Description

Title of the invention: Access control system

[0001] The invention relates to an access control system capable of controlling access to a residence comprising several apartments and an electronic door strip for this access control system.

[0002] Known access control systems include:

[0003] - for each apartment in the residence, an apartment door located at the entrance of this apartment,

[0004] - a residence door located at the entrance to the residence to authorize and, in al ternance, prohibit access to the interior of the residence.

[0005] Typically, the residence door includes an electric lock controlled by an electric doorman accessible from outside the residence. This electric doorman allows an audiophone conversation to be established with a resident of one of the apartments. For this purpose, each apartment is equipped with internal intercom equipment comprising at least:

[0006] - a microphone and a loudspeaker for talking with the visitor present in front of the electric doorman, and

[0007] - an opening button capable of being operated by the resident located inside this apartment to unlock the electric lock on the residence door.

[0008] Conventionally, in such known access control systems, when a resident wishes to allow a visitor to enter, he must first unlock the lock of the residence door using his internal intercom equipment and then unlock his apartment door.

[0009] Such an access control system is for example disclosed in application DE102005033898A1. Furthermore, in this application, at least one of the apartment doors is also equipped with an electric lock and an opening button for unlocking this electric lock.

[0010] The system disclosed in application DE102005033898A1 is interesting because it allows both the residence door and the apartment door to be opened remotely. For this, a control unit of the electric lock of the apartment door is interfaced with the internal intercom equipment located in the apartment.

[0011] However, this control unit can only be used remotely by a call center and cannot be used by a resident present inside his apartment.

[0012] Furthermore, the control unit is housed in the housing of the electric lock of the apartment door. Conversely, the internal intercom equipment is housed elsewhere in the apartment. Thus, when installing this electric lock on the apartment door, it must be interfaced with internal intercom equipment located elsewhere in the apartment. This is not always simple because the location of the internal intercom equipment may be far from the apartment door.

[0013] The invention therefore aims to propose an access control system which allows a resident located inside his apartment to unlock both the residence door and his apartment door and which is simpler to install.

[0014] Its subject is therefore an access control system capable of controlling access to a residence comprising several apartments, this system comprising:

[0015] - for each apartment in the residence, an apartment door located at the entrance of this apartment, this apartment door being movable between a closed position where it prohibits access to the interior of this apartment and an open position where it authorizes access to the interior of this apartment,

[0016] - for at least one of the apartments in the residence:

[0017] - a first electric lock mounted on the apartment door of this apartment department, this first electric lock being movable, in response to a first unlocking command, between a locked state in which it locks this apartment door in its closed position and an unlocked state in which it authorizes the movement of this apartment door from its closed position to its open position,

[0018] - a first opening button capable of being operated by a resident located inside of this apartment,

[0019] - a residence door movable between a closed position where it prohibits access inside the residence and an open position where it allows access to the interior of the residence,

[0020] - a second electric lock mechanically associated with the residence door and positionable, in response to a second unlock command, between a locked state in which it locks the residence door in its closed position and an unlocked state in which it allows the residence door to be moved from its closed position to its open position,

[0021] - a street plate accessible from outside the residence, this street plate comprising:

[0022] - a camera capable of filming a visitor present in front of this street panel,

[0023] - a microphone and a loudspeaker for talking with a resident of an apartment of the residence,

[0024] - a human-machine interface allowing the visitor to call any of the interior intercom equipment, each located inside a respective apartment in the residence,

[0025] - for each apartment in the residence, interior intercom equipment respective located inside this apartment, each interior intercom equipment comprising:

[0026] - a screen capable of displaying the images filmed by the street panel camera,

[0027] - a microphone and a loudspeaker to chat with the visitor present in front of the street plate,

[0028] - a second opening button capable of being operated by the resident located inside of this apartment to trigger the sending of the second unlocking command to the second electric lock,

[0029] characterized in that the access control system comprises, for said at least one apartment:

[0030] - a control unit capable of:

[0031] - to send the first unlock command to the first electric lock in response to the actuation of the first opening button, and

[0032] - to send the second unlock command to the second electric lock in response to the actuation of the second opening button,

[0033] - an electronic door strip fixed on the inside of the door of this apartment, this electronic door panel being in the form of a single piece comprising all of the following components: the first electric lock, the first opening button, the internal intercom equipment of this apartment, the control unit and the connections between all the components of the electronic door panel.

[0034] It also relates to an electronic door strip for producing this access control system, this electronic door strip being capable of being fixed to the interior face of an apartment door, this electronic door strip being in the form of a single piece comprising all of the following components:

[0035] - a first movable electric lock, in response to a first command unlocking, between a locked state in which it locks the apartment door in a closed position and an unlocked state in which it allows the movement of this apartment door from its closed position to an open position,

[0036] - a first opening button capable of being operated by a resident located inside of this apartment,

[0037] in which the electronic door strip further comprises the following components:

[0038] - an interior intercom equipment comprising:

[0039] - a screen capable of displaying images filmed by a camera on a street panel ac- transferable from outside the residence,

[0040] - a microphone and a loudspeaker for talking with a visitor present in front of the street plate,

[0041] - a second opening button capable of being operated by the resident located inside of this apartment to trigger the sending of a second unlocking command to a second electric lock mechanically associated with a residence door,

[0042] - a control unit capable of:

[0043] - to send the first unlock command to the first electric lock in response to the actuation of the first opening button, and

[0044] - to send the second unlock command to the second electric lock in response to the actuation of the second opening button,

[0045] - the connections between all these components of the electronic door strip.

[0046] Embodiments of this access control system and this door strip may include one or more of the following features:

[0047] 1) the screen of the interior intercom equipment is a touch screen and the first and second opening buttons each correspond to a respective touch zone of this same touch screen.

[0048] 2) the first lock comprises at least one bolt movable between a position projecting in which it cooperates with a housing secured to the frame of the apartment door to maintain this apartment door in its closed position, and a retracted position in which it allows the movement of the apartment door from its closed position to its open position.

[0049] 3) the first lock comprises several of said bolts movable between a protruding position and a retracted position.

[0050] 4) the door strip comprises a housing capable of being attached, without any degree of freedom, on the inside of the apartment door, the first lock, the first opening button, the internal intercom equipment and the control unit being fixed, without any degree of freedom, inside this box.

[0051] 5) the control unit is configured to:

[0052] - in response to the actuation of the first or second opening button, proceed to a parental control step in which it controls the screen to request the entry of a parental code, then compares the entered parental code to a correct pre-recorded parental code, then

[0053] - when the entered parental code matches the correct pre-recorded parental code, send the unlock command corresponding to the opened button pressed and, otherwise, inhibit the transmission of the unlock command corresponding to the opened button pressed.

[0054] 6) the control unit is configured to:

[0055] - in response to the actuation of the first opening button, check whether a code correct parental has previously been entered in a time interval [te ; te-D ], where:

[0056] - this is the instant when the control unit detected the actuation of the first button opening,

[0057] - D is a predetermined duration, and

[0058] - only if a correct parental code was entered within the time interval [te; te-D], inhibit the execution of the parental control step and send the first unlock command without executing the parental control step.

[0065] In this description, detailed examples of embodiments are first described in a chapter I with reference to the figures. Then, in a chapter II, variants of these embodiments are presented. Finally, the advantages of the different embodiments are introduced in Chapter III.

[0066] CHAPTER I: EXAMPLES OF EMBODIMENTS

[0067] [Fig.l] represents a system 2 for controlling access to a residence 4. Typically, the residence 4 is a collective dwelling comprising several apartments or dwellings. For example, the residence 4 comprises at least four apartments 6, 7, 8 and 9.

[0068] System 2 allows a visitor to be allowed and, alternately, denied access to residence 4. In addition, system 2 also allows access to apartments in residence 4 to be allowed and, alternately, denied.

[0069] For this purpose, the system 2 comprises a residence door 12 which makes it possible to control access to the interior of the residence 4 using an intercom.

[0070] The door 12 is movable between a closed position and an open position. In its closed position, it prohibits access to the interior of the residence 4. In its open position, it allows access to the interior of the residence 4. The door 12 must therefore be crossed before being able to reach one of the apartments of this residence 4.

[0071] The intercom includes:

[0072] - an internal intercom system housed inside each apartment,

[0073] - a street plate 16 located near door 12, and

[0074] - an information transmission network 14 which connects the board 16 to each of the interior intercom equipment.

[0075] Typically, the plate 16 is located less than 10 m and, most often, less than 5 m or 3 m from the door 12. The plate 16 is accessible from outside the residence 4. Typically, the plate 16 is embedded in a vertical wall of the residence 4. It has a front face directly exposed to the outside of the residence and designed to resist acts of vandalism. For example, the front face is a stainless steel plate several millimeters thick.

[0076] Here, there are as many internal intercom devices as there are apartments in the residence 4. However, to simplify [Fig.l], the internal intercom devices are not shown in this figure. An example of an embodiment of such internal intercom device is described in detail with reference to Figures 2 and 3.

[0077] The network 14 may be any type of network that allows information to be exchanged with the panel 16 from any of the internal intercom equipment. It may be a wired or wireless network. It may also be a private network or a public network such as a public telephone network. Here, the network 14 has been represented, for illustrative purposes only, as being outside the residence 4. However, when the network 14 is a private network, it is essentially located inside the residence 4.

[0078] The panel 16 allows a visitor present in front of this panel to establish an audiophonic conversation with the resident called. For this purpose, the panel 16 is connected to the network 14 via an information transmission link 22. This link 22 can be a wired link or a wireless link.

[0079] The plate 16 is equipped with:

[0080] - of a human-machine interface 24,

[0081] - of a loudspeaker 26,

[0082] - of a microphone 28,

[0083] - a camera 30 capable of filming a visitor present in front of this street panel, and

[0084] - a badge reader 32 allowing to authorize and, alternately, to prohibit access to residence 4 based on information contained in a badge presented in front of this reader.

[0085] The interface 24 makes it possible to select and then call any of the internal intercom equipment of the residence 4. For example, for this purpose, the interface 24 comprises:

[0086] - a screen,

[0087] - navigation keys allowing you to scroll through the identifiers on the screen of apartments and select one, and

[0088] - a call button to trigger a call to internal equipment intercom of the apartment corresponding to the selected identifier.

[0089] Typically, the apartment ID is the name of the resident living in that apartment.

[0090] The system 2 also comprises an electric lock 40 movable, in response to an unlocking command, between a locked state and an unlocked state. In the locked state, the lock 40 locks the door 12 in its closed position. In the unlocked state, it allows the door 12 to be moved from its closed position to its open position. For this purpose, the lock 40 is mechanically associated with the door 12. For example, here, the lock 40 is fixed to the frame of the door 12 and cooperates with an element of the door 12 to lock it in its closed position. By way of illustration, the lock 12 is an electric strike, for example, with a suction cup.

[0091] In this exemplary embodiment, it is the plate 16 which transmits the unlocking command to the lock 40. More precisely, the plate 16 transmits an unlocking command to the lock 40 in the following two cases:

[0092] - in response to receiving a command to unlock the lock 40 transmitted to panel 16 by any of the internal intercom equipment in residence 4, and

[0093] - in response to the presentation of a badge authorized to unlock the lock 40 in front reader 32.

[0094] Thus, in this embodiment, the plate 16 also fulfills the functions of an electric doorman.

[0095] All of the electronic components that constitute the interface 24, the loudspeaker 26, the microphone 28 and the camera 30 are located behind the front face of the board 16 and housed inside a niche dug into the thickness of the wall of the residence 4.

[0096] In addition to the components already presented, the plate 16 also comprises, housed inside the niche:

[0097] - a transceiver allowing the board 16 to be connected to the network 14,

[0098] - an electronic calculator programmed to control the various equipment of the plate 16 and implement the method of [Fig.4].

[0099] The system 2 also comprises, for each apartment, an apartment door located at the entrance to this apartment. In [Fig.l], the apartment doors of apartments 6 to 9, bear, respectively, the numerical references 46 to 49. Each of these doors 46 to 49 is movable between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, it prohibits access to the interior of the apartment. In the open position, it authorizes access to the interior of this apartment.

[0100] Finally, in this exemplary embodiment, the system 2 also comprises, for each apartment, an electronic door strip. Here, the electronic door strips installed in each apartment are structurally identical. Thus, only the electronic door strip of apartment 6 is now described in detail.

[0101] [Fig.2] shows door 46 of apartment 6. Door 46 has a face interior 50 facing the interior of apartment 6.

[0102] To lock the door 46 in its closed position, an electronic door strip 52 is fixed, without any degree of freedom, on the inner face 50. Here, the strip 52 is a multi-point door strip.

[0103] This strip 52 is in the form of a single piece inside which are housed the various components described with reference to [Fig. 3]. For this purpose, the strip 52 is in the form of a rigid housing 54 inside which its various components are fixed. The housing 54 is here fixed along the vertical edge of the door 46 located on the side opposite the hinges. For example, the housing 54 is fixed to the inner face 50 using screws. Thus, advantageously, the housing 54 can be mounted on a pre-existing door and, if necessary, the housing 54 can be removed from the inner face 50 of the door 46.

[0104] In [Fig.2], only the components of the strip 52 which protrude from the housing 54 or pass through this housing 54 are visible. Thus, only the following components of the strip 52 are visible in [Fig.2]:

[0105] - a handle 56 which allows the door 46 to be moved between its open and closed,

[0106] - a screen 58, and

[0107] - bolts 60 of an electric lock.

[0108] Each of these bolts 60 is movable between an extended position and a position Retracted. In the extended position, each bolt 60 is received in a corresponding cavity formed in a keeper or a chassis 62 fixed without any degree of freedom on the keeper, to lock the door 46 in its closed position. In its retracted position, each bolt 60 is pushed inside the housing 54 and located outside the cavity formed in the keeper 62. Thus, when all the bolts are in their retracted position, the door 46 can freely be moved from its closed position to its open position.

[0109] In [Fig. 2], four bolts 60 are shown in their extended positions to make them more visible even if the door 46 is in its open position. For example, each bolt 60 is a cylindrical bar movable in translation between its extended and retracted positions.

[0110] [Fig. 3] shows the structure of the strip 52. The strip 52 comprises the following components:

[0111] - an internal intercom equipment 70 of the intercom,

[0112] - an electric lock 72,

[0113] - a source 76 of electrical power supply for the strip 52, and

[0114] - the different connections between these components of the strip 52.

[0115] The interior intercom equipment 70 allows a resident, located inside the apartment 6, to open, if he wishes, to a visitor present in front of the panel 16. For this purpose, the interior intercom equipment 70 comprises:

[0116] - screen 58,

[0117] - a microphone 78 and a loudspeaker 80 for talking with the visitor present in front of turntable 16,

[0118] - buttons 82 and 84 operable by the resident located inside the apartment 6,

[0119] - an electronic control unit 86, and

[0120] - a transceiver 88 which connects the interior intercom equipment 70 to the network 14.

[0121] The screen 58 displays the images filmed by the camera 30 in a display area 90 in response to the reception of a call from the panel 16. In this embodiment, the screen 58 is a touch screen.

[0122] When actuated, the button 82 enables audiophonic conversation with the visitor to be activated. When audiophonic conversation is active, the sounds picked up by the microphones 28 and 78 are played by the loudspeakers, respectively, 80 and 26.

[0123] Button 84 is an opening button. When button 84 is pressed by the resident, it triggers the sending of the unlocking command to lock 40 via board 16.

[0124] Here, the buttons 82 and 84 each correspond to a respective touch zone of the screen 58. These two touch zones are located outside the display zone 90 to allow the simultaneous display of the images filmed by the camera 30 and the buttons 82 and 84.

[0125] The unit 86 is configured to control the various components of the interior intercom equipment 70 in order to perform the functions of an intercom. For this purpose, the unit 86 comprises:

[0126] - a memory 92, and

[0127] - a programmable microprocessor 94 capable of executing recorded instructions in memory 92.

[0128] The memory 92 contains the data and instructions necessary for executing the method of [Fig.4].

[0129] The lock 72 is movable, in response to the actuation of an opening button 100 by a resident located inside the apartment 6, between a locked state and an unlocked state. In the locked state, it locks the door 46 in its closed position. In the unlocked state, it allows the movement of this door 46 from its closed position to its open position. For this, the lock 72 comprises the bolts 60 and an electric actuator 102. The actuator 102 is capable, in response to an unlocking command, of moving the bolts 60 from their extended positions to their retracted positions. To simplify [Fig.3], only one bolt 60 of the lock 72 has been shown.

[0130] Here, in response to the pressing of button 100, unit 86 generates the unlocking command which is transmitted to actuator 102 of lock 72. In this embodiment, button 100 corresponds to a respective touch area of screen 58. Preferably, it is permanently displayed on screen 58.

[0131] Actuator 102 is connected to unit 86 to be controlled by the same control unit 86 that controls the different components of indoor intercom equipment 70. For example, actuator 102 is an electric motor. Here, unit 86 is connected to actuator 102 by wire connections.

[0132] The source 76 is capable of supplying electricity to each of the components of the strip 52. For this purpose, it comprises an interface 103 for connecting the strip 52 to an external electricity distribution network 104 via a wired connection 106. Typically, the network 104 is a public electricity distribution network in the form of alternating voltage.

[0133] The source 76 also comprises a backup battery 108 capable of powering the strip 52 in the event of a power cut by the network 104. The battery 108 may be a rechargeable battery or not. The capacity of the battery 108 is sufficient to allow normal operation of the lock 72, in the absence of power supply to the strip 52 via the network 104, for at least 2 hours, and preferably for at least 6 hours or 12 hours.

[0134] The operation of the system 2 will now be described with reference to the method of [Fig.4] in the particular case where parental control is implemented.

[0135] Initially, during a phase 120, the system 2 is installed in the residence 4. During this phase 120, the doors 12 and 46 to 49 are installed in the residence 4 by a locksmith. This same locksmith or another also installs the lock 40 and the plate 16 and connects the plate 16 to the network 14.

[0136] During an operation 122, this same locksmith or another fixes an electronic door strip on the inner face of each of the doors 46 to 49 and connects each of these strips to the network 14. Typically, during operation 122, the strip 52 is fixed, using screws, on the inner face 50 of the door 46. Thus, in a single operation, the locksmith installs in the apartment 6 both the interior intercom equipment 70 and the lock 72. In addition, he does not have to connect the interior intercom equipment 70 and the lock 72 together because the strip 52 is pre-wired.

[0137] Once system 2 is installed, system 2 is used by the residents. This use of system 2 is described later in the particular case of strip 52. However, everything described in this particular case applies to the other strips installed on the other apartment doors of residence 4.

[0138] Here, the use of the system 2 begins with a step 132 during which an administrator of the banner 52 activates the parental control. For this, typically, he enters, for example via the screen 58, a parental code and the unit 86 acquires this parental code and records it in its memory 92. The parental code is typically a sequence of several alphanumeric characters. For example, it is a four-digit code. Subsequently, this parental code pre-recorded in the memory 92 is called “correct parental code”. Finally, the administrator activates the parental control and this activation command is acquired by the unit 86. For example, in this exemplary embodiment, the parental control is activated as soon as a correct parental code is recorded in the memory 92. In this case, the parental control can be deactivated by the administrator by erasing the correct parental code from the memory 92.

[0139] Then, the use of the system 2 is mainly broken down into a phase 134 of unlocking the lock 40 and into a phase 136 of unlocking the lock 72.

[0140] At the start of phase 134, a visitor arrives in front of the panel 16 and uses the interface 24 to select and call the apartment 6. During a step 140, this call is transmitted to the internal intercom equipment 70 via the network 14.

[0141] In response to the reception of this call, during a step 142, the unit 86 controls the loudspeaker 80 to play a ringtone pre-recorded in the memory 92. In parallel, during a step 144, the camera 30 films the visitor and the panel 16 transmits the filmed images to the unit 86 which then controls the screen 58 to display them in the zone 90.

[0142] The resident located inside apartment 6 stands in front of screen 58 and looks at the displayed images.

[0143] If he decides to establish an audiophonic conversation with the visitor, during a step 146, he presses the button 82.

[0144] During a step 148, the unit 86 detects that the button 86 has been pressed and, in response, activates audio conversation. From then on, the resident can talk to the visitor via microphones 28 and 78 and loudspeakers 26 and 80.

[0145] In parallel, during a step 150, the unit 86 monitors whether the button 84 is pressed by the resident.

[0146] Only in response to detecting that button 84 is pressed, a parental control step 151 is executed.

[0147] Step 151 begins with an operation 152 during which the unit 86 controls the screen 58 to ask the resident to enter a parental code, for example, via a keyboard displayed on the screen 58.

[0148] Then, during an operation 154, the unit 86 acquires the entered parental code and compares it to the pre-recorded correct parental code.

[0149] Only if the entered parental code is identical to the correct parental code, then the parental control was successful and the method continues with an unlocking step 156. Otherwise, the parental control failed. For example, if the parental control is unsuccessful, the method returns to operation 152.

[0150] During the unlocking step 156, the unit 86 sends an unlocking command to the lock 40. Here, this unlocking command is transmitted, via the transceiver 88 and the network 14, to the board 16 which, in response, retransmits it to the lock 40.

[0151] In response to receiving this unlocking command, during a step 158, the lock 40 moves to its unlocked state.

[0152] The visitor can then move the door 12 into its open position and enter the residence 4 and then move until he arrives in front of the door 46 of the apartment 6. For example, to signal his presence in front of the door 46, the visitor presses a bell or knocks on the door.

[0153] At this stage, the method generally continues with phase 136. However, phase 136 is also directly executed, without first executing phase 134, each time a resident wishes to unlock the lock 72, for example, to leave the apartment 6.

[0154] If the resident wishes to unlock the lock 72 to let the visitor in or to leave, he presses the button 100.

[0155] In a step 170, the unit 86 detects the actuation of the button 100 and, in response, checks whether a correct parental code has been entered recently. Typically, for this, the unit 86 checks, in step 170, whether a correct parental code has been entered in a time interval [f, ; te-D], where:

[0156] - te is the instant when unit 86 detected the pressing of button 100, and

[0157] - D is a duration pre-recorded in memory 92.

[0158] The duration D is chosen equal to or greater than a duration Dn, where the duration Dn is equal to the time required for a visitor to move calmly from door 12 to door 46. Conversely, it is also chosen to be short enough to require a new entry of the parental code if the time elapsed between pressing button 84 and then button 100 is much greater than the duration Dn. For example, the duration D is chosen between 3 min and 25 min and, preferably, between 5 min and 15 min. Here, the duration D is equal to 10 min.

[0159] When the unit 86 determines that a correct code has been entered recently, the method continues directly with an unlocking step 172. Otherwise, the method continues with a parental control step 174.

[0160] During step 172, the unit 86 sends an unlocking command to the lock 72.

[0161] In response to receiving this unlocking command, during a step 176, the lock 72 moves to its unlocked state. The door 46 can then be moved, by the visitor or the resident, from its closed position to its open position.

[0162] Step 174 is for example identical to step 151. Step 174 continues with step 172 only if the parental control was successful.

[0163] In the case where parental control is not activated, parental control steps 151, 170 and 174 are inhibited. Thus, in this case, step 156 or unlocking step 172 is proceeded directly without performing parental control.

[0164] CHAPTER II: VARIANTS

[0165] Door strip variations:

[0166] Alternatively, the screen 58 is not a touch screen. In this case, the buttons 82, 84 and 100 are mechanical push buttons whose pushers protrude outside the housing 54.

[0167] Whatever the button of the system 2, it can be implemented in the form of a voice command. For example, in the case of the buttons 82, 84 and 100, the voice commands are acquired, for example, by the microphone 78. Thus, by way of illustration, the voice command “Unlock the front door” triggers the unlocking of the door 12 and the voice command “Talk to the front door” triggers the establishment of audiophonic communication with the person present in front of the door 12. The voice command “Unlock the landing door” triggers the unlocking of the door 46. Whatever the implementation mode chosen for a button, in this text, it is covered by the term “button” or “key”. In all possible implementation modes, such a button is a human-machine interface element.

[0168] The button 82 for activating the telephone conversation can be omitted. In this case, for example, the audiophonic conversation is systematically activated as soon as the internal intercom equipment 70 receives a call from the panel 16.

[0169] Button 100 is not necessarily displayed on screen 58 simultaneously with buttons 82 and 84. Alternatively, button 100 is displayed permanently and zone 90 and buttons 82 and 84 are displayed only when strip 52 has received a call from panel 16.

[0170] The electric lock 72 may comprise any number of bolts. In particular, the lock 72 may comprise, as a variant, a single bolt.

[0171] In a simplified variant, the power source 76 of the strip 52 only comprises the battery 108. In this case, the strip 52 is not powered directly by the electrical network 104. In another variant, the power source 76 only comprises the interface 103. In this case, the strip 52 must necessarily be connected to the network 104 to operate.

[0172] The strip 52 may comprise other additional components. For example, the strip 52 may comprise an emergency device which makes it possible to move the electric lock 72 to its unlocked state using a mechanical key even in the event of failure of the actuator 102. An example of such an emergency device is described in the application filed under number FR2203725 on April 21, 2022 by the company COGELEC. In the latter case, the door strip may additionally comprise a blocking device capable of preventing the movement of the lock 72 to its unlocked state using the mechanical key while still allowing the movement of this lock 72 to its unlocked state using the actuator 102. Exemplary embodiments of such blocking devices are described in the application filed under number FR2203726 on April 21, 2022 by the company COGELEC.

[0173] The headband 52 may also further comprise a transceiver which connects it to a remote mobile terminal via a public information transmission network. This remote mobile terminal is typically a smartphone or a laptop on which an application is executed which allows the headband 52 to be controlled remotely. For example, the mobile terminal can thus remotely trigger the unlocking of the lock 40 and the lock 72. In the latter case, the buttons 84 and 100 are not used for this.

[0174] In a very simplified case, the residence has only one apartment.

[0175] In another variant, only a portion of the apartment doors in residence 4 are equipped with the electronic door strip. In an extreme case, only one of the apartment doors is equipped with the electronic door strip. In this case, for example, the other apartments are each equipped with internal intercom equipment that is not necessarily fixed to the apartment door and that is not necessarily interfaced with an electric lock on the apartment door. In addition, the locks in these other apartments are not necessarily electric locks that can be unlocked from the inside by simply pressing of a button. For example, the locks mounted on the doors of these other apartments are simple conventional mechanical locks and not electric locks.

[0176] Parental control variants:

[0177] Other embodiments of the parental control are possible. For example, as a variant, the step 170 of verifying that a correct parental code has been entered recently is omitted. In this case, the parental control step 174 is systematically executed as soon as the button 100 is pressed.

[0178] In a simplified variant, only step 151 or only steps 170 and 174 are omitted. In this case, the parental control step is executed either only in response to the actuation of the button 84 or only in response to the actuation of the button 100. In an even more simplified variant, the parental control is omitted. In this case, the movement of the locks 40 and 72 is not conditional on the entry of a correct parental code. Steps 132, 151, 170 and 174 are therefore omitted.

[0179] Parental control can be activated and, alternately, deactivated in different ways. For example, alternatively, it is the entry of a particular secret code by the administrator which makes it possible to activate and, alternately, deactivate parental control.

[0180] Other variants:

[0181] Other embodiments of the street plate are possible. For example, as a variant, the human-machine interface which allows an apartment to be called comprises a call button per apartment.

[0182] In a simplified variant, the badge reader 32 is omitted or installed elsewhere than in the plate 16. The badge reader 32 can be supplemented or replaced by other means to trigger the sending of the unlocking command to the lock 40 without using one of the internal intercom equipment 70 for this. For example, these other means can take the form of a keypad for entering an access code, a fingerprint reader.

[0183] The camera 30 can also be omitted. In this case, the interior intercom equipment does not display the image of the visitor and only the audiophone conversation allows the resident to identify the visitor.

[0184] In another variant, the unlocking command is transmitted to the lock 40 without passing through the plate 16.

[0185] The fact that sending an unlocking command is conditional on entering a correct parental code can also be implemented in an electronic door panel which does not include the internal intercom equipment 70. This can also be implemented in internal intercom equipment which is not integrated into a door panel and which, for example, includes its own independent control unit. pendant of the control unit integrated into the door panel. In this case, this internal intercom equipment can be used even in apartments without electronic door panels.

[0186] CHAPTER III: ADVANTAGES OF THE EMBODIMENTS DESCRIBED

[0187] The fact that the interior intercom equipment 70, the electric lock 72 and the button 100 are all integrated into the same door strip, considerably simplifies the installation of systems allowing both the unlocking of the residence door and the apartment door. Indeed, in this case, to equip an apartment, it is sufficient to fix the electronic door strip on the interior face of the apartment door. The installer does not have to worry about how he is going to interface the interior intercom equipment and the control unit. He also does not have to worry about how he is going to interface the electric lock and the control unit. Everything is pre-connected inside the same electronic door strip. In addition, the control unit 86 is common to the interior intercom equipment 70 and to the electric lock 72.This simplifies the implementation of the access control system because it is then no longer necessary to have a specific control unit for the lock 72 and another specific control unit for the internal intercom equipment 70. In addition, the buttons 84 and 100 are located in the same location inside the apartment, which avoids the resident having to move between the button 84 located on an internal intercom equipment far from the apartment door and the button 100 located near the apartment door.

[0188] The fact that the buttons 84 and 100 are produced using the same touch screen 58 simplifies the production of the access control system because the same screen is then used to control the lock 72 and the internal intercom equipment 70.

[0189] The fact that the door strip also integrates the bolts 60 of the electric lock further simplifies the installation of the access control system.

[0190] The implementation in the control unit 86 of a parental control step prevents a person not authorized to unlock a door, such as a child, from being able to unlock this door. Conversely, this parental control step does not prevent other people from unlocking the door 12 or 46 using the strip 52.

[0191] By inhibiting the parental control step 174 if a correct parental code has already recently been entered, it is possible to avoid having to re-enter this parental code to open the apartment door for a visitor who has just been authorized to enter the residence 4 by entering a correct parental code.
