[0043] Detailed description of particular embodiments
[0044] In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present invention, certain specific embodiments are described in detail below.
[0045] Embodiment 1:
[0046] As shown in Figures 1-9, a sliding sidewall ballpoint pen with an eraser block, comprising:
[0047] A handle 1, the length direction of said handle 1 is vertical, a mounting cavity 11 is provided in said handle 1, an outlet and inlet port 12 penetrated downwardly by said mounting cavity 11 being provided at the lower end of said handle 1, and further, the side wall of said handle 1 is provided with a side wall notch 13 which is in communication with said mounting cavity 11, and said side wall notch 13 is provided in an extension direction along the length direction of said handle 1.
[0048] An erasing block 2, said friction block 2 is provided at the upper end of said handle 1.
[0049] A pen refill 3, said pen refill 3 is slidably mounted inside said handle 1, and a pen tip 31 is provided at the lower end of said pen tip 3, further, said pen refill 3 is used for containing thermosensitive ink.
[0050] A drive element 4, said drive element 4 being slidably mounted in said side wall notch 13, said element drive 4 being provided with a driven portion 41 located outside the side wall of said handle 1, said drive element 4 being provided with a driving portion 42 located inside said mounting cavity 11.
[0051] A refill control assembly 5, said refill control assembly 5 being provided inside said mounting cavity 11, and said refill control assembly 5 being used to be driven by said driving portion 42 to control said pen tip 31 to extend through said outlet and inlet port 12 or to retract into said mounting cavity 11 or to maintain said pen tip 31 in an extended state.
[0052] Therefore, 1. The content written by the thermosensitive ink can be erased by said erasing block 2. 2. Said erasing block 2 is located at the upper end of said handle 1, and said driving member 4 is located on the side wall of said handle 1, so that said erasing block 2 and said driving member 4 do not interfere with each other in the structural position, therefore, said erasing block 2 is directly placed on said handle 1, and when holding said handle 1 and using said erasing block 2 to erase the written content, the force acting on said erasing block 2 is directly carried by said handle 1, so that the interaction between said handle 1, said erasing block 2 and the erasing plane is more stable, so as to optimize the erasing effect.Accordingly, said drive member 4 and said corresponding refill control assembly 5 are not hindered by said erase block 2 to avoid inefficient work, and play a protective role for said drive member 4 and said refill control assembly 5. 3. Said drive member 4 adopts said driven portion 41 located on the outer side of said handle 1 to slide vertically downward, and then acts on said refill control assembly 5 via said drive portion 42 in said mounting cavity 11, so that said refill control assembly 5 is driven to control and maintain the extension or retraction of said refill 3.
[0053] Wherein, 3 positioning ratchet wheels 14 arranged at a circumferential spacing and positioning grooves 15 between said positioning ratchet wheels 14 adjacent to the inner peripheral wall of said mounting cavity 11 according to the present embodiment; in particular, said positioning ratchet wheels 14 are integrally formed with the inner peripheral wall of said mounting cavity 11, said positioning grooves 15 are provided extending vertically and open at the lower end, and 2 ratchet teeth 141 adjacent to each other are provided at the lower end of each positioning ratchet wheel 14, tooth grooves 142 in V-shaped rows are formed between said 2 ratchet teeth 141.
[0054] Correspondingly, said recharging control assembly 5 comprising:
[0055] a rotating component 51, 3 snap-on protruding strips 511 are provided arranged at an equal spacing on the outer periphery of said rotating component 51, said 3 snap-on protruding strips 511 can snap at the same time into said 3 tooth grooves 142 or into said 3 positioning grooves 15.
[0056] ratchet wheel members 52, 3 cam plates 521 are provided at the outer peripheral wall of said ratchet wheel members 52, 3 vertical grooves 143 are provided corresponding to the inner peripheral wall of said mounting cavity 11, so that each of said 3 cam plates snaps to said vertical groove 143 to enable said ratchet wheel members 52 to be installed in said mounting cavity 11 in a vertically sliding manner, and further, the upper end of said ratchet wheel members 52 is fixedly mounted in said drive portion 42 by means of a snap-fit method to enable said ratchet wheel members 52 to slide downward upon the downward movement of said drive portion 42. Furthermore, 6 ratchet wheel projections 522 are provided in the circumferential direction at the upper end of said ratchet wheel elements 52.
[0057] A return member 53, in particular, it is possible to adopt a compression spring, the lower end of said return member 53 is abutted against said handle 1 and the upper end of said return member 53 is abutted against said pen refill 3, so that said return member 53 applies an upward driving force to said pen refill 3 to return said pen refill 3 upward.
[0058] Therefore, by adjusting the relative positions of said ratchet wheel projections 522 and said ratchet teeth 141, when said pen tip 31 is located in said mounting cavity 11, said ratchet protruding strip 511 is located in said positioning groove 15, so that when said driving member 4 is driven downward, said ratchet wheel projections 522 on said ratchet wheel member 52 act on said ratchet protruding strip 511, so that said ratchet protruding strip 511 moves downward to exit said positioning groove 15, and said ratchet protruding strip 511 comes into contact with a central portion of the beveled surface of said ratchet wheel projections 522, so that, after lost the circumferential restriction of said positioning groove 15,said ratchet protruding strip 511 rotates along the beveled surface of said ratchet wheel protrusion 522 so as to be misaligned with said positioning groove 15, and aligned under said adjacent tooth groove 142, so that after releasing said drive member 4, under the action of said return member 53, said ratchet protruding strip 511 moves towards , the top and attaches to a side surface of said tooth groove 142 and rotates along the side surface once more to the highest position of said tooth groove 142. At this time, said pen tip 31 exits said exit and entry port 12, and said ratchet protruding strip 511 moves away from said current ratchet wheel protrusion 522 and moves to said next ratchet wheel protrusion 522, after which, in the same manner, when said driving member 4 is driven downward, said ratchet wheel protrusions 522 on said ratchet wheel member 52 act on said ratchet protruding strip 511, so that said ratchet protruding strip 511 moves downward to exit said tooth groove 142, and said ratchet protruding strip ratchet projection 511 contacts a central portion of the beveled surface of said ratchet wheel projections 522, so that, after losing the circumferential restriction of said tooth groove 142, said ratchet protruding strip 511 rotates along the beveled surface of said ratchet wheel protrusion 522 so as to be misaligned with said tooth groove 142, and aligned under the beveled surface of said ratchet tooth 141 opposite said tooth groove 142, so that after releasing said driving member 4, under the action of said biasing member 53, said ratchet protruding strip 511 moves upward and attaches to the beveled surface of said ratchet tooth 141 opposite said tooth groove 142 and rotates along the beveled surface once more into said next positioning groove 15 and slides upward to the high position, at which at which point said pen tip 31 retracts into said mounting cavity 11,and said ratchet protruding band 511 moves away from said current ratchet wheel protrusion 522 and moves to said next ratchet wheel protrusion 522.,
[0059] Preferably, a force surface 43 is provided at the side of said driven portion 41 opposite said handle 1 according to the present embodiment, said force surface 43 comprising a vertical surface 431 and an extension surface 432 hinged with each other, said vertical surface 431 and said extension surface 432 may be planar or curved, said vertical surface 431 extends along a vertical direction, said extension surface 432 is located below said vertical surface 431, and said extension surface 432 is oriented downward along the vertical direction while gradually moving away from said handle 1 along a horizontal direction, furthermore, a convex strip 433 is provided projecting on said extension surface 432.
[0060] Thus, said vertical surface 431 is provided extending vertically corresponding to the length direction of said handle 1 in order to ensure that said drive member 4 fits closer to said handle 1 in case of a sufficiently large action surface, so that said drive member 4 is less likely to be subjected to a vertical force which causes the extension or retraction by mistake of said pen tip 31, and the adjustment of said extension surface 432 makes it possible to better prevent the finger from slipping and facilitate training when the finger is pressed against said vertical surface 431 to control said driving member 4 from orienting downwards. The provision of said convex strip 433 further increases the friction force on said extension surface 432 in order to improve the smoothness of training.
