penetrates along the axis X of the rotary shaft 15.

[0033] The scroll compression mechanism 13 is provided on the upper end side of the rotary shaft 15 inside the housing 11.

[0034] The scroll compression mechanism 13 includes a fixed scroll 51 fixed to the scroll-side bearing 31, and an orbiting scroll 57 disposed below the fixed scroll 51 to face the fixed scroll 51.

[0035] The fixed scroll 51 has an end plate 52 fixed to an upper surface of the scroll-side bearing 31 and a fixed wrap 53 protruding downward from the end plate 52.

[0036] A discharge hole 52a is formed in a central portion (in the vicinity of the axis X) of the end plate 52 to penetrate along the axis X direction.

[0037] The orbiting scroll 57 is disposed to be interposed between the scroll-side bearing 31 and the fixed scroll 51 in the axis X direction.

[0038] The orbiting scroll 57 has an end plate 58 connected to an eccentric shaft portion 56 of the rotary shaft 15 and an orbiting wrap 59 protruding upward from the end plate 58.

[0039] The end plate 58 is slidably connected to the eccentric shaft portion 56 provided at an upper end of the rotary shaft 15 via a drive bush 55, and performs an orbiting motion with respect to the axis X as the rotary shaft 15 rotates.

[0040] The orbiting wrap 59 meshes with the fixed wrap 53 to form a compression chamber C2 for compressing the refrigerant Rf between the orbiting wrap 59 and the fixed wrap 53.

[0041] A balance weight chamber 63 is formed between a recess formed at the center of the scroll-side bearing 31 and a lower portion of the orbiting scroll 57.

[0042] In the balance weight chamber 63, a rotary shaft weight 54 (balance weight) rotates together with the rotary shaft 15.

[0043] The rotary shaft weight 54 is shrink-fitted to the drive bush 55 and is inserted into the eccentric shaft portion 56.

[0044] The rotary shaft weight 54 rotates eccentrically with respect to the axis X as the rotary shaft 15 rotates, thereby balancing with the orbiting scroll 57 that rotates eccentrically with respect to the axis X.

[0045] The refrigerant Rf compressed by the rotary compression mechanism 12 and discharged into the housing 11 is sucked into the compression chamber C2 from an outer peripheral side of the scroll compression mechanism 13 and is compressed toward a central side.

[0046] The compressed refrigerant Rf is discharged to the outside of the housing 11 through the discharge pipe 34 or the like, via the discharge hole 52a formed in the fixed scroll 51.

[0047] A cover 48 is provided below the scroll-side bearing 31 to cover the scroll-side bearing 31.

[0048] The cover 48 is formed by sheet metal processing, and has a cylindrical shape whose diameter is gradually increased from below to above.

[0049] A suction opening 48a is formed at a lower end of the cover 48. That is, the suction opening 48a is an annular region that is open downward and that is formed between the cover 48 and the rotary shaft 15 in the circumferential direction with respect to the axis X.

[0050] The cover 48 partitions a space on the electric motor 14 side of the housing 11 and a space on the scroll-side bearing 31 side, and the refrigerant Rf sucked in through the suction opening 48a is guided to the scroll compression mechanism 13.

[0051] An oil level tank 60 (second container) is provided outside and below the housing 11.

[0052] The oil level tank 60 is a hollow container, and communicates with the inside of the housing 11 via a lower pipe 61 provided in a lower portion and a pressure equalization pipe 62 provided in an upper portion.

[0053] A socket 65 is provided in the upper portion of the oil level tank 60, and an oil level sensor (not shown) is installed in the socket 65.

[0054] Oil is guided from the oil reservoir inside the housing 11 via the lower pipe 61 into the oil level tank 60, and an oil level in the oil reservoir can be measured by the oil level sensor installed in the socket 65.

[0055] Means for fixing the oil level tank 60 to the housing 11 will be described below.

[0056] An oil return pipe 67, which extends in the up-down direction while coming into contact with an inner wall of the housing 11, is provided inside the housing 11. The oil return pipe 67 is provided such that an upper end (one end) is fixed to the scroll-side bearing 31 and a lower end (the other end) is positioned in the oil reservoir in the lower portion of the housing 11.[Means for Fixing Oil Level Tank to Housing]

[0057] As shown in Figs. 2 to 4, the oil level tank 60 is fixed to the leg portion 3 via a lower fixing part 70 and is fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the housing 11 via an upper fixing part 80.

[0058] In addition, the oil level tank 60 may be fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the housing 11 via an intermediate fixing part 90 in addition to the lower fixing part 70 and the upper fixing part 80.

[0059] As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the lower fixing part 70 is a portion connecting the oil level tank 60 and the leg portion 3, and fixes the lower portion of the oil level tank 60 to the leg portion 3.

[0060] The lower fixing part 70 has two types of brackets, that is, a second-first bracket 71 and a leg bracket 72, and is configured such that the second-first bracket 71 connected to the oil level tank 60 and the leg bracket 72 connected to the leg portion 3 are fastened by a bolt 73.

[0061] The second-first bracket 71 is an L-shaped metal bracket having two pieces, one of which is connected to the lower end of the oil level tank 60 by a second-first connecting portion 75a. The second-first connecting portion 75a is, for example, a welded portion. That is, one piece of the second-first bracket 71 is connected to the oil level tank 60 by welding.

[0062] The leg bracket 72 is an L-shaped metal bracket having two pieces, one of which is connected to the leg portion 3 by a leg connecting portion 75b. The leg connecting portion 75b is, for example, a welded portion. That is, one piece of the leg bracket 72 is connected to the leg portion 3 by welding.

[0063] The other piece of the second-first bracket 71 and the other piece of the leg bracket 72 overlap each other. Then, the bolt 73 is inserted through the overlapping portion (region) and fastened. The bolt 73 may be used in combination with a nut or may be used in combination with a female screw formed in one of the brackets. In either case, by making at least one hole through which the bolt 73 is inserted into an elongated hole, it becomes easy to adjust a position (a position of the second-first bracket 71 with respect to the leg bracket 72).

[0064] As described above, the oil level tank 60 is fixed to the leg portion 3 by the lower fixing part 70 connected to the oil level tank 60 and the leg portion 3.

[0065] As shown in Figs. 2 to 4, the upper fixing part 80 is a portion connecting the oil level tank 60 and the housing 11, and fixes an outer peripheral surface of the upper portion of the oil level tank 60 to the housing 11.

[0066] The upper fixing part 80 has two types of brackets, that is, a first bracket 81 and a second-second bracket 82, and is configured such that the first bracket 81 connected to the housing 11 and the second-second bracket 82 connected to the oil level tank 60 are fastened by a bolt 83.

[0067] The first bracket 81 is an L-shaped metal bracket having two pieces, one of which is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the housing 11 by a first connecting portion. A first connecting portion 85a is, for example, a welded portion. That is, one piece of the first bracket 81 is connected to the housing 11 by welding.

[0068] The second-second bracket 82 is an L-shaped metal bracket having two pieces, one of which is connected to the outer peripheral surface of the upper portion of the oil level tank 60 by a second-second connecting portion 85b. The second-second connecting portion 85b is, for example, a welded portion. That is, one piece of the second-second bracket 82 is connected to the oil level tank 60 by welding.

[0069] The other piece of the first bracket 81 and the other piece of the second-second bracket 82 overlap each other. Then, the bolt 83 is inserted through the overlapping portion (region) and fastened. The bolt 83 may be used in combination with a nut or may be used in combination with a female screw formed in one of the brackets. In either case, by making at least one hole through which the bolt 83 is inserted into an elongated hole, it becomes easy to adjust a position (a position of the second-second bracket 82 with respect to the first bracket 81).

[0070] As described above, the oil level tank 60 is fixed to the housing 11 by the upper fixing part 80 connected to the oil level tank 60 and the housing 11.

[0071] There may be a plurality of the upper fixing parts 80. In this case, it is preferable that the upper fixing parts 80 are provided at substantially the same positions in a height direction (up-down direction) of the compressor 1. More specifically, it is preferable that the second-second connecting portions 85b are provided at substantially the same positions in the height direction (up-down direction) of the housing 11.

[0072] Here, the "upper portion of the oil level tank 60" where the second-second connecting portion 85b is located will be described.

[0073] As shown in Fig. 2, the "upper portion of the oil level tank 60" is, of course, a position (position above) higher than the second-first connecting portion 75a in the height direction of the housing 11. Specifically, when a lower end of the oil level tank 60 is set to 0% and an upper end (upper end of the socket 65) is set to 100%, the "upper portion of the oil level tank 60" is a position in a range of 50% or more and 100% or less.

[0074] In addition, in a case where the intermediate fixing part 90, which will be described below, is provided, the "upper portion of the oil level tank 60" is a position above a bail strap 91 (band-shaped member).

[0075] As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the intermediate fixing part 90 is a portion connecting the oil level tank 60 and the housing 11, and fixes an intermediate portion of the oil level tank 60 to the outer peripheral surface of the housing 11.

[0076] The intermediate fixing part 90 has the bail strap 91 and a fixture 92, and is configured such that the bail strap 91 wound around the oil level tank 60 is attached to the fixture 92 connected to the housing 11.

[0077] In addition, the band-shaped bail strap 91 tightens the periphery of the oil level tank 60 to hold the oil level tank 60.

[0078] According to the present embodiment, the following effects are achieved.

[0079] The second-first connecting portion 75a is provided at the lower portion of the oil level tank 60 in the height direction, and the second-second connecting portion 85b is provided at the upper portion of the oil level tank 60 in the height direction, so that the oil level tank 60 can be fixed at least at the upper portion and the lower portion. Therefore, the oil level tank 60 can be rigidly fixed, and a natural frequency of the oil level tank 60 in a fixed state can be increased. In this manner, the vibration of the oil level tank 60 caused by the vibration of the compression mechanism (the rotary compression mechanism 12, the scroll compression mechanism 13) can be efficiently suppressed. In particular, in a case where the center of gravity of the oil level tank 60 becomes higher due to the oil level sensor installed in the socket 65, the vibration can be suppressed more effectively.

[0080] In addition, when a position of an upper end of the oil level tank 60 in the height direction is set to 100% and a position of a lower end is set to 0%, the second-second connecting portion 85b of the upper fixing part 80 is in a range of 50% or more and 100% or less, so that the vibration of the upper portion of the oil level tank 60 can be efficiently suppressed by the upper fixing part 80.

[0081] In addition, since a plurality of the upper fixing parts 80 are provided and the second-second connecting portions 85b are provided at substantially the same positions in the height direction, the upper portion of the oil level tank 60 can be more rigidly fixed by the plurality of upper fixing parts 80. In this manner, the vibration of the upper portion of the oil level tank 60 can be efficiently suppressed.

[0082] In addition, the upper fixing part 80 has the first bracket 81 connected to the housing 11 by the first connecting portion 85a and the second-second bracket 82 connected to the oil level tank 60 by the second-second connecting portion 85b, and the first bracket 81 and the second-second bracket 82 are fastened by the bolt 83, so that the oil level tank 60 can be easily fixed to the housing 11 by the two types of brackets and the bolt 83.

[0083] In addition, by appropriately designing the size of the hole of each bracket through which the bolt 83 is inserted, a positional relationship between them can be easily adjusted. For example, by making the hole of the bracket into an elongated hole, it becomes easy to adjust the position.

[0084] In addition, the lower fixing part 70 has the second-first bracket 71 connected to the oil level tank 60 by the second-first connecting portion and the leg bracket 72 connected to the leg portion 3 by the leg connecting portion 75b, and the second-first bracket 71 and the leg bracket 72 are fastened by the bolt 73, so that the oil level tank 60 can be easily fixed to the leg portion 3 by the two types of brackets and the bolt 73.

[0085] In addition, by appropriately designing the size of the hole of each bracket through which the bolt 73 is inserted, a positional relationship between them can be easily adjusted. For example, by making the hole of the bracket into an elongated hole, it becomes easy to adjust the position.

[0086] In addition, since the intermediate fixing part 90 having the bail strap 91 and the fixture 92 and fixing the oil level tank 60 to the housing 11 is provided, the oil level tank 60 can be more rigidly fixed to the housing 11, and the natural frequency of the oil level tank 60 in a fixed state can be further increased.

[0087] In addition, since the second-second connecting portion 85b is provided above the intermediate fixing part 90 in the height direction, particularly in a case where the center of gravity of the oil level tank 60 becomes higher due to the oil level sensor installed in the socket 65, the vibration can be more effectively suppressed.

[0088] The compressor according to the embodiment described above is understood as follows, for example.

[0089] That is, a compressor (1) according to a first aspect of the present disclosure includes a first container (11) that accommodates a compression mechanism (12, 13), a leg portion (3) that is connected to a lower portion of the first container in a height direction, a second container (60) that is disposed on a side of the first container, a lower fixing part (70) that is connected to the second container by a second-first connecting portion (75a) and connected to the leg portion by a leg connecting portion (75b) and that fixes the second container to the leg portion, and an upper fixing part (80) that is connected to the first container by a first connecting portion (85a) and connected to the second container by a second-second connecting portion (85b) and that fixes the second container to the first container, in which the second-first connecting portion is provided at a lower portion of the second container in the height direction, and the second-second connecting portion is provided at an upper portion of the second container in the height direction.

[0090] With the compressor according to this aspect, the compressor includes the lower fixing part that is connected to the second container by the second-first connecting portion and connected to the leg portion by the leg connecting portion and that fixes the second container to the leg portion, and the upper fixing part that is connected to the first container by the first connecting portion and connected to the second container by the second-second connecting portion and that fixes the second container to the first container, the second-first connecting portion is provided at the lower portion of the second container in the height direction, and the second-second connecting portion is provided at the upper portion of the second container in the height direction, so that the second container can be fixed at least at the upper portion and the lower portion. Therefore, the second container can be rigidly fixed, and the natural frequency of the second container in a fixed state can be increased. In this manner, it is possible to efficiently suppress the vibration of the second container caused by the vibration of the compression mechanism. In particular, in a case where the center of gravity of the second container becomes higher, the vibration can be suppressed more effectively.

[0091] In addition, in the compressor according to a second aspect of the present disclosure, in the first aspect, when a position of an upper end of the second container in the height direction is set to 100% and a position of a lower end of the second container is set to 0%, the second-second connecting portion of the upper fixing part is in a range of 50% or more and 100% or less.

[0092] With the compressor according to this aspect, when the position of the upper end of the second container in the height direction is set to 100% and the position of the lower end is set to 0%, the second-second connecting portion of the upper fixing part is in a range of 50% or more and 100% or less, so that the vibration of the upper portion of the second container can be efficiently suppressed by the upper fixing part.

[0093] In addition, in the compressor according to a third aspect of the present disclosure, in the first aspect or the second aspect, a plurality of the upper fixing parts are provided, and the second-second connecting portions are provided at substantially the same positions in the height direction.

[0094] With the compressor according to this aspect, since the plurality of upper fixing parts are provided and the second-second connecting portions are provided at substantially the same positions in the height direction, the upper portion of the second container can be more rigidly fixed by the plurality of upper fixing parts. In this manner, the vibration of the upper portion of the second container can be efficiently suppressed.

[0095] In addition, in the compressor according to a fourth aspect of the present disclosure, in any one of the first aspect to the third aspect, the upper fixing part includes a first bracket (81) connected to the first container by the first connecting portion, and a second-second bracket (82) connected to the second container by the second-second connecting portion, and the first bracket and the second-second bracket are fastened by a bolt (83).

[0096] With the compressor according to this aspect, the upper fixing part has the first bracket connected to the first container by the first connecting portion and the second-second bracket connected to the second container by the second-second connecting portion, and the first bracket and the second-second bracket are fastened by the bolt, so that the second container can be easily fixed to the first container by the two types of brackets and the bolt.

[0097] In addition, by appropriately designing the size of the hole of each bracket through which the bolt is inserted, a positional relationship between them can be easily adjusted. For example, by making the hole of the bracket into an elongated hole, it becomes easy to adjust the position.

[0098] In addition, in the compressor according to a fifth aspect of the present disclosure, in any one of the first aspect to the fourth aspect, the lower fixing part includes a second-first bracket (71) fixed to the second container by the second-first connecting portion, and a leg bracket (72) fixed to the leg portion by the leg connecting portion, and the second-first bracket and the leg bracket are fastened by a bolt (73).

[0099] With the compressor according to this aspect, the lower fixing part has the second-first bracket connected to the second container by the second-first connecting portion and the leg bracket connected to the leg portion by the leg connecting portion, and the second-first bracket and the leg bracket are fastened by the bolt, so that the second container can be easily fixed to the leg portion by the two types of brackets and the bolt.

[0100] In addition, by appropriately designing the size of the hole of each bracket through which the bolt is inserted, a positional relationship between them can be easily adjusted. For example, by making the hole of the bracket into an elongated hole, it becomes easy to adjust the position.

[0101] In addition, in the compressor according to a sixth aspect of the present disclosure, in any one of the first aspect to the fifth aspect, the compressor includes an intermediate fixing part (90) that has a band-shaped member (91) tightening a periphery of the second container and a fixture (92) connected to the first container and that fixes the second container to the first container by attaching the band-shaped member to the fixture, and the second-second connecting portion is provided above the intermediate fixing part in the height direction.

[0102] With the compressor according to this aspect, the compressor includes the intermediate fixing part that has the band-shaped member tightening the periphery of the second container and the fixture connected to the first container and that fixes the first container to the second container by attaching the band-shaped member to the fixture, so that the second container can be more rigidly fixed to the first container, and the natural frequency of the second container in a fixed state can be further increased. In addition, since the second-second connecting portion is provided above the intermediate fixing part in the height direction, it is possible to more effectively suppress the vibration, particularly in a case where the center of gravity of the second container becomes higher.Reference Signs List
