Therefore, the contents adhered on a bristle part of the brush rod can be evenly mixed without layer separation or precipitation, thereby allowing the contents to be applied in a normal state. That is, a cosmetic container with a shaking function according to the present invention comprises: a container body accommodating contents; a wiper fixed downward from an opening of the top of the container body, having a wiping part with a through hole formed in the central portion; a lid assembled to surround an upper portion of the container body; a brush rod, of which the top is inserted and fixed into the lid, and which has a bristle part provided at the bottom thereof to apply the contents accommodated in the container body onto the skin, after adhering the contents to the bristle part; and a shaker inserted and placed into the container body, inserted and connected to a predetermined length of the bottom portion of the brush rod including the bristle part while penetrating through an upper portion of the brush rod, and synchronizing the rise of the brush rod to move and mix the contents inside the container body up and down.

Claims
1. A cosmetic container with a shaking function comprising: a container body (110) accommodating contents; a wiper (120) fixed downward from an opening of the top of the container body (110), having a wiping part (121) with a through hole (123) formed in the central portion; a lid (130) assembled to surround an upper portion of the container body (110); a brush rod (140), of which the top is inserted and fixed into the lid (130), and which has a bristle part (145) provided at the bottom thereof to apply the contents accommodated in the container body (110) onto the skin, after adhering the contents to the bristle part(145); and a shaker (150) inserted into the container body (110), inserted and connected to one side to the brush rod (140), and synchronizing the rise of the brush rod (140) to move and mix the contents inside the container body (110) up and down.
2. The cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the shaker (150) comprises: a rising mixing guide part (151) having a fitting hole (151b) for inserting and fixing one side of the brush rod (140) to guide the contents, which were pulled up when the shaker (150) rose, to be mixed downwardly while passing through the central part; connection bars (153) extending downwardly along the bottom circumference of the rising mixing guide part (151) at predetermined intervals; and a lowering mixing guide part (155) guiding, the top of which is connected to the bottoms of the connection bars (153), and which guides the contents inside the container body (110) to be mixed upwardly when the shaker (150) lowers after rising.
3. The cosmetic container according to claim 2, wherein the rising mixing guide part (151) comprises: an inclined portion (151a) inclined from the outer circumference of the upper surface to the inward lower side; and a rising mixing path (151c) formed by outwardly expanding from the fitting hole (151b) in the circumferential direction of the fitting hole (151b) at a predetermined interval.

The cosmetic container according to claim 3, wherein the shaker (150) further comprises a fitting protrusion (151b') protruding at a predetermined interval along the inner circumference of the fitting hole (151b) of the rising mixing guide part (151), wherein the fitting protrusion (151b') is inserted and fixed to one side of the brush rod (140).
5. The cosmetic container according to claim 2, wherein the lowering mixing guide part (155) comprises: a lower rising plate (155a), the top of which is connected to the bottom of the connection bars (153); and a lowering mixing path (155b) formed to be inwardly recessed in an area between the connection bars (153) at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction of the lower rising plate (155a).
6. The cosmetic container according to claim 5, wherein to quickly move the contents outwardly from the center of the upper surface when the shaker (150) rises, the lower rising plate (155a) is formed to be inclined downwards from the center so that the central portion is high.
7. The cosmetic container according to claim 2, wherein the lowering mixing guide part (155) is formed in a radial bar structure extending from the bottom of the connection bars (153) towards the center corresponding to the center of the rising mixing guide part (151) so that facing ends can be connected integrally, and wherein during the lowering of the shaker (150), the contents can be guided upward through areas between the radial bars.
