[0001] The object of the present invention, as indicated by the title of the invention, is a synthetic vertical garden composed of a set of panels arranged vertically, which form a wall with three-dimensional floral decoration, where the leaves are made from discarded tires treated, washed, painted and subjected to a final layer of photocatalytic action.
[0002] The present invention is characterized by the special design, configuration and nature of all the elements used, in such a way that a garden for environmental urban beautification is obtained where the reuse of disposable materials is achieved, in addition to favoring the elimination of greenhouse gases that are generated in cities and that are responsible for poor air quality.
[0003] Therefore, the present invention is limited to the scope of systems for removing contaminant gases such as nitrogen oxide, sulfur and carbon oxides, as well as decorative gardens. State of the art of the invention
[0004] The state of the art is familiar with the problem of air pollution in cities or urban environments, mainly from combustion gases emitted by thermal vehicles.
[0005] On the other hand, it is also known that there is a problem of managing already dismantled tires, which sometimes have to be stored in places specially designed for this functionality, with the resulting risk of fire.

Safety slabs and sidewalks for playgrounds, sports fields, safer railings, artificial grass, house roofs, acoustic insulation, eco-fuel, shoe soles, however, most of these uses require expensive structural transformation and do not always cover the large supply of used tires.
[0007] It is also necessary to bear in mind the challenges posed by Law 7 of 2022 on Waste and Contaminated Soils for a circular economy, given that this law prohibits the granulation of plastic material, rubber, to sizes smaller than 5 mm due to the contamination of microplastics towards rivers and water sources, under this regulation, synthetic surfaces, playgrounds can no longer be produced, putting Spain in front of a very important challenge of recycling with new innovations approximately 80 thousand tons of waste from end-of-life tires.

[0010] The present invention relates to a synthetic vertical garden, namely, we are talking about a garden whose arrangement is different from the horizontal arrangement, which is made with synthetic materials, in particular with dismantled tires.
[0011] The synthetic vertical garden comprises a frame on which are fixed a set of sheets formed from recycled tires and on which is applied a photocatalytic nanotechnology which purifies the air in contact by the action of sunlight or artificial light, the frame being suspended from a wall or facing by means of hooks.
[0012] The sheets, after their treatment and cutting, are painted and subsequently carry, in their last layer, so-called photocatalytic nanotechnology.
[0013] Synthetic photocatalysts such as nanoparticles excite conduction electrons with light. The electric fields activated near the nanoparticles make it possible to convert solar energy into chemical energy and thus purify the air in contact either by the action of the sun or by the action of artificial light.

Thanks to the use of photocatalytic nanotechnology, the elimination of greenhouse gases that are generated, especially in cities and which are guilty of the poor quality they generate in them, is promoted. Each square m2 of the synthetic vertical garden object of the invention is equivalent to the attenuation of NOx that an adult tree would do or by working with another equivalent, each 3 m2 of vertical garden is equivalent to eliminating the pollution produced by a gasoline car over a year of circulation (approximately 16,600 km / year).

1. Synthetic vertical garden, characterized in that it comprises a frame (1) on which are fixed a set of sheets (4, 5) formed from recycled tires and on which is applied a photocatalytic nanotechnology which purifies the air in contact by the action of sunlight or artificial light, the frame (1) being suspended from a wall or facing by means of hooks (6).
2. Synthetic vertical garden according to claim 1, characterized in that the frame (1) has a rectangular shape and comprises a central cross-section (3).
3. Synthetic vertical garden according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises a set of branches (7) fixed to the frame (1), both on its frame (2) and on which are fixed branch leaves (8).

Synthetic vertical garden according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the frame (1) is connected in an articulated manner to a fixed frame (9) fixed to a wall or facing where the joint connection between the fixed frame (9) and the frame (1) is effected by means of one or more hinges (10).
