AI Technical Summary
Traditional plastic pallets are bulky when unused, non-repairable when damaged, and limited to single-use loads, leading to space inefficiency and reduced durability.
A modular palletizing device using interlocking plastic profiles with screw-on clips allows assembly and disassembly, enabling flexible use of profiles based on load requirements and facilitating extended lengths, with features like chevron grooves for additional strapping and clip reversibility.
Enables space-efficient storage and transport, repairability, and customizable load capacity through modular design, enhancing durability and sustainability.

Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: DOCX model
[0001] The present invention relates to a palletizing device by interlocking plastic profiles allowing assembly and disassembly as well as modularity in the number and length of profiles used.
[0002] Plastic pallets are traditionally single-piece and take up a lot of space when not in use, which creates clutter in storage or during empty return transport.
[0003] Plastic pallets are traditionally not repairable when damaged or broken.
[0004] Plastic pallets are traditionally used for a single defined load.
[0005] The device according to the invention makes it possible to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks. The assembly and disassembly of the plank profiles on the rafter profiles using clips screwed onto the latter allows for easy storage in racks with substantial space savings in storage and transport, hence economic and environmental optimization.
[0006] This assembly and disassembly possibility also makes it possible to replace a single rafter profile or plank profile when it is damaged or broken, thus optimizing durability.
[0007] This possibility of assembly and disassembly finally makes it possible to optimize the number of plank and / or rafter profiles depending on the use and the desired load to be transported; just like the length of the plank profiles which makes it possible to produce pallets up to more than 4 meters, hence significant modularity.
[0008] The design of the rafter and board profiles as well as the fixing clips is therefore the substantial object of this invention. The attached drawings of the three elements illustrate the invention.
[0009] [Fig-1] and [Fig.2] represent in section and in 3D the design of the chevron profile
[0010] [Fig.3] and [Fig.4] represent in section and in 3D the design of the board profile
[0011] [Fig.5] and [Fig.6] represent in section and in 3D the design of the fixing clip
[0012] [Fig.7] and [Fig.8] represent in 3D a truncated view summarizing the invented device as well as an example palette.
[0013] With reference to these drawings, the device therefore allows for forced fitting by mechanical pressure of the board profile onto the rafter profile using the fixing clip screwed onto the latter. This process is repeated at each intersection of the rafter profile and the board profile. For information purposes, this fitting can be carried out using an anti-rebound rubber mallet. The disengagement can be carried out using a double fork. handle bar that provides leverage. The fixing clip has fins that allow for flexibility in installing and removing the board profile from the rafter, while also providing a compression effect when weight is on the board profiles. The rafter profile is also double grooved to allow for additional strapping or to reuse the other side in the event of the threads breaking on the fixing clips (so all the clips can be screwed back onto the other side of the rafter profile for durability).
