Abstract

The present invention is an elevation system for the construction of timber-framed walls. Said system can also be used for lining a wall for its insulation. It comprises a frame made of uprights (MO) and planks (PL), these planks forming the shelves of the system, said uprights and planks being partially split so as to be able to fit together and thus quickly constitute an elevation. The width of the uprights (MO) exceeds that of the planks (PL) on the side of the elevation facing the interior of the construction, so as to create a technical chimney. Closing plates (PF) are fixed against the end of these planks (PL), so as to close said technical chimney while participating in the bracing of the assembly. The shelves thus formed by the assembly of the frame receive insulating blocks which can in particular be bales of straw. Figure of the abstract: [Fig. 4]

Description

Title of the invention: Shelf lifting system

[0001] The present invention is a shelf elevation system for the construction of timber frame walls.

[0002] Said system can also be used for lining a wall for its insulation.

[0003] In the field of the wood industry, the predominant technological system is that of the wood-framed house or “American house.”

[0004] The original construction method consists of assembling a frame made up of uprights on site, then connecting the uprights using bracing panels. This method remains slow, sometimes imprecise and subject to bad weather.

[0005] Gradually, we have therefore moved towards the production in the workshop of entire sections of walls which are then assembled on site. This requires transport and there is a risk of weakening the whole thing.

[0006] Furthermore, in recent years, there has been a craze for construction using straw bales as insulation. This technology has the disadvantage that once in place, the straw bales are quite inaccessible in the event of deterioration.

[0007] Finally, we are also seeing a development in exterior insulation of homes. This technology often depends on the nature and quality of the support to be insulated.

[0008] The system according to the invention makes it possible to overcome these drawbacks.

[0009] According to a major characteristic of the invention, it comprises a frame (OS) made of uprights (MO) and boards (PL), these boards forming the shelves of the system, said uprights and boards having notches (EN) so as to be able to fit together and thus quickly constitute an elevation.

[0010] According to another characteristic of the invention, said uprights receive pins (PI) dedicated to supporting the boards at the level of their notches.

[0011] According to another characteristic of the invention, the ends of said boards have at least one rail / mortise (RA) hollowed out in their edge for some, at least one protrusion / tenon (EX) protruding from their edge for others, and these in such a way as to be able to secure them to each other and in particular prevent them from bending.

[0012] According to another characteristic of the invention, the width of the uprights (MO) exceeds that of the boards (PL) on the side of the elevation facing the interior of the construction, so as to thus create a technical chimney.

[0013] According to another characteristic of the invention, closing plates (PF) are fixed against the end of said boards (PL), so as to close said technical chimney while participating in the bracing of the assembly.

[0014] According to another characteristic of the invention, a vapor barrier (PV) is applied to said closing plates

[0015] According to another characteristic of the invention, the shelves thus formed by the assembly of the frame receive insulating blocks (BI) which can in particular be bales of straw.

[0016] According to another characteristic of the invention, the uprights (MO) of the frame (OS) receive, on the side of the elevation facing the interior of the construction, a covering (RE) of the plasterboard type or a frame dedicated to the fixing of said covering.

[0017] According to another characteristic of the invention, the ends of the uprights (MO) of the frame receive, and on the side of the elevation facing outwards, an external cladding (BA)

[0018] According to another characteristic of the invention, the ends of the uprights (MO) of the frame support, on the side of the elevation facing outwards, a grid which will cover the insulating blocks (BI) and facilitate the application of a facade coating.

[0019] The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention.

[0020] [Fig.l] represents an amount seen from the side. It shows notches (EN) and pins (PI) dedicated to supporting the boards at the level of their own notches.

[0021] [Fig.2] shows a board seen from above. Notches can be seen (EN) and a protrusion / stud (EX) on one of the edges.

[0022] [Fig.3] shows a board seen from the side. Notches (EN) can be seen there, a protrusion / tenon (EX) on one of the edges and a rail / mortise (RA) on the other edge.

[0023] [Fig.4] is a vertical section of the system between two uprights and before the installation of the insulating blocks.

[0024] We can see the amount (MO) at the bottom, with the notches (EN), boards (PL) cut in the drawing, pins (PI) dedicated to supporting said boards, the closing plate (PF) also cut in the drawing, a covering (RE) of the plasterboard type also cut in the drawing, and an exterior cladding (BA)

[0025] [Fig.5] is a representation of the system seen from the front after external cladding. We can see uprights (MO), boards (PL) forming shelves, and three insulating blocks (BI) in place

[0026] It is quite obvious that the example of embodiment given by these drawings is only a particular illustration and in no way limiting with respect to the fields of application of the invention.

[0027] This is dedicated to the industrial production of elements, both for construction and for enabling external insulation.
