[0041] A dishwasher is an apparatus configured to automatically clean tableware such as bowls, chopsticks, plates, dishes, knives, forks, etc. Detergent may be usually stored in a traditional dishwasher. The detergent may be delivered to a washing cavity of a dishwasher body through a dispensing pipeline, so as to wash the tableware with the detergent.
[0042] In the related art, since the dispensing pipeline is relatively long, the detergent may be likely to be retained in the dispensing pipeline after being dispensed. After long-term accumulation, there is a risk of blockage, resulting in affecting a cleaning effect of the dishwasher.
[0043] To solve the above technical problems, as shown in FIGS. 1-3, a dishwasher 100 may be provided in some embodiments of the present application. In the embodiments of the present application, the dishwasher 100 may include a main body 10, a water supply structure 20, a liquid storage structure 30, and a communication structure 40. The water supply structure 20 may be configured to provide clean water during a cleaning process of the dishwasher 100. The liquid storage structure 30 may be configured to store detergent. The detergent may be mixed with the clean water during the cleaning process of the dishwasher 100 to clean the tableware.
[0044] The main body 10 may be in a rectangular shape. A washing cavity (not shown) and an accommodating cavity 10A may be defined in the main body 10. It may be understood that the washing cavity may be configured to place the tableware, and the accommodating cavity 10A may be configured to accommodate the water supply structure 20 and the communication structure 40. Therefore, it may be possible to prevent the water supply structure 20 and the liquid storage structure 30 from being exposed to an outer side of the dishwasher 100, such that it may be possible to provide the protection for the water supply structure 20 and the communication structure 40.
[0045] The water supply structure 20 may be directly a pipeline structure to be in communication with an external water source port, so as to provide the clean water during the cleaning process of the dishwasher 100. Alternatively, the water supply structure 20 may also have a water storage function, and may store the clean water, such that it is not necessary to clean water flowing in from the external water source port every time, and thus it may be suitable for a working condition where the external water source port is cut off.
[0046] The liquid storage structure 30 may be arranged outside the main body 10. A liquid storage cavity may be defined on the liquid storage structure 30 and configured to store the detergent. The liquid storage structure 30 may be in a rectangular shape, such that it may be convenient for production and mounting. A main structure of the liquid storage structure 30 may be made of a transparent plastic material, such as a polypropylene (PP) material, a polystyrene (PS) material, or a Polycarbonate (PC) material, etc., such that a user may directly observe liquid stock in the liquid storage cavity from the outside, so as to obtain liquid volume information of the liquid storage structure 30. In this way, it may be more convenient, and the user's experience may be improved. Of course, in some embodiments, the main structure of the liquid storage structure 30 may also be made of a metal material.
[0047] The communication structure 40 may include a first port 411, a second port 421, and a third port 412 which may be in communication with each other. That is, the communication structure 40 may be a conduction / communication structure with multiple ports, such as a three-way pipe, a four-way pipe, or the like. The first port 411 may be in communication with the liquid storage structure 30. The second port 421 may be in communication with the water supply structure 20. The third port 412 may be in communication with the washing cavity. The shapes and sizes of openings of the first port 411, the second port 421, and the third port 412 may be the same as each other, such that ports of the communication structure 40 with the water supply structure 20, the communication structure 40, and the washing cavity may be changed arbitrarily, thereby improving the installation convenience and efficiency.
[0048] Based on the dishwasher 100 provided in some embodiments of the present application, by setting the communication structure 40 including the first port 411, the second port 421, and the third port 412 which are in communication with each other, the user may first place the detergent in the liquid storage structure 30 arranged outside the main body 10, and then the detergent in the liquid storage structure 30 may be drawn into the communication structure 40 through the first port 411. At the same time, the water in the water supply structure 20 may be drawn into the communication structure 40 through the second port 421, such that it may be possible to drive the detergent in the communication structure 40 to be drawn into the washing cavity along the third port 412, thereby completing an operation of dispensing the detergent.
[0049] It may be seen that in the embodiments of the present application, in terms of operation convenience, since the liquid storage structure 30 is arranged outside the main body 10, the user does not need to open the washing cavity when dispensing the detergent, such that an liquid adding operation may be convenient and fast, and it may further facilitate cleaning the liquid storage structure 30. Meanwhile, in terms of a cleaning effect of the dishwasher 100, when the detergent in the liquid storage structure 30 is dispensed into the communication structure 40, the water flow from the water supply structure 20 is introduced to flush the detergent retained inside the communication structure 40. In this way, it may be possible to effectively prevent the detergent from being solidified / caked inside the communication structure 40, so as to reduce possibility of blockage caused by the residual detergent in the communication structure 40, and improve the accuracy of dispensing amount of the detergent in the dishwasher 100, thereby effectively ensuring the stable and reliable tableware cleaning effect of the dishwasher 100.
[0050] As shown in FIGS. 3-5, in some embodiments, the main body 10 may include a machine body 11, a door body 16, a kick plate 12, and a bottom cover 13.
[0051] The machine body 11 may be in a rectangular shape. A washing cavity (not shown) having an opening may be defined on the machine body 11. The machine body 11 may be made of a metal material, such that the machine body 11 itself may have high strength and be more durable. In addition, the metal material may good thermal conductivity and heat transfer performance., such that the machine body 11 may have a better effect during heat exchange and condensation drying processes. Of course, in some embodiments, the machine body 11 may also be made of a plastic material, such that the machine body 11 may have advantage of light weight, which is not limited herein.
[0052] The door body 16 may be in a rectangular shape to match a cross-sectional shape of the washing cavity of the machine body 11, such that the washing cavity may be opened or closed under the rotation of the door body 16. The door body 16 may be made of a glass material, such as a tempered glass material with good strength. In this way, the door body 16 may have excellent resistance to impact and pressure. In addition, at the same time, the user may directly observe a situation in the washing cavity from the outside through the door body 16, thereby improving the user's experience. Of course, in some embodiments, the door body 16 may also be made of a metal material, such that the door body 16 itself may have good strength, which is not limited herein.
[0053] The kick plate 12 may be strip-shaped, and may have an up-down direction, a front-rear direction, and a left-right direction. Each pair of the up-down direction, the front-rear direction, and the left-right direction may be arranged at an angle. A main structure of the kick plate 12 may be made of a plastic material, such as a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, which may have advantage of easy cleaning, moisture resistance, etc. Of course, in some embodiments, the main structure of the kick plate 12 may also be made of a metal material, such as an aluminum alloy material, which is not limited herein. The kick plate 12 may be connected to a lower part of a front side of the machine body 11. The liquid storage structure 30 may be connected to an outer side of the kick plate 12 facing away from the machine body 11.
[0054] The bottom cover 13 may be configured as a rectangular plate. The bottom cover 13 may be connected to a bottom of the machine body 11 to cooperatively define an accommodating cavity 10A. In some embodiments, a connection way between the bottom cover 13 and the bottom of the machine body 11 may include, but is not limited to, a snap connection, a threaded connection, a magnetic attraction connection, and the like, which is not limited herein. In this way, during a subsequent maintenance process, a maintenance personnel may disassemble the bottom cover 13 to inspect and repair the communication structure 40 located in the accommodating cavity 10A. Moreover, the accommodating cavity 10A may be disposed at the bottom of the machine body 11, such that both the liquid storage structure 30 and the communication structure 40 may be disposed at the bottom of the machine body 11, thereby shortening a distance between the liquid storage structure 30 and the communication structure 40. In this way, it may be possible to enable the detergent in the liquid storage structure 30 to enter into the communication structure 40 more easily, such that a length of the communication structure 40 may be reduced, thereby further reducing the possibility of the detergent retained in the communication structure 40.
[0055] In some embodiments, the main body 10 may further include a spray assembly 14, and the spray assembly 14 may be connected to a surface of the machine body 11 facing the bottom cover 13. The spray assembly 14 may include a first liquid inlet connector (not shown) and a spray port (not shown). The spray port may extend into the washing cavity. The third port 412 of the communication structure 40 may be mated / engaged with the first liquid inlet connector of the spray assembly 14. In some embodiments, the third port 412 may be mated with the first liquid inlet connector in a plug-in connection or sleeving connection. In this way, the detergent after being mixed in the communication structure 40 may enter the first liquid inlet connector from the third port 412, and then may spray and clean the tableware in the washing cavity through the spray port. Therefore, the detergent and the clean water from the water supply structure 20 may be mixed in the communication structure 40, and may be further mixed evenly in the spray assembly 14, so as to further realize the control of the concentration of the detergent, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the tableware. In addition, the spray assembly 14 may further include a second liquid inlet connector (not shown). The second liquid inlet connector may be connected to the water supply structure 20. In this way, when it is necessary to use the clean water to perform secondary cleaning on the tableware in the washing cavity, the clean water may be directly supplied from the water supply structure 20 and enter into the spray assembly 14 through the second liquid inlet connector without passing through the communication structure 40 again. It may be possible to ensure the cleaning effect of the secondary cleaning of the tableware in the washing cavity and reduce the residue of detergent. It may be understood that in some embodiments, the spray assembly 14 may spray water flow to the tableware in the washing cavity through the spray port. The water flow may be sprayed from top to bottom, from bottom to top, or in multiple directions at the same time in the washing cavity, as long as the above spray cleaning function is realized. Therefore, a specific structure of the spray assembly 14 is not limited herein.
[0056] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 6, in some embodiments, the communication structure 40 may include a first connecting pipe 41 and a second connecting pipe 42. An end of the second connecting pipe 42 may pass through a pipe wall of the first connecting pipe 41 and may be in communication with an interior of the first connecting pipe 41. Two opposite ends of the first connecting pipe 41 may be configured as the first port 411 and the third port 412 respectively. An end of the second connecting pipe 42 facing away from the first connecting pipe 41 may be configured as the second port 421. The first connecting pipe 41 and the second connecting pipe 42 may be arranged at an angle, such as in an inverted Y-shaped arrangement, for example, the first connecting pipe 41 and the second connecting pipe 42 may be arranged in a herringbone-type arrangement, such that the detergent may flow into the first connecting pipe 41 along the guide of the second connecting pipe 42. In this way, the detergent flowing out from the second connecting pipe 42 may flow along a water flow direction of the first connecting pipe 41, such that it may be possible to enable the detergent to be rushed into the washing cavity more easily, and it is not necessary to provide an additional space for mixing the detergent and the clean water. Therefore, it may be possible to simplify a structure of the communication structure 40, so as to facilitate production, manufacturing, and mounting, thereby reducing space occupied by a mounting cavity, and further realizing the miniaturization of the dishwasher 100.
[0057] In some embodiments, a connecting position may be located between the second connecting pipe 42 and the first connecting pipe 41. A distance between the connecting position and the first port 411 may be less than a distance between the connecting position and the third port 412. In this way, it may be possible to allow the clean water from the water supply structure 20 to enter the communication structure 40 at a position close to the first port 411, such that when a position where the detergent is retained is close to the first port 411 (i.e., a position close to the liquid storage structure 30), the detergent may also be washed away by the clean water from the water supply structure 20. Therefore, it may be possible to increase a length that the clean water from the water supply structure 20 passes through in the first connecting pipe 41, so as to further improve the effect of flushing the detergent retained inside the communication structure 40.
[0058] In some embodiments, the second port 421 in the accommodating cavity 10A may be higher than the connecting position between the second connecting pipe 42 and the first connecting pipe 41 in the accommodating cavity 10 in a height direction thereof. In this way, regardless of whether the communication structure 40 is placed horizontally or vertically in the mounting cavity, the clean water entering from the first port 411 of the second connecting pipe 42 may fall into the first connecting pipe 41 under an action of gravity, such that it may be possible to increase an impact force of the clean water, thereby further reducing the possibility of the detergent retained on the pipe wall of the first connecting pipe 41, and improving the cleaning effect.
[0059] In some embodiments, the first connecting pipe 41 and the second connecting pipe 42 may be integrated together. The first connecting pipe 41 and the second connecting pipe 42 may be integrated together, such that it may be possible to reduce the number of components in the communication structure 40, thereby simplifying an overall structure of the communication structure 40, and improving strength of the overall structure.
[0060] In some embodiments, each of the first connecting pipe 41 and the second connecting pipe 42 may be configured as an arc-shaped pipe. Each of the first connecting pipe 41 and the second connecting pipe 42 may be a C-shaped pipe, such that it may be possible to adapt to special mounting environments. In addition, the arc-shaped first connecting pipe 41 may extend a path length of the clean water and the detergent passing through the first connecting pipe 41, so as to increase mixing time of the clean water and the detergent, thereby improving the cleaning effect. For the arc-shaped second connecting pipe 42, when the second port 421 in the accommodating cavity 10A is higher than the connecting position between the second connecting pipe 42 and the first connecting pipe 41 in the accommodating cavity 10 in a height direction thereof, the second connecting pipe 42 may more easily guide the clean water into the first connecting pipe 41, thereby reducing the detergent residue and improving the cleaning effect.
[0061] In some embodiments, each of the first connecting pipe 41 and the second connecting pipe 42 may be a telescopic pipe. In this way, it may be possible to allow a length of the first connecting pipe 41 and a length of the second connecting pipe 42 to be adjusted, such that the first connecting pipe 41 and the second connecting pipe 42 may be adapted to various mounting environments.
[0062] In some embodiments, each of the first connecting pipe 41 and the second connecting pipe 42 may be a hose. In this way, it may be possible to enable the first connecting pipe 41 and the second connecting pipe 42 to be easy to bend and deform, such that the first connecting pipe 41 and the second connecting pipe 42 may also be adapted to various mounting environments.
[0063] In some embodiments, the main body 10 may further include a water inlet valve (not shown). The water inlet valve may be connected to a cavity wall of the machine body 11 in the accommodating cavity 10A, and may be located between the second port 421 and the water supply structure 20. By setting the water inlet valve, the water entering the water supply structure 20 may be controlled by the water inlet valve, so as to control water intake during each washing. In some embodiments, the main body 10 may further include a breathing apparatus (not shown). The breathing apparatus may be connected to the cavity wall of the machine body 11 in the accommodating cavity 10A, and may be located between the second port 421 and the water supply structure 20. The breathing apparatus may be configured to remove a bubble in the water in the water supply structure 20, so as to prevent / reduce excessive gas pressure during washing, thereby protecting a pipe and a component in the dishwasher 100 from damage. In some embodiments, the main body 10 may further include a water softener (not shown). The water softener may be connected to the cavity wall of the machine body 11 in the accommodating cavity 10A, and may be located between the second port 421 and the water supply structure 20. The water softener may be configured to soften the water in the water supply structure 20 to provide / output soft water. The soft water may be referred to water including less than 50mg / L of calcium and magnesium salts. When the soft water is configured to wash, washing effect may be improved and the detergent may be saved, thereby achieving a better washing effect. It should be noted that when the main body 10 may further include one of the water inlet valve, the breathing apparatus, and the water softener, the main body 10 may be directly plugged or sleeved with the second port 421, or fixed by means of a clamp or other structures.
