Cell housing, elementary electric storage cell and method for production

Abstract

The present invention relates to a cell housing and to an elementary electric storage cell constructed herewith for constructing a rechargeable battery module which is in particular intended for a high-voltage battery system, such as that installed in electric vehicles, for example. The invention also relates to a method for producing such a housing. In order to create an improved cell housing (5) of an elementary storage cell (3) comprising a cell cup (6) or cell casing (6a) and a cell cover (7), in which at least one electric pole (8) is arranged as a contact, and an elementary electric storage cell constructed herewith, it is proposed that the cell housing (5) comprises a cell cup (6) or cell casing (6a) with an aluminium-steel composite and a cell cover (7) of aluminium, which are integrally bonded to one another.
