Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Hydraulic water level regulation device and installation comprising such a device TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The field of the invention is that of public works and water supply.
[0002] More specifically, the invention relates to a hydraulic device for regulating the water level of water networks, for a given flow rate range.
[0003] The invention finds applications in particular upstream of a structure such as a collector or a spillway. The invention can be applied, in a non-exclusive manner, to separate stormwater sanitation networks or unitary networks, to irrigation, to free-surface water supply as well as to industrial networks. STATE OF THE ART
[0004] The challenge of a sanitation network is to protect the city and the natural environment from a sanitary and hydraulic point of view depending on different demands of dry weather and rainy weather.
[0005] In recent years, the degree and frequency of heavy rainfall has increased due to climate change. Flood damage is therefore becoming more and more frequent. This requires special arrangements in cities, particularly in terms of sanitation networks.
[0006] Four service levels allow the different requests to be characterized. These levels are described below: • A level 0 corresponding to dry weather. The sanitary network must then allow the effluent produced by the collection basin to be evacuated to the treatment station without storage in the network; • Levels 1 and 2 corresponding to low to medium rainfall for which the network must manage volumes of water without significant impact in terms of qualitative degradation of the natural environment; • A level 3 corresponding to heavy rains with the first possible overflows, according to which priority is given to the fight against flooding with the acceptance of significant impacts on the receiving environment in hydraulic terms.
[0007] In this respect, various options are available to sanitation network designers in order to guarantee the objectives linked to the service levels. Among the existing solutions, there is network storage, also called pipe storage.
[0008] Most hydraulic installations like the one described in document US2014345716A1 operate in bottom valve law, nozzle or orifice law, that is to say that the water passes through the underside of a plate or through holes.
[0009] The main disadvantage is that the hydraulic laws of this type of structure quickly vary the water level upstream for a small variation in flow. Varying the water level upstream can involve flooding upstream of the reservoir, which is problematic.
[0010] Document FR2847687 presents another solution. This is a motorized regulation structure. However, this type of structure requires a more significant electrical supply and maintenance, a control-command and piloting system as well as a backup and operational maintenance system.
[0011] This existing solution is very difficult to implement, it is expensive and requires a lot of maintenance.
[0012] Installations such as those described in document FR2744147A1 operate by a tilting shutter principle, triggered from a predetermined upstream water height. When the shutter tilts, the water is evacuated through the upper and lower openings.
[0013] Tilting shutters are structures that allow the water flow to be regulated by changing the height of the threshold, which is adjusted by raising or lowering the shutters.
[0014] These systems are often used to regulate the water level in canals and rivers, and can be used with different types of shutters, such as spring-loaded shutters, counterweight shutters, or direct-acting shutters. The shutters can be controlled manually or using an electric motor for more precise regulation.
[0015] The advantages of water level control systems with tilting shutters include simplicity of design, low energy consumption and low maintenance required.
[0016] However, these systems may not be suitable for all demands, particularly when high water levels or large flow rates need to be regulated.
[0017] Additionally, they are less accurate than other types of water level control systems, and may result in greater water level fluctuations.
[0018] One of the main disadvantages of the installation described by document FR2744147A1 is that it has only two operating positions. More precisely, it comprises a closed configuration, in which in-line water storage can occur, and an open configuration, in which the stored water is discharged downstream.
[0019] Thus, this installation does not provide a suitable response to the different levels of stress previously presented. More precisely, they are either suitable for level 0 and level 1, or for level 2 and level 3 for example, but they are not designed to provide a relevant response across all possible stresses.
[0020] Other installations such as that described in documents FR3121192A1, or WO2013 / 093387A1 comprise constructive elements such as springs and elastomers allowing autonomous regulation. They are configured to allow better regulation of the discharged flow rate by an overflow threshold law. For example, they comprise means for returning the valve with at least one spring. However, this spring, in an aquatic environment, therefore particularly constrained, is not robust and can quickly become damaged.
[0021] Furthermore, like other installations based on a deformable flexible threshold, these solutions have a major drawback: they are difficult to calibrate in the context of an evaluation of the flow rate passing through for metrological purposes.
[0022] They cannot be adapted to both level 0 and 3 demands, and cannot offer water level control downstream of the installation.
[0023] Furthermore, regarding operation, current hydraulic regulation structures require complex implementation in the case where technical personnel operating a sanitation network must cross a valve for maintenance reasons. This is all the more the case for installations comprising elements such as springs, cylinders or elastomers requiring the closed state of the structures.
[0024] None of the current systems can simultaneously meet all the required needs, namely to propose a technique which makes it possible to regulate the water level, whatever the upstream demand, which is easily calibrated, exploitable, maintainable, and robust to breakdowns. Statement of the invention
[0025] The present invention aims to remedy all or part of the drawbacks of the state of the art cited above.
[0026] The present invention relates to a hydraulic device for storing a volume of water and for regulating the water level in a reservoir, which can be crossed by a flow of water flowing over a surface.
[0027] The upstream part of the hydraulic device is called the part located upstream of the hydraulic device in relation to the direction of circulation, also called the direction of flow of the water flow. The upstream part may include a reservoir. Similarly, the downstream part of the hydraulic device is called the part located downstream of the hydraulic device in relation to the direction of circulation of the water flow.
[0028] We can define an orthonormal reference frame comprising three axes: • An x axis is the horizontal axis, parallel to the direction of water flow; • A y axis is the transverse axis, that is to say perpendicular to the direction of the water flow, and in a plane tangent to said surface; • A z axis is the vertical axis, perpendicular to both the x axis and the y axis.
[0029] The hydraulic device comprises at least two supports connected to each other by an axis of rotation substantially parallel to the surface and perpendicular to the direction of flow of the water stream.
[0030] For the sake of clarity, this axis of rotation is the y axis.
[0031] The device also comprises a movable shutter, rotatably mounted around the axis of rotation, comprising an open position and a closed position.
[0032] Open and closed positions are defined as follows: • the movable shutter is in the closed position when it is substantially perpendicular to said surface, • the movable shutter is configured to tilt into the open position when the water flow applies a force greater than a threshold called the opening threshold to cause it to rotate around the axis and reach an angle called the opening angle between the movable shutter in the open position and in the closed position along said axis.
[0033] The movable shutter also comprises at least one regulating plate. The regulating plate is configured to allow the movable shutter to tilt into a position called the intermediate position, when the volume of water applies a force greater than a threshold called the intermediate threshold to drive it in rotation around the axis and reach an angle called the intermediate angle between the movable shutter in the intermediate position and in the closed position along said axis, the intermediate angle being less than the opening angle. The closed position is also called the storage position. It allows the water to be stored upstream of the hydraulic device and not to be evacuated.
[0034] This device has the advantage of providing a means of regulating the level accurate, easily calibrated, robust to failures and easily maintainable water compared to existing solutions.
[0035] More specifically, when the upstream water volume is considered to be low, the force of the upstream water volume exerted on the movable flap is too low to cause it to tilt around the rotation axis. Equivalently, when the upstream water level is considered to be low, the force of the upstream water volume exerted on the movable flap is too low to cause it to tilt around the rotation axis.
[0036] When the flow rate of the upstream water flow is said to be moderate, the force of the upstream water volume exerted on the movable flap is sufficient to allow rotation of the device. The movable flap can then reach the intermediate position. This position is an equilibrium position, that is to say a position where the forces applied by the water flow are compensated by other forces.
[0037] When the flow rate of the upstream water stream is high, the flow rate exceeds a threshold value called the opening threshold, the force of the volume of water exerted on the movable shutter is sufficient to cause it to tilt and open.
[0038] Thus, the movable flap, in the intermediate position, allows the water level of the downstream water volume to be higher along z than if the movable flap were in the closed position. On the contrary, the movable flap, in the intermediate position, allows the water level of the upstream water volume to be lower along z than if the movable flap is in the closed position.
[0039] Similarly, the movable flap, in the open position, allows the water level of the downstream water flow to be higher along z than if the movable flap were in the closed or intermediate position. On the contrary, the movable flap, in the open position, allows the water level of the upstream water volume to be lower along z than if the movable flap is in the intermediate position.
[0040] For the sake of clarity, we specify that the term movable shutter in the open position has the same meaning as hydraulic device in the open position. Similarly, this reasoning extends to the closed and intermediate positions.
[0041] Alternatively or in addition, the hydraulic device comprises, in its part closest to the lower part of the surface, two lower flaps arranged opposite each other. These lower flaps are configured to allow the flow of water at a given flow rate to pass between them without causing the movable flap to tilt.
[0042] These lower flaps make it possible to regulate the level of the downstream water flow more precisely, particularly for low flow rates.
[0043] In a particular embodiment, the hydraulic device comprises an upper plate located above the regulating plate along a substantially vertical axis when the movable flap is in the closed position. In other words, this is the z axis. In this particular embodiment, the upper plate has a NACA type profile and forms an angle of inclination relative to the regulating plate configured to control the hydrodynamic stall.
[0044] For information, NACA profiles are aerodynamic profiles for aircraft wings developed by the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA, USA). This is the most well-known and used series of profiles in aircraft construction.
[0045] This particular configuration has the advantages of better controlling the hydrodynamic detachment and thus controlling the water levels for opening and closing the movable shutter, compared to a device comprising an upper plate not having a NACA type profile.
[0046] In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the hydraulic device comprises stops configured to limit the opening of the movable shutter beyond the open position upstream of the closed position.
[0047] This limits damage to the hydraulic device and increases the precision of said hydraulic device.
[0048] Alternatively or in addition, the hydraulic device comprises a safety system configured to keep the movable shutter in the open position.
[0049] This feature offers the advantage of facilitating maintenance by allowing a person to pass through the hydraulic device in a safe manner.
[0050] In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the hydraulic device comprises a lifting device, configured to tilt the movable shutter from the closed position to the intermediate position and / or to the open position, and / or from the intermediate position to the open position.
[0051] This also makes it easier to maintain and calibrate the hydraulic device.
[0052] In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the hydraulic device comprises at least two regulating plates, and at least one second intermediate threshold and a second intermediate position.
[0053] This embodiment allows for more precise regulation of the water level of the water flow.
[0054] In a particular embodiment, the movable shutter comprises positioning means, arranged substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation configured to allow the insertion of the regulation plate(s) on the movable shutter.
[0055] Thus, an operator can easily mount the hydraulic device. Also, this makes it possible to easily modify the location of the regulating plate(s), thus calibrating the hydraulic device.
[0056] In particular embodiments of the invention, the hydraulic device comprises means for remote adjustment of at least one regulating plate configured to allow the positioning of the regulating plate(s) on the movable flap to be adjusted remotely.
[0057] This makes it possible to simplify, compared to a manual configuration, the calibration of the hydraulic device.
[0058] The invention also relates to a hydraulic installation comprising several hydraulic devices arranged substantially parallel to each other.
[0059] Thus, it is possible to more precisely calibrate the water flow level downstream of the most downstream hydraulic device. This installation makes it possible to have several water flow levels downstream of the most upstream hydraulic device. This installation offers particularly precise regulation of the water flow level. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
[0060] Other advantages, aims and particular characteristics of the present invention will emerge from the following non-limiting description of at least one particular embodiment of the devices which are the subject of the present invention, with reference to the appended drawings, in which: • [Fig. 1] is a side view of an example of a circular pipeline in a water network comprising an embodiment of the invention; • [Fig.2] is an isometric schematic view of the hydraulic device of [Fig.l] in the closed position; • [Fig.3] is an isometric schematic view of the hydraulic device of [Fig.l] in the closed position; • [Fig.4] is an isometric schematic view of the hydraulic device of [Fig.l] in an intermediate position; • [Fig.5] is an isometric schematic view of an example of the embodiment of the invention in the open position shown in [Fig.l]; • [Fig.6] is an isometric schematic view of an example of the embodiment of the invention in an intermediate position; • [Fig.7] is an exploded isometric schematic view of an example of an embodiment of the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0061] It should be noted, from now on, that the figures are not to scale and that identical elements are identified by identical numerical references. Example of a particular embodiment
[0062] [Fig.l] is a side view of a hydraulic device 100 integrated in a cylindrical pipe with a circular base 10. The circular pipe 10 is capable of circulating a flow of water along an x axis. This flow of water can pass through the hydraulic device 100. The flow of water circulates on a surface formed by the circular pipe 10. The hydraulic device 100 is configured to store a volume of water and regulate the water level in a reservoir.
[0063] It can be considered an orthonormal reference frame comprising three axes: • An x axis is the horizontal axis, parallel to the direction of water flow; • A y axis is the transverse axis, that is to say perpendicular to the direction of the water flow, and in a plane tangent to a lower part of the pipe; • A z axis is the vertical axis, perpendicular to both the x axis and the y axis.
[0064] The upstream part of the hydraulic device can be considered to be the part located upstream of the hydraulic device relative to the direction of circulation, also called the flow direction of the water flow. The upstream part can include a reservoir. Similarly, the downstream part of the hydraulic device is called the part located downstream of the hydraulic device relative to the direction of circulation of the water flow.
[0065] Following the same logic, the upstream water flow 11 is called the flow of water upstream of the hydraulic device 100 relative to its direction of circulation. Similarly, the upstream water volume will be called the volume of water upstream of the hydraulic device 100 relative to the direction of circulation of the latter when said device changes positions, defined below. This may be, for example, the volume of water in the reservoir.
[0066] The downstream water flow 12 refers to the flow of water downstream of the hydraulic device 100 relative to its direction of circulation. Similarly, the downstream water volume refers to the volume of water downstream of the hydraulic device 100 relative to its direction of circulation when said device changes positions, defined in the rest of the text.
[0067] The upstream water flow 11 and the upstream water volume have a level called the upstream water flow level 13. By water level we mean the height of the water along the z axis on a section of the pipe 10 relative to the lowest point of the pipe 10, considered as a reference point, at z=0. The water flow may have a zero speed along the x axis. In this case, it may also be called the water volume.
[0068] Similarly, the downstream water flow 12 and the downstream water volume have a level called the downstream water flow level 14.
[0069] The hydraulic device 100 may, in one application, be arranged in a section of the circular pipeline 10.
[0070] The hydraulic device 100 comprises at least two supports 107, 108 connected to each other by an axis of rotation 104 along the y axis.
[0071] [Fig.l] also illustrates a movable shutter 101 rotatably mounted around the axis of rotation 104. The movable shutter comprises a regulating plate 103.
[0072] The regulating plate 103 is arranged in a plane perpendicular to the XZ plane. It can block the passage of the flow at its level, and allow the flow of water to circulate above it and / or below it, along the z axis, in a hydraulic conduit 10. In the embodiment illustrated in [Fig.l], the flow can pass above, along the z axis, the regulating plate 103 at the level of an overflow window 110.
[0073] The regulating plate 103 may have the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped. It may also have other shapes such as trapezoidal, or even, still in a non-limiting manner, elliptical.
[0074] It can be made of a metallic material. It can also be made of a plastic material. The regulating plate 103 is preferably rigid, so as not to be deformed by the forces applied to it.
[0075] As illustrated in [Fig.2], the movable shutter 101 may comprise a lower orifice 111. This lower orifice is positioned under the regulating plate 103 along the z axis. The lower orifice 111 allows the passage of the water flow through the hydraulic device 100.
[0076] The lower orifice 111 may be delimited by two lower flaps 1111, 1112, arranged opposite each other. Said lower flaps are positioned in the part of the hydraulic device closest to the lower part of the surface.
[0077] The lower flaps 1111, 1112 are configured to allow the flow of water at a given flow rate to pass between them without causing the movable flap 101 to tilt.
[0078] The movable shutter 101 has three positions. • An open position, illustrated in [Fig.5], in which the movable shutter 101 is configured to switch to the open position 102 when the volume of water applies a force greater than a threshold called the opening threshold to cause it to rotate around the y axis and reach an angle called the opening angle 122 between the shutter in the closed position and in the open position along said axis; • A closed position, illustrated in [Fig.2] and [Fig.3] in which the movable shutter 101 is in the closed position when it is substantially perpendicular to the XY plane. This is the position of the movable shutter 101 when no force along the x axis is applied to it or when the force applied by the volume of water is not sufficient to set the movable shutter in motion; • An intermediate position, illustrated in [Fig.4], in which the movable shutter 101 is in the intermediate position when at least one regulating plate 103 allows the movable shutter 101 to tilt into a position called the intermediate position, when the volume of water applies a force greater than a threshold called the intermediate threshold to drive it in rotation along the y axis and reach an angle called the intermediate angle 124 between the shutter in the closed position and in the intermediate position along said axis, the intermediate angle 124 being less than the opening angle 122.
[0079] For the sake of simplicity, we consider the intermediate and opening angles 122 as internal angles, that is to say that they are less than 180°.
[0080] For the sake of clarity, we specify that the term movable shutter in the open position has the same meaning as hydraulic device in the open position. Similarly, this reasoning extends to the closed and intermediate positions.
[0081] The closed position is also called the storage position. It allows water to be stored upstream of the hydraulic device and not to be discharged.
[0082] Thus, the invention aims to guarantee control of the upstream water level for a determined flow rate range.
[0083] More specifically, as illustrated in Figures 2 to 5, the hydraulic device 100 can occupy several positions, which will influence the level of the downstream water flow 14. These positions can be taken passively, that is to say, without external intervention of a person, via, for example, the control of motorized devices. The transition from one to the other can also be done actively in another embodiment, that is to say following human intervention, as described below.
[0084] Furthermore, the movable shutter 101 may comprise return means 115. The return means 115 may be configured to return the movable shutter 101 to the closed position when the forces along the x axis which are applied to the movable shutter 101 are less than a threshold, called the intermediate threshold.
[0085] Said return means may be configured to return the movable shutter 101 to an intermediate position when the forces along the x axis which are applied to the movable shutter 101 are less than a threshold, called the opening threshold. Said return means may comprise one or more counterweights.
[0086] The return means 115 may for example comprise one or more springs. The springs may be of different shapes, such as helical springs, flat springs, torsion springs, etc. They have the advantage of simplifying the maintenance of the hydraulic device 100.
[0087] Also, the return means 115 may comprise one or more jacks.
[0088] The return means 115 may also comprise torsion bars. These torsion bars consist of metal rods that can be twisted to store elastic potential energy.
[0089] Another alternative concerns the use of electromagnetic recall systems
[0090] The hydraulic device 100 may also comprise one or more stops 109 configured to limit the opening of the movable shutter 101 beyond the open position and / or to limit the opening of the movable shutter 101 upstream of the closed position.
[0091] These stops can be linear. They can in particular have a hinge shape.
[0092] The stops 109 may be ball thrust bearings, which makes it possible to reduce the friction between the elements of the hydraulic device 100.
[0093] They can also be roller stops, or spring stops, which make it possible to apply a return force to the movable flap 101.
[0094] The stops 109 may be of the magnetic type, which use magnetic fields to control and limit the movement of the movable flap 101.
[0095] The hydraulic conduit 10 may comprise side walls. The side walls may be positioned downstream of the hydraulic device in order to guide the flow and prevent the rotation of the shutter from being hindered by objects carried by the flow.
[0096] The stops 109 can be fixed to the side walls.
[0097] In the embodiment illustrated in Figures 2 to 5, the water flow can pass below and above the regulating plate 103 along the z axis.
[0098] The movable shutter 101 may comprise an upper plate 105, located above the regulating plate 103 along the z axis in the closed position.
[0099] The upper plate 105 may be in the same plane formed by the regulating plate 103, whether in the open, closed, or intermediate position. It may be integral with the regulating plate 103.
[0100] The positions of the upper plate 105 and the rotation axis 104 on the movable flap 101 can be determined as a function of the maximum water level 13 of the permitted water flow upstream. When this water level is reached, the pressure on the regulating plate 103 and the upper plate 105 makes it possible to drive the flap 101 in rotation around the rotation axis 104.
[0101] The upper plate 105 may have a rectangular, circular shape, or any other curvilinear shape making it possible to limit the pressure loss linked to the walls. Said upper plate may have a flat shape or have any type of NACA type aircraft wing profile for example.
[0102] As a reminder, NACA profiles are aerodynamic profiles for aircraft wings developed by the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics (NACA, USA). This is the best-known and most widely used series of profiles in aircraft construction.
[0103] The upper plate 105 may be in the plane of the flap or form an angle of inclination to control the hydrodynamic stall.
[0104] The flow rate of the upstream water flow 11 is considered to be low when, as illustrated in [Fig.2] and in [Fig.3], the force of the upstream water flow 11 exerted on the movable flap 101 is too low to cause it to tilt around the rotation axis 104. Thus, if the water level is lower than the height of the overflow window 110, the water flow flows at the level of the lower orifice 111.
[0105] The flow rate of the upstream water stream is considered to be moderate when, as illustrated in [Fig.4], the force of the upstream water volume exerted on the movable flap 101 is sufficient to allow rotation of the device. The movable flap 101 can then reach the intermediate position. This position is an equilibrium position, that is to say a position where the forces applied by the water volume are compensated by other forces and the movable flap 101 is not in motion. These forces are for example the weight of the movable flap 101 and the restoring force exerted by the restoring device 115.
[0106] Finally, the flow rate of the upstream water flow is considered to be high when, as illustrated in [Fig.5], the flow rate exceeds a threshold value called the opening threshold, the pressure of the flow on the movable flap 101 then being sufficient to cause it to tilt and open. The maximum opening angle is limited by means of the stops 109.
[0107] Thus, the movable flap 101, in the intermediate position, allows the water level of the downstream water flow 14 to be higher along the z axis than if the movable flap 101 were in the closed position.
[0108] Similarly, the movable flap 101, in the open position, allows the water level of the downstream water flow 14 to be higher along the z axis than if the movable flap 101 were in the closed position.
[0109] The lower flaps 1111, 1112 may comprise two lateral uprights on which the upper plate 105 and the regulating plate 103 are connected.
[0110] The two side uprights may be bar-shaped. They may be sized to support the weight of the top and regulating plates 105, 103, but also to support the force of the volume of water or the flow of water when the water is moving and not stored. The two side uprights are preferably sufficiently rigid so as not to twist due to the forces applied to them. The two side uprights may be made of a metal material. They may also be made of a plastic material.
[0111] The two lateral uprights may have a shape complementary to the shapes of the supports. They may preferably be spaced apart by a clearance of a few centimeters or a few millimeters from the supports 107, 108. This makes it possible to limit the passage of the flow of water between the supports 107, 108 and the movable shutter 101. The clearance also makes it possible to allow the tilting of the movable shutter 101 and to limit the friction between the lateral uprights and the supports 107, 108.
[0112] They may also have side cheeks 116, 117. Said side cheeks make it possible to prevent water from passing inside the supports 107, 108. Thus, said supports may be configured to passively control hydrodynamic detachment.
[0113] The lower flaps 1111 and 1112 may, for example, have circular, ovoid, horseshoe, or rectangular shapes. These shapes may be determined according to the environment in which the hydraulic device 100 is integrated. In the application case illustrated by [Fig.l], these shapes are complementary to that of the water pipe 10.
[0114] Similarly, the lower flaps 1111, 1112 may be made of a metallic material. They may also be made of a plastic material.
[0115] The lower flaps 1111, 1112 may comprise a counterweight. Said counterweight requires a higher force of the upstream water flow applied to the movable flap 101 to cause it to tilt compared to a movable flap 101 comprising lower flaps without counterweight.
[0116] Similarly, the space between the lower flaps 1111 and 1112 forming the overflow window 110 can be sized according to the downstream level 14 of the desired downstream water flow 12. The shape of the overflow window 110 can be rectangular, circular or any other curvilinear shape adapting to the constraints of the shape of the pipe and to the hydraulic constraints where the hydraulic device 10 is integrated.
[0117] The regulating plate 103 can be sized and positioned according to the maximum flow rate of the desired upstream flow before tilting of the movable flap 101.
[0118] Also, the positions of the upper plate 105 and the rotation axis 104 can be determined as a function of the maximum water height permitted upstream. When this height is reached, the pressure on the regulating plate 103 and the upper plate 105 is sufficient to cause the movable flap 101 to rotate around the rotation axis 104.
[0119] The hydraulic device 100 may also comprise a safety system 118. The safety system 118 is configured to maintain the movable shutter 101 in the open position. This position is maintained open regardless of the force exerted on the movable shutter 101.
[0120] The safety system 118 has the advantage of securing the platform for maintenance operations in the hydraulic pipe 10 or at the level of the hydraulic device 100 itself. Thus, as illustrated in [Fig.l], the hydraulic pipe 10 can comprise two inspection chambers 15, 16, one placed upstream of the hydraulic device, and the other placed downstream of said device.
[0121] These inspection chambers are defined as structures allowing access to the sanitation system by an operator in charge of maintenance.
[0122] Enabling secure locking in the open position thus allows this operator to safely cross the hydraulic device and carry out his work. It also allows the hydraulic device to be mounted safely.
[0123] This safety system 118 may comprise a latch. Said latch may be easily operated manually using a handle or a lever. It must be sized to withstand high axial forces. It may also be sized to be easily operated by an operator.
[0124] It may also comprise a locking hinge system configured to be able to lock the movable shutter 101 in the open position.
[0125] In another alternative embodiment, the security system 118 may include one or more locking bolts. The locking bolt may be easily operated manually using a handle or lever and may be used to lock the movable shutter in the open position.
[0126] Also, the security system 118 may comprise electromagnetic locking means. These means comprise an electromechanical actuator for locking or unlocking the security system.
[0127] Similarly, it may include hydraulic or pneumatic locking means. These means may in particular be controlled remotely using a remote control system.
[0128] The remote control system may include a power source. This source may be a hydraulic pump, an air compressor, or any other device capable of providing hydraulic or pneumatic power.
[0129] It may also include an actuator for converting hydraulic or pneumatic energy into mechanical movement. This may be a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder, which will actuate the locking mechanism.
[0130] The remote control system may also include a control system, configured to allow the movement of the actuator to be controlled by an operator.
[0131] It may also include sensors that may be configured to measure the position of the actuator or to detect abnormal conditions, such as excessive pressure, water level, or temperature. The sensors transmit information to the control system to enable precise monitoring and control of the remote control system.
[0132] Finally, the remote control system may include a control interface, allowing an operator to control the hydraulic or pneumatic locking system remotely. It may consist of a control panel with push buttons and indicator lights or a remote control system such as a remote control or a computer control system.
[0133] All of the aforementioned elements constituting the control system are connected to each other with cables and other connections configured to guarantee their operation.
[0134] The invention also relates to a hydraulic installation, not shown, comprising several hydraulic devices 100 arranged substantially parallel to each other.
[0135] The dimensions of the hydraulic devices 100 may be different from one another. This advantageously makes it possible to more precisely control the water level of the downstream water flow 14 of each of the hydraulic devices.
[0136] For example, the regulating plate 103 of the hydraulic device 100 arranged furthest upstream may be of larger dimensions than the regulating plate 103 of the hydraulic device 100 arranged downstream thereof.
[0137] The hydraulic devices may be located at a sufficiently high distance so that in the open position, they do not come into contact with each other. Thus, this configuration advantageously makes it possible to prevent the hydraulic devices 100 from damaging each other.
[0138] The hydraulic device 100 may also comprise a lifting device 119, configured to tilt the movable shutter from the closed position to the intermediate position and / or to the open position, and / or from the intermediate position to the open position.
[0139] The lifting device 119 may comprise a lifting mechanism. For example, the lifting mechanism may consist of a hydraulic, pneumatic or electric cylinder, or a set of pulleys and cables which make it possible to drive the movable shutter 101 in rotation.
[0140] The lifting device 119 is supplied with energy in order to guarantee its operation.
[0141] The lifting device 119 may be configured to be linked to the control system. Said control system is configured to allow the movement of the lifting mechanism to be controlled.
[0142] The lifting device can also be configured to be linked to the control interface to allow an operator to transmit a position order for the movable shutter 101.
[0143] The lifting device may comprise sensors, said sensors being configured to measure the position of the movable flap 101.
[0144] This configuration makes it possible to facilitate and secure maintenance operations. Other examples of embodiments
[0145] In a second embodiment not shown, the movable shutter 101 comprises several regulation plates 103. These regulation plates 103 can be positioned spaced from each other along the z axis.
[0146] Thus, the flow of water can circulate in the spaces between said regulating plates.
[0147] Each regulation plate 103 corresponds to a regulation threshold. This embodiment advantageously allows finer control over the water level of the downstream water flow 14.
[0148] For example, if the movable shutter comprises two regulating plates, it also comprises a second intermediate threshold and a second intermediate position.
[0149] In a third embodiment, the hydraulic device 100 may comprise measuring tools, such as water flow rate measuring tools 121 positioned upstream and downstream of the hydraulic device. These water flow rate measuring tools may be sensors. These sensors are configured to measure water flow information and / or hydraulic device information. For example, they may be flow rate sensors upstream and / or downstream of said hydraulic device. The sensors may be connected to an electrical power source.
[0150] These measuring tools may also include sensors configured to capture the position of the movable shutter 101. For example, they may return three states: open, intermediate or closed, depending on the position of the movable shutter 101.
[0151] They can also be configured to sense the position of the regulating plate 103 on the side uprights.
[0152] The hydraulic device 100 may also comprise means for remotely adjusting at least one regulating plate 103. The remote adjusting means are configured to allow the positioning of the regulating plate(s) on the movable shutter to be adjusted remotely.
[0153] The regulating plate can then be positioned on positioning means 120. The positioning means 120 can be arranged substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation 104.
[0154] They can be configured to allow the positioning of the regulating plate(s) 103 on the movable flap 101.
[0155] The positioning means 120 are, for example, rails. They can be controlled remotely. They can be positioned on the two side uprights. They allow, based on an input instruction, the regulation plate to be raised or lowered along the side uprights. This movement, when the movable shutter is in the closed position, is substantially along the z axis.
[0156] The remote adjustment means may comprise a control system. The control unit may be a calculator, or a computer. The control unit is powered by the power source. The control unit is configured to receive signals from the sensors, perform calculations, and return information to a control system.
[0157] The control system is configured to allow the operator to have information on the state of the pipeline 10. For example, this operator can have information on the flow rate or water level of the upstream and / or downstream water flow 13,14. Also, it may have information on the positioning of the regulating plate 103 on the movable flap 101, or on the position of the movable flap 101. For example, the position of the movable flap 101 may be open, closed, or intermediate.
[0158] The control system is configured to allow the operator to be able to send an order to the desired position, along the z axis when the movable shutter 101. The position of the regulating plate 103 can in particular be its height, that is to say its position on the z axis when the movable shutter 101 is in the closed position.
[0159] The order is then transmitted by the central unit to the actuators. Said actuators will then begin to move in order to modify the position of the regulating plate 103.
[0160] This embodiment advantageously allows very precise control of the water level of the upstream 11 and downstream 12 water flow, and to adapt it in real time.
[0161] The different embodiments can potentially be combined.
[0162] The other elements of the previous embodiments are identical to the first embodiment described.
