Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Wireless charging system and its mobile carrier technical field
[0001] This description relates generally to a charging system. More particularly, this description relates to a wireless charging system adapted to provide wireless charging and a mobile carrier for the wireless charging system. Prior art
[0002] Generally, when an electric vehicle is parked at a charging station, a receiving coil of the electric vehicle only needs to be near a power coil of the charging station rather than being connected to the electric vehicle, so that wireless induction can be generated between the receiving coil and the power coil so as to provide the electrical energy needed by the electric vehicle.
[0003] However, the receiving coil being installed on the electric vehicle may be exposed to the outside from the external surface of the electric vehicle, thus affecting the appearance of the vehicle body. Consequently, this not only leads to a risk of theft and damage to the appearance, but also affects a user's intention to purchase the vehicle.
[0004] Consequently, the aforementioned technology apparently still has drawbacks and defects and requires further development. Therefore, developing a solution to overcome these drawbacks and defects is an important objective that relevant parties involved in the industry are currently unable to postpone. Summary of the invention
[0005] One aspect of the present description is to propose a wireless charging system and its mobile carrier to resolve the difficulties mentioned previously in the prior art.
[0006] According to one embodiment of the present description, a mobile carrier comprises a carrier body, an energy storage device, and an energy receiving module. The carrier body is formed with a hollow portion and an opening that communicates with the hollow portion. The energy storage device is disposed within the carrier body. The energy receiving module comprises a first coil device electrically connected to the energy storage device and received in the hollow portion, and a gap is defined between the first coil device and the opening.
[0007] According to one or more embodiments of the present description, in the mobile carrier, the body of the carrier comprises a housing, and the hollowed part is hollowed out on the housing and the opening is arranged on one side of the hollowed part which is connected to the housing.
[0008] According to one or more embodiments of this description, the movable carrier further comprises a cover element. The cover element comprises a cover plate covering the opening.
[0009] According to one or more embodiments of this description, in the movable carrier, the cover element further comprises a connecting portion that is connected to the cover plate. The cover plate covers the opening in a removable manner. The carrier body further comprises a first motor device connected to the connecting portion so as to move the cover plate within the connecting portion.
[0010] According to one or more embodiments of this description, in the mobile carrier, the body of the carrier further comprises at least one rail, at least one support, and a second drive device. The rail is fixed in the recessed portion. The support is arranged to slide on the rail and to move linearly through the opening. The second drive device is fixedly connected to the support and has a drive shaft from the second drive device that is connected to the first spool device to rotate the first spool device.
[0011] According to one or more embodiments of this description, in the mobile carrier, the first coil device is electrically connected to the energy storage device by means of a power cord entering the hollowed-out part.
[0012] According to one or more embodiments of the present description, in the mobile carrier, an opening direction of the opening and a direction of gravity are orthogonal to each other.
[0013] According to one or more embodiments of this description, a wireless charging system comprises a case, a power-emitting module, and the mobile carrier mentioned above. The case is formed with a second recess in one of its surfaces. The power-emitting module includes a power supply and a second coil device disposed in the second recess and electrically connected to the power supply. The recessed portion of the mobile carrier is formed with a first recess. When the case docks with the recessed portion, an induction gap is defined between the recessed portion and the second recess of the case, and the first coil device and the second coil device are aligned and induced by each other within the induction gap.
[0014] According to one or more embodiments of this description, in the wireless charging system, the first recess is formed with a hollow bottom, and the hollow bottom has a flat shape. When the case attaches to the recessed portion, the case is positioned in the first recess, the case is in contact with the hollow bottom of the first recess, and covers the first coil device.
[0015] According to one or more embodiments of this description, in the wireless charging system, the energy receiving module further comprises another case that can charge the first coil device and is disposed in the first recess. The second recess is formed with a hollow bottom and an inclined internal surface adjacent to the hollow bottom. When the case docks with the recessed portion, a part of the case is disposed in the first recess, a part of the other case is disposed in the second recess, and the other case is in contact with the inclined internal surface of the second recess.
[0016] Thus, thanks to the structure of the preceding embodiments, the description can allow a coil device to be installed without affecting the appearance of the body of the electric vehicle so as to reduce the risk of theft and impact on appearance, thereby increasing a user's purchase intent.

[0032] Reference will be made in detail hereafter to the present embodiments of this description, examples of which are shown in the accompanying figures. Whenever possible, the same numerals are used in the figures and the description to designate identical or similar parts. According to these embodiments, a person skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and variations can be made to the structure of this description without departing from its scope or spirit.
[0033] With reference to Figures 1 and 2, of which [Fig. 1] is a schematic view of a wireless charging system 10 according to an embodiment of the present description. [Fig. 2] is a partial schematic view of the energy receiving module 200 and the energy transmitting module 700 which are docked together in [Fig. 1]. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the wireless charging system 10 comprises a mobile carrier 100 and a charging station 600. The mobile carrier 100 includes a carrier body 110, an energy storage device 130, and an energy receiving module 200. The carrier body 110 is formed with a hollow portion 114 and an opening 113 that communicates with the hollow portion 114. The energy storage device 130 is arranged in the body of the carrier 110. The energy receiving module 200 includes a first coil device 210 electrically connected to the energy storage device 130 and received in the hollow part 114, and an interval G is defined between the first coil device 210 and the opening 113 of the body of the carrier 110.
[0034] In the embodiment, the body of the carrier 110 comprises a housing 110A. The hollowed part 114 is hollowed out on the housing 110A (for example, an external surface 111 of the housing 110A), and the aforementioned opening 113 is arranged on a side of the hollowed part 114 which is connected to the housing 110A and an opening direction (for example the X axis) of the opening 113 is orthogonal to a direction of gravity (for example, Z axis).
[0035] The hollowed portion 114 is formed with a first hollow 240 in it, and the first hollow 240 has a hollow bottom 241. The hollow bottom 241 and the opening 113 are opposite each other. The first coil device 210 is located in the first hollow 240, fixed to the hollow bottom of the first hollow 240, and a front surface (designated here as an induction surface 211) of the first coil device 210 is turned towards the opening 113. Thus, a common arrangement direction of the first coil device 210 is referred to hereafter as the horizontally located state.
[0036] The charging station 600 is equipped with an energy emission module 700 and a second casing 720. The energy emission module 700 includes a power supply device 710 and a second coil device 740. A surface 721 of the second casing 720 is formed with a second recess 730. The power supply device 710 is located outside the second recess 730. The second coil device 740 is disposed in the second recess 730 and electrically connected to the power supply device 710. More specifically, the second recess 730 has a hollow bottom 731 and a notch 732 which are opposite each other. The second coil device 740 is located at the hollow bottom 731 of the second recess 730 and a front surface (i.e. hereafter referred to as induction surface 741) of the second coil device 740 is turned towards the notch 732 of the second recess 730.Therefore, the current arrangement direction of the second coil device 740 is in the horizontally located state mentioned previously.
[0037] Furthermore, the energy storage device 130 is fixed in an internal space 112 of the case 110A, and the first coil device 210 (for example the first coil module 212) is electrically connected to the energy storage device 130 by means of a power line Cl passing through the hollow part 114. The second coil device 740 is electrically connected to the power supply device 710 by means of a power line C2 passing through the second case 720.
[0038] In this way, as shown in [Fig. 1] and [Fig. 2], when the mobile carrier 100 moves towards the charging station 600 so that the energy receiving module 200 docks with the energy transmitting module 700, an induction space is defined between the hollow part 114 and the second hollow 730 of the second case 720 and the first coil device 210 and the second coil device 740 face each other and induce each other in the induction space so that the first coil device 210 generates and sends energy to the energy storage device 130, thus charging the energy storage device 130.
[0039] More particularly, in this embodiment, the aforementioned surface 721 of the second case 720 contacts the outer surface 111 of the case 110A, i.e. that the second case 720 does not protrude into the recessed part 114. The entire first recess 240 and the entire second recess 730 are in communication with each other so as to form the induction space mentioned above.
[0040] More particularly, in the embodiment, the first coil device 210 comprises a first coil module 212 and a first coil housing 213. The first coil housing 213 is received in the recessed portion 114 and positioned at the level of the hollow bottom 241 of the first recess 240. The first coil housing 213 is formed with a receiving recess 216 for receiving the first coil module 212. The first coil module 212 is provided with a first axial line (for example, the X-axis) passing through the induction surface 211 of the first coil device 210, and parallel to the opening direction of the opening 113 (for example, the X-axis). At this point, the first coil device 210 is in the horizontal position. The second coil device 740 includes a second coil module 742 and a second coil housing 743.The second coil module 742 is received in the second coil housing 743, and the second coil housing 743 is located at the bottom of the hollow 731 of the second recess 730, for example. The second coil module 742 has a second axial line (for example, the X-axis) passing through the induction surface 741 of the second coil device 740, and parallel to the opening direction of the opening 113 (for example, the X-axis). At this point, the second coil device 740 is in the horizontally located position. However, this description is not limited to this; in other embodiments, each of the aforementioned first / second coil devices 210 and 740 may have only a coil module without being provided with any coil housing.
[0041] It will be noted that the first coil module 212 and the second coil module 742 have respectively a spiral or concentric circular shape for winding together to form a coil opening with the first / second axial lines. The first axial line can also be an axial line of the first coil device 210, and the second axial line can also be an axial line of the second coil device 740.
[0042] Furthermore, in this embodiment, a shortest distance D (for example, approximately 10 to 20 cm) is defined between the second coil device 740 and the first coil device 210, and this shortest distance D is several times the thickness Tl of the first coil device 210. For example, the thickness Tl of the first coil device 210 is approximately 2 cm, and the gap G between the first coil device 210 and the opening 113 is approximately 8 cm. Therefore, in terms of magnetic resonance charging technology, a certain distance (for example, 4 cm or more) must necessarily be maintained between the second coil device 740 and the first coil device 210 to ensure better charging efficiency and avoid a decrease in charging efficiency due to excessive proximity.
[0043] In this embodiment, the carrier body 110 is an electric vehicle (for example, a four-wheeled electric vehicle); however, the description is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the carrier body 110 may also be a single / two-seater electric vehicle or an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). In this embodiment, the energy receiving module 200 is incorporated into the rear of the electric vehicle (for example, the trunk); however, the description is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the energy receiving module 200 may also be attached to the outside of the rear compartment (for example, the side of the electric vehicle). In this embodiment, the energy storage device 130 is, for example, a battery device; however, the description is not limited to this.
[0044] Figure 3A is a perspective view representing an energy receiving module 200 and a first casing 230 according to an embodiment of the present description. Figure 3B is a schematic side view of the energy receiving module 200 of Figure 3A attached to the energy emitting module 700. As shown in Figures 3A and 3B, the mobile carrier 101 of the present embodiment is substantially identical to the aforementioned mobile carrier 100, and the difference between them is that the hollowed-out portion is a first casing 230 containing a first recess 240 and is not monolithically formed on the casing 110A, but on a surface 231 of the first casing 230 which is further combined with an inner surface 115 of the casing 110A. In this embodiment, the opening 113 is provided through the housing 110A ([Fig.3B]). The first recess 240 is recessed on one side of the first case 230 facing the opening 113.The first case 230 is arranged in the case 110A, connected to the case 110A to cover the opening 113, so that the opening 113 is connected to the first recess 240 formed in the first case 230.
[0045] More specifically, the first recess 240 comprises a hollow bottom 241 and a The notch 242 is opposite the other, and the notch 242 is closer to the opening 113 than to the hollow bottom 241. The first coil device 210 is located in the first recess 240 and fixed to the hollow bottom 241 of the first recess 240. A front surface of the first coil device 210 (hereafter referred to as the induction surface 211) faces the notch 242. Furthermore, the thickness T2 of the first case 230 is approximately 10 cm, and the space G between the first coil device 210 and the opening 113 is approximately 8 cm.
[0046] In this embodiment, the first sheath 230 and the second sheath 720 are integrated together in a protective chamber containing an induction space. Consequently, the protective chamber can provide insulation between the induction space and the outside, so that the first coil device 210 and the second coil device 740 in the induction space can be shielded by the protective chamber, preventing electromagnetic waves in the induction space from escaping. For example, the first sheath 230 and the second sheath 720 are made of metal, respectively.
[0047] Figure 4 is a partial schematic view of a movable carrier 102 according to an embodiment of the present description. As shown in Figure 4, the movable carrier 102 of the present embodiment is substantially identical to that of Figure 3B, and the difference between them is that the movable carrier 102 further comprises a cover element 120 which covers the housing 110A and the opening 113. More specifically, the cover element 120 is fixed to the external surface 111 of the housing 110A to cover the opening 113 and the external surface 111 of the housing 110A.
[0048] It should be noted that, since the cover element 120 is made of a non-metallic material, i.e., the cover element 120 comprises a non-metallic material, the cover element 120 disposed between the first sheath 230 and the second sheath 720 (see [Fig. 3B]) therefore does not affect the induction from the first coil device 210 to the second coil device 740. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the cover element 120 is an external decorative panel on the external electric vehicle; however, the description is not limited to this, and, in other embodiments, the cover element 120 can also be a license plate or an advertising mark for the electric vehicles.
[0049] Figures 5A and 5B are perspective views representing, respectively, a first case 232 containing an energy receiving module 200 in different states according to an embodiment of this description. Figure 6A is a schematic view representing an energy receiving module 200 and an energy emitting module 700 that are lashed to each other according to an embodiment of this description. The movable carrier 103 of this embodiment is substantially identical to that of Figure 4, and the difference between them is that, as this is shown in figures 5A and 5B, the cover element 120 is removable to cover the opening 113 of the housing 110A or to expose the opening 113 of the housing 110A (see [Fig.6A]).
[0050] More particularly, as shown in Figures 5A and 5B, in this embodiment, the cover element 120 comprises a cover plate 121 and a connecting part 122 connected to the cover plate 121. The cover plate 121 covers the opening 113, more particularly the cover plate 121 movablely covers the opening 113. The movable carrier 103 further comprises a first motor device 260. The first motor device 260 is connected to the connecting part 122 to move the cover plate 121 to cover ([Fig. 5B]) and expose ([Fig. 5A]) the opening 113 by means of the connecting part 122 (see [Fig. 6A]).
[0051] Furthermore, in this embodiment, for example, the first motor device 260 is located on the first housing 232 and the first motor device 260 is located outside the first recess 240; however, the description is not limited to this. The connecting portion 122 is arc-shaped, and one end of the connecting portion 122 is pivotally connected to a drive shaft 261 of the first motor device 260, and the other end extends into the first recess 240 to be fixedly connected to the cover plate 121 by means of the notch 242 of the first recess 240 and the opening 113; however, the present description is not limited to this.
[0052] It will be noted that, in this embodiment, the cover element 120 is in an exterior trim panel on the electric vehicle; however, the description is not limited to this, and, in other embodiments, the cover element 120 may also be a license plate or an advertising mark of the electric vehicles.
[0053] As shown in [Fig.6A], when the first case 232 is attached to the second cover 720, the second cover 720 extends into the first recess 240 to be in direct contact with the hollow bottom 241 of the first recess 240. More particularly, in this embodiment, the hollow bottom 241 of the first recess 240 is flat, and the surface 721 of the second case 720 is also flat.
[0054] Thus, when the first case 232 docks with the second case 720, the second case 720 is located in the first recess 240, and the surface 721 of the second case 720 directly contacts the first recess 240. The entire second recess 730 is the induction space mentioned previously, and both the first coil device 210 and the second coil device 740 are located in the second recess 730. It should be noted that under other constraints and requirements, as long as a certain distance is maintained between the first coil device 210 and the second coil device 740, the previous structure of this embodiment can allow the first coil device 210 and the second coil device 740 to be closer to each other, resulting in improved induction performance.
[0055] [Fig. B] is a schematic view representing an energy receiving module 200 and an energy emitting module 700 that are lashed to each other according to an embodiment of the present description. As shown in [Fig. B], the lashing state of the energy receiving module 200 and the energy emitting module 700 of the present embodiment is substantially identical to the lashing state of [Fig. A], and the difference between them is that, when the first sleeve 232 latches onto the second sleeve 720, the second sleeve 720 extends into a portion of the first recess 240 but is not in direct contact with the hollow bottom 241 of the first recess 240. More particularly, in this embodiment, the first recess 240 further comprises a plurality of inclined inner surfaces 243.The inclined inner surfaces 243 collectively surround and are adjacent to the hollow bottom 241 of the first recess 240 on one side and collectively surround to form the notch 242 of the first recess 240 on the other side. Thus, when the first case 232 docks with the second case 720, a portion of the second case 720 extends into the first recess 240 to be in contact with the inclined inner surface 243 of the first recess 240 and is prevented from moving forward by the inclined inner surface 243. Thus, a portion of the first recess 240 and the entire second recess 730 are integrated together to form the induction space mentioned previously.
[0056] Fig. 0C is a schematic view representing an energy receiving module and an energy emitting module which are docked to each other according to an embodiment of the present description. As shown in [Fig. 1C], the docking state of the energy receiving module 200 and the energy transmitting module 700 of the present embodiment is substantially identical to the docking state of [Fig. 2], the difference being that the energy receiving module 200 further comprises a third sleeve 300 for loading the first coil device 210. The first sleeve 300 is located at the hollow bottom 241 of the first recess 240. A surface 301 of the third sleeve 300, facing the opening 113, is hollowed out with a third recess 330. The third recess 330 comprises a hollow bottom 331 and a notch 332 which are opposite each other. The notch 332 of the third recess 330 is closer to the opening 113 than to the hollow bottom 331, and the hollow bottom 331 of the third recess 330 is closer to the hollow bottom 341 than to the opening 113. The first coil device 210 is located in the third recess 330 and fixed to the hollow bottom 331 of the third recess 330 and the surface. front of the first coil device 210 (hereafter referred to as induction surface 211) turned towards the notch 332. More particularly, in this embodiment, the second recess 730 further comprises a plurality of inclined inner surfaces 733 and the inclined inner surfaces 733 collectively surround and are adjacent to the hollow bottom 731 of the second recess 730 on one side and collectively surround to form the notch 732 at the level of the other side.
[0057] Thus, when the third case 300 docks with the second case 722, a part of the second case 722 extends into the first recess 240 and a part of the third case 300 extends into the second recess 730 and the third case 300 is in contact with the inclined inner surface 733 of the second recess 730 and is stopped in its forward movement by the inclined inner surface 733. Thus, a part of the second recess 730 and all of the third recess 330 are collectively integrated to be the induction space mentioned above.
[0058] It will be noted that, under other constraints and requirements, as long as a certain distance is maintained between the first coil device 210 and the second coil device 740, the previous structure of this embodiment can allow dynamic adjustment towards the space between the first coil device 210 and the second coil device 740, from which it follows that the appropriate induction performance is achieved.
[0059] Figures 7A to 7C are successive schematic views in operation of a mobile carrier 104 according to an embodiment of the present description. As shown in [Fig. 7A], the mobile carrier 104 of the present embodiment is substantially identical to the mobile carrier 101 of [Fig. 3A], and the difference between them is that the first coil device 210 can move out of the first case 230 or back into the first case 230, rather than being statically disposed in the first case 230, and the cover plate 121 can move linearly to cover or expose the opening 113 in a direction of gravity (for example, the Z-axis in [Fig. 7A]).
[0060] More particularly, the movable carrier 104 further comprises at least one first rail 310, at least one first support 320, a second drive device 270, and a third drive device 280. The first rail 310 is fixedly disposed in the first housing 230 and is fixed in the recessed portion (e.g., of the first recess 240). The first rail 310 is provided with a first length axis direction (e.g., the X-axis) that is parallel to the length axis direction (e.g., the X-axis) of the first recess 240. The first support 320 is slidably disposed on the first rail 310 to slide linearly through the opening 113 in the first length axis direction (e.g., the X-axis). The second device Motor 270 is fixedly connected to the first support 320, and the second motor device 270 has a drive shaft (not shown in the figures) connected (e.g., coaxially) to the first coil device 210 to rotate the first coil device 210 about an axis of rotation (e.g., the Y-axis). The axis of rotation (e.g., the Y-axis), the first length axis direction (e.g., the X-axis), and the gravity direction (e.g., the Z-axis) are orthogonal to each other. The third motor device 280 is disposed in the first housing 230 and connected to the first support 320 to move the first support 320 so that it slides linearly along the first rail 310.
[0061] Therefore, as shown in [Fig.7A] and [Fig.7B], when the first support 320 slides along the first rail 310 so as to move the second motor device 270 and the first coil device 210 out of the first recess 240 from the opening 113. At this moment, the first length axis direction (for example, the Z axis) of the first coil device 210 is parallel to the direction of gravity (for example, the Z axis), i.e. the induction surface of the first coil device 210 is turned downwards. The current arrangement direction of the first coil device 210 is called the elongated situated state hereafter, then, as shown in Figures 7B to 7C, after the second motor device 270 and the first coil device 210 are moved out of the moving carrier 110, the second motor device 270 rotates the first coil device 210 so that the first coil device 210 rotates around the line of rotation (e.g., the Y axis) to obtain that the first axial line (e.g., the X axis) of the first coil device 210 is parallel to the first length axis direction (e.g., the X axis), in other words, the induction surface 211 of the first coil device 210 is brought to the horizontal situated state ([Fig.7C]) from the elongated situated state ([Fig.7B]) so as to be able to face the second coil device 740 ([Fig.1]). .
[0062] It will be noted that, in the embodiment, although the drive shaft of the second motor device 270 is connected to the lateral side of the first coil device 210, however, the description is not limited to this, the drive shaft of the second motor device 270 can be connected to a middle position on the side of the first coil device 210 according to other constraints and requirements in other embodiments.
[0063] Figure 8 is a perspective view representing an energy receiving module 200 and a first casing 250 according to an embodiment of the present description. Figure 9 is a partially disassembled view of the energy receiving module 200 and the first casing 250 of Figure 8. Figures 10A to 10D are successive schematic views of the energy receiving module 200 of Figure 9 in operation. As shown in Figures 8 to 9, the energy receiving module 200 of this embodiment can move the first coil device 210 to the elongated state ([Fig.1OA]) from the horizontally located state ([Fig.1OD]) without using a kinetic device (for example a motor device).
[0064] More specifically, as shown in [Fig. 8] and [Fig. 9], the movable carrier 105 further comprises one or more (for example, two) stops 256. The stops 256 are arranged on the body of the carrier of the movable carrier 105 (for example, the first sleeve 250). The first coil device 210 comprises one or more first (for example, two) receiving portions of the shaft 214 and one or more second (for example, two) receiving portions of the shaft 215.The first receiving parts of the shaft (e.g., curved L-shaped parts) 214 and the second receiving parts of the shaft (e.g., curved L-shaped parts) 215 are commonly arranged on the surface 213A of the first coil housing 213, and each of the second receiving parts of the shaft 215 is arranged between one of the first receiving parts of the shaft (e.g., curved L-shaped parts) 214 and one of the stops 256, and the height L1 of the first receiving part of the shaft 214 is less than the height L2 of the second receiving part of the shaft 215.
[0065] More specifically, the first receiving portions of the shaft 214 are located symmetrically on the surface 213A of the first coil housing 213, i.e., the first receiving portions of the shaft 214 are arranged along the Y-axis, and the second receiving portions of the shaft 215 are located symmetrically on the surface 213A of the first coil housing 213, i.e., the second receiving portions of the shaft 215 are arranged along the Y-axis. The second receiving portions of the shaft 215 are aligned with the stops 256, respectively. However, this description is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the stop 256 may also be located on the body of the carrier.
[0066] The movable carrier 105 further comprises one or more (for example, two) second rails 410, at least one (for example, one) second support 420, at least one (for example, two) L-shaped connecting elements 500, and at least one (for example, two) sliding elements 521. The second rails 410 are fixed in the first housing 250 and secured in the recessed portion of the movable carrier 105, and each of the second rails 410 has a second axis of length direction (for example, the X-axis) that is parallel to the direction of the opening (for example, the X-axis) of the aforementioned notch 242. The second support 420 (for example, of the U-type) is slidably arranged on the second rails 410 and pivotally connected to the first receiving portion of the shaft 214 by means of a first pivot 530. The second support 420 is made with an elongated orifice 421, and the axis direction of The length of the elongated orifice 421 is parallel to the second length axis direction (e.g., the X-axis). The L-shaped connecting element 500 has a first section 510 and a second section 520 that intersect each other. The first section 510 is pivotally connected to the second receiving portion of the shaft 215 by means of a second pivot 540, and is parallel to the second length axis direction (e.g., the X-axis). The second section 520 extends from the first section 510 to the second receiving portion of the shaft 215. The sliding element 521 is disposed on the second section 520 of the L-shaped connecting element 500 and is limited to sliding within the elongated orifice 421.
[0067] Therefore, as shown in [Fig.1OA] and [Fig.1OB], when the second support 420 pushes part of the first coil device 210 out of the notch 242 (or the opening 113) by means of the first pivot 530 in the second length axis direction (for example, the X axis, see [Fig.8]), the extension of the L-shaped connecting element 500 outwards from the notch 242 is stopped by the stops 256 (see [Fig.8]). At this point, when the first coil device 210 is placed in the first case 250, the first axial line of the first coil device 210 is parallel to the direction of gravity (e.g., the Z-axis), i.e., the first coil device 210 is in the elongated position ([Fig. 1OA]). Then, as shown in [Fig. 1OC] and in [Fig.[lOD], when the second support 420 continues to push the first coil device 210, the sliding elements 521 begin to slide in a direction away from the first pivot 530, and the first coil device 210 (i.e. the remaining part of the first coil device 210) is rotated out of the first case 250 (i.e. the hollowed part of the moving carrier 105) from the notch 242 with the second pivot 540 as the fulcrum (see [Fig.8]) so that the first axial line of the first coil module 212 is parallel to the second direction of the length axis (e.g., the X axis), i.e. the first coil device 210 is in the horizontally located state ([Fig.lOD]).
[0068] More specifically, in this embodiment, the first case 250 further comprises a front side plate 251, a U-shaped frame 252, and a lower inclined plate 253. The front side plate 251 is connected to the body of the carrier 110 ([Fig. 3B]). One side of the U-shaped frame 252 is connected to the upper side 251U of the front side plate 251, and the lower inclined plate 253 is respectively connected to the other side of the U-shaped frame 252 and the lower side 251I of the front side plate 251. The front side plate 251 further comprises two slots 255. The notch 242 is aligned with and connected to the aforementioned opening 113 (see [Fig. 5A]). The slots 255 are formed symmetrically on the front side plate 251 and respectively connected to the same side of the notch 242. Each of the stops 256 is located on an inner side of one of the slots 255 to prevent the corresponding L-shaped connecting elements 500 from continuing to move so that they do not extend out of the first case 250 from the slots 255.
[0069] In this embodiment, the mobile carrier 105 further comprises at least one transmission mechanism 290. For example, the transmission mechanism 290 comprises a third drive device 280, a drive roller 282, a connecting frame 283 and a driven roller 284. The third drive device 280 is located in the first case 250, fixed on the second rails 410, and connected to the second support 420 to move the second support 420 to slide linearly along the second direction of the length axis (for example, the X axis). The connecting frame 283 is fixedly connected to the second rails 410, receives the drive roller 282 within it, and allows the driven roller 282 to be arranged to rotate on the connecting frame 283. The drive roller 282 is connected coaxially to the transmission shaft 281 of the third drive device 280 and in direct contact with the second support 420.The second support 420 is interposed between the drive roller 282 and the driven roller 284.
[0070] In this way, when the drive shaft 281 of the third drive device 280 rotates the drive roller 282 synchronously, the drive roller 282 can allow the second support 420 to pass between the drive roller 282 and the driven roller 284 so that it slides linearly and synchronously. However, insofar as the second support 420 can slide linearly, the present description is not limited to the preceding structure.
[0071] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as shown in [Fig. 1OA], the first drive device 260 can drive the cover plate 121 so that it slides linearly in the direction of gravity (for example, the Z-axis). More particularly, for example, the connecting part 122 has a rack 123 fixedly located on a surface of the cover plate 121, and the axis of length direction of the rack 123 is parallel to the direction of gravity (for example, the Z-axis). The first motor device 260 further includes a gear 262 connected coaxially to the transmission shaft 261 of the first motor device 260 and directly engaged with the rack 123. Therefore, when the transmission shaft 261 of the first motor device 260 rotates the gear 262 synchronously, the gear 262 can linearly move the cover plate 121 synchronously by means of the rack 123.However, insofar as the cover plate 121 can slide linearly, the description is not limited to the previous structure.
[0072] It should be noted that the mobile carrier described in these embodiments can be an autonomous mobile carrier or a mobile carrier piloted by a driver; however, the This description is not limited to that.
[0073] Thus, by means of the structure of the preceding embodiments, the description can provide a coil device installed without affecting the appearance of the body of the electric vehicle so as to reduce the risk of theft and damage to the appearance, thereby increasing the purchase intent of a user.
