Abstract

FORMULA DELIVERY DEVICE A formulation delivery device can be used for hair and scalp treatments, such as a hair coloring device. The device may include a container with an opening configured to hold a volume of formulation. The formulation delivery device may further include an elongated engagement element with a channel extending through it, configured to receive at least a portion of the flow through the container opening when the container is mounted on the engagement element. A vent opening is formed in the engagement element and provides smooth communication between the channel and an area outside the engagement element when the container is disengaged from the engagement element. The vent opening is sealed, and the channel receives a flow of formulation from the container when the container is mounted on the engagement element.Figure for the abridged version: none.
