[0024] It is found that in some existing seats, a color change prompt mechanism is provided on a support leg to remind a user whether the seat is in a supporting or non-supporting state. However, the color change prompt mechanism is usually located near the bottom of the support leg, making it inconvenient for an occupant to observe the state of the seat. To at least solve the technical problem, embodiments of the present invention provide a support leg applied to a seat.
[0025] Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, a support leg provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes an outer tube 1, an inner tube 2, an adjustment plug 3, and an upper cover 4. The inner tube 2 is slidably connected to the outer tube 1. A bottom of the inner tube 2 is configured to be supported by a fixed base. The adjustment plug 3 includes a body 31 and a push rod 32 connected to the body 31. The body 31 is fixedly connected to the inner tube 2. The body 31 is movably connected to the outer tube 1. The body 31 has a tendency to move downward relative to the outer tube 1. An end of the push rod 32 away from the body 31 extends upward in a vertical direction. The upper cover 4 is arranged on a top of the outer tube 1. A sliding block 41 is arranged in the upper cover 4. The sliding block 41 has a tendency to move toward the push rod 32 in a horizontal direction. A first indication mark and a second indication mark are arranged on the sliding block 41. A display window 42 configured to expose the first indication mark or the second indication mark is provided on the upper cover 4.
[0026] When the support leg is in a supporting state, the inner tube 2 pushes the body 31 and the push rod 32 to move upward, and the push rod 32 pushes the sliding block 41 to move until the first indication mark is exposed through the display window 42. When the support leg is in a non-supporting state, the body 31 and the push rod 32 move downward relative to the outer tube 1, and the sliding block 41 moves toward the push rod 32 until the second indication mark is exposed through the display window 42.
[0027] It should be noted that the fixed base may be ground, a chassis of a vehicle, or other fixed objects; a first end of the push rod 32 is connected to the body 31, and a second end of the push rod 32 extends upward and toward the sliding block 41; and the first indication mark and the second indication mark are arranged on a top of the sliding block 41, the first indication mark is configured to indicate that the support leg is in the supporting state, and the second indication mark is configured to indicate that the support leg is in the non-supporting state.
[0028] The body 31 of the adjustment plug 3 is fixedly connected to the inner tube 2 and is movably connected to the outer tube 1, the sliding block 41 provided with the first indication mark and the second indication mark is arranged in the upper cover 4, and the upper cover 4 is arranged on the top of the outer tube 1. When the support leg is in the supporting state, the inner tube 2 drives the body 31 and the push rod 32 to move upward, and the push rod 32 moves upward and pushes the sliding block 41 to move until the first indication mark is exposed through the display window 42. When the support leg is in the non-supporting state, the body 31 drives the push rod 32 to move downward relative to the outer tube 1, and the sliding block 41 moves toward the push rod 32 until the second indication mark is exposed through the display window 42. As such, either the first indication mark or the second indication mark is exposed through the display window 42 on the upper cover 4, making it convenient for an occupant to observe the state of the seat.
[0029] A first elastic member 43 is arranged in the upper cover 4. The first elastic member 43 is connected to the sliding block 41 and is configured to cause the sliding block 41 to have a tendency to move toward the push rod 32.
[0030] In this embodiment, the first elastic member 43 is a spring arranged in the horizontal direction, a first end of the spring is connected to an inner wall of the upper cover 4, and a second end of the spring is connected to the sliding block 41, causing the sliding block 41 to have a tendency to move toward the push rod 32 in the horizontal direction.
[0031] Further, an inclined surface 411 is provided at an end of the sliding block 41 adjacent to the push rod 32, and the push rod 32 is configured to push, through the inclined surface 411, the sliding block 41 to move until the first indication mark is exposed through the display window 42.
[0032] When the support leg is in the supporting state, the inner tube 2 drives the body 31 and the push rod 32 to move upward, and the push rod 32 moves upward and pushes the inclined surface 411 of the sliding block 41, causing the sliding block 41 to move until the first indication mark is exposed through the display window 42. When the support leg is in the non-supporting state, the body 31 drives the push rod 32 to move downward relative to the outer tube 1, and the push rod 32 gradually moves away from the inclined surface 411 of the sliding block 41, and the sliding block 41 moves toward the push rod 32 under the action of the first elastic member 43 until the second indication mark is exposed through the display window 42.
[0033] In this embodiment, the first indication mark is a green mark and the second indication mark is a red mark.
[0034] When the green mark is displayed at the display window 42, it indicates that the support leg is in the supporting state. When the red marker is displayed at the display window 42, it indicates that the support leg is in the non-supporting state.
[0035] Definitely, it may be understood that in some other embodiments, the first indication mark and the second indication mark may not be color marks, and may be shape marks or text marks as long as it can be distinguished whether the support leg is in the supporting state or the non-supporting state.
[0036] The adjustment plug 3 further includes a connecting portion 33. The connecting portion 33 is arranged above the body 31. The connecting portion 33 is fixedly connected to the outer tube 1. The body 31 is movably connected to the connecting portion 33. When a force is applied to the body 31, the body 31 moves upward relative to the connecting portion 33.
[0037] It should be noted that the body 31 can move relative to the connecting portion 33 in the vertical direction, and when the inner tube 2 pushes the body 31 and the push rod 32 to move upward, the body 31 moves upward relative to the connecting portion 33, and the connecting portion 33 limits the body 31 in the horizontal direction to ensure the stability of the vertical movement of the body 31.
[0038] The support leg further includes a protective member 5 connected to the connecting portion 33. The protective member 5 is provided with a positioning block 51. The outer tube 1 is provided with a positioning hole 11 configured to engage with the positioning block 51. The connecting portion 33 is fixedly connected to the outer tube 1 by an engagement of the positioning block 51 with the positioning hole 11.
[0039] In this embodiment, the positioning block 51 protrudes from the protective member 5 toward the outer tube 1, and the connecting portion 33 and the protective member 5 are connected by a fastener 9. The fastener 9 may be a bolt or a screw. When the positioning block 51 is inserted into the positioning hole 11, the positioning block 51 is engaged with the positioning hole 11. The connecting portion 33 is fixed relative to the outer tube 1 when the positioning block 51 is engaged with the positioning hole 11.
[0040] A second elastic member 52 is arranged between the protective member 5 and the body 31. The second elastic member 52 is configured to cause the body 31 to have a tendency to move downward relative to the outer tube 1.
[0041] The second elastic member 52 is a spring arranged in the vertical direction, a first end of the spring is connected to the positioning block 51, and a second end of the spring is connected to the body 31, causing the body 31 to have a tendency to move downward relative to the outer tube 1.
[0042] In addition, the support leg further includes a button 6, a gear member 7, and a third elastic member 8. The button 6 is hingedly connected to the body 31. The gear member 7 is connected to a bottom of the button 6. A plurality of engagement holes 21 are provided on the inner tube 2 along a length direction of the inner tube 2. The gear member 7 is configured to engage with one of the plurality of engagement holes 21. The third elastic member 8 is connected to a top of the button 6 and is configured to cause the button 6 to have a tendency to move away from the body 31.
[0043] It should be noted that the button 6 is hingedly connected to the body 31 at a position adjacent to a middle part of the button 6, the gear member 7 is connected to the bottom of the button 6, the third elastic member 8 is a spring, a first end of the third elastic member 8 is connected to the top of the button 6, a groove 34 is provided on a surface of the body 31 facing the button 6, and a second end of the third elastic member 8 presses against the groove 34.
[0044] When a gear position of the inner tube 2 needs to be adjusted, the top of the button 6 is pressed toward the body 31, causing the button 6 to rotate, so that the gear member 7 can disengage from the engagement hole 21 engaged therewith. At this moment, the inner tube 2 is slid relative to the outer tube 1. When another engagement hole 21 is opposite to the gear member 7, the button 6 is released, and the button 6 rotates reversely under the action of the third elastic member 8 and drives the gear member 7 to engage with the another engagement hole 21. As such, the adjustment of the gear position is completed.
[0045] The gear member 7 includes an engagement end 71. The outer tube 1 is provided with a notch 12 for the engagement end 71 to pass through. The body 31 is provided with a through hole 311 for the engagement end 71 to pass through. A height of the notch 12 in a length direction of the outer tube 1 is greater than a thickness of the engagement end 71 in the length direction of the outer tube 1.
[0046] The notch 12 is provided at a bottom of the outer tube 1. The engagement end 71 extends through the through hole 311 and the notch 12 toward the inner tube 2, and is then engaged in the engagement hole 21. Because the height of the notch 12 in the length direction of the outer tube 1 is greater than the thickness of the engagement end 71 in the length direction of the outer tube 1, a difference between the height of the notch 12 in the length direction of the outer tube 1 and the thickness of the engagement end 71 in the length direction of the outer tube 1 is a space allowance for a vertical movement of the inner tube 2 relative to the outer tube 1. The vertical movement of the body 31 relative to the outer tube 1 is achieved by a movement of the engagement end 71 in the notch 12 when a force is applied to the engagement end 71.
[0047] An embodiment of the present invention further provides a seat including the support leg. Technical effects of the seat are substantially the same as those of the support leg, so the details will not be repeatedly described herein.
[0048] Based on the above, the embodiments of the present invention provide a support leg and a seat including the same. Through the fixed connection of the body 31 of the adjustment plug 3 to the inner tube 2 by the gear member 7, the arrangement of the protective member 5 fixedly connected to the outer tube 1, and the arrangement of the second elastic member 52 connected between the protective member 5 and the body 31, the body 31 can move relative to the outer tube 1 in the vertical direction. In addition, the sliding block 41 provided with the first indication mark and the second indication mark is arranged in the upper cover 4, and the upper cover 4 is arranged on the top of the outer tube 1. When the support leg is in the supporting state, the inner tube 2 drives the body 31 and the push rod 32 to move upward, and the push rod 32 moves upward and pushes the inclined surface 411 of the sliding block 41, causing the sliding block 41 to move until the first indication mark is exposed through the display window 42. As such, either the first indication mark or the second indication mark is exposed through the display window 42 on the upper cover 4, making it convenient for an occupant to observe the state of the seat.
[0049] The foregoing descriptions are merely specific implementations of the present invention, but are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention. Any variation or replacement readily figured out by a person skilled in the art within the technical scope disclosed in the present invention shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
