Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Corkscrew comprising a device for recording and transmitting a signal Technical field
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of devices for removing corks. In particular, the invention relates to a device adapted to be mounted on a corkscrew or a corkscrew capable of emitting a signal upon detection of the position or movement of the cork. State of the prior art
[0002] A corkscrew is a mechanical device designed to remove corks from bottles, particularly wine bottles, in an efficient and controlled manner. It generally consists of a screw, called a worm, which pushes into the cork, allowing it to be pulled out of the neck of the bottle. Several types of corkscrews exist, including the lever corkscrew, where an articulated handle facilitates extraction, and the sommelier corkscrew, which incorporates a manually operated worm screw. Some modern corkscrews are electric, equipped with a motor to automate the process. Using a corkscrew requires a steady application of force to avoid damaging the cork or contaminating the wine. The corkscrew has significant importance in the winemaking field, where preserving the integrity of the cork and precise handling are crucial to ensuring the quality of the wine.
[0003] The corkscrew is very popular as a promotional gift or souvenir. It can then be decorated with logos and bright colors, or equipped with a playful handle.
[0004] In the context of beverages such as champagne or wine, the act of removing the cork can be an integral part of the consumption experience.
[0005] Several types of corkscrews have been developed and patented since the first device was patented in the late nineteenth century. For example, US 6799490 discloses a lever corkscrew that aims to preserve the integrity of the cork. However, US 6799490 is limited to this function.
[0006] The aim of the present invention is to provide a device suitable for mounting on a corkscrew or corkscrew allowing additional information to be obtained during its use. Summary of the invention
[0007] To this end, the present invention relates to a device suitable for being mounted on a corkscrew or corkscrew, comprising: - an interface means, - an activation means of the interface means arranged to detect a position or movement of a cap of a bottle and to control the interface means so that the interface means emits a signal upon detection of the position or movement of the cap by the activation means.
[0008] The signal may be a multimedia signal, an audio signal, a visual signal, or a combination of an audio signal and a visual signal.
[0009] The device may be provided with a recess for at least partially receiving a corkscrew rod.
[0010] Advantageously, the recess allows the device to be mounted on a corkscrew while still allowing a cork to be removed by the corkscrew and move at the device.
[0011] The device or corkscrew may further have the following characteristics taken alone or in combination.
[0012] According to one characteristic, the position of the cap detected is a position of the cap in which the cap is in contact with said activation means, and for example a position of the cap in which the cap exerts pressure on the activation means.
[0013] Advantageously, detecting the position of the cap makes it possible to know when the cap is removed from the bottle.
[0014] According to one characteristic, the device or corkscrew comprises a shock absorber connected to the activation means.
[0015] The damper may be intended to dampen a movement of the activation means when said activation means is driven into movement in contact with the stopper.
[0016] The damper may reduce the risk of damage to the device, for example due to sudden contact between the cap and the activation means.
[0017] According to one feature, the device or corkscrew comprises a recorder configured to record the signal.
[0018] Advantageously, the recorder makes it possible to record the signal, for example a customizable sound signal which makes it possible to improve an experience of a user of the device or the corkscrew.
[0019] According to one feature, the device or corkscrew comprises a control element configured to activate the recorder so that said recorder records the signal when the recorder is activated by the control element.
[0020] According to one characteristic, the device or corkscrew comprises a central processing unit comprising a memory configured to store information representative of the signal.
[0021] Advantageously, the central processing unit can coordinate an interaction between the different elements of the device or corkscrew.
[0022] According to one characteristic, the memory is a rewritable memory, and in particular an EPROM memory.
[0023] Advantageously, a rewritable memory allows data stored in the central processing unit to be modified without having to constantly replace the memory. This allows, for example, a user to record a first voice message, erase it, and then re-record a second voice message different from the first voice message.
[0024] According to one characteristic, the device or corkscrew comprises the central processing unit is connected on the one hand to the recorder to import the signal from the recorder and to generate the information representative of the signal and on the other hand to the interface means to transmit the information representative of the signal to the interface means so that the interface means emits the signal recorded by the recorder.
[0025] The invention further relates to a kit comprising: - the device as described above, - a corkscrew comprising a rod intended to be pushed, at least partially, into a bottle stopper to extract said stopper from the bottle, wherein the device is configured to be mounted on the corkscrew.
[0026] According to one feature, the kit further comprises a container intended to contain the corkscrew and the device configured to be mounted on the corkscrew.
[0027] The invention further relates to a system comprising: - the device as described above, - a corkscrew, wherein the device is mounted on the corkscrew.
[0028] According to one feature, the corkscrew comprises a rod intended to be pushed, at least partially, into a bottle stopper to extract said stopper from the bottle, the device being mounted on the corkscrew so that the interface means emits a signal upon detection of a position or movement of the stopper by the activation means. [0037] In these figures, the same reference signs designate the same elements.
[0038] Other characteristics may emerge from the detailed description which follows. Detailed description with reference to the figures
[0039] The invention relates to a device 1 adapted to be mounted on a corkscrew 2.
[0040] A particular example of embodiment of this device 1 is presented in figures 1 at 6.
[0041] The device 1 may be provided with a recess 23 for at least partially receiving a corkscrew rod 22 as can be seen in Figures 2, 3 and 4. As can be seen in [Fig.2], the rod 22 passes through the recess 23 and extends on either side of the recess 23 so that a first end of the rod 22 can be pushed into a cork B and a second part of the rod 22 can be grasped by a user or a second part of the rod 22 is connected to an element, for example a handle 21 as described below, which can be grasped by the user.
[0042] The recess 23 may be cylindrical in shape and have at a first end a first opening, the first opening being able to be circular, for example the recess 23 may have the first circular opening and a second circular opening arranged on either side of the recess 23. The recess 23 may be configured to receive, at least in part, the bottle stopper B, for example of a wine bottle. According to one possibility, the first opening may be circular and, in this case, the diameter of the opening is at least greater than a width of the stopper B.
[0043] As shown in [Fig.l], the device 1 comprises a housing 10. The housing may consist of two parts 10a, 10b which can be assembled, for example by gluing or with fixing means such as screws.
[0044] Each of the two parts 10a, 10b may have an assembly face arranged on the side of the corkscrew 2 on which the device 1 can be mounted and an external face arranged towards the outside, on the user side. To assemble the two parts 10a, 10b the assembly faces may be brought towards each other, for example one at least partly in contact with each other, and can be assembled, for example by fixing means, for example by gluing and / or by means of screws.
[0045] Each of the two parts 10a, 10b may comprise a first portion 101 and a second portion 102 which extends from the first portion 101, for example as shown in [Fig.4]. The first portion 101 may have a shape adapted to the corkscrew 2, in particular to the frame of the corkscrew 2. The first portion 101 may have a flared shape, in other words the first portion 101 may have a section which widens on a second side and gradually narrows on a first side as can be seen in [Fig.4] for example. The first side and the second side are for example arranged relatively such that the first side is arranged relatively towards the first end of the rod and the second side is arranged relatively towards the second end of the rod 22. The wider side, for example the first side, may define a space for housing a power source such as button cells for example.
[0046] The second portion 102 may have a curved cylindrical shape, in particular a half-cylinder shape, for example so as to define a passage for the plug B.
[0047] The two parts 10a, 10b can be configured to assemble around the corkscrew 2 so that the device 1 can be mounted on the corkscrew 2. When the two parts 10a, 10b are assembled around the corkscrew 2, the rod 22 passes through the recess 23.
[0048] Each of the two parts 10a, 10b may have at least one through hole 18, and in particular several through holes 18, as can be seen in Figures 4 and 6. The through holes of the part 10a may be aligned with the through holes of the part 10b so that the alignment of two through holes 18 forms a through passage configured to receive a fixing means such as a screw for example. The through passage(s) allows the two parts 10a, 10b to be fixed to each other or even to fix the device 1 on the corkscrew 2. In the example of [Fig.6], it can only be seen that the part 10a has four through holes 18.
[0049] At least one of the parts 10a, 10b may have a zone 19 configured to allow better transmission of the sound signal than the other zones of the device 1 or of the corkscrew 2. The zone 19 may comprise a plurality of orifices 19 like those of FIGS. 5. The plurality of orifices allows better transmission of a sound signal from the inside of the housing 10 to the outside.
[0050] When the two parts 10a and 10b are assembled, the housing 10 shown in Figures 3 to 6 is obtained.
[0051] The housing 10 may comprise or be made of polymer, in particular plastic. In other words, each of the two parts 10a, 10b may be made of polymer, in particular plastic. Thus, the housing 10 may be lighter than a housing 10 made of another material such as metal for example.
[0052] The housing 10 can alternatively be made of metal to increase its strength. In other words, each of the two parts 10a, 10b can be made of metal.
[0053] The device 1 comprises a signal interface means 3 configured to emit a signal, for example an audible or visual signal or a combination of both. The signal may for example be a recording of a user's voice.
[0054] The interface means 3 can be housed inside the housing 10 as seen in [Fig.l], in particular the interface means 3 can be housed inside the housing 10 on the side of the zone 19 so that the zone 19 allows better transmission of the sound signal coming from the interface means 3.
[0055] The interface means 3 may comprise a membrane configured to generate sound waves, the membrane may for example have a circular shape as can be seen in [Fig.l]. The membrane may be composed of a laminated composite material comprising at least one polymer layer and a structural reinforcement layer. The polymer layer promotes an extended frequency response and minimal distortion. The structural reinforcement layer may be made of carbon fibers, or other reinforcing materials, configured to improve the mechanical strength of the membrane while maintaining a low mass. This structural arrangement ensures sufficient rigidity while allowing the membrane to vibrate in a controlled manner.
[0056] The interface means 3 may be a loudspeaker capable of emitting an audible signal.
[0057] Alternatively or additionally, the interface means 3 may comprise or be a projector capable of projecting at least one image onto a flat surface. The signal emitted is then a visual signal, in particular at least one image.
[0058] The projector may be housed at least partially, for example partially or entirely, within the housing 10 and the projector may be configured to project an image through an opening in the housing 10.
[0059] The interface means 3 may alternatively comprise or be a display, for example a screen, for example arranged on and / or forming part of, and / or opening onto an opening of, at least one of the first portions 101.
[0060] The interface means 3 may alternatively comprise or be at the same time one or more of the elements chosen from the group comprising the loudspeaker, the projector and the display.
[0061] The device 1 may further comprise support means 17 like those of [Fig.l]. The support means 17 may be housed inside the housing 10. The support means 17 serve to hold the interface means 3 in place.
[0062] When the interface means is or comprises a loudspeaker, the support means can hold the interface means 3 in place despite movement of the interface means 3 within the housing 10.
[0063] The support means 17 may comprise a polymer material, in particular plastic. Advantageously, the support means 17 can thus be produced economically and the support means 17 are thus more resistant.
[0064] The device 1 comprises an activation means 4 of the interface means 3 arranged to detect a position or a movement of the stopper B extracted from the bottle and to control the interface means 3 so that the interface means 3 emits the signal upon detection of the position or movement of the stopper B by the activation means 4.
[0065] The activation means 4 may be arranged in a direction parallel to an axis T of the rod 22, in particular at the level of the second portion 102 as can be seen in [Fig. 5]. The activation means 4 may in particular be housed in the housing 10.
[0066] The activation means 4 may comprise or be a push button as shown in [Fig.l] and [Fig.6]. In this case, the position of the cap B detected is a position of the cap B in which the cap B is in contact with said activation means 4, and for example a position of the cap B in which the cap B exerts pressure on the activation means 4. In other words, the cap B presses the push button which closes an electrical circuit of the interface means 3, and an electric current flows in the electrical circuit of the interface means 3 activating the interface means 3 which will then emit the signal. Conversely, if the activation means 4 is not pressed by the cap B, the electrical circuit is open, and no electrical power is supplied to the interface means 3.
[0067] A switch 4' may be connected to the push button to activate the activation means 3 as can be seen in Figures 1 and 6. The switch 4' may have two substantially parallel branches as can be seen in [Fig.6]. The switch 4' may close the electrical circuit when the two branches are in contact with each other and open the electrical circuit when the two branches are not in contact with each other. If the activation means 4 is a push button, then the push button presses one of these two branches and this closes the electrical circuit of the interface means 3 which is activated and emits the signal.
[0068] When the activation means 4 is a push button, the device 1 may comprise a shock absorber 5 connected to the activation means 4. The shock absorber 5 may for example be a spring, and in particular a helical spring like that of [Fig.l].
[0069] The damper 5 may be intended to dampen a movement of the activation means 4 when said activation means 4 is driven into movement in contact with the plug B.
[0070] The damper 5 can further serve to return the activation means to a waiting position in which the activation means 4 is not pressed by the plug B.
[0071] Thanks to the damping provided by the shock absorber 5, the push button can have a stroke over a distance of between 0.1 cm and 3 cm. A distance of between 0.1 cm and 3 cm makes it possible to extract the cap B from the bottle while ensuring operational safety of the device 1.
[0072] The damper 5 can reduce the risk of damage to the device 1, for example under the effect of sudden contact between the plug B and the activation means 4.
[0073] Alternatively or in addition, the activation means 4 may be or comprise a sensor, for example a photoelectric sensor, an infrared sensor, an ultrasonic sensor. If the activation means is or comprises a sensor 4, a movement or a passage of the cap B at the height or at a distance from the sensor is detected, and the activation means 4 is activated using an activation circuit connecting the sensor to the interface means 3. Upon detection of the passage of the cap B at the height of the sensor, detection information is supplied by the sensor to the activation circuit which transmits this detection information to the interface means 3 and thus activates the activation means 3 so that it emits the signal.
[0074] The device 1 may comprise a recorder 6 which can be housed in the housing 10, in particular on the side of the zone 19 close to the interface means 3. The recorder may be configured to record the signal. The recorder 6 may for example be a microphone, in particular like that of [Fig.l]. The microphone may for example record the voice of a user.
[0075] The device 1 may comprise a control element 7 connected to the recorder 6 and configured to activate the recorder 6 so that said recorder 6 records the signal when the recorder 6 is activated by the control element 7.
[0076] The control element 7 may for example be a push button 7 which activates the recorder 6 by closing the electrical circuit of the recorder 6 when the push button 7 is pressed, in particular by a user. In other words, the user can press, for example with his finger, the control element 7 which closes the electrical circuit of the recorder 6 which is activated and records the signal such as the user's voice for example.
[0077] The device 1 may comprise a central processing unit 16, in particular connected to the recorder 6. The central processing unit 16 may be arranged on a printed circuit board and the recorder 6 can be attached to the same printed circuit board. Advantageously, attaching the recorder 6 and the central processing unit 16 to the same printed circuit board makes it possible to reduce the size of the device 1 or the corkscrew 2.
[0078] The central processing unit 16 may comprise a memory configured to store information representative of the signal.
[0079] The memory may be a rewritable memory, and in particular an EPROM memory. The memory may be non-volatile.
[0080] Advantageously, a rewritable memory allows data stored in the central processing unit 16 to be modified without having to constantly replace the memory. This allows, for example, a user to record a first voice message, erase it, and then re-record a second voice message different from the first voice message.
[0081] Advantageously, a non-volatile memory makes it possible to retain data stored in the central processing unit 16 when the central processing unit 16 is not electrically powered.
[0082] The central processing unit 16 can be connected on the one hand to the recorder 6 to import the signal from the recorder 6 and to generate the information representative of the signal and on the other hand to the interface means 3 to transmit the information representative of the signal to the interface means 3 so that the interface means 3 emits the signal recorded by the recorder 6.
[0083] The central processing unit 16, the recorder 6 and the interface means 3 can be powered by an electrical energy source 11, for example as shown in [Fig.l] and [Fig.6]. The activation means 4 can also be powered by this same electrical energy source 11 if necessary.
[0084] The electrical energy source may comprise one or more electric batteries, in particular several electric batteries connected together, for example so as to form a battery. The electric batteries may be lithium button cells and may each provide a voltage of between IV and 5V.
[0085] Advantageously, the button cells are compact and can easily be integrated into the device 1.
[0086] The button cells may be housed in battery locations 13 arranged on a battery case 12 which may be fixed to the case 10, in particular by fixing means, for example screws 14 as shown in [Fig. 6]. The battery case 12 may be arranged on the first portion 101 and may in particular be fixed to the first portion 101 by gluing or by fixing means such as screws as can be seen in [Fig. 6].
[0087] Advantageously, arranging the button batteries and / or the battery box on the first portion 101 makes it possible to reduce the size of the device 1 or the corkscrew 2. Furthermore, using button batteries as an energy source makes it possible to reduce the size resulting from the use of electrical cables to connect the device 1 or the corkscrew 2 to a current source external to the device 1 or the corkscrew 2 such as the electrical network.
[0088] The electrical energy source 11 may be arranged within the housing 10 as shown in [Fig.l] and covered by a housing portion 15, for example made of polymer and for example plastic. In particular, the first portion 101 may have a recess in which the battery housing 12 is arranged to receive the button cells, and the recess may be covered by the housing portion 15. Advantageously, the housing portion 15 makes it possible to protect the button cells against dust or humidity for example.
[0089] According to a particular embodiment, the device 1 is configured so that, when a user presses the push button 7 and speaks for a period of time, for example between one second and two minutes, for example between one second and ten seconds, the recorder 6 (shown in [Fig.6]) which may be or include a microphone perceives and records the user's voice. The voice recording is transmitted to the central processing unit 16 and is stored in the memory. Information representative of this recording is then transmitted to the loudspeaker. When the cap B is detected by the activation means 4, the loudspeaker emits a sound signal which corresponds to the voice recording recorded by the user.
[0090] The invention further relates to a corkscrew 2' which comprises, for example in a body 20 (also called frame) of the corkscrew 2' shown in particular in [Fig.7], all or part of the elements of the device 1 described previously.
[0091] It is specified that the invention relates both to a device 1 which can be mounted on an existing corkscrew, and to a corkscrew which already comprises, for example from the stage of its manufacture, all or part of the elements described above.
[0092] All or part of the elements described above may be, from the manufacturing stage, arranged within the body 20 of the corkscrew 2'.
[0093] An example of a double lever corkscrew is given in Figures 1 to 7. In Figures 1 to 6, the device 1 is mounted on an existing double lever corkscrew 2.
[0094] For example, [Fig.4] shows four through holes 18 configured to receive a fixing means such as a screw, for example, to fix the device 1 to the corkscrew 2.
[0095] [Fig.7] shows a corkscrew 2' which comprises in the body 20 of the corkscrew 2' and from the stage of manufacturing the corkscrew 2' all or part of the elements of the device 1 described above. When the body 20 comprises, from the stage of manufacturing the corkscrew 2', all or part of the elements of the device 1 described above, it is difficult for a user to open the body 20 to extract all or part of the elements of the device 1 arranged within the body 20. All or part of the elements of the device 1 described above may for example be arranged within the body 20 and the body 20 may be formed by molding.
[0096] By the body 20 comprises a part of the elements of the device 1, it is meant that at least the recorder 6, the central processing unit 16 and the interface means 6 are arranged within the body 20.
[0097] The operation of the corkscrew 2' of [Fig.7] and that of figures 1 to 6 is the same and is described below.
[0098] The corkscrew 2, 2' comprises the body 20 which comprises an upper part 20s and a lower part 20i. The upper part 20s being the part arranged on the user's side and the part 20i being the part arranged on the side of the cork B to be extracted from the bottle.
[0099] The corkscrew 2, 2' may comprise at least one pivoting member 9 connected to the rod. The pivoting of said pivoting member 9 may result in at least partial extraction of the cork B from the bottle.
[0100] In Figures 1 to 7, the corkscrew 2, 2' comprises two pivoting members 9, also called levers or fins.
[0101] The upper part 20s may comprise a handle 21 connected to a rod 22 and two pivoting members 9, also called levers.
[0102] The rod 22 may comprise at a first end a handle 21 intended to be held by a user and at the other end a bit 8 intended to be inserted into the stopper B, for example to extract the stopper B from the bottle. The bit 8 may have a helical shape and may be configured to be inserted into the stopper B of the bottle. The bit 8 may be made of metal. Metal has the advantage of being solid and resistant in the event of significant pressure on the stopper B. The bit may also be made of plastic. In this case, it may be light and produced economically.
[0103] The handle 21 can be rotated around the axis T of the rod 22. This allows the user to have a solid support point to enable the drill bit 8 to be pushed into the stopper B of the bottle.
[0104] The handle 21 may comprise a bottle opener. In this case, the corkscrew 2,2' can open beer bottles for example, in addition to wine bottles.
[0105] Each lever 9 may comprise a pinion at its proximal end relative to the rod 22. The rod 22 may be a rack rod. The rack makes it possible to transmit the force applied to the levers 9 to the wick 8. Thus, the rod 22 and the lever 9 can be connected by a rack and pinion assembly.
[0106] The levers 9 can be connected to each other by a rack 22.
[0107] The levers 9 can be configured to apply a force to the wick 8 in order to that the drill bit 8 is inserted into the stopper B. This creates a significant leverage effect, which makes it easier to remove the stopper B from the bottle.
[0108] Each lever 9 may be partly coated with a non-slip material 9' as can be seen in [Fig.7], for example rubber or silicone. The non-slip material allows the user's hand to grip the lever 9 better, which makes it possible to hold the lever 9 more firmly.
[0109] The pivoting of the levers 9 can pull the stopper B along the axis T of the rod 22 towards the outside of the bottle to extract the stopper B from the bottle so that, during its extraction, the stopper B can come into contact with the activation means 4 or can be detected by the activation means 4.
[0110] For example, if the activation means 4 comprises or is a push button, then the cap B exerts pressure on the push button, activating the interface means 3 to emit the signal.
[0111] Alternatively or in combination, if the activation means 4 comprises or is a sensor, then the passage of the cap B at the sensor is detected by said sensor, activating the interface means 3 to emit the signal.
[0112] The corkscrew 2, 2' of figures 1 to 7 may comprise a recorder 6 as described previously and which may be used to record a signal, for example the voice of a user. This same signal may then be emitted by the interface means 3 upon detection of the cork B by the activation means 4.
[0113] According to a particular example of embodiment of the corkscrew 2, 2', the operation is as follows.
[0114] Firstly, the user can press the control element 7 in order to activate the recorder 6. The user can then record a voice message which will be stored in the memory of the central processing unit.
[0115] Then the user, wishing to open a bottle, for example of wine, closed by a stopper B, places the body 20 of the corkscrew 2, 2' on the neck of the bottle to be opened so that the body 20 rests on the neck of the bottle.
[0116] The user then turns the rod 21 around the axis T of the rod 21 to push the wick 8 into the cork B. The user then presses the levers 9 to extract the cork B from the bottle. The cork B will then be extracted along the axis T of the rod 22 and in the direction of the corkscrew 2, 2' in an upward movement.
[0117] During its ascent, the stopper B can be detected by the activation means 4, for example the stopper B can press the push button which activates the means interface means 3 and the same voice message which was recorded by the recorder 6 is output by the interface means 3.
[0118] In this way, the user can record a voice message that will be heard by another user when the latter removes the cork from a bottle of wine. This makes it possible, for example, to record prevention messages for people suffering from an addiction to alcoholic beverages or to record fun messages for festive purposes.
[0119] In Figures 1 to 7, the example of a double-lever corkscrew 2, 2', called "De Gaulle" is given. However, other types of corkscrew can also be used with the device 1 or even integrate all or part of the components of the device 1 during their manufacture. For example, a single-lever corkscrew has the same operation as the corkscrew 2, 2' but uses a single lever to remove the cork B instead of two levers. Similarly, an electric corkscrew can integrate the components described above. In this case, a motor can be integrated into the housing of the electric corkscrew and powered by an electrical energy source, for example by one or more batteries. The motor turns the wick so that it pushes into the cork. Then, using a lever included in the electric corkscrew, the cork is extracted from the bottle. The cork is then detected by the activation means included in the electric corkscrew housing and the interface means is activated.
[0120] The invention further relates to a kit comprising the device 1 described above and the corkscrew 2 comprising the rod 22 intended to be pushed, at least partially, into the bottle stopper B to extract said stopper B from the bottle. In this kit, the device 1 is configured to be mounted on the corkscrew 2 as can be seen in Figures 1 to 6. This kit may comprise the corkscrew 2 and the device 1 which is not mounted on the corkscrew 2. The user can choose whether or not to mount the device 1 on the corkscrew 2.
[0121] The kit may further comprise a container for containing the corkscrew 2 and the device 1 configured to be mounted on the corkscrew 2. Thus, the kit may be transported and delivered more easily, for example when marketing the kit. The container may for example be a bag or a sachet, for example made of plastic.
[0122] The invention further relates to a system comprising the device 1 and the corkscrew 2 in which the device 1 is mounted on the corkscrew 2.
[0123] The corkscrew 2 may comprise the rod 22 intended to be pushed, at least partially, into the bottle stopper B to extract said stopper B from the bottle, the device 1 being mounted on the corkscrew 2 so that the interface means 3 emits a signal upon detection of a position or movement of the stopper B by the activation means 4.
