[0002] There are two types of devices for heating food outdoors: one using an energy source such as gas or electricity and the other using fuel.
[0003] It is known from publication document WO9510214 which describes a barbecue using gas as its energy source. This barbecue includes a vertical radiant roasting heating system.
[0004] Publication document EP1581083 is also known. It describes a barbecue with a heat distribution conductive element which is used with a grill allowing the cooking of food and the recovery of grease.
[0005] Another type of barbecue is described in document WO2016149106. This document proposes a barbecue grill accessory that allows for the placement of loose fuel material on one side of the grill. The accessory provides a cooking temperature at the accessory itself and a reduced temperature in a section heated indirectly. The accessory is applicable to conventional barbecues and offers a wide variety of food cooking techniques.
[0006] Another type of barbecue is the oven type, as illustrated by document CA2996777, which represents a combination of a pizza oven with an outdoor fire pit and a solid, stationary base. The combination includes an oven capable of cooking food, with a chimney and a combustion chamber.

[0013] These objectives, as well as others that will appear subsequently, are achieved, according to a first aspect, using an assembly kit for an outdoor cooking device using a solid fuel, the kit comprising a structure having uprights to support a box intended to contain the fuel, the upper part of the box being adapted to act as a cooking plate, remarkable in that it comprises: - the crate has an access door from inside the crate; - the upper part of the case adapted to act as a cooking plate includes a rotating movable disc, the movable disc has a central opening and at least a part having first radiable grooves extending over part of the radii of the movable disc, said first grooves cooperate with a fixed part of the case having second radiable grooves extending when first radiable grooves and second radiable grooves correspond, each groove creates an opening of the case outwards; the case includes at least one drawer.

1. Assembly kit for an outdoor cooking device using a solid fuel, kit comprising a structure (22) having uprights to support a box (23) intended to contain the fuel, the upper part of the box being adapted to act as a cooking plate, characterized in that it comprises: - the box (23) has an access door (25) from inside the box (23);- the upper part of the casing adapted to act as a cooking plate comprises a rotating movable disc (26), the movable disc (26) having a central opening and at least a part having first radiating grooves extending over a part of the radii of the movable disc (26), said first grooves cooperate with a fixed part of the casing (23) having second radiating grooves extending when first radiating grooves and second radiating grooves correspond, each groove creates an opening of the casing (23) to the outside; the casing (23) comprises at least one drawer (24).
2. Kit according to claim 1, wherein the movable disc (26) comprises at least one solid part.
3. Kit according to claim 1, wherein it comprises a tube at least a part of which is positioned in the central opening, said tube is configured to evacuate the smoke from the fuel.
4. Kit according to claim 1, wherein inside the case (23) are fixed two L-shaped bars configured to receive a cooking plate.
5. Kit according to claim 1, wherein the access door (25) of the case (23) comprises at least one of the following: a handle, a temperature sensor, a window.
