Description

Title of the invention: Motorized drive device for a concealment device and associated concealment device

[0001] The present invention relates to a motorized drive device for a screening device, in other words a motorized drive device for a screening device. This motorized drive device is provided, in other words is configured, to move at least one screen.

[0002] The present invention also relates to a concealment device equipped with such a motorized drive device.

[0003] Generally, the present invention relates to the field of occultation devices comprising a motorized drive device moving a screen between at least a first position and at least a second position.

[0004] Document WO 2020 / 099628 A1 is already known, which describes a motorized drive device for a concealment device. The motorized drive device comprises a housing, a motorization block and an electronic control unit. The housing comprises a cavity and an opening. The electronic control unit comprises a printed circuit board and an electrical connection device. The electrical connection device is accessible through the opening of the housing, in an assembled configuration of the motorized drive device. The electrical connection device comprises electrical connection points. The electrical connection points are provided on one face of the printed circuit board. In addition, the motorized drive device comprises a switching device. The switching device is configured to close the opening of the housing. The switching device is removable from the housing.Furthermore, this document WO 2020 / 099628 A1 describes that, following a withdrawal of the switching device from the housing, a socket of a terminal can be positioned at the opening of the housing of the motorized drive device, so that electrical connection points of the electrical connection device are configured to be electrically connected to electrical connection pins of the socket of the terminal. This motorized drive device is generally satisfactory.

[0005] However, this motorized drive device has the disadvantage that the switching device is surface-mounted on the housing opposite the opening thereof and that the terminal socket is also surface-mounted in place of the switching device, following removal of the switching device.

[0006] Thus, the electrical outlet of the terminal is not configured to be housed inside from the housing cavity to replace one of the components of the motorized drive device, since, following removal of the switching device by dismantling fixing elements, the electrical connection device is only accessible through the opening of the housing from outside the housing by positioning the terminal socket resting against the housing.

[0007] Furthermore, the electrical connection pins are stationary relative to the terminal socket, i.e. are not movable relative to the terminal socket.

[0008] Thus, the electrical connection pins cannot be moved relative to the terminal socket by means of a mechanism integrated into the socket to be brought into contact with the electrical connection points of the electrical connection device provided on one face of the printed circuit board, which itself is housed inside the housing of the motorized drive device.

[0009] Therefore, the electrical connection pins of the terminal socket and / or the electrical connection points of the electrical connection device may be damaged when brought into contact with each other, due to the pressure exerted by the electrical connection pins on the electrical connection points.

[0010] Furthermore, the positioning of the terminal socket opposite the opening of the housing of the motorized drive device requires additional positioning and / or fixing elements at the housing which are visible from the outside of the housing.

[0011] The present invention aims to solve the aforementioned drawbacks and to propose a motorized drive device for a concealment device, as well as a concealment device comprising such a motorized drive device, making it possible to facilitate and guarantee the electrical contacting of electrical connection pins of a connection module with electrical connection points of a printed circuit board of an electronic control unit of the motorized drive device, while limiting the risk of damage to the electrical connection pins and the electrical connection points.

[0012] To this end, the present invention aims, according to a first aspect, at a motorized drive device for a concealment device,

[0013] the motorized drive device comprising at least:

[0014] -a case,

[0015] - a motorization block,

[0016] - an electronic control unit, and

[0017] - a complementary member, the complementary member being removable relative to the housing,

[0018] the housing comprising at least:

[0019] - a cavity, and

[0020] - at least one first opening, the complementary member being configured to close the first opening of the case,

[0021] the electronic control unit comprising at least:

[0022] - a first printed circuit board, and

[0023] - an electrical connection device, the electrical connection device being ac transferable through the first opening of the case,

[0024] the electrical connection device comprising at least:

[0025] - electrical connection points, the electrical connection points being arranged on one side of the first printed circuit board.

[0026] According to the invention, the motorized drive device further comprises a connection module.

[0027] The connection module comprises:

[0028] - a chassis,

[0029] - first electrical connection pins, and

[0030] - a movement mechanism, the movement mechanism being configured to move the first electrical connection pins relative to the chassis, between a retracted position and a projected position and between the projected position and the retracted position.

[0031] Further, the housing cavity is configured to selectively receive:

[0032] - the complementary organ, the complementary organ then being housed inside the housing cavity, and

[0033] - the connection module, the connection module then being housed inside the cavity of the housing, replacing the complementary member, following removal of the complementary member from the housing, through the first opening of the housing, such that the electrical connection points of the electrical connection device are configured to be electrically connected to the first electrical connection pins of the connection module, in the projected position of the first electrical connection pins relative to the chassis.

[0034] Thus, such a construction of the motorized drive device makes it possible to facilitate and guarantee the electrical contacting of the first electrical connection pins of the connection module with the electrical connection points of the electrical connection device of the electronic control unit of the motorized drive device, following the replacement of the complementary member by the connection module inside the housing of the motorized drive device, while limiting the risk of damage to the electrical connection pins and the electrical connection points.

[0035] In this way, during a maintenance or repair intervention of the motorized drive device, the connection module is housed inside the housing cavity in place of the complementary member, so as to access, via the connection module, the electrical connection device of the electronic control unit of the motorized drive device.

[0036] Consequently, following the withdrawal of the complementary member from the cavity of the housing, the connection module is electrically connected to the electrical connection device of the electronic control unit of the motorized drive device, by inserting the connection module through the first opening provided in the housing of the motorized drive device, given that the complementary member no longer closes this first opening of the housing, then by moving the first electrical connection pins between the retracted position and the projected position.

[0037] Furthermore, the placement of the connection module inside the cavity of the housing in place of the complementary member makes it possible to dispense with positioning and / or fixing elements provided in the housing other than those intended for the assembly of the complementary member with the housing.

[0038] According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the connection module further comprises a handle. Furthermore, the movement mechanism is configured to move the first electrical connection pins of the connection module relative to the chassis by actuation of the handle.

[0039] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the movement mechanism comprises at least a first ramp. The handle comprises at least a second ramp. In addition, the first ramp is pressed against the second ramp, during the movement of the first electrical connection pins relative to the chassis between the retracted position and the projected position and between the projected position and the retracted position.

[0040] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the movement mechanism further comprises at least one first stop. The handle further comprises at least one second stop. Furthermore, the first stop is pressed against the second stop, when the retracted position of the first electrical connection pins is reached relative to the chassis.

[0041] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the connection module further comprises elastic return elements. Furthermore, when the first electrical connection pins are moved relative to the chassis between the retracted position and the projected position, each elastic return element is configured to exert pressure on the chassis.

[0042] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, a direction of movement of the first electrical connection pins of the connection module relative to the chassis, when moving the first electrical connection pins relative to the chassis between the retracted position and the projected position and between the projected position and the retracted position, is orthogonal to a direction of movement of the connection module inside the housing cavity, during insertion or during removal of the connection module relative to the housing cavity.

[0043] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the first printed circuit board of the electronic control unit extends inside the housing and parallel to the direction of movement of the connection module inside the cavity of the housing.

[0044] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the complementary member comprises first retaining elements. The housing further comprises second retaining elements. When the complementary member is housed inside the cavity of the housing, each first retaining element of the complementary member is configured to cooperate with one of the second retaining elements of the housing, so as to hold the complementary member in position inside the housing. The connection module comprises third retaining elements. Furthermore, when the connection module is housed inside the cavity of the housing, as a replacement for the complementary member, each third retaining element of the connection module is configured to cooperate with one of the second retaining elements of the housing, so as to hold the connection module in position inside the housing.

[0045] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the complementary member comprises a plurality of first electrical connection elements, each of the first electrical connection elements comprising a first electrical contact zone. The electronic control unit comprises a plurality of second electrical connection elements, each of the second electrical connection elements comprising another electrical contact zone. When the complementary member is housed inside the cavity of the housing, each of the first electrical contact zones of the first electrical connection elements is in electrical contact with one of the other electrical contact zones of the second electrical connection elements or each of the other electrical contact zones of the second electrical connection elements is in electrical contact with one of the first electrical contact zones of the first electrical connection elements. The connection module further comprises second electrical connection pins. Furthermore, when the connection module is housed inside the cavity of the housing, replacing the complementary member, each of the second electrical connection pins is in electrical contact with one of the other electrical contact areas of the second electrical connection elements.

[0046] According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the motorized drive device comprises a source of electrical energy. The complementary member is a power supply unit. In addition, the source of electrical energy is housed in inside the complementary organ.

[0047] Alternatively, the complementary member is a torque support.

[0048] The present invention aims, according to a second aspect, at a concealment device comprising at least:

[0049] - a screen, and

[0050] - a motorized drive device according to the invention and as mentioned above- above, the screen being configured to be moved by means of the motorized drive device.

[0051] This concealment device has characteristics and advantages similar to those described previously, in relation to the motorized drive device according to the invention.

[0137] Advantageously, the motorization unit 49 further comprises a transmission device 28, as illustrated in FIGS. 4 to 6. The transmission device 28 is configured to be connected, in other words is connected, to the electric motor 11, in particular in an assembled configuration of the motorization unit 49.

[0138] Advantageously, the electric motor 11 and the transmission device 28 are housed, in other words are configured to be housed, inside the housing 43, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0139] Advantageously, the motorization block 49 further comprises a drive wheel 13. Furthermore, the drive wheel 13 is configured to be driven in rotation, about a first axis of rotation XI3, illustrated in FIGS. 1, 4 and 5, by means of the electric motor 11 and, possibly, of the transmission device 28, and to be brought into contact with the first surface 5 of the rod 4, so as to move the motorized drive device 10 along the rod 4 in the direction of movement D. In other words, the drive wheel 13 is driven in rotation, in other words is configured to be driven in rotation, by the electric motor 11 and the transmission device 28, and is brought into contact, in other words is configured to be brought into contact, with the first surface 5 of the rod 4, when the motorized drive device 10 is operating, in other words during an electrical activation of the electric motor 11.

[0140] Thus, the rod 4 and, more particularly, the first surface 5 of the rod 4 is configured to cooperate, in other words cooperates, with the drive wheel 13, in particular in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3.

[0141] Here, the motorized drive device 10 is configured to move along the rod 4 in the direction of movement D. The direction of movement D of the motorized drive device 10 relative to the rod 4 corresponds to the longitudinal direction of the rod 4, parallel to its longitudinal axis A4. Furthermore, the direction of movement D of the motorized drive device 10 relative to the rod 4 is identical to the direction of movement of the screen 2 along the rod 4.

[0142] Advantageously, the first axis of rotation X13 of the drive wheel 13 is orthogonal to the direction of movement D of the motorized drive device 10 along the rod 4.

[0143] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 10 is controlled by a control unit 15, 16. The control unit may be, for example, a unit of local control 15 or a central control unit 16, as shown in [Fig.l].

[0144] Advantageously, the local control unit 15 can be connected, by wired or wireless connection, with the central control unit 16.

[0145] Advantageously, the central control unit 16 can control the local control unit 15, as well as other similar local control units distributed throughout the building.

[0146] The motorized drive device 10 is preferably configured to execute the commands for closing or opening the screen 2 of the occultation device 3, which can be issued, in particular, by the local control unit 15 and / or the central control unit 16.

[0147] The home automation installation 1 comprises either the local control unit 15, or the central control unit 16, or the local control unit 15 and the central control unit 16.

[0148] Means for controlling the motorized drive device 10, allowing the screen 2 of the occulting device 3 to be moved, comprise at least one electronic control unit 17, as illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 7. This electronic control unit 17 is capable of starting the electric motor 11 and, in particular, of allowing the electric motor 11 to be supplied with electrical energy. This electronic control unit 17 may, in addition, be capable of regulating a rotation speed of the electric motor 11, as well as modifying the rotation speed of the electric motor 11, in particular increasing this rotation speed when the electric motor 11 is started or decreasing this rotation speed when the electric motor 11 is stopped.

[0149] Thus, the electronic control unit 17 controls, in particular, the electric motor 11, so as to close or open the screen 2.

[0150] Here, the motorized drive device 10 further comprises the electronic control unit 17.

[0151] The control means of the motorized drive device 10 comprise hardware and / or software means. By way of non-limiting example, the hardware means may comprise at least one microcontroller 18, as illustrated in [Fig.5].

[0152] Here, the electronic control unit 17 comprises at least a first printed circuit board 26. Furthermore, the electronic control unit 17 comprises the microcontroller 18. The microcontroller 18 is assembled, in other words is configured to be assembled, on the first printed circuit board 26, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0153] Advantageously, the microcontroller 18 comprises at least one memory.

[0154] Advantageously, the electronic control unit 17 further comprises a first communication module 19, as illustrated in [Fig. 5], in particular for receiving control orders, the control orders being emitted by an order transmitter, such as the local control unit 15 and / or the central control unit 16, these orders being intended to control the motorized drive device 10.

[0155] Preferably, the first communication module 19 of the electronic control unit 17 is of the wireless type. In particular, the first communication module 19 is configured to receive radio control orders.

[0156] Advantageously, the electronic control unit 17, the local control unit 15 and / or the central control unit 16 may be in communication with one or more sensors, not shown, arranged inside the building or remote outside the building. This or these sensors may be configured to determine, for example, a temperature, a brightness or even a humidity.

[0157] Advantageously, the electronic control unit 17, the local control unit 15 and / or the central control unit 16 can also be in communication with a server 20, as illustrated in [Fig.l], so as to control the motorized drive device 10 according to data made available remotely via a communication network, in particular an Internet network which can be connected to the server 20.

[0158] The electronic control unit 17 can be controlled from the local control unit 15 or the central control unit 16. The local control unit 15 or the central control unit 16 is provided with a control keyboard. The control keyboard of the local control unit 15 or the central control unit 16 comprises one or more selection elements 21 and, optionally, one or more display elements 22.

[0159] By way of non-limiting examples, the selection elements may comprise push buttons and / or sensitive keys. The display elements may comprise light-emitting diodes and / or a display, for example LCD (acronym for the English term “Liquid Crystal Display”) or TFT (acronym for the English term “Thin Film Transistor”). The selection and display elements may also be implemented using a touch screen.

[0160] Advantageously, the local control unit 15 or the central control unit 16 comprises at least one second communication module 23.

[0161] Thus, the second communication module 23 of the local control unit 15 or of the central control unit 16 is configured to transmit, in other words emit, control commands, in particular by wireless means, for example radioelectric, or by wired means.

[0162] Furthermore, the second communication module 23 of the local control unit 15 or the central control unit 16 can also be configured to receive, in other words receives, control orders, in particular via the same means.

[0163] The second communication module 23 of the local control unit 15 or of the central control unit 16 is configured to communicate, in other words communicates, with the first communication module 19 of the electronic control unit 17.

[0164] Thus, the second communication module 23 of the local control unit 15 or of the central control unit 16 exchanges control orders with the first communication module 19 of the electronic control unit 17, either in a unidirectional manner or in a bidirectional manner.

[0165] Advantageously, the local control unit 15 is a control point, which may be fixed or mobile. A fixed control point may be a control box intended to be fixed on a facade of a wall of the building or on a face of a fixed frame of a window or a door. A mobile control point may be a remote control, a smartphone or a tablet.

[0166] Advantageously, the local control unit 15 and / or the central control unit 16 further comprises a controller 24.

[0167] The motorized drive device 10, in particular the electronic control unit 17, is preferably configured to execute movement control orders, in particular closing and opening, of the screen 2 of the occulting device 3. These control orders can be issued, in particular, by the local control unit 15 or by the central control unit 16.

[0168] The motorized drive device 10 can be controlled by the user, for example by receiving a control command corresponding to pressing the or one of the selection elements 21 of the local control unit 15 or of the central control unit 16.

[0169] The motorized drive device 10 can also be controlled automatically, for example by receiving a control command corresponding to at least one signal coming from at least one sensor, not shown, and / or to a signal coming from a clock of the electronic control unit 17, in particular of the microcontroller 18. Alternatively, the sensor and / or the clock can be integrated into the local control unit 15 or into the central control unit 16.

[0170] Advantageously, the electronic control unit 17 is housed, in other words is configured to be housed, inside the housing 43, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0171] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 10, in particular the motorization block 49, comprises a counting device 38, visible in [Fig.4]. In addition, the counting device 38 is configured to cooperate, in other words cooperates, with the electronic control unit 17.

[0172] Advantageously, the counting device 38 comprises at least one sensor 36, in particular a position sensor.

[0173] Here, the counting device 38 comprises two sensors 36, only one of which is visible in [Fig.4].

[0174] The number of sensors of the counting device is not limiting and may be different, in particular equal to one or greater than or equal to three.

[0175] In an exemplary embodiment, the counting device 38 is of the magnetic type, for example an encoder equipped with one or more Hall effect sensors.

[0176] Here, the counting device 38 makes it possible to determine the number of revolutions made, from a reference position, by a rotor of the electric motor 11.

[0177] Alternatively, the counting device 38 makes it possible to determine the angular position of the drive wheel 13.

[0178] The type of counting device is not limiting and may be different. This counting device may, in particular, be of the optical type, for example an encoder equipped with one or more optical sensors, or of the time type, for example a clock of the microcontroller.

[0179] The counting device 38 can also make it possible to detect the reaching of one of the end-of-travel positions of the motorized drive device 10 relative to the rod 4.

[0180] Alternatively, the motorized drive device 10 may comprise a first counting device 38 provided with one or more sensors 36 and a second time counting device, not shown, implemented, for example, by means of a clock of the microcontroller 18.

[0181] Thus, the first counting device 38 can make it possible to determine the reaching of one of the end-of-travel positions and the second counting device can make it possible to determine intermediate positions between the two end-of-travel positions, so as to minimize the electrical energy consumption of the motorized drive device 10 and to increase the operating time of the electrical power source 12.

[0182] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 10 and, more particularly, the electronic control unit 17 is configured to electrically activate the electric motor 11, following detection of a movement of the screen 2 implemented manually, in particular by the user.

[0183] Thus, the movement of the screen 2 is implemented, initially manually and, in a second stage, automatically by means of the motorized drive device 10.

[0184] In this way, the movement of the screen 2 is started manually and then continued automatically by the motorized drive device 10.

[0185] Here, the detection of a manual movement of the screen 2 is implemented by the electronic control unit 17 and, in particular, on the basis of information provided by the counting device 38.

[0186] Advantageously, the electronic control unit 17 is configured to determine a direction of movement of the screen 2 implemented manually, so as to control the electric motor 11 according to the determined direction of movement.

[0187] Here, the detection of the direction of manual movement of the screen 2 is implemented by the electronic control unit 17 and, in particular, on the basis of information provided by the counting device 38.

[0188] Here, the electronic control unit 17 comprises a single electronic card, equipped with the first communication module 19, configured to control the electric motor 11 and to receive control orders and, possibly, transmit messages.

[0189] As a variant, not shown, the electronic control unit 17 comprises a first electronic card, configured to control the electric motor 11, and a second electronic card equipped with the first communication module 19, configured to receive control orders and, possibly, transmit messages.

[0190] Advantageously, the electronic control unit 17 comprises a measuring device 73, as illustrated in [Fig.5], of an intensity value I of an electric current passing through the electric motor 11.

[0191] Thus, the measuring device 73 can make it possible to learn the end-of-travel positions, closed or open, of the screen 2 and to detect the reaching of one of these end-of-travel positions, during an electrical activation of the electric motor 11.

[0192] In this case where the electronic control unit 17 comprises the measuring device 73, the motorized drive device 10 may be devoid of the counting device 38.

[0193] Advantageously, the transmission device 28 comprises a reducer 29, as illustrated in Figures 4 to 6.

[0194] Advantageously, the reducer 29 comprises a wheel and worm screw system 30 and a gear system 31.

[0195] Here, the reducer 29 comprises two reduction stages. A first reduction stage of the reducer 29 is formed by the wheel and worm system 30. A second reduction stage of the reducer 29 is formed by the gear system 31.

[0196] Advantageously, the wheel and worm system 30 comprises a wheel 30a and a screw 30b. Furthermore, the wheel 30a is meshed with the screw 30b.

[0197] Advantageously, the gear system 31 comprises a pivoting arm 35, an input pinion 32, a satellite pinion 33 and an output pinion 34. The pivoting arm 35 is connected to the input pinion 32. The wheel 30a of the wheel and worm system 30 is integral in rotation with the input pinion 32 and, more particularly, the wheel 30a and the input pinion 32 have the same axis of rotation X32. The satellite pinion 33 is mounted on the pivoting arm 35. The satellite pinion 33 is configured to be meshed, in other words is meshed, with the output pinion 34, depending on an angular orientation of the pivoting arm 35 relative to the input pinion 32. In addition, the output pinion 34 is integral with the drive wheel 13.

[0198] Here, the reducer 29 is either in a disengaged state, i.e. the planetary gear 33 is disengaged from the output gear 34, or in a first engaged state, i.e. the planetary gear 33 is engaged with the output gear 34 in a first position of the pivoting arm 35 relative to the output gear 34 and, in particular, relative to the drive wheel 13, or in a second engaged state, i.e. the planetary gear 33 is engaged with the output gear 34 in a second position of the pivoting arm 35 relative to the output gear 34 and, in particular, relative to the drive wheel 13. The first and second engaged states depend on the direction of rotation of the electric motor 11 and, consequently, on the direction of movement of the motorized drive device 10 relative to the rod 4 in the direction of displacement D.

[0199] Advantageously, when a command to stop the electric motor 11 is executed by the electronic control unit 17, a drive of the electric motor 11, in a direction of rotation opposite to the initial direction of rotation of the electric motor 11, is implemented, so as to disengage the reducer 29, in particular the second reduction stage.

[0200] Here, the disengagement of the reducer 29 is implemented by a backward movement of the pivoting arm 35, so as to disengage the satellite pinion 33 from the output pinion 34.

[0201] Thus, following the disengagement of the reducer 29, in particular of the second reduction stage of the reducer 29, the motorized drive device 10 and, more particularly, the screen 2 can be moved manually relative to the rod 4.

[0202] Advantageously, the electronic control unit 17, in particular the microcontroller 18, is configured to determine, in particular by means of the counting device 38 configured to determine the angular position of the drive wheel 13 or by means of a sensor for detecting the position of the pivoting arm 35, not shown, whether the disengagement of the reducer 29 has taken place, in particular the disengagement of the second reduction stage of the reducer 29. This determination is, in particular, carried out by means of one or more signals transmitted by the device of counting 38 or by the position detection sensor to the electronic control unit 17.

[0203] The disengagement of the reducer 29, in particular of the second reduction stage of the reducer 29, following a command to stop the electric motor 11, can thus make it possible, following detection of a movement of the screen 2 implemented manually, in particular by means of the counting device 38, to automatically start the electric motor 11, so as to move the screen 2 relative to the rod 4.

[0204] The disengagement of the reducer 29, in particular of the second reduction stage, following a command to stop the electric motor 11, can, in addition, make it possible to close or open the screen 2 manually, in the case where the electrical energy source 12 is discharged, in other words has a state of charge lower than a predetermined threshold value.

[0205] Advantageously, the housing 43 comprises at least one wall 9, called the upper wall.

[0206] Here, the wall 9 is an integral part of the housing 43 and, more particularly, is broken down into two parts 9a, 9b belonging respectively to the first and second half-shells 43a, 43b. The wall 9 then forms the upper side 43d of the housing 43.

[0207] As a variant, not shown, the wall 9 is fixed, in other words is configured to be fixed, to the housing 43, by means of at least one fixing element, at the upper side 43d of the housing 43, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0208] Advantageously, the wall 9 is arranged, in other words is configured to be arranged, between the housing 43 and the rod 4, in particular in the mounted state of the motorized drive device 10 on the rod 4.

[0209] Advantageously, the wall 9 is parallel to the rod 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the concealment device 3.

[0210] Advantageously, an upper face 9c of the wall 9 is opposite a lower face 9d of this wall 9. The lower face 9d of the wall 9 is arranged opposite an interior volume V43 of the housing 43, in which are, in particular, arranged the motorization block 49 and the electronic control unit 17, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10. The upper face 9c of the wall 9 is arranged opposite the rod 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3.

[0211] Advantageously, the drive wheel 13 is configured to be arranged, in other words is arranged, through a central opening 51 of the wall 9, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0212] Here and in a non-limiting manner, the central opening 51 is produced by the joining of two cutouts 51a, 51b made on one edge of each of the first and second half-shells 43a, 43b.

[0213] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 10 further comprises at least one first holding device 37. The first holding device 37 is connected, in other words is configured to be connected, to the housing 43, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10, so as to hold the housing 43 relative to the rod 4, in other words to suspend the housing 43 relative to the rod 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the concealing device 3.

[0214] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 10 further comprises at least one second holding device 39. The second holding device 39 is connected, in other words is configured to be connected, to the housing 43, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10, so as to hold the housing 43 relative to the rod 4, in other words to suspend the housing 43 relative to the rod 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the concealing device 3.

[0215] Advantageously, the first and second holding devices 37, 39 are configured to be arranged, in other words are arranged, on either side of the first axis of rotation X13 of the drive wheel 13, in the direction of movement D of the motorized drive device 10 along the rod 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0216] Advantageously, the first and second holding devices 37, 39 are configured to be arranged, in other words are arranged, symmetrically with respect to a median plane P of the motorized drive device 10 and, more particularly, of the wall 9, the trace of this median plane P being illustrated in [Fig.l]. This median plane P is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis A4 and, preferably, includes the first axis of rotation XI3.

[0217] Advantageously, the first and second holding devices 37, 39 are identical.

[0218] Thus, what is described below for the first holding device 37 applies to the second holding device 39. Each of the elements constituting the first holding device 37 is duplicated for the second holding device 39, may include in its name the term “second” in replacement of the term “first” and may be designated by the same reference.

[0219] Advantageously, the first holding device 37 comprises at least one first suspension element 7. The first suspension element 7 is configured to be either in an unlocked state or in a locked state relative to the housing 43.

[0220] Advantageously, the housing 43 comprises at least a first housing 8. The first housing 8 is configured to receive, in other words receives, a first part of the first suspension element 7, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0221] Here and in a non-limiting manner, the first housing 8 is produced by a cutout made in each of the first and second half-shells 43a, 43b.

[0222] In the example of the figures, the first housing 8 comprises a first opening and a second opening. The first housing 8 opens both onto the upper face 9c of the wall 9, in the form of an orifice, in particular circular, forming the first opening, and onto the peripheral contour 43c, in the form of a cutout forming the second opening.

[0223] The first suspension element 7 is rotatable, in other words is configured to be rotatable, inside the first housing 8, around an axis of rotation X7, illustrated in [Fig. 3], in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10, as long as the first suspension element 7 is in the unlocked state relative to the housing 43.

[0224] Advantageously, the first holding device 37 further comprises at least one first operating element 46, which may also be called an operating lever. Furthermore, the first operating element 46 is configured to rotate, in other words rotate, the first suspension element 7, around the axis of rotation X7, between the unlocked state and the locked state, and vice versa.

[0225] Here, in the unlocked state of the first suspension element 7 relative to the housing 43, the first suspension element 7 and the first operating element 46 are secured in rotation around the axis of rotation X7 by engaging the first part of the first suspension element 7 in the first housing 8, through its first opening, and by engaging the operating element 46 in this same first housing 8, through its second opening.

[0226] Advantageously, the operating element 46 comprises a housing 46a, with a non-circular section, for receiving a first part 7a of the first suspension element 7, with a non-circular section. This makes it possible to secure the first suspension element 7 and the operating element 46 in rotation around the axis of rotation X7.

[0227] Advantageously, in the unlocked state, the first suspension element 7 is removable relative to the first housing 8 of the casing 43.

[0228] Thus, in the unlocked state, the first suspension element 7 can be extracted from the first housing 8 of the casing 43 by a movement carried out in the direction of the axis of rotation X7.

[0229] Advantageously, the first suspension element 7 comprises at least one first rod 58 and a first pad 59. The first housing 8 of the housing 43 is configured to receive, in other words receives, the first rod 58 of the first suspension element 7, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10. Furthermore, the first pad 59 is configured to be brought into contact, in other words is brought into contact, with the second surface 6 of the rod 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3, so as to maintain the housing 43 relative to the rod 4.

[0230] Thus, the first pad 59 makes it possible to implement a movement of the motorized drive device 10 along the rod 4 by sliding the latter on the second surface 6 of the rod 4.

[0231] Here, the first part 7a of the first suspension element 7 is a part of the first rod 58.

[0232] Advantageously, the first pad 59 is configured to be arranged, in other words is arranged, outside the housing 43, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0233] Here, in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3 and, more particularly, in a mounted state of the motorized drive device 10 on the rod 4, the drive wheel 13 is placed in abutment against a first side of the rod 4, which carries the first surface 5, and the first shoe 59 is placed in abutment against a second side of the rod 4, which carries the second surface 6. The second side of the rod 4 is opposite the first side of the rod 4.

[0234] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 10 further comprises at least one elastic return element 44. The or each elastic return element 44 is configured to press, in other words presses, the drive wheel 13 against the rod 4, in particular with the first surface 5 of the rod 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the concealing device 3.

[0235] Here and as visible in figures 4 and 5, the motorized drive device 10 comprises two elastic return elements 44. In addition, each elastic return element 44 is a spring, in particular a compression spring, and is made in a spiral.

[0236] The number and shape of the elastic return elements are not limiting and may be different. The number of elastic return elements may be one, three or more. In addition, the or each elastic return element may be a tension spring and may be made in the form of a hairpin or even be a leaf spring.

[0237] Advantageously, the drive wheel 13 is movable, in particular following a translational movement M, more particularly vertical, as illustrated in [Fig.l], inside the housing 43, so as to be pressed against the rod 4, by means of the elastic return elements 44, in particular in the assembled configuration of the concealing device 3, when the housing 43 is suspended from the rod 4.

[0238] Advantageously, the motorization unit 49 further comprises a casing 50. Furthermore, the electric motor 11 and the transmission device 28 are configured to be housed, in other words are housed, inside the casing 50 of the motorization unit 49, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorization unit 49.

[0239] Here, the casing 50 comprises a first half-shell and a second half-shell. Furthermore, the first and second half-shells are configured to be assembled, in other words are assembled together by means of fixing elements, not shown, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorization unit 49.

[0240] The fixing elements of the casing 50 may be, for example, screw fixing elements.

[0241] The type of fixing elements of the first and second half-shells of the casing is not limiting and may be different. They may be, for example, elastic snap-fastening elements.

[0242] Advantageously, the drive wheel 13 is configured to be housed, in other words is housed, partly inside the casing 50 of the motorization unit 49 and is configured to be arranged, in other words is arranged, partly outside the casing 50 of the motorization unit 49, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10 and, more particularly, of the motorization unit 49.

[0243] Advantageously, the or each elastic return element 44 is configured to cooperate, in other words cooperates, on the one hand, with the housing 43 and, on the other hand, with the casing 50, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10. Furthermore, the drive wheel 13 is configured to be pressed, in other words is pressed, against the first surface 5 of the rod 4, by means of the or each elastic return element 44, in particular in the mounted state of the motorized drive device 10 on the rod 4.

[0244] Thus, the motorization block 49 is movable, in particular following the translational movement M, inside the housing 43, under the action of the elastic return elements 44, so as to place the drive wheel 13 against the first surface 5 of the rod 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the concealing device 3. This corresponds to the translational movement M described previously.

[0245] Here, the elastic return elements 44 are configured to cooperate, on the one hand, with a first support wall 52 arranged inside the housing 43 of the motorized drive device 10 and, on the other hand, with the casing 50 of the motorization block 49.

[0246] Advantageously, the first support wall 52 is parallel to the rod 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the concealment device 3.

[0247] Here and in a non-limiting manner, the first support wall 52 is produced by a part provided in each of the first and second half-shells 43a, 43b of the housing 43.

[0248] In the assembled configuration of the concealing device 3, the elastic return elements 44 make it possible to take into consideration a change in a mass of the screen 2 to be pulled or pushed by means of the motorized drive device 10, during a movement of the motorized drive device 10 along the rod 4 by the electrical activation of the electric motor 11, both for closing the screen 2 and for opening the screen 2, by adjusting a pressure exerted by the drive wheel 13 on the rod 4.

[0249] Advantageously, when the electric motor 11 is electrically activated, the casing 50 is configured to be inclined, in other words is inclined, inside the housing 43, relative to the median plane P of the housing 43.

[0250] In the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3, when the electric motor 11 is electrically activated, the drive wheel 13 is pressed against the rod 4, by means of the elastic return elements 44 bearing on the first support wall 52 arranged in the housing 43 and is driven in rotation, around the first axis of rotation XI3, by means of the electric motor 11 and, possibly, of the transmission device 28.

[0251] Thus, a compression force is exerted on the elastic return elements 44 causing a movement of the motorization block 49 inside the housing 43. This movement of the motorization block 49 inside the housing 43 depends on the direction of rotation of the electric motor 11 and, therefore, of the drive wheel 13.

[0252] In this way, the motorization block 49 is in an inclined position inside the housing 43 and, more particularly, relative to the rod 4.

[0253] Consequently, an arching is generated inside the motorized drive device 10 causing an increase in the force of the drive wheel 13 on the rod 4, so as to move the motorized drive device 10 along the rod 4.

[0254] Advantageously, when the electric motor 11 is electrically deactivated, the motorization block 49 can be in a position where a median plane of this motorization block 49 is parallel to the median plane P of the housing 43, in practice superimposed on the median plane P.

[0255] As a variant, not shown, when the electric motor 11 is electrically deactivated, the motorization unit 49 can remain in an inclined position relative to the median plane P of the housing 43, in particular due to the force of the drive wheel 13 on the first surface 5 of the rod 4, in particular in the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3, and following a movement of the motorized drive device 10 along the rod 4.

[0256] In the assembled configuration of the occulting device 3, when the electric motor 11 is electrically deactivated, the drive wheel 13 is pressed against the rod 4, by means of the elastic return elements 44 bearing on the housing 43 and, more particularly, on the first support wall 52.

[0257] Thus, a force is exerted in a balanced manner on the elastic return elements 44. This force is transmitted to the housing 43, to the wall 9 then transmitted to the first and second holding devices 37, 39 which themselves transmit this force to the rod 4.

[0258] In this way, the motorization block 49 can be in a vertical position inside the housing 43 and, more particularly, relative to the rod 4 which, by hypothesis, is horizontal.

[0259] Advantageously, the housing 43 is configured to be held, in other words is held, in a predetermined orientation, in particular constant over time, relative to the rod 4, by means of the first and second holding devices 37, 39, in particular in the assembled configuration of the concealing device 3.

[0260] Thus, this predetermined orientation of the housing 43 relative to the rod 4 is implemented following the maintenance of the motorized drive device 10 relative to the rod 4 by means of the first and second maintenance devices 37, 39 cooperating with the rod 4, whether during the electrical deactivation of the electric motor 11 or during the electrical activation of the electric motor 11.

[0261] In this way, an angle value, not shown, between the median plane P of the housing 43 relative to the longitudinal axis A4 of the rod 4 is constant, whether when the motorized drive device 10 is stopped relative to the rod 4 or when the motorized drive device 10 is moving along the rod 4, implemented by the electrical activation of the electric motor 11.

[0262] Preferably, the angle value between the median plane P of the housing 43 relative to the longitudinal axis A4 of the rod 4 is of the order of 90°.

[0263] Such a construction of the motorized drive device 10 makes it possible to minimize a stiffness value of the or each elastic return element 44.

[0264] Due to the maintenance of the motorized drive device 10 relative to the rod 4 by means of the first and second maintenance devices 37, 39, the stiffness value of the elastic return element(s) 44 determines an initial contact pressure of the drive wheel 13 on the rod 4, as long as the electric motor 11 is electrically deactivated.

[0265] The power supply unit 40 and an electrical connection device 57 of the motorized drive device 10, illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 7, as well as a module of connection 61 also belonging to the motorized drive device 10.

[0266] Here, the motorized drive device 10 further comprises the connection module 61.

[0267] The connection module 61 comprises a chassis 63.

[0268] Here, the chassis 63 of the connection module 61 has a similar general shape to that of the 40 power supply.

[0269] The connection module 61 further comprises first electrical connection pins 62.

[0270] The connection module 61 further comprises a displacement mechanism 67. Furthermore, the displacement mechanism 67 is configured to move, in other words displace, the first electrical connection pins 62 of the connection module 61 relative to the chassis 63, between a retracted position and a projected position and between the projected position and the retracted position.

[0271] The displacement mechanism 67 may also be referred to as the projection and retraction mechanism or the protrusion and retraction mechanism. The retracted position may also be referred to as the retraction position. In addition, the projected position may also be the deployed position or the protrusion position.

[0272] When the connection module 61 is housed inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, the movement of the first electrical connection pins 62 between the retracted position and the projected position causes the electrical connection between the electrical connection points 60 and the first electrical connection pins 62 in the projected position. In other words, when the connection module 61 is housed inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, the electrical connection points 60 of the electrical connection device 57 are configured to be electrically connected, in other words are electrically connected, to the first electrical connection pins 62 of the connection module 61 in the projected position.

[0273] The electronic control unit 17 further comprises the electrical connection device 57. The electrical connection device 57 is accessible, in other words is configured to be accessible, through the first opening 42 of the housing 43, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0274] The electrical connection device 57 comprises at least electrical connection points 60. The electrical connection points 60 are provided on a face 26A of the first printed circuit board 26.

[0275] The cavity 14 of the housing 43 is configured to receive, in other words receives, selectively the power supply unit 40, the power supply unit 40 then being housed inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, and the connection module 61, the connection module 61 then being housed inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, replacing the power supply unit 40, following removal of the power supply unit 40 by relative to the housing 43, through the first opening 42 of the housing 43, so that the electrical connection points 60 of the electrical connection device 57 are configured to be electrically connected to the first electrical connection pins 62 of the connection module 61, in the projected position of the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63.

[0276] It is understood that the cavity 14 of the housing 43 is, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10, configured to receive, in other words receives, either the power supply unit 40 in the absence of the connection module 61, as described above, or the connection module 61 as a replacement for the power supply unit 40, as described just above.

[0277] Thus, the construction of the motorized drive device 10 makes it possible to facilitate and guarantee the electrical contacting of the first electrical connection pins 62 of the connection module 61 with the electrical connection points 60 of the electrical connection device 57 of the electronic control unit 17 of the motorized drive device 10, following the replacement of the power supply unit 40 by the connection module 61 inside the housing 43 of the motorized drive device 10, in particular without having to disassemble the motorized drive device 10 with respect to the occulting device 3, while limiting the risk of damage to the electrical connection pins 62 and the electrical connection points 60.

[0278] In this way, during a maintenance or repair intervention on the motorized drive device 10, the connection module 61 is housed inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43 in place of the power supply unit 40, so as to access, via the connection module 61, the electrical connection device 57 of the electronic control unit 17 of the motorized drive device 10.

[0279] Consequently, following the withdrawal of the power supply unit 40 from the cavity 14 of the housing 43, the connection module 61 is electrically connected to the electrical connection device 57 of the electronic control unit 17 of the motorized drive device 10, by inserting the connection module 61 through the first opening 42 provided in the housing 43 of the motorized drive device 10, given that the power supply unit 40 no longer closes this first opening 42 of the housing 43, then by moving the first electrical connection pins 62 between the retracted position and the projected position.

[0280] Furthermore, the displacement mechanism 67 makes it possible to avoid damaging the first electrical connection pins 62, as well as the electrical connection points 60, during insertion or removal of the connection module 61 relative to the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0281] Furthermore, the installation of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43 in place of the power supply unit 40 makes it possible to dispense with positioning and / or fixing elements provided in the housing 43 other than those intended for assembling the power supply unit 40 with the housing 43.

[0282] Advantageously, the connection module 61 is configured to be connected, in other words is connected, to a terminal 68, by means of a link L, as illustrated in [Fig.8].

[0283] The terminal 68 may be, for example, a configuration tool, the local control unit 15 or the central control unit 16. The terminal 68 may also be a smartphone, a tablet or a computer.

[0284] Here, the connection L between the connection module 61 and the terminal 68 is implemented via a first cable 69 and a second cable 81. The first cable 69 is configured to allow communication between the terminal 68 and the connection module 61, preferably bidirectionally. Furthermore, the second cable 81 is configured to supply electrical energy to the connection module 61 from the terminal 68.

[0285] Thus, the terminal 68 is configured to communicate with the electronic control unit 17 of the motorized drive device 10 by means of the connection module 61, following the electrical connection of the terminal 68 with the connection module 61 via the first cable 69 and following the electrical connection of the connection module 61 with the electrical connection device 57 via the first electrical connection pins 62 and the electrical connection points 60.

[0286] In this way, the communication between the electronic control unit 17 of the motorized drive device 10, the connection module 61 and the terminal 68 is implemented in a wired manner.

[0287] Furthermore, the terminal 68 is configured to supply electrical energy to the connection module 61, following the electrical connection of the terminal 68 with the connection module 61 via the second cable 81.

[0288] Advantageously, the terminal 68 is configured to supply electrical energy to the electronic control unit 17 of the motorized drive device 10 by means of the connection module 61, following the electrical connection of the terminal 68 with the connection module 61 via the second cable 81 and following the electrical connection of the connection module 61 with the electrical connection device 57 via the first electrical connection pins 62 and the electrical connection points 60.

[0289] As a variant, not shown, the link L between the connection module 61 and the terminal 68 is implemented via a single cable. This single cable is configured to allow communication between the terminal 68 and the module connection 61, preferably bidirectionally, and, optionally, is configured to supply electrical energy to the connection module 61 and, optionally, to the electronic control unit 17 of the motorized drive device 10 from the terminal 68.

[0290] As a variant, not shown, the link L between the connection module 61 and the terminal 68 is implemented via an exchange of signals, in particular radio or optical. Furthermore, the connection module 61 and the terminal 68 respectively comprise a communication module, for transmitting and / or receiving signals. The exchange of signals can be implemented according to a communication protocol, which can be, for example, Wifi, Bluetooth or proprietary. Thus, the terminal 68 is configured to communicate with the electronic control unit 17 of the motorized drive device 10 by means of the connection module 61, following the pairing of the terminal 68 with the connection module 61 and the electrical connection of the connection module 61 with the electrical connection device 57 via the first electrical connection pins 62 and the electrical connection points 60.In this way, the communication between the electronic control unit 17 of the motorized drive device 10 and the connection module 61 is implemented in a wired manner and the communication between the connection module 61 and the terminal 68 is implemented in a wireless manner.

[0291] Advantageously, the electrical connection device 57 is configured to reset or adjust at least part of the operating parameters of the motorized drive device 10, by means of the terminal 68 via the connection module 61, the operating parameters being stored by the memory of the microcontroller 18 of the electronic control unit 17.

[0292] Here, the operating parameters may be, for example, a movement speed of the screen 2 or the upper or lower end position of the screen 2.

[0293] Advantageously, the electrical connection device 57 is configured to allow a diagnosis of the motorized drive device 10, from operating data of the motorized drive device 10, by means of the terminal 68 via the connection module 61, the operating data being stored by the memory of the microcontroller 18 of the electronic control unit 17.

[0294] Here, the operating data may be, for example, a temperature of the motorized drive device 10, which can be measured by a temperature sensor, not shown, a number of operating cycles of the motorized drive device 10 over a predetermined period of time or a current consumption over a predetermined period of time.

[0295] Advantageously, the electrical connection points 60 are electrical conductors.

[0296] Here, the electrical conductors of the first printed circuit board 26 correspond to electrical tracks printed on the first printed circuit board 26.

[0297] Here, the electrical connection device 57 comprises fourteen electrical connection points 60.

[0298] The number of electrical connection points is not limiting and may be different. It may be, in particular, greater than or equal to two.

[0299] Advantageously, the electrical connection points 60 are electrically connected to ports of the microcontroller 18 of the electronic control unit 17 by electrical tracks, not shown, printed on the first printed circuit board 26.

[0300] Here, the home automation installation 1 comprises the occultation device 3, the motorized drive device 10, as well as the terminal 68.

[0301] Advantageously, the connection module 61 comprises at least one second printed circuit board 82. The second printed circuit board 82 is housed inside the chassis 63. Furthermore, the first electrical connection pins 62 are integral with the second printed circuit board 82.

[0302] Advantageously, the first electrical connection pins 62 are electrically connected to the first cable 69 by electrical tracks, not shown, printed on the second printed circuit board 82.

[0303] Advantageously, the connection module 61 further comprises a handle 70. Furthermore, the movement mechanism 67 is configured to move, in other words displace, the first electrical connection pins 62 of the connection module 61 relative to the chassis 63 by actuation of the handle 70.

[0304] Advantageously, the handle 70 is actuated following the insertion of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, so as to bring the first electrical connection pins 62 of the connection module 61 into contact with the electrical connection points 60 of the electrical connection device 57.

[0305] Advantageously, the handle 70 is accessible from outside the chassis 63 and from outside the housing 43, following the insertion of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0306] Advantageously, the movement mechanism 67 comprises at least a first ramp 71. The handle 70 comprises at least a second ramp 72. Furthermore, the first ramp 71 is pressed against the second ramp 72, during the movement of the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63 between the retracted position and the projected position and between the projected position and the retracted position.

[0307] Thus, the first and second ramps 71, 72 allow the first electrical connection pins 62 to be moved relative to the chassis 63 from the retracted position to the projected position, following the insertion of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, and from the projected position to the retracted position, before the removal of the connection module 61 outside the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0308] Advantageously, an insertion or removal of the connection module 61 relative to the cavity 14 of the housing 43 is implemented along a direction of movement Y of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0309] Here, the first and second ramps 71, 72 are inclined relative to the direction of movement Y of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0310] Advantageously, the first ramp 71 is preceded by a first flat zone 85 and followed by a second flat zone 86, following the direction of movement Y of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43. The first ramp 71 has a first end 71a and a second end 71b, the second end 71b being opposite the first end 71a. The first flat zone 85 is provided at the first end 71a of the first ramp 71 and the second flat zone 86 is provided at the second end 71b of the first ramp 71. The second ramp 72 is preceded by a third flat zone 87 and followed by a fourth flat zone 88, following the direction of movement Y of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43. The second ramp 72 has a first end 72a and a second end 72b, the second end 72b being opposite the first end 72a.The third flat area 87 is provided at the first end 72a of the second ramp 72 and the fourth flat area 88 is provided at the second end 72b of the second ramp 72. In the retracted position of the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63, the first flat area 85 bears against the third flat area 87 and the second flat area 86 bears against the fourth flat area 88. Furthermore, in the projected position of the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63, the second flat area 86 bears against the third flat area 87.

[0311] Here, the first, second, third and fourth planar zones 85, 86, 87, 88 are parallel to the direction of movement Y of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0312] Here, the first and second ramps 71, 72 are inclined relative to the direction of movement Y of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0313] Advantageously, the frame 63 further comprises at least one first stop 74. The handle 70 further comprises at least one second stop 76. In addition, the second stop 76 is pressed against the first stop 74, when the retracted position of the first electrical connection pins 62 is reached relative to the chassis 63.

[0314] Thus, the movement of the handle 70 inside the chassis 63 is limited by the support of the first and second stops 74, 76, during a retraction movement of the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63.

[0315] Advantageously, the connection module 61 further comprises elastic return elements 77.

[0316] Advantageously, when moving the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63 between the retracted position and the projected position, in particular by activating the handle 70 in the opposite direction, compared to that for moving the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63 between the projected position and the retracted position, each elastic return element 77 is configured to exert, in other words exerts, pressure on the chassis 63.

[0317] Thus, the elastic return elements 77 make it possible to guarantee the contacting of the first ramp 71 of the movement mechanism 67 with the second ramp 72 of the handle 70 and to guarantee the contacting of the first electrical connection pins 62 of the connection module 61 with the electrical connection points 60 of the electrical connection device 57, while limiting the value of a force exerted on the first electrical connection pins 62 and the electrical connection points 60.

[0318] Here, each elastic return element 77 is a spring, in particular in the form of a spiral.

[0319] Here, there are four elastic return elements 77, only three of which are shown in [Fig. 9] and only two of which are shown in [Fig. 10].

[0320] The number and type of each elastic return element are not limiting and may be different. They may be, for example, a spring blade and may be two or more in number.

[0321] Advantageously, the chassis 63 comprises guide studs 83. The second printed circuit board 82 comprises guide holes 84. Each of the guide studs 83 is housed, otherwise is configured to be housed, in one of the guide holes 84, in particular in an assembled configuration of the connection module 61. Furthermore, the printed circuit board 82 is guided in translation, otherwise is configured to be guided in translation, relative to the chassis 63, during the movement of the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63 between the retracted position and the projected position and between the projected position and the retracted position.

[0322] Advantageously, the number of guide studs 83 is equal to the number of guide holes 84.

[0323] Here and in a non-limiting manner, the guide studs 83 and the guide holes 84 are respectively four in number, of which only one of the guide studs 83 and only one of the guide holes 84 are shown in FIGS. 9 and 10.

[0324] Advantageously, each of the elastic return elements 77 is held, in other words is configured to be held, by one of the guide studs 83, in particular in the assembled configuration of the connection module 61. Furthermore, each of the elastic return elements 77 is guided, in other words is configured to be guided, relative to the guide studs 83, during the movement of the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63 between the retracted position and the projected position and between the projected position and the retracted position.

[0325] Advantageously, the number of guide studs 83 is equal to the number of elastic return elements 77.

[0326] Advantageously, a direction of movement T of the first electrical connection pins 62 of the connection module 61 relative to the chassis 63, during the movement of the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63 between the retracted position and the projected position and between the projected position and the retracted position, is orthogonal to the direction of movement Y of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0327] Here, the direction of movement Y of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, during insertion or removal of the connection module 61 relative to the cavity 14 of the housing 43, is identical to that of the power supply unit 40 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, during insertion or removal of the power supply unit 40 relative to the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0328] Advantageously, the first printed circuit board 26 of the electronic control unit 17 extends inside the housing 43 and parallel to the direction of movement Y of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0329] Thus, the positioning of the second printed circuit board 82 inside the housing 43 makes it possible to maximize a surface area on which the first electrical connection pins 62 are installed.

[0330] Advantageously, the connection module 61 comprises third retaining elements 78. Furthermore, when the connection module 61 is housed inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, replacing the power supply unit 40, each third retaining element 78 of the connection module 61 is configured to cooperate, in other words cooperates, with one of the second retaining elements 45 of the housing 43, so as to hold the connection module 61 in position inside the housing 43.

[0331] Thus, during a maintenance or repair intervention on the device motorized drive 10, the connection module 61 is housed inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43 in place of the power supply unit 40 and is held relative to the housing 43 by the same second retaining elements 45 of the housing 43 used to hold the power supply unit 40.

[0332] Advantageously, the third retaining elements 78 are identical to the first retaining elements 41, in particular in shape and number.

[0333] Thus, during a maintenance or repair operation on the motorized drive device 10, the connection module 61 is housed inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43 in place of the power supply unit 40 and is held relative to the housing 43 by means of retaining elements identical to those used to house and hold the power supply unit 40.

[0334] Here, the first retaining elements 41 and the third retaining elements 78 are elastic snap-fastening elements. Furthermore, the second retaining elements 45 of the housing 43 are the second openings.

[0335] Advantageously, the power supply unit 40 comprises a plurality of first electrical connection elements 54a, 54b. Each of the first electrical connection elements 54a, 54b comprises a first electrical contact zone 55. The electronic control unit 17 comprises a plurality of second electrical connection elements 56a, 56b, 56c. Each of the second electrical connection elements 56a, 56b, 56c comprises a further electrical contact area 79. Furthermore, when the power supply unit 40 is housed inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, each of the first electrical contact areas 55 of the first electrical connection elements 54a, 54b is in electrical contact, in other words is configured to be in electrical contact, with one of the further electrical contact areas 79 of the second electrical connection elements 56a, 56b, 56c, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0336] Alternatively, each of the other electrical contact areas 79 of the second electrical connection elements 56a, 56b, 56c is in electrical contact, in other words is configured to be in electrical contact, with one of the first electrical contact areas 55 of the first electrical connection elements 54a, 54b.

[0337] Thus, the mounting of the power supply unit 40 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43 makes it easier to access the electrical energy source 12 to replace or recharge it, without having to dismantle the motorized drive device 10 relative to the rod 4. In particular, the electrical connection between the electrical energy source 12 and the electronic control unit 17 can be made regardless of the orientation of the power supply unit 40 when it is introduced into the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0338] Further, removing the power supply 40 from the housing 43 and placing the power supply 40 inside the housing 43 are defined to be performed using only one hand of an installer, so as to facilitate these operations and to guarantee the safety of the installer, in particular when the latter is mounted on a stepladder to reach the motorized drive device 10 mounted on the rod 4, since he can hold on to the stepladder with his second hand.

[0339] Furthermore, the electrical connection between the first electrical connection elements 54a, 54b and the second electrical connection elements 56a, 56b, 56c can be implemented in a compliant manner, regardless of the direction of insertion of the power supply unit 40 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0340] Consequently, the power supply unit 40 is reversible with respect to its plane of symmetry PI, when mounting it inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, while guaranteeing the conformity of the electrical connection of the electrical energy source 12 to the electronic control unit 17.

[0341] Advantageously, each of the second electrical connection elements 56a, 56b, 56c is electrically connected, in other words is configured to be electrically connected, to the first printed circuit board 26, in particular in an assembled configuration of the electronic control unit 17.

[0342] Here, each of the second electrical connection elements 56a, 56b, 56c is electrically connected to the first printed circuit board 26 by means of soldering.

[0343] Alternatively, not shown, each of the second electrical connection elements 56a, 56b, 56c is electrically connected to the first printed circuit board 26 by means of electrical connectors or an electrical wire.

[0344] Advantageously, each of the first electrical connection elements 54a, 54b further comprises a second electrical contact zone 64. Furthermore, each of the second electrical contact zones 64 of the first electrical connection elements 54a, 54b is in electrical contact, in other words is configured to be in electrical contact, with one of the electrical energy storage elements 27, in particular in the assembled configuration of the power supply unit 40.

[0345] Advantageously, the connection module 61 further comprises second electrical connection pins 80. Furthermore, when the connection module 61 is housed inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, replacing the power supply unit 40, each of the second electrical connection pins 80 is in electrical contact, in other words is configured to be in electrical contact, with one of the other electrical contact zones 79 of the second electrical connection elements 56a, 56b, 56c.

[0346] Thus, the terminal 68 is configured to supply electrical energy to the electronic control unit 17 of the motorized drive device 10 by means of the connection module 61, following the electrical connection of the terminal 68 with the connection module 61 via the second cable 81 and the electrical connection of the connection module 61 with the electrical connection device 57 via the second electrical connection pins 80 and the second electrical connection elements 56a, 56b, 56c.

[0347] Advantageously, the second electrical connection pins 80 extend along the direction of movement Y of the connection module 61 inside the cavity 14 of the housing 43, during insertion or removal of the connection module 61 relative to the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0348] Advantageously, the second electrical connection pins 80 are integral with the second printed circuit board 82.

[0349] Advantageously, the second electrical connection pins 80 are electrically connected to the second cable 81 by electrical tracks, not shown, printed on the second printed circuit board 82.

[0350] In the second embodiment, shown in Figures 12 to 16, the elements similar to those of the first embodiment bear the same references and operate as explained above. In the following, we describe, mainly, what distinguishes this second embodiment from the previous one. In the following, when a reference sign is used in the description without being reproduced in Figures 12 to 16 or reproduced in Figures 12 to 16 without being mentioned in the description, it corresponds to the object bearing the same reference in one of Figures 1 to 11.

[0351] We will now describe, with reference to Figures 12 to 16, the motorized drive device 10 according to the second embodiment of the invention and, more particularly, the connection module 61.

[0352] In this second embodiment, the motorized drive device 10 is an electromechanical actuator for the occultation device 3, which may be, for example, a roller shutter, a canvas blind, a rolling gate, a grille or a door.

[0353] In this case, the occulting device 3 comprises a winding tube, not shown. The screen 2 can be rolled up onto the winding tube. Furthermore, the winding tube is arranged so as to be driven in rotation by the motorized drive device 10.

[0354] Thus, the screen 2 of the occulting device 3 is wound onto the winding tube or unwound around it, the winding tube being driven by the motorized drive device 10.

[0355] In this way, the screen 2 is movable between a rolled-up position, in particular high, and an unrolled position, in particular low, and vice versa.

[0356] The screen 2 of the occultation device 3 is a closing, occultation and / or sun protection screen, winding and unwinding around the winding tube, the inner diameter of which is greater than the outer diameter of the motorized drive device 10, so that the motorized drive device 10 can be inserted into the winding tube, when assembling the occulting device 3.

[0357] The motorized drive device 10, in particular of the tubular type, makes it possible to rotate the winding tube around an axis of rotation X, so as to move, in particular unwind or wind, the screen 2 of the occulting device 3.

[0358] In a mounted state of the occulting device 3, the motorized drive device 10 is inserted into the winding tube.

[0359] Here, the motorized drive device 10 comprises the housing 43, in particular tubular, the motorization block 49, in particular the electric motor 11, and the electronic control unit 17.

[0360] Here, the housing 43 is hollow. The housing 43 comprises a first end 43a and a second end 43b. The second end 43b is opposite the first end 43a. The housing 43 is cylindrical in shape, in particular of revolution around the axis of rotation X, and is open at each of its ends 43a, 43b. Preferably, the housing 43 is a tube having a circular section, which may be made, in particular, of a metallic material or of a plastic material.

[0361] Here, the first opening 42 is provided at the first end 43a of the housing 43.

[0362] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 10 further comprises an output shaft 100.

[0363] Advantageously, the output shaft 100 is arranged inside the winding tube and at least partly outside the housing 43.

[0364] Here, one end of the output shaft 100 projects relative to the housing 43, in particular relative to the second end 43b of the housing 43.

[0365] Advantageously, the motorization block 49 further comprises the reducer 29.

[0366] Here, the reducer 29 comprises at least one reduction stage. The reduction stage may be an epicyclic type gear train.

[0367] The type and number of reduction stages of the reducer are not limiting.

[0368] Advantageously, the output shaft 100 is configured to drive in rotation a connecting element, not shown. This connecting element is connected to the winding tube, in particular in the assembled configuration of the concealing device 3. The connecting element is produced in the form of a wheel.

[0369] When the motorized drive device 10 is put into operation, the electric motor 11 and the reduction gear 29 rotate the output shaft 100. In addition, the output shaft 100 rotates the winding tube via the connecting element.

[0370] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 10 further comprises a brake, not shown, which may be, for example, a spring brake, a cam brake, a magnetic brake or an electromagnetic brake. The brake is configured to brake and / or to lock the output shaft 100 in rotation, so as to regulate the speed of rotation of the winding tube, during a movement of the screen 2, and to keep the winding tube locked, when the motorized drive device 10 is electrically deactivated. In the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10, the brake is configured to be arranged, in other words is arranged, either between the electric motor 11 and the reducer 29, that is to say at the output of the electric motor 11, or between the electronic control unit 17 and the electric motor 11, in other words at the input of the electric motor 11, or between the reducer 29 and the output shaft 100, in other words at the output of the reducer 29, or between two reduction stages of the reducer 29.

[0371] Advantageously, the reducer 29 and, possibly, the brake are mounted inside the housing 43, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0372] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 10 and, more particularly, the electronic control unit 17 further comprises an obstacle and end-of-travel detection device, not shown, during the winding of the screen 2 and during the unwinding of this screen 2, which may be mechanical or electronic. Furthermore, the obstacle and end-of-travel detection device is implemented by means of the microcontroller 18 of the electronic control unit 17 and, in particular, by means of an algorithm implemented by this microcontroller 18.

[0373] Advantageously, the motorized drive device 10 further comprises a crown, not shown. Furthermore, the crown is arranged, in other words is configured to be arranged, in the vicinity of the first end 43a of the housing 43, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0374] The winding tube is rotated about the axis of rotation X and the housing 43 while being supported by two pivot connections. The first pivot connection is made at a first end of the winding tube by means of the crown. The crown thus makes it possible to create a bearing. The second pivot connection, not shown, is made at a second end of the winding tube, opposite the first end.

[0375] The motorized drive device 10 further comprises a torque support 101, which may also be called an “actuator head” or “fixed point”. The torque support 101 constitutes a complementary member of the motorized drive device 10 for the second embodiment. The complementary member of the motorized drive device 10 is therefore the torque support 101 for the second embodiment while the complementary member of the motorized drive device 10 is the power supply unit 40 for the first embodiment. lization.

[0376] Here, the torque support 101 is arranged at the first end 43a of the housing 43, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0377] The torque support 101 makes it possible to take up the forces exerted by the motorized drive device 10, in particular the torque exerted by the motorized drive device 10, relative to the structure of the building. The torque support 101 advantageously makes it possible to take up, in addition, forces exerted by the winding tube, in particular the weight of the winding tube, the motorized drive device 10 and the screen 2, and to ensure the take-up of these forces by the structure of the building.

[0378] Thus, the torque support 101 makes it possible to fix the motorized drive device 10 to a frame, not shown, in particular to a cheek of a trunk.

[0379] Advantageously, the torque support 101 projects at the level of the first end 43a of the housing 43.

[0380] Advantageously, the torque support 101 closes, in other words is configured to close, the first end 43a of the housing 43, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0381] Furthermore, the torque support 101 can make it possible to support at least part of the electronic control unit 17.

[0382] Advantageously, the torque support 101 is fixed to the housing 43 by means of fixing elements, which each form one of the first retaining elements 41, in particular in the assembled configuration of the motorized drive device 10.

[0383] Here, the first retaining elements 41 are removable fixing elements, so as to be able to detach the torque support 101 from the housing 43.

[0384] Here, the first retaining elements 41 are fixing screws, in particular two in number. The housing 43 comprises through holes, which each form one of the second retaining elements 45 of the housing 43, also two in number. The torque support 101 comprises screw holes 105, also two in number. Furthermore, each of the first retaining elements 41 is arranged through one of the second retaining elements 45 of the housing 43 and is screwed into one of the screw holes 105 of the torque support 101.

[0385] The type and number of the first retaining elements, the second retaining elements and the screw holes are not limiting and may be different. They may be, for example, elastic snap-fastening elements and may be three or more in number. They may further comprise grooves fitted into notches.

[0386] Advantageously, the electronic control unit 17 can be supplied with electrical energy by means of an electrical power supply cable 103. The electrical power supply cable 103 is electrically connected to at least one electrical power supply source, not shown, which may be, for example, an electrical power supply network, in particular from the mains or called “PoE” (acronym for the English term Power over Ethernet), and / or to a battery, which may be housed inside the housing 43 or arranged outside of it, which may be rechargeable, in particular by means of a photovoltaic panel and / or a charger, not shown, or through the electrical power supply network.

[0387] Thus, the electrical power supply cable 103 allows an electrical power supply to the motorized drive device 10, in particular to the electronic control unit 17 and to the electric motor 11, from the electrical power supply source(s).

[0388] Here and as illustrated in [Fig.12], the electronic control unit 17 is arranged, in other words is integrated, inside the housing 43.

[0389] Advantageously, the torque support 101 may comprise at least one button, not shown. This or these buttons may make it possible to adjust the motorized drive device 10 through one or more configuration modes, to pair one or more control units 15, 16 with the motorized drive device 10, to reset one or more parameters, which may be, for example, an end-of-travel position, to reset the paired control unit(s) 15, 16 or to control the movement of the screen 2.

[0390] Advantageously, the torque support 101 may comprise at least one display device, not shown, so as to allow a visual indication of an operating parameter of the motorized drive device 10. The display device may comprise at least one lighting source, not shown, in particular a light-emitting diode. This or these lighting sources are mounted on an electronic card of the electronic control unit 17 and, optionally, a transparent or translucent cover and / or a light guide, to allow the passage of the light emitted by the or each of the lighting sources.

[0391] Here, the motorized drive device 10 further comprises the counting device 38, which is not shown in FIGS. 12 and 13. The counting device 38 is configured to cooperate, in other words cooperates, with the electronic control unit 17. Furthermore, the counting device 38 and the electronic control unit 17 are configured to determine a position, which may be called “current”, of the screen 2. The electronic control unit 17 is configured to monitor at least one signal coming from the counting device at a predetermined frequency, in particular as a function of the position of the screen 2.

[0392] In an exemplary embodiment, the counting device 38 is of the magnetic type.

[0393] In such a case, the counting device 38 may comprise a code wheel and one or more sensors, in particular Hall effect sensors. The code wheel is connected to an axial end of the rotor of the electric motor 11. Furthermore, the or each sensor is assembled on the first electronic card 26 of the electronic control unit 17.

[0394] Thus, the counting device 38 makes it possible to determine the number of revolutions made by the rotor of the electric motor 11.

[0395] As a variant, not shown, the counting device 38 may be without sensors.

[0396] As a variant, not shown, the counting device 38 makes it possible to determine the number of revolutions made by the output shaft 100.

[0397] In another variant, the crown comprises, on its inner face, a toothing, not shown, configured to cooperate, in other words cooperating, with a pinion, not shown, installed inside the torque support 101 or, alternatively, inside the housing 43.

[0398] In this case, the encoder wheel is connected to the pinion, in particular by means of a shaft.

[0399] Thus, the crown gear teeth are configured to drive in rotation, otherwise said drives the pinion in rotation, so as to count the number of turns of the winding tube.

[0400] In this case, the crown gear teeth and the pinion are part of the counting device 38.

[0401] The counting device 38 also makes it possible to determine the direction of rotation of the winding tube and / or to manage the end-of-travel positions of the screen 2.

[0402] The type of counting device is not limiting and may be different, in particular of the optical type, for example an encoder equipped with one or more optical sensors, or of the time type.

[0403] In this second embodiment, the connection module 61 further comprises a gripping element 102.

[0404] Thus, manipulation of the connection module 61 by a user by means of the gripping element 102 is facilitated, in particular during insertion or removal of the connection module 61 relative to the cavity 14 of the housing 43.

[0405] Here, the frame 63 of the connection module 61 has a different shape from that of the torque support 101. Furthermore, the connection module 61 has a length L61, without taking into account the gripping element 102, greater than the length L101 of the torque support 101.

[0406] Only the first cable 69 is shown in Figures 14 to 16. However, the connection L may include the second cable 81.

[0407] Here, the displacement mechanism 67 comprises two first ramps 71 and the handle 70 comprises two second ramps 72. Furthermore, one of the first ramps 71 is supported with one of the second ramps 72 and the other of the first ramps 71 is supported with the other of the second ramps 72, during the movement of the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63 between the retracted position and the projected position and between the projected position and the retracted position.

[0408] Here, the chassis 63 comprises two first stops 74 and the handle 70 comprises two second stops 76. Each of the second stops 76 is formed by one of the two second ramps 72 of the handle 70. Furthermore, one of the second stops 76 is pressed against one of the first stops 74 and the other of the second stops 76 is pressed against the other of the first stops 74, when the retracted position of the first electrical connection pins 62 is reached relative to the chassis 63.

[0409] Only two of the four elastic return elements 77 are shown in Figures 14 to 16.

[0410] In this second embodiment, the chassis 63 comprises guide barrels 104. Each of the elastic return elements 77 is, on the one hand, held, otherwise is configured to be held, by one of the guide barrels 104, and, on the other hand, pressed, in other words configured to be pressed, against the second printed circuit board 82, in particular in the assembled configuration of the connection module 61.

[0411] Thus, each of the elastic return elements 77 is guided, in other words is configured to be guided, relative to the guide barrels 104, during the movement of the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63 between the retracted position and the projected position and between the projected position and the retracted position.

[0412] Advantageously, the number of guide barrels 104 is equal to the number of elastic return elements 77, in this case equal to four in this exemplary embodiment.

[0413] In this second embodiment, the third retaining elements 78 are different from the first retaining elements 41.

[0414] Here, the third retaining elements 78 are retractable balls. Furthermore, each of the third retaining elements 78 is disposed inside a housing, not shown, of the chassis 63 and returned to an initial position by means of a spring.

[0415] With reference to Figures 14 to 16 of the second embodiment, the second electrical connection pins 80 are not shown. However, the connection module 61 may comprise these second electrical connection pins 80, as in the first embodiment.

[0416] As a variant, not shown, the second electrical connection pins 80 can be brought into contact with electrical connection points, not shown, provided on the first electronic card 26 during a movement of these second electrical connection pins 80 in the direction of movement T, as for the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63, during the movement of the first electrical connection pins 62 relative to the chassis 63 between the retracted position and the projected position and between the projected position and the retracted position

[0417] Thanks to the present invention, whatever the embodiment, such a construction of the motorized drive device makes it possible to facilitate and guarantee the electrical contacting of the first electrical connection pins of the connection module with the electrical connection points of the electrical connection device of the electronic control unit of the motorized drive device, following the replacement of the complementary member by the connection module inside the housing of the motorized drive device, while limiting the risk of damage to the electrical connection pins and the electrical connection points.
