Description

Title of the invention: Heat recovery device in an animal livestock building Technical field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to a heat recovery device in an animal housing building. It is particularly applicable in the field of heat recovery in a building. Previous technique

[0002] Worldwide, energy resources are not fully utilized. Many free, so-called "waste" energy sources exist that are not used (waste heat). Sustainable heat production processes exist to achieve primary energy savings, such as a heat pump.

[0003] The term “PAC” refers to a heat pump, which is a device that draws calories from the outside environment and transfers them into a building.

[0004] Some prior art documents also propose heat recovery devices. For example, publication document FR3050259 is known to describe a building heating device for heating a pig farming enclosure that includes a heat pump.

[0005] This heating device is installed in pig farms and therefore remains limited; it is not specified that this device is suitable for all farms.

[0006] The heat pump has advantages in terms of energy use, however it also has disadvantages that should not be forgotten, such as external noise that can be harmful to animals or humans, its performance level during a winter period when temperatures are low, and maintenance that is difficult to implement.

[0007] Low temperatures are reached around -5°C, performance will decrease. Presentation of the invention

[0008] The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks with a totally innovative approach.

[0009] More specifically, the invention aims to provide an optimized heat recovery device in an animal breeding building, storage building, or building open to the public.

[0010] In particular, an objective of the invention is to provide such a technique making it possible to do away with any other complex adjustment system.

[0011] Another objective of the invention is to provide such a technique which is inexpensive to implement and which does not require any special maintenance.

[0012] One objective of the invention is to provide such a device, which can be easily adapted to existing systems.

[0013] These objectives, as well as others that will appear subsequently, are achieved, according to a first aspect, using a heat recovery device in an animal breeding building; the device comprises: - at least one stale air duct opening into a stale air treatment unit; -at least one heat pump incorporating an evaporator and a condenser, and configured on the one hand to partially recover the heat energy from the stale hot air in the stale air treatment unit, and on the other hand so that the calories produced by said condenser heat an air or water resource; remarkable in that the recovery of the heat energy part is achieved by an injector delivering a heat transfer fluid at a minimum speed of 4 m / s in a plurality of pipes, said pipes are thin tubes containing the heat transfer fluid; each tube forms a plurality of loops recovering heat from the stale air in the stale air treatment enclosure.

[0014] Thanks to these provisions, the heat recovery device makes it possible to exploit a free and wasted energy source in a sustainable heat production process in order to achieve primary energy savings.

[0015] Thanks to these provisions, the injection of the mixture of heat transfer fluid and oil with a minimum speed of 4 ms makes it possible to avoid the accumulation of funds inside the loops and allows a purging phenomenon.

[0016] It allows heat to be recovered in one or more rooms and reinjected.

[0017] The invention is advantageously implemented according to the embodiments and variants set out below, which are to be considered individually or according to any technically operative combination.

[0018] In one embodiment, the plurality of loops forms a helical structure, called a "pig's tail".

[0019] Thanks to these arrangements, the geometry of the thin tubes allows for perfectly homogeneous horizontal diffusion of hot air in three directions, and ensures air intake at the center of the diffuser to optimize hot air circulation and create heat convection, which is then recovered by the tubes. This device promotes convection throughout the entire space of the exhaust air handling unit.

[0020] In one embodiment, the exhaust air handling unit comprises several rows of a plurality of loops. The loops are located high up, near the ceiling of the exhaust air handling unit.

[0021] Thanks to these arrangements, the use of several rows of plurality of loops makes it possible to recover a maximum of heat in the stale air treatment enclosure.

[0022] In one embodiment, the length of each row of plurality of loops is a value that is at least four times the length of the stale air handling enclosure.

[0023] In one embodiment, each loop is separated by a horizontal step and by a vertical step.

[0024] Thanks to these arrangements, the application of a horizontal and vertical step makes it possible to optimize space and avoid an isothermal effect.

[0025] In one embodiment, said horizontal pitch is between 40 mm and 60 mm and said vertical pitch is between 40 mm and 60 mm.

[0026] In one embodiment, the number of loops is at least equal to the whole number of linear meters of each tube.

[0027] In one embodiment, said heat transfer fluid is mixed with oil.

[0028] Thanks to these arrangements, the mixture of oil and heat transfer fluid allows heat to be transported efficiently.

[0029] In one embodiment, the building includes an air scrubbing enclosure positioned in the exhaust air stream and after the exhaust air treatment enclosure.

[0030] Thanks to these provisions, the use of air scrubbing after passing through the stale air treatment unit makes it possible to reduce emissions of ammonia, odor and particles.

[0031] In one embodiment, the injector forms a funnel-shaped structure comprising between 25 and 40 strands, called a tulip, each strand being connected to one end of a tube. The length of the strands depends on the number of strands.

[0032] Thanks to these arrangements, the structure of the injector allows for better homogenization of the heat transfer fluid and the oil. Brief description of the figures

[0049] According to one embodiment, the cylinder represents the heat transfer evaporator.

[0050] The heat transfer evaporator constitutes one of the parts of the heat pump 23 of the device.

[0051] A heat pump 23, also called a heat pump, is a device that extracts calories from the outside environment and transfers them into a building 20.

[0052] According to one embodiment, the heat pump 23 is a heating network based on stale air from the building 20.

[0053] The heat pump 23 contains a heat transfer fluid.

[0054] The pump consists of an evaporator, a condenser, an expansion valve, and a compressor.

[0055] The role of the expansion valve is to lower the pressure of the refrigerant exiting the condenser.

[0056] The role of the compressor is to increase the temperature of the heat transfer fluid by compressing it.

[0057] The heat transfer fluid is located in the circuits of the heat pump 23, and has thermodynamic properties which regulate the liquid / gaseous states.

[0058] According to one embodiment, the heat transfer fluid is mixed with ester oil.

[0059] The heat pump 23 has a condenser.

[0060] The condenser contains a refrigerant gas.

[0061] According to one embodiment, the refrigerant gas is azeotropic and zeotropic.

[0062] The space where the evaporator of the heat pump 23 is installed must have a temperature ambient temperature maintained at all times.

[0063] According to one embodiment, the ambient temperature is maintained permanently above 12 degrees either through a temperature or with a sufficient extracted air flow.

[0064] According to one embodiment, the sufficient extracted air flow rate is 8,000 m3 at a temperature of 18 degrees.

[0065] According to one embodiment, the circle with a cross in its center represents an air extraction.

[0067] The pipes 21 return the stale air produced by the animals in building 20 up to the heat transfer evaporator.

[0068] The heat pump enclosure treats the stale air, called the stale air treatment enclosure 23.

[0069] The pipes 21 send the stale air into the stale air treatment unit 23.

[0070] The device includes a condensation phenomenon linked to temperature differences.

[0071] The condensation phenomenon includes hot air charged with water vapor coming into contact with a surface cold enough to reach its dew point.

[0072] The dew point is the stage point where one passes from a saturated vapor to a vapor containing a tiny part of liquid.

[0073] The condensation phenomenon rinses the outer surface of the pipe 21.

[0074] Building 20 includes another area represented by the pareidolia shape in the figure; this is an air treatment area after the stale air treatment enclosure 23.

[0075] The pareidolia form represents an air-wash shower.

[0077] The air washing takes place in a chamber positioned in the exhaust air flow and after the exhaust air treatment chamber 23.

[0078] The stale air treatment enclosure 23 and the air washing enclosure 25 are connected by a pipe.

[0079] Under these conditions, the heat fluid evaporator operates at evaporation temperatures favorable to its expansion with a minimum of primary energy and a mass flow rate that promotes excellent oil return, regardless of the pressure losses inherent in the design of the evaporator.

[0080] A primary energy represents a form of energy available in nature before any transformation.

[0081] According to one embodiment, the primary energy is the gas.

[0082] Naturally, the invention is described above by way of example. It is understood that a person skilled in the art is able to carry out different embodiments of the invention without departing from the scope of the invention.

[0083] Fig. 2 shows a two-dimensional view drawing.

[0084] The diagram is represented by a triangle and a rectangle. The triangle and the rectangle form a building 20. Building 20 is an animal breeding building.

[0085] [Fig.2] has several features of [Fig.1].

[0086] Building 20 in the diagram is smaller than that in [Fig.1].

[0087] The figure shows the interior of the rectangular surface which is composed of two arrows, a cylinder, and a cross located inside a circle.

[0088] According to one embodiment, the arrows represent the circulation and direction of airflow 24 in building 20.

[0089] Contrary to the diagram in [Fig.1], the heat transfer evaporator represented by the cylinder is located in front of the air pipes 21.

[0090] According to one embodiment, the stale air from building 20 circulates directly into the heat transfer evaporator.

[0091] According to one embodiment, the stale air will circulate in the heat pump 23.

[0092] The heat pump 23 comprises a heat transfer evaporator, a condenser, a compressor and an expansion valve.

[0093] After exiting the condenser, the air passes through a pipe 21.

[0094] Pipe 21 will carry air to the outside of building 20.

[0095] Fig. 3 shows a two-dimensional view drawing.

[0096] The diagram is divided into two parts.

[0097] The first part comprises two objects, an object of rectangular shape, and an object of oval and rectangular shape.

[0098] According to one embodiment, the rectangular object is a chassis 26 and the rectangular object with an oval end is a mounting support 27.

[0099] The second part comprises two circles and a shape composed of two triangles.

[0100] According to one embodiment, the two circles represent the cross-section of a thin tube 29.

[0101] According to one embodiment, the shape composed of two triangles represents a se tube parator 28.

[0102] The shape of the tube separator 28 can be compared to an hourglass.

[0103] The thin tubes 29 consist of diffusing the heat from the heat transfer fluid mixed with oil.

[0104] The geometry of the 29 thin tubes allows for a perfectly homogeneous horizontal diffusion of hot air in the three directions, and ensures air intake at the center of the diffuser to optimize hot air circulation and promote convection throughout the space of the stale air treatment enclosure.

[0105] According to one embodiment, the heat transfer fluid and the oil come from the heat pump by injection.

[0106] The injection is done with an injector which links the heat pump with a manifold.

[0107] According to one embodiment, the injector is a 32-strand injector of so-called "tulip" shape.

[0108] The manifold is fixed with the 29 thin tubes.

[0109] According to one embodiment, the collector is a 32-strand collector cooperating with the injector.

[0110] According to one embodiment, the thin tubes 29 are held in a vacuum using the separator.

[0111] The tube separator 29 is assembled with the frame 26 and the mounting bracket 27.

[0112] The frame 26 is fixed to a wall of the building 20.

[0113] The thin tubes 29 are held in a vacuum in order to emit heat into the building 20.

[0114] According to one embodiment, the thin tubes 29 form a plurality of loops.

[0115] These loops extend for at least 30 meters.

[0116] According to one embodiment, the loops have a diameter of approximately 30 cm to 60 cm.

[0117] From the fixing with the collector, the 29 thin tubes measure 30 m in linear meters.

[0118] According to one embodiment, the tube separator 28 consists of going from the linear section of the thin tubes 29 to a plurality of loops.

[0119] Fig. 4 shows a two-dimensional view drawing.

[0120] The diagram represents a plurality of circles in front view.

[0121] According to one embodiment, the plurality of circles represents the loops of the 29 thin tubes of the device.

[0122] According to one embodiment, the device of thin tubes 29 comprises at least seven loops suspended one on top of the other.

[0123] According to one embodiment, the loops which are suspended do not touch each other.

[0124] The linear meter of pipe lengths (indirectly the number of loops) is a function of the kW / linear m that the device can capture.

[0125] According to one example, the device can capture between 5 kW and 35 kW.

[0126] In front view, the loops are separated by approximately 45 mm to 55 mm. According to one embodiment, the distance is 50 mm.

[0127] Around each loop, the spacing consists of avoiding an isothermal effect.

[0128] The term isothermal is a thermodynamic effect which results in a constant temperature in a closed room.

[0129] The mixture of heat transfer fluid and oil passes through the loops.

[0130] According to one embodiment, the mixture passes through the loops with a speed.

[0131] Said speed is approximately 4 m / s to 6 m / s.

[0132] According to one embodiment, this speed allows a purging and cleaning phenomenon of the tubes.

[0133] The purging phenomenon prevents the oil from falling to the bottom of the loops under the effect of the flow velocity of the mixture.

[0134] Fig. 5 shows a two-dimensional view drawing.

[0135] The diagram represents lines separated by spaces.

[0136] According to one embodiment, the lines represent the loops in side view.

[0137] The loops are spaced horizontally with air.

[0138] According to one embodiment, the horizontal spacing is approximately 45 mm to 55 mm. In another example embodiment, the horizontal and vertical spacing is 50 mm.

[0139] The higher the heat transfer fluid flow rate, the closer the tubes 29 can be brought together.

[0140] According to one example, the spacing is 45 mm and contains a heat transfer fluid flow of 30000 m3 / h in the tubes 29. In this example, the spacing is smaller because the flow rate is higher.

[0141] According to another example, the spacing is 55 mm and contains a heat transfer fluid flow of 8000 m3 / h in the tubes 29.

[0142] The air circulation velocity in building 20 impacts the gap between the loops.

[0143] According to an example, the air circulation velocity is 6 m / s, the factor is 1.1.

[0144] According to another embodiment, for 3 m / s the factor is 0.9 and for 0.5 m / s The factor is 0.5.

[0145] Spacing is a step that consists of optimizing space and heat recovery.

[0146] Fig. 6 shows a fastening system for loops.

[0147] The fixing system is a fixing support 27 made to measure for the installation of the loops.

[0148] According to one example, the mounting bracket 27 is manufactured by 3D printing.

[0149] It is emphasized that all the characteristics, as they emerge for a a person skilled in the art, based on the present description, drawings and attached claims, even if in practice they have only been described in relation to other specific characteristics, both individually and in combinations any, may be combined with other features or groups of features disclosed herein, provided that this has not been expressly excluded or that technical circumstances make such combinations impossible or meaningless.
