Abstract
Description
Technical field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to packaging intended for the packaging of adhesive strips for cosmetic use. Technical background
[0002] It is known to use adhesive strips, also called "patches," usually made of silicone, to cosmetically treat facial wrinkles by applying them to the skin. These adhesive strips help to tighten the skin locally.
[0003] These adhesive strips come in different shapes, depending on the wrinkles they are designed to correct. Some strips have a bean-like profile, while others are shaped like lips.
[0004] Existing adhesive tape packaging is not always practical. For example, if the package contains several different types of adhesive tape, the user has to search for and sort the tapes inside the package when they want to use them. Providing separate packaging for the different types of adhesive tape increases handling during packaging and negatively impacts the product's environmental footprint.
[0005] There is a need for improved packaging that is simple to manufacture and convenient for the user. Summary of the invention
[0006] The invention proposes packaging configured to receive at least one kit of adhesive strips for cosmetic use, the packaging comprising: a container intended to hold at least one kit of adhesive strips, the container having a recess and a main opening, a lid which is linked to an edge of the container by means of a hinge element so as to be able to pivot between a closed state in which the lid blocks the main opening and at least one open state which allows access to the main opening to enable a user to grasp the adhesive strips, in which the recess is delimited by a transverse bottom wall and by a peripheral axial wall, and in which the recess includes a pillar which is arranged at a distance from the peripheral axial wall so that, in the closed state, an internal face of the cover rests on the pillar.
[0007] The invention can be defined by the following characteristics, taken individually or in combination: The transverse bottom wall is transverse to an axial direction defined by the opening, and / or the transverse bottom wall is parallel to a plane containing the opening, and / or the transverse bottom wall is parallel to a plane containing an upper end or upper edge of the peripheral axial wall, and / or the transverse bottom wall is parallel to a plane containing a transverse peripheral rim surrounding the main opening; the axial dimension of the pillar is equal to the axial thickness of the peripheral axial wall; the pillar has at least one notch capable of transversely retaining an adhesive strip; the axial wall of the pillar has retention means for retaining adhesive strips housed in the recess; the axial wall of the pillar has positioning or locating means for retaining adhesive strips housed in the recess; The axial wall of the pillar has at least one notch, preferably two notches, for example symmetrical, for example distributed on either side of an axial plane of symmetry of the container, so as to be able to retain transversely two adhesive strips arranged symmetrically with respect to the axial plane of symmetry; said at least one notch is provided to be a counter-form of a portion of an adhesive strip; the axial wall of the pillar has a convex face suitable for retaining transversely an adhesive strip having a notch in profile complementary to the convex face; the pillar has a flat intermediate axial bearing surface at its top; the pillar is free of a connecting wall with the peripheral axial wall, and / or the pillar is isolated from the peripheral axial wall; The transverse bottom wall includes at least one rib designed to position or retain transversely at least one adhesive strip; preferably, the transverse bottom wall includes at least two ribs designed to position or retain transversely at least two adhesive strips; the two ribs are preferably symmetrical, for example distributed on either side of an axial plane of symmetry of the container; the peripheral axial wall of the recess comprises several sections of distinct profiles in a transverse plane, each section of the peripheral axial wall having a profile complementary to a portion of the adhesive strip.
[0008] The invention also proposes a cosmetic treatment device comprising: packaging according to any of the preceding characteristics, at least one kit of adhesive strips for cosmetic use positioned in the recess.
[0009] According to other characteristics of the cosmetic treatment device: The adhesive strip kit includes at least one adhesive strip, preferably two first adhesive strips intended for smile lines, the profile of each first adhesive strip having the shape of a bean with a rounded end arranged opposite an associated notch of the abutment, the first two adhesive strips being arranged symmetrically with respect to the axial plane of symmetry so as to be held transversely on one side by an associated section of the peripheral axial wall and on the other by the abutment; the adhesive strip kit includes at least one second adhesive strip intended for lip lines, the profile of the second adhesive strip having a notch whose profile is complementary to the convex face of the abutment, the second adhesive strip being arranged in the recess so as to be held transversely on one side by an associated section of the peripheral axial wall and on the other by the abutment. Detailed description of the invention
[0011] In the description that follows, identical, similar or analogous elements will be designated by the same reference numbers.
[0012] On the figures 1 to 4 We have shown an example of the realization of a package 10 configured to receive at least one kit 12 of adhesive strips 14, 16, for cosmetic use.
[0013] THE figures 1 and 2 represent the package 10 in its opened state when empty. The figure 3 represents the package 10 in the opened state when it contains a kit 12 of adhesive strips 14, 16.
[0014] There figure 4 represents package 10 in the closed state.
[0015] Kit 12 contains two adhesive strips 14 designed for smile lines, meaning they are intended to be positioned preferably on either side of the user's mouth. Each adhesive strip 14 has a kidney-shaped profile.
[0016] Kit 12 contains two second adhesive strips 16 designed for mouth wrinkles, meaning they are intended to be positioned preferably above and below the user's mouth. Each second adhesive strip 16 has a profile that is generally lip-shaped. The two second adhesive strips 16 form a mouth-shaped profile when placed side-by-side in the packaging 10.
[0017] The package 10 is now described in its open state as shown on the figure 1 .
[0018] The package 10 includes a container 18 intended to hold at least one kit 12 of adhesive strips 14, 16 placed in a recess 20. The container 18 has a main opening 22 intended to be closed by a pivoting lid 24.
[0019] In the following description, we will use, without limitation, a principal axial direction A1 which here extends vertically and perpendicularly to the plane of the main opening 22, that is to say from bottom to top considering the figures 1 to 4 Elements will be described as transverse when they are contained in a plane perpendicular to the main axial direction A1.
[0020] The lid 24 is linked to a transverse edge 26 of the container 18 by means of a hinge element 28 so that it can pivot between a closed state, illustrated by the figure 4, wherein the cover 24 closes the main opening 22, and at least one open state which allows access to the main opening 22 to allow a user to grasp the adhesive strips 14, 16. The pivot axis A2 of the cover is here transverse and extends along the transverse edge 26.
[0021] Advantageously, the container 18 and the lid 24 are made in one piece by molding from plastic material. The hinge element 28 is formed here from a film of material obtained during molding, the film of material having a thickness and stiffness much less than the thickness of the material used for the walls of the container 18 and the lid 24, to facilitate bending at the hinge element 28.
[0022] On the figure 1 , the container 18 and the lid 20 are represented globally in the same transverse plane, for example as they come out of their manufacturing mold.
[0023] In the example shown, the container 18 has an overall capital D profile in a transverse plane, and the hinge element 28 extends along the straight edge of the capital D. Additionally, the lid 24 also has a capital D profile and completely covers the upper surface of the container 18 when closed.
[0024] The lid 24 is here flat in shape and designed to rest, by its inner face 29, on a transverse peripheral rim 30 surrounding the main opening 22.
[0025] The recess 20 is delimited by a transverse bottom wall 32 and by a peripheral axial wall 34.
[0026] It is noted that the packaging 10 is designed to have a relatively reduced axial thickness in proportion to its transverse dimension, since it is designed to contain adhesive strips 14, 16 forming relatively thin sheets of material.
[0027] Advantageously, the recess 20 includes a pillar 36, or block, which is arranged at a distance from the peripheral axial wall 34.
[0028] The pillar 36 is shaped and positioned to be able to retain the adhesive strips 14, 16 transversely inside the recess 20. The adhesive strips 14, 16 can thus be placed in the recess 20 and be retained, each on one side by the peripheral axial wall 34 and on the other by a portion of the surface of the pillar 36.
[0029] In addition, the pillar 36 is designed to provide an intermediate axial bearing surface 38 on which the lid 24 can rest, near the central area of the recess 20, in order to prevent the lid 24 from resting directly on the adhesive strips 14, 16 contained in the container 18. This intermediate axial bearing surface 38 is here flat and contained in a transverse plane.
[0030] According to the example shown, the axial dimension of the pillar 36 is equal to the axial thickness of the peripheral axial wall 34.
[0031] Advantageously, the axial wall of the pillar 36 has two symmetrical notches 40, distributed on either side of an axial plane of symmetry S1 of the container 18. This axial plane of symmetry S1 corresponds to the plane of symmetry of the capital D shape. As illustrated by the figure 3 where the adhesive strips 14, 16 are present, each notch 40 here has a curved transverse profile which is complementary to the adjacent curved profile belonging to the first associated adhesive strip 14.
[0032] The axial wall of the pillar 36 also has a curved face 42 suitable for transversely retaining the second adjacent adhesive strip 16 which is here provided with a notch 44 of complementary profile to the curved face 42.
[0033] Advantageously, the peripheral axial wall 34 of the recess 20 comprises several sections 46, 48, 50 of distinct profiles, in a transverse plane.
[0034] A first section 46 is shaped according to a portion of the first adjacent adhesive strip 14, in opposition to the associated notch 40, so that said first adhesive strip 14 is retained transversely between the first section 46 and the associated notch 40.
[0035] A second section 48 is formed symmetrically to the first section 46, with respect to the plane of symmetry S1, to be opposite the other notch 40 of the pillar 36.
[0036] The first adhesive strips 14 can thus be arranged symmetrically in the recess 20, on either side of the plane of symmetry S1. It is noted that the first two adhesive strips 14 of the kit 12 are here distinct and of symmetrical shapes when placed in the container 18.
[0037] A third section 50 is shaped along a portion of the second adjacent adhesive strip 16, opposite the curved face 42, so that the second adhesive strips 16 are held transversely between the third section 50 and the curved face 42.
[0038] The set consisting of the packaging 10 and the kit 12 of adhesive strips 14, 16 thus forms a cosmetic treatment device.
[0039] The packaging 10 according to the invention is easy to manufacture by molding.
[0040] Depending on the axial depth of the recess 20, the packaging 10 allows for the storage of several kits 12 stacked on top of each other, while allowing easy handling by the user.
[0041] Packaging 10 is particularly compact and limits the use of material, thus promoting its ecological footprint, while offering optimal protection to the adhesive strips 14, 16.
[0042] On the figure 5An example of a variant embodiment of packaging 10 configured to receive at least one kit 12 of adhesive strips 14, 16, for cosmetic use, has been shown. figure 5 Figure 10 represents the open packaging when empty. The lid 24 does not cover the opening and leaves the bottom wall 32 accessible.
[0043] Compared to the variant implementation of the figures 1 to 4 , the variant implementation of the figure 5 differs in that the bottom wall 32 includes ribs provided to indicate a location and / or to be able to position or retain transversely the adhesive strips of kit 12 of adhesive strips 14, 16, for cosmetic use.
[0044] In this particular example, the bottom wall 32 comprises two ribs 321 and one rib 322. The two ribs 321 are symmetrical and distributed on either side of an axial plane of symmetry of the container. The two ribs 321 are intended to indicate a location or to allow for the transverse positioning or retention of the adhesive strips from the kit 12 of adhesive strips 14, 16, for cosmetic use.
[0045] Rib 322 is contained in the axial plane of symmetry of the container and can indicate a location or can position or retain transversely the adhesive strips of kit 12, in particular, the adhesive strips 14 for cosmetic use. LEGEND
