Abstract
Claims
Demands
1. A pivot element (1, 1') for connecting to a supporting frame (2) of a modular structure, in particular of a bed (101) that can be assembled and disassembled, using detachable connecting means, characterized in that it has: internal side faces (Id, le, l'd, l'e) having housing locations (11, 12, 13, 11', 12') for at least said detachable connecting means; and external side faces (la, 1b, l'a, l'b) without housing locations (11, 12, 13, 11', 12') and connecting means.
2. The pivot element (1, 1') according to claim 1, in which it is intended to be removably connected to other components (3, 4) of the bed (101).
3. The pivot element (1, 1') according to claim 2, wherein the other components (3, 4) comprise safety sides (3) intended to be connected to the bed support frame (101).
4. The pivot element (1, 1') according to claim 2, wherein the other components (3, 4) include feet (4) for raising the bed (101) from the ground.
5. The pivot element (1, 1') according to one or more of claims 1 to 4, wherein the housing locations (11, 12, 13, 11', 12') include a tapped hole (11, 11') for the connecting means.
6. The pivot element (1, 1') according to claim 5, wherein the housing locations (11, 12, 13, 11', 12') comprise a first blind hole (12, 12') for first centering means.
7. The pivot element (1) according to claim 6, wherein the housing locations (11, 12) include a second blind hole (13) for second centering means.
8. The pivot element (1, 1') according to one or more of claims 1 to 7, wherein the removable connecting means comprise a threaded tie rod intended to be screwed onto a barrel; the barrel being controlled, between a loose position and a stop position, by a headless screw.
9. The pivot element (1, 1') according to claim 8 when dependent on claim 6, in which the internal lateral faces (Id, le, l'd, l'e) include at least one tapped hole (11, 11') to accommodate the tie rod and a first blind hole (12, 12') to accommodate a first centering pin; preferably, the internal lateral faces (Id, le, l'd, l'e) include two tapped holes (11, 11') and a single first blind hole (12, 12') interposed between them.
10. The pivot element (1, 1') according to one or more of claims 7 to 9, comprising a lower face (le, l'e) which can be removably mounted on the feet (4) and has housing locations (11, 12, 11', 12') for removable connecting means and for centering means.
11. The pivot element (1) according to one or more of claims 6 to 10 when dependent on claim 8, wherein the pivot element (1) comprises, on at least one of the internal lateral faces (the, Id) a second blind centering hole (13) for a second centering pin.
12. A bed (101) that can be assembled and disassembled comprising a pivot element (1, 1') according to one or more of claims 1 to 11.
13. The bed (101) according to claim 12, wherein the side (3) comprises, on a contact surface (3a) intended to be associated with the inner lateral face (le, Id), a respective blind hole (31) intended to house the second centering pin; the second blind hole (13) and the respective blind hole (31) being aligned along a horizontal direction (X) defined by the development of the second centering pin.
14. The bed (101) according to claim 12, wherein the center (CF) of the respective blind hole (31) is defined, on the contact surface (3a), at a distance (D) from the innermost edge of the contact surface (3a) essentially between 8% and 16% inclusive, of the length (L) between this innermost edge and the outermost edge of this same contact surface (3a), preferably this distance (D) is between 10% and 14% inclusive, more preferably between 11% and 13% inclusive, even more preferably equal to 12%.
