Title of the invention: Vehicle false floor TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The invention relates to a vehicle false floor device.
[0002] The invention relates mainly to a false floor device for improving the protection of a vehicle occupant during a collision, particularly at the level of the lower limbs.
[0003] The invention further relates to a vehicle comprising a false floor device according to the invention.
[0004] TECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0005] To improve driving safety on board a motor vehicle, it is known to provide restraint devices for the lower limbs of a driver in particular to prevent and translational movements of the heel and rotations.
[0006] Thus, floor covering assemblies or so-called false floor devices comprising both layers of acoustic materials and reinforcements with shapes suitable for providing heel retention means are known.
[0007] Document FR2986754 describes a vehicle floor covering assembly comprising an acoustic layer and a receiving element consisting of a polystyrene block or a deformable box inserted between the acoustic layer and the carpet, said receiving element being positioned under the occupant's foot.
[0008] Furthermore, in the case of a raised floor, the receiving element must be extended rearward to provide rigidity to the raised floor. Due to material costs, the polystyrene densities usually used to make these large blocks are insufficient to provide adequate reinforcement of the area under the foot and behind the heel. Therefore, it is necessary to add a reinforcing plate on top of the polystyrene. Manufacturing such a raised floor becomes complex and is said to be carried out in several stages.
[0009] Thus, the state of the art is not efficient enough to offer a false floor capable of ensuring rear restraint of the heel of an occupant, which is easy to manufacture and therefore inexpensive.
[0010] GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011] To this end, the invention proposes a vehicle false floor intended to rest on a vehicle floor structure, said false floor comprising - a first part comprising a first upper face in the foreground, - a second part comprising a second upper face extending in a plane inclined relative to the first upper face, the salient angle between the first face and the second face being obtuse, - A projecting section on the side of the first and second upper faces of the false floor, between the first and second sections, forming a heel support, the false floor comprising an acoustic layer, preferably made of foam-type material, extending at the level of the first, second parts and the heel support, and a reinforcement of expanded material in the acoustic layer and extending into the heel support and the first part,

2. False floor according to claim 1, wherein the first portion (81) is connected to the second portion (82) so as to constitute a continuous reinforcement.
3. False floor (100) according to claim 2, wherein the first portion (81) is disposed in the acoustic layer of the first part (3), the second portion (82) being disposed in the acoustic layer of the heel support (5).
4. False floor (100) according to any one of claims 2 or 3, wherein the second portion (82) is disposed in the acoustic layer of the heel support (5) and includes an extension (821) in the acoustic layer of the first portion (3), the second portion (82) and the extension (821) being substantially of the same density.
5. False floor (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the thickness of the reinforcement (8) in the heel support is greater than the thickness of the reinforcement in the first part, so as to create the projecting part.
6. False floor (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the additional reinforcement (83) is connected to the first portion (81).
7. False floor (100) according to claim 1 in which the thickness of material of the acoustic layer on the additional reinforcement (83), at the end of the relief opposite the upper face (31) of the first part, is between 5 and 20 mm, preferably on the order of 10 mm.
8. Vehicle comprising: - a floor structure (2) comprising - a first floor wall (21) substantially horizontal and having a front edge and a rear edge extending respectively substantially transversely to the vehicle, - a second floor wall (22) connected to the first floor wall (21) by the front edge of the first floor wall, extending towards the front of the vehicle being substantially inclined upwards from the front edge of the first floor wall (21), and - the vehicle comprising a false floor (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the first part (3) of which rests on the first floor wall (21) and the second part (4) on the second floor wall (22), respectively on the side opposite the upper face (31, 41) of the first (3) and second (4) parts.
