Description

[0001] The object of the invention is an external frame of windows and lift-and-slide doors with integrated air exchange, intended for outdoor and indoor installation for applications in building engineering, especially residential and industrial.

[0002] Modern building engineering uses large-area glazings on outer walls, which allow for open contact with nature, also providing thermal protection of rooms. These glazings allow sunrays to penetrate the inside, wherein they must fulfil the requirements of being openable when necessary. Therefore, there is a need for systems which, according to the needs, protect various kinds of functions depending on the intended use of rooms. Fulfilment of such requirements is guaranteed by an external frame of windows and lift-and-slide doors with integrated air exchange.

[0003] From the European patent description EP3543450 there is known an invention relating to a lift-up sliding door with a door leaf and a door frame, wherein the door frame comprises an upper frame profile which has a lower side of the frame profile facing the door leaf, which comprises a frame profile groove, in which a first rail of a guide profile is placed with a first longitudinal direction, the door leaf also having an upper door leaf profile, which has an upper side of the door leaf profile, facing the upper fixed frame profile, which comprises a groove of the door leaf profile, in which a second rail of the guide profile is placed with a second longitudinal direction towards the first longitudinal direction, and wherein guide slides are placed in the second rail of the guide profile, the guide slides being slid on the first rail of the guide profile. The disclosed solution does not indicate the possibility of application of an air exchanger in the profile.

[0004] From the European patent description EP2610420 of a profile system for a lift-up sliding door or a sliding door there is known a fixed leaf profile for a fixed leaf, which has an overlap on the side facing away from the rebate towards the glass pane, and a doorcase profile with an incremental height of the cross-sectional area, which constitutes a base of the doorcase from all four sides. The doorcase profile is wider (when viewed in a cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction) than the width 40 of the fixed leaf itself I the fixed leaf profile and the sliding leaf / sliding leaf profile (when viewed in the same cross-section), in particular at least two times wider.

[0005] The disclosed solution does not indicate the possibility of application of an air exchanger in the profile.

[0006] The problems of known designs of windows and lift-and-slide doors are considerable energy losses in buildings caused by the escape of heat from the room via large glass surfaces and during their opening. In addition, the high thresholds present in known systems constitute a difficulty in the usage of windows and lift-and-slide doors.

[0007] The purpose of the present invention is to provide an external frame of windows and lift-and-slide doors with integrated air exchange, according to independent claim 1, which provides limited heat losses and allows for the exchange of air from the outside to the inside with the windows and lift-and-slide doors closed.

[0008] Another purpose of the invention is to provide an external frame with facilitated installation and the ability to make various arrangements of the external frame due to the use of profile-shaped basic components in the form of profiles, which are mutually connected so that the coupling elements are invisible on either the inner and the outer side, while the mechanisms used in the external frame allow for easy opening and closing of the windows and doors while securing them in various states of opening. The mechanisms would allow for protection against unauthorised interference from third parties. Inside, the external frame has at least one fixed leaf with a glazing set, and at least one lift-and-slide leaf with a glazing set. The external frame is formed of aluminium profiles with thermal breaks.

[0009] The invention relates to an external frame of windows and lift-and-slide doors with integrated air exchange. The external frame is a solution whose basis consists of aluminium profiles with thermal breaks. The external frame contributes to a reduction in the losses of thermal energy, and thus to lowering the operating costs of the designed objects. The product is intended for use both in residential buildings and in public utility buildings.

[0010] The external frame allows for the opening of windows or doors, which is based on a mechanism lifting the leaf while it is being opened, and lowering it while it is being closed. During rotation of a control grip in the form of any handle, the sliding leaves are lifted in the doorcase, and it is not possible to slide them until then. The closed door is seated on elongated tracks protected against the inflow of uncontrolled air by horizontal and lateral seals, in a manner which allows their stabilisation in any opening position, and additionally supports tightness and acoustic insulation. Therefore, it is an extremely durable system, at the same time guaranteeing easiness of opening and ensuring excellent sliding of the leaf along the rail, which additionally protects the parts against wear.

[0011] The fitting lift-and-slide leaves, with effective protection against break-ins in the closed state, consists of a mechanism activated by means of a control grip, for at least one sliding coupling which is coupled by corner deflection with a first carriage, which is coupled via a connecting element with a second carriage, which is connected by second corner deflection with the sliding element, guided vertically on the leaf, with a device reversing the sliding direction assigned thereto, via which a locking element on the leaf is slidable downwards, in a support with a coupling element placed fixedly within the space.

[0012] The operating principle of the lift-and-slide door involves lifting a movable leaf on carriages by rotation of the control grip, making it possible to slide them along the same line in which they are seated in the frame. The lift-and-slide design involves offsetting the leaf and a fixed element (optionally, two leaves) with respect to each other. This causes the openable elements to overlap each other. Due to this, the door does not occupy space in the room, nor does it restrict its arrangement.

[0013] The closed door rests against longitudinal lower and lateral seals, allowing for its stabilisation in each position, and additionally supporting tightness and acoustic insulation. Therefore, it is an extremely durable system, at the same time guaranteeing easiness of opening and ensuring excellent sliding of the leaf along a stainless steel rail placed in a low threshold. The leaf can be slid over the entire length of the opening and stopped at any time for a proper arrangement for a closed door. This makes the door highly resistant to break-ins.

[0014] The essence of the invention is an external frame of windows and lift-and-slide doors with integrated air exchange with a ventilation function, which consists of aluminium profiles with thermal breaks along with a glazing set, characterised in that the outer assembly comprising a quadrangular frame of a doorcase, which inside it has at least one fixed leaf with glazing filling and at least one lift-and-slide leaf with a glazing set, which form a system with one fixed leaf and one lift-and-slide leaf for single-track sliding, or a multiple of such an arrangement for multi-track sliding, or a system with one fixed leaf and two lift-and-slide leaves for double-track sliding, wherein in the upper part and / or on the sides of the frame of the doorcase it has at least one seated integrated air exchanger.
