Description

Title of Invention: Computer-implemented medical data management system

[0001] The invention relates to the field of medical data management systems for multiple users.

[0002] For example, in the event of a traffic accident, a person may be unconscious and require a blood test to be saved. Unfortunately, if no information about their blood type, health status, allergies, etc. is available, and if no relatives can be contacted, caring for such a person becomes very complicated.

[0003] An objective of the present invention is to propose a system allowing easy access to health information of a user, and health documents of this user, in particular for first aid in the event of an accident or illness.

[0004] Another objective is to provide an easy means of implementing such a system.

[0005] To achieve these objectives, the invention proposes a medical data management system, comprising: - at least one input module for entering user identification information and user medical information; - at least one loading module for loading documents containing user medical data; - at least one module for generating user identification QR codes; - a means of generating a user-specific interface for displaying user identification information, user medical information and documents, upon reading a QR code corresponding to the user; - at least one central server including user identification information, user medical information, documents, interfaces and corresponding QR codes.

[0006] Advantageously, the use of a QR code allows access to the user's health information, and facilitates rapid care by emergency services or medical services.

[0007] Furthermore, the input modules and the loading modules make it easier to implement the system by providing several document input and loading points.

[0008] According to a variant, at least one input module is remotely located from said server. central and is accessible to said central server via the Internet.

[0009] This makes it easier to implement the system remotely, via remote operators or users each entering their own information.

[0010] According to a variant, at least one loading module is remotely located from said central server and is accessible to said central server via the Internet.

[0011] This makes it easier to implement the system remotely, via remote operators or users each uploading their own documents.

[0012] According to a variant, at least one QR code generation module is remotely located from said central server and is accessible to said central server via the Internet.

[0013] This allows for remote code generation from the server.

[0014] According to a variant, the specific user interface is accessible remotely from said central server via the Internet.

[0015] This allows a third party, such as an emergency service or a hospital service, to have remote access to information and documents.

[0016] The invention further relates to a use of a medical data management system according to the invention, in which the user enters said information into said input module.

[0017] According to a variant, the user loads said documents into said loading module.

[0018] The invention further relates to a method for managing medical data, comprising the following steps: - a step of entering user identification information and user medical information; - a step of loading documents containing user medical data; - a step of generating user identification QR codes; - a step of generating a user-specific interface for displaying user identification information, user medical information and documents, upon reading a QR code corresponding to the user; - a central storage step for storing user identification information, user medical information and corresponding documents, interfaces and QR codes, in at least one central server.

[0019] According to a variant, the input step is carried out remotely from said central server via the Internet.

[0020] According to a variant, the loading step is carried out remotely from said central server via the Internet.

[0021] According to a variant, the step of generating QR codes is carried out remotely from said central server via the Internet.

[0022] According to a variant, the method comprises a step of accessing the specific user interface remotely via the Internet.

[0023] Another object of the invention relates to a computer program comprising program code instructions for executing the steps of the medical data management method according to the invention, when said program operates on one or more computers.

[0024] The invention will now be described on the basis of the appended figures in which: - [Fig.l] illustrates the system according to a preferred variant of the invention; and - [Fig.2] represents a means of accessing a user's information and documents from the QR code.

[0025] The medical data management system of the invention comprises an input module MS for inputting user identification information and user medical information. This medical information may be intended for firefighters, police officers, ambulance workers, emergency services, etc., for the care of the user. The input module MS may be integrated into a platform accessible remotely via the Internet by means of a PC computer or a mobile device M such as a telephone. Thus, an input operator or the user of the system may input this information.

[0026] The identification information is for example identity document information such as name, first name, date of birth, address, emergency call number, etc. The medical information is for example blood type, current treatments, allergies, medical contraindications, etc.

[0027] The management system further comprises a loading module MC for loading documents containing user medical data.

[0028] The MC loading module can be integrated into one or said platform accessible remotely via the Internet through or a mobile device such as a telephone. Thus, a data entry operator or the user of the system can load these documents.

[0029] The documents are, for example, health insurance documents, mutual insurance, vital card, organ donor card, etc.

[0030] The management system further comprises a module MQ for generating user identification QR codes Q. Each identified user corresponds to a unique QR code, making it possible to identify them and find their information and documents. This is a computer-implemented module.

[0031] The management system further comprises a means for generating MI a user-specific interface I for displaying user identification information, user medical information and documents, upon reading a QR code Q corresponding to the user. This is a module implemented by or diner. In particular, when reading the QR code Q, the person reading can have direct access to an interface of the platform giving access to information and documents, or part of them. This is illustrated by [Fig.2].

[0032] Access to the platform interface is done remotely via the Internet. Information can be secured using specific codes or identifiers for emergency services or hospital services.

[0033] The management system further comprises a central server S comprising user identification information, user medical information, documents, interfaces and corresponding QR codes Q.

[0034] In use, the QR code can be affixed to the user's vehicle, for example on a windshield; on a card in a wallet; on a mobile phone of the user. In the event of an accident, the information is easily found.

[0035] The invention further relates to a method for implementing the elements of a management system as described above, as well as a corresponding program.

[0036] The program can be loaded into the memory of a server S and / or a mobile or PC computer for implementing the invention.
