Abstract

Device for immersing at least one turbomachine part (100) in a chemical pickling bath, characterized in that it comprises: - a horizontal support (2) for said at least one turbomachine part (100), - a flotation system (3), integral with said support (2) and allowing said support (2) to float relative to the chemical pickling bath, said flotation system (3) being mounted in vertical guidance on a base (5) of the device (1), so as to allow vertical movement of the flotation system (3) relative to the base (5) in the event of variation in the height of the chemical pickling bath, and - a system (4) for adjusting the vertical position of said support (2) relative to the flotation system (3), so as to be able to adjust the vertical position of said at least one turbomachine part (100) relative to the chemical pickling bath.

Claims

CLAIMS 1. Device (1) for immersing at least one turbomachine part (100) in a chemical stripping bath (7), characterized in that it comprises: - a horizontal support (2) of said at least one turbomachine part (100), - a flotation system (3), integral with said support (2) and allowing said support (2) to float relative to the chemical stripping bath (7), said flotation system (3) being mounted in vertical guidance on a base (5) of the device (1), so as to allow vertical movement of the flotation system (3) relative to the base (5) in the event of variation in the height of the chemical stripping bath (7), and - a system (4) for adjusting the vertical position of said support (2) relative to the flotation system (3), so as to be able to adjust the vertical position of said at least one turbomachine part (100) relative to the chemical stripping bath (7).

2. Device (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the support (2) is longitudinally oriented and comprises at least one longitudinal row for guiding said at least one turbomachine part (100).

3. Device (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the flotation system (3) comprises a plurality of floats (3).

4. Device (1) according to claims 2 and 3, characterized in that the flotation system (3) comprises two floats (3) arranged transversely on each side of the support (2) and extending longitudinally.

Device (1) according to claim 4, characterized in that each float (3) comprises at each of its longitudinal ends a vertical through opening (3a), and in that the base (5) is provided with four vertical guide bars (5a) coming from a base (5b) of the base (5), each float (3) being crossed by two vertical guide bars (5a).

6. Device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the adjustment system (4) comprises vertical elements (4b) for guiding and fixing the support, said elements (4b) being arranged on the flotation system (3).

7. Device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the base (5) comprises a lower stop (5c) for the flotation system (3).

8. Use of a device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7 for immersing at least one turbomachine part (100) in a chemical stripping bath (7).

9. Method for immersing at least one turbomachine part (100) in a chemical stripping bath (7), characterized in that it uses a device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7.

10. Method according to claim 9, characterized in that it comprises a step of adjusting the vertical position of said support (2) relative to the flotation system (3), so that the height of the submerged part of said at least one turbomachine part (100) does not exceed a predetermined height (L).

11. Method according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that said at least one turbomachine part (100) is a turbine blade (100), the submerged part of said at least one blade (100) being a zone of the root (130) of said at least one blade (100).

12. Method according to claim 11, characterized in that said root area (130) of said at least one blade (100) comprises internal cavities which are covered with a protective coating.
