[0021] The storage box according to the present invention has the following beneficial effects:
[0022] 1. This kind of storage box has normal storage function, but also Multiple drying, support and other functions, allowing used or cleaned silicone adhesive bras to be hung vertically on the support rack, making them easy and quick to air.
[0023] 2. Simply unfold the drying rack from the storage box to fan the silicone adhesive bras cleaned, without requiring a hanger, which is easy to use.
[0024] 3. The storage box is provided with a clothes rack which can be used as an exclusive personal hanger, clean and hygienic; in addition, the silicone adhesive bras resting on the drying rack, residual water droplets can flow to the storage box and then pour out, which avoids wetting or dirtying the drying place.
[0025] 4. Through intelligent cooperation with the sleeve mechanism, the cover upper and lower cover, the drying rack can unfold vertically on the storage box. Since the drying rack needs to rotate synchronously with the upper cover or the lower cover when it is reset, the upper cover and the lower cover have a certain force arm and torque with the spline shaft due to their own gravity, and the rotating limiting part inside the sleeve mechanism presses against the spline on the corresponding matching section of the drying rack for limitation, so that the spline shaft cannot be rotated easily, making the drying rack impossible to rotate easily; in addition, the drying rack, having a compact, intelligent, stable and reliable rotating support structure, unfolds vertically on the storage box and does not fall easily in the working state.
[0026] 5. When opening the storage box, if the angle between the upper cover and the bottom cover does not exceed 90 degrees, the drying rack is always in the closed position, which does not affect the putting on and taking off of items such as silicone adhesive bras.
[0027] 6. The storage box support rack shares a splined shaft with the upper cover and lower cover, and the drying rack is integrated with the upper cover and lower cover of the storage box, which makes the structure of the whole storage box compact, ingenious, stable and reliable. [0079] In the embodiment, in order to facilitate processing and production and make the whole structure of the storage box compact, stable, reliable and durable, the spline on the spline shaft and the spline shaft are integrally molded; the upper cover sleeve and the upper cover body are integrally molded, the lower cover sleeve and the lower cover body are integrally molded, the body of the drying rack and the drying rack sleeve are integrally molded.
[0080] When in use, assuming that the closed position of the storage box is the starting position and the lower cover 2 is taken as a static reference, if the upper cover 1 is used to open the storage box, the angle between the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 is 0 degrees, and the angle between the clothes rack 3 and the lower cover 2 is also 0 degrees, i.e., the starting position of the clothes rack 3 is in a horizontal position. When the upper cover 1 is opened, the lower cover 2 is in a stationary state due to its own gravity or the built-in silicone adhesive bras, so that the upper cover 1 rotates around the splined shaft 41 in the opening direction; before the upper cover 1 rotates to the critical position, due to the presence of the upper spline shaft avoidance hole 123 in the upper cover sleeve 12, the upper cover 1 does not drive the spline shaft 41 to rotate; when the upper cover 1 rotates to the critical position (shown in [Fig. 14]), the angle between the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 is 90 degrees; then, if the upper cover 1 continues to rotate, it will abut against the top of the first upper cover spline 4121 through the first upper rotating limiting portion 124, and drive the spline shaft 41 to rotate and then drive the clothes rack 3 to rotate synchronously, until the upper cover 1 rotates to the end position, at which time, the second outer lower cover spline 4112 on the outer lower cover sleeve fitting section 411 and the first lower rotating limiting portion 224 in the outer lower cover sleeve will abut against the top, so that the spline shaft 41 completes its rotation, the angle between the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 is 180 degrees, and the storage box reaches a maximum opening angle and is in a fully open state or a working state; at the same time, the clothes rack 3 further rotates to its end position, and at this time, the angle between the clothes rack 3 and the bottom cover 2 is 90 degrees (as shown in [Fig. 12] or [Fig. 13]), and the clothes rack 3 reaches a maximum opening angle and is in a fully open state or a working state, at this time, the clothes rack 3 is in an unfolded position, that is, the clothes rack 3 is in a vertical position; there is a certain force arm and torque between the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 and the splined shaft due to the existence of their own gravity, and the splined shaft 41 cannot be free to rotate because it is respectively limited by the first upper rotating restriction part 124 and the first lower rotating limitation part 224, so that the clothes rack 3 rotating in synchronization with the splined shaft 41 cannot be free to rotate, causing the clothes rack 3 to be in a static state or a working state in the unfolded position, that is, the clothes rack 3 unfolds vertically onto the storage box with the aid of the sleeve mechanism 4. When the upper cover 1 or the clothes rack 3 is to be returned to the start position from the end position, that is, the angle between the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 is to be returned to 0 degrees from 180 degrees, and the angle between the clothes rack 3 and the lower cover 2 is to be returned to 0 degrees from 90 degrees, the upper cover 1 can be rotated around the splined shaft 41 in the closing direction, and the clothes rack 3 will be rotated when the upper cover 1 rotates from the end position in the closing direction; when , the upper cover 1 rotates and returns to the critical position, at which time the angle between the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 is 90 degrees, and the clothes rack 3 is returned to the start position or the closed position, that is, the angle between the clothes rack 3 and the lower cover 2 is 0 degrees; then, the upper cover 1 continues to rotate in the closing direction, and at this time, the clothes rack 3 is still in the closed position because it has already been returned to its start position; and when the upper cover 1 continues to rotate so that the angle between the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 is returned to 0 degrees, it is returned to the start position, that is, the closed position.
[0081] Similarly, if the lower cover 2 is used to open the storage box, with the upper cover 1 being taken as a static reference, the angle between the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 is 0 degrees, and the angle between the drying rack 3 and the lower cover 2 is also 0 degrees, i.e., the starting position of the drying rack 3 is in a horizontal position. When the lower cover 2 is opened, the upper cover 1 is in a stationary state due to its own gravity or the built-in silicone adhesive bras, so that the lower cover 2 rotates around the splined shaft 41 in the opening direction; before the lower cover 2 rotates to the critical position, due to the presence of the lower splined shaft avoidance hole 223 in the lower cover sleeve, the lower cover 2 does not drive the splined shaft 41 to rotate;when the lower cover 2 rotates to the critical position, the angle between the lower cover and the upper cover is 90 degrees;then, if the lower cover 2 continues to rotate, the lower cover 2 will abut against the top of the second outer lower cover spline 4112 through the first lower rotating limiting portion 224, and drive the spline shaft 41 to rotate and then drive the clothes rack 3 to rotate synchronously, until the lower cover 2 rotates to the end position, at which time, the first upper cover spline 4121 on the outer upper cover sleeve fitting section 412 and the first upper rotating limiting portion 124 in the upper cover sleeve 12 will abut against the top, so that the spline shaft 41 completes its rotation, the angle between the lower cover 2 and the upper cover 1 is 180 degrees, and the storage box reaches a maximum opening angle and is in a fully open state or a working state;at the same time, the clothes rack 3 further rotates to its end position, and at this time, the angle between the clothes rack 3 and the bottom cover 2 is 90 degrees (as shown in [Fig. 12] or [Fig. 13]), and the clothes rack 3 reaches a maximum opening angle and is in a fully open state or a working state, at this time, the clothes rack 3 is in an unfolded position, i.e., the clothes rack; support 3 is in a vertical position; there is a certain force arm and torque between the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 and the splined shaft due to the existence of their own gravity, and the splined shaft 41 cannot be free to rotate because it is respectively limited by the first lower rotating limiting part 224 and the first upper rotating restricting part 124, so that the clothes rack 3 rotating in synchronization with the splined shaft 41 cannot be free to rotate, causing it to be in a static state or a working state in the unfolded position, that is, the clothes rack 3 unfolds vertically onto the storage box with the aid of the sleeve mechanism 4. When the lower cover 2 or the clothes rack 3 is to be returned to the start position from the end position, that is, the angle between the lower cover 2 and the upper cover 1 is to be returned to 0 degrees from 180 degrees, and the angle between the clothes rack 3 and the upper cover 1 is to be returned to 0 degrees from 90 degrees, the lower cover 2 can be rotated around the splined shaft 41 in the opening direction, and the clothes rack 3 will be rotated when the lower cover 2 rotates from the end position in the closing direction; when the lower cover 2 rotates and returns to the critical position, at that time, the angle between the lower cover 2 and the upper cover 1 is 90 degrees, and the clothes rack 3 is returned to the start position or the closed position, that is, the angle between the clothes rack 3 and the upper cover 1 is returned to 0 degrees; then, the lower cover 2 continues to rotate in the closing direction, and at this time, the clothes dryer 3 is still in the closed position because it has already been returned to its starting position; and when the lower cover 2 continues to rotate so that the angle between the lower cover 2 and the upper cover 1 is returned to 0 degrees, it is returned to the starting position, i.e. to the closed position.
[0082] It should be noted that, if the angle between the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2 does not exceed 90 degrees when the storage box is opened, the drying rack 3 is always in the closed position and does not at all affect objects such as silicone adhesive bras to be taken out of the storage box or put into the storage box.
