TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] This application relates to a kitchen appliance, and in particular, to a cooktop pot support and a cooktop to which the cooktop pot support is applied.BACKGROUND

[0002] A cooktop is a commonly used kitchen cooking tool. As people have increasingly high requirements for kitchen utensils, a cooktop panel is also made of a material such as glass in a large quantity, to enable the cooktop panel to be more easily cleaned. However, when the cooktop is used, a pot support made of metal is heated to a high temperature due to proximity of the pot support to a flame. Due to a high heat conduction speed of metal, a problem such as burst of a panel made of a material such as glass caused by a high-temperature foot support directly contacting the panel. Therefore, a support pad for the pot support with a heat insulation function becomes one of indispensable components.

A cooktop pot support, characterized by comprising: a support ring and a plurality of foot pieces disposed on the support ring along a circumferential direction, wherein a support pad is disposed on a bottom surface of the foot piece, wherein the support pad is configured to be suitable for being inserted into the foot piece along a thickness direction of the foot piece.

The cooktop pot support according to claim 1, characterized in that an insertion hole is provided on the foot piece along the thickness direction of the foot piece; the support pad comprises a bottom edge portion and a first side portion that are connected in an L shape; the bottom edge portion abuts against a bottom edge of the foot piece; and a limiting post that is inserted into the insertion hole is disposed on the first side portion.

The cooktop pot support according to claim 2, characterized in that the limiting post comprises a limiting rod and a limiting boss; two ends of the limiting rod are respectively connected to the first side portion and the limiting boss; and the limiting boss is configured to easily pass through the insertion hole and limit displacement of the support pad in an insertion direction.

The cooktop pot support according to claim 3, characterized in that the limiting boss comprises a first end surface that is connected to the limiting rod and a second end surface that is away from the limiting rod; and a diameter of the limiting boss gradually decreases from the first end surface to the second end surface, wherein a diameter of the first end surface is greater than a pore size of the insertion hole; and a diameter of the second end surface is less than the pore size of the insertion hole.

The cooktop pot support according to claim 2, characterized in that the support pad further comprises a second side portion opposite to the first side portion, and a third side portion that is located between the first side portion and the second side portion and that is parallel to the thickness direction of the foot piece; the second side portion is configured to allow the limiting post to be inserted into the insertion hole; and an outer side surface of the third side portion is flush with an outer side surface of the foot piece.
