[0004] The present invention is related to a handling system for side sliding shields , having a lower trolley guide , used for the movement of a shield or a mosquito net installed in a door or window compartment .
[0005] Several types of shields or mosquito nets are known, preferably in the case of lateral sliding, where such shields have a floor guide , a bin fixed laterally to the compartment to be shielded and in which a screening panel or a mosquito net is collected, an upper hori zontal guide , in which the edges of the shield are housed in such a way so as to prevent transversal movements of the shield itsel f , and a handle bar for movement .
[0006] The patent literature , in addition, discloses some handling systems for shields .
[0007] For example , the patent application EP2085562A2 describes a mosquito-net with rollaway net-guiding chain for net with hori zontal sliding, made up of a vertical roller shutter box containing a roller, lateral compared to a hori zontal and fixed upper guide , said net j oined with a first end to the roller , a hori zontal and fixed upper guide , a vertical handlebar to which the second end of the net is j oined, with the upper end fixed to the fixed guide and mobile longitudinally, and a net-guiding chain with containing seat of the lower border of the net .

A line member arrangement is attached to the front of the screen member and part of the line member winds about a tapered drum which is positioned on top of rod and which rotates with rotation of the rod . The arrangement allows the screen member to be tensioned and also to be balanced as it is pulled across the opening .
[0009] However, the known handling systems for shields , and in particular for side sliding mosquito nets having a lower tank, suf fer the limitation induced by the lability of the handle bar, i . e . the poor stability of the sliding profile .
[0010] The lability of the handle bar is highlighted by the di f ficulty in moving the sliding profile . In fact , by applying the force required for movement in the exact center of the sliding profile , the latter translates perfectly . However, by applying the force in correspondence with a point other than the center, the profile tends to rotate slightly and tilt , making its movement less easy . Furthermore , in known handling systems it is always necessary to constrain the lower tank at each movement of the sliding profile .
[0011] In the technical filed of handling systems for side sliding shields , is common the use of a reinforced wire connecting the lower tank to a fixed point on the bin or on the closing point of the mosquito net .
[0012] With such an approach, the sliding of the handle bar is fluid at least in one direction, but not in the opposite direction due to the flexibility of the wire . These known systems also present a limitation concerning the wear of the wire which tends to break after several cycles of use .
[0013] A further limitation of the known systems arises from the wires not being perfectly balanced, so that by moving the handle bar the same wires flex and come out of the upper guide , becoming visible to the user and creating an aesthetic issue .
[0014] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a handling system for side sliding shields which allows to achieve an optimi zed movement of the handle bar and its balance , regardless of the point of application of the force , having therefore characteristics so as to overcome the limitations that still af fect the known handling systems for shields . According to the present invention, a handling system for side sliding screens is provided, as defined in claim 1 .

[0022] The same handling system is able to be applied similarly to vertical sliding screens , with the necessary adaptations to guides , bin and handle bar, so that the system is set up for a vertical handling .
[0023] In particular, figure 1 shows a handling system 100 applied to a side sliding shield, with such a shield comprising : a side bin 102 , arranged laterally and vertically, to which a net of shield 101 is fixed; a vertical closing profile fixed to the vertical wall of the frame or window, to which the shield is applied and which serves to anchor the net 101 during its extraction from the side bin 102 ; a lower mobile trolley 105, or tank 105 , formed by a plurality of linked meshes to which a second lower portion of the net 101 , opposite to the first portion, is fixed;

[0031] In particular, the handling system 100 comprises a motion transmission means which includes the wire 141 and the first chain 121 , linked together to form a single transmission cable , so as to connect a fixed point , corresponding to a lower chain block 141b, on the last mesh 109 of the tank 105 to the side bin 102 , in particular to an upper portion of the side bin 102 ( fig . 5 . A) . The upper link 120 , or upper gear 120 , and the lower link 140 define the path of the first chain 121 and of the wire 141 between the fixed point on the side bin 102 and the tank 105 .
[0032] The upper gear 120 is housed at an upper point of the sliding profile 108 , or handle bar 108 , and consists of a two-seat gear wheel 123 , in which the first chain 121 and the second chain 122 slide simultaneously and in opposite directions .
[0033] The path of the first chain 121 is visible in figure 1 , where it can be seen how the chain itsel f is constrained in the upper portion to the side bin 102 , follows hori zontally up to the upper gear 120 in correspondence with the upper portion of the handle bar 108 and after a vertical stretch connects at one of its ends with the wire 141 . The wire 141 continues vertically up to the lower link 140 , and in particular until it goes around a bearing 141a and returns vertically in the intermediate portion to a fixed point 141b of constraint between the wire 141 and the tank 105 .

When a force suf ficient to make the handle bar 108 slide is applied to the same handle bar, the first and second chains 121 , 122 are set in motion by rotating the two-seat gear wheel 123 . According to one aspect of the invention, the first chain 121 and the second chain 122 are formed by a constant pitch succession of spherical elements having the same diameter, in order to mesh into suitable housings formed in the two-seat gear wheel 123 .

Claims
CLAIMS1. Handling system (100) for shields comprising a net (101) and a side bin (102) to which said net (101) is fixed, wherein said handling system (100) comprises:- a closing profile for locking the net (101) during its extraction from the side bin (102) ; a mobile trolley, or tank, (105) formed by a plurality of linked meshes to which a second portion of the net (101) is fixed;- a handle bar (108) fixed to the free end of said net (101) and parallel to the side bin (102) ;- a lower link (140) located at a second end of the handle bar (108) ; characterized in comprising: an upper gear (120) positioned at a first end of the handle bar (108) and comprising a two-seat gear wheel (123) ; a first chain (121) and a second chain (122) each slidably and oppositely movable in the two-seat gear wheel (123) , and a wire (141) connected to the lower link (140) and fixed at one end to the first chain (121) ; an intermediate coupling system (130) of the wire (141) and of the second chain (122) to the tank (105) .

Handling system (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that said two-seat gear wheel (123) comprises a plurality of housings and in that said first and second chains (121, 122) consist of a succession of spherical elements, with constant pitch and equal diameter to each other, suitable to engage in the housings of the two-seat gear wheel (123) to rotate it when the handle bar ( 108 ) is slid.

Handling system (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that said two-seat gear wheel (123) consists of two concentric circular elements fixed to a central rotation axis, said circular elements comprising, near their perimeter, a plurality of housings or holes in which the first and second chains (121, 122) engage during movement .

Handling system (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that said two-seat gear wheel (123) is constituted by a plurality of circular elements having a single central axis of rotation, between which a first seat for the first chain (121) and a second seat for the second chain (122) is defined, each seat comprising a plurality of housings constituted by concavities, adapted to allow the gearing of the corresponding chain (121, 122) .
5. Handling system (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the intermediate coupling system (130) comprises an upper chain block (130a) and a lower chain block (141b) .
6. Handling system (100) according to claim 5, characterized in that the upper chain block (130a) consists of a recess obtained in a last mesh (109) of the tank (105) , to which one end of the second chain (122) is fixed.
7. Handling system (100) according to claim 5, characterized in that the upper chain block (130a) consists of a fixing screw applied to a last mesh (109) of the suitably perforated tank (105) , adapted to constrain the second chain (122) .
8. Handling system (100) according to claim 5, characterized in that the lower chain block (141b) consists of a fixing screw applied to a suitably perforated tank mesh (105) adapted to constrain the wire (141) .
9. Handling system (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that said lower link (140) comprises a bearing (141a) in which the wire (141) slides, a lowerrunner (142) constituting a lower end part of the handle bar (108) slidably housing the mobile carriage (105) therein .
10. Sliding shield comprising a handling system (100) according to one of the preceding claims.
