Title of the invention: Interactive comfort system
[0001] The present invention relates to an interactive comfort system, in particular intended to be installed inside a vehicle passenger compartment. The vehicle may be of the land, sea or air type.
[0002] Heating panels are known which comprise a plurality of electrodes configured to deliver heat by Joule effect by supplying electric current to a conductive coating. For example, reference may be made to document US2016059669.
[0003] In particular, there is a need to further integrate several functions, particularly in an on-board system on board a vehicle.
[0004] In particular, there is a need to simplify a passenger's interactions with the interactive comfort system.
[0005] The invention relates to an interactive comfort system, in particular intended to be installed inside a passenger compartment of a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, the system comprising: - a heating structure arranged to heat the heating zone, - a haptic feedback unit arranged to trigger haptic feedback in a haptic area, - a sensor arranged to detect the presence of a part of a passenger, for example an arm, an elbow, a hand or a finger of the passenger in contact with a detection zone of the interactive comfort system, - the detection zone being included in the haptic zone of the interactive comfort system.

Claims
1. Interactive comfort system (1), in particular intended to be installed inside a passenger compartment of a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle, the system comprising: - a heating structure (2) arranged to heat a heating zone (3), - a haptic feedback unit (4) arranged to trigger haptic feedback in a haptic zone (5), - a sensor (6) arranged to detect a presence of a part of a passenger, for example an arm, an elbow, a hand or a finger of the passenger in contact with a detection zone (7) of the interactive comfort system (1), - the detection zone (7) being included in the haptic zone (5) of the interactive comfort system (1).
2. Interactive comfort system (1) according to claim 1, comprising a decorative layer (8) visible from inside the passenger compartment, this decorative layer being for example a covering of the passenger compartment, such as for example a fabric, a leather or an aesthetic covering.
3. Interactive comfort system (1) according to claim 2, wherein the surface of the decorative layer (8) comprises an interaction support (11) allowing the passenger to interact with the interactive comfort system and forming an interaction zone (12) included in the detection zone (7).

Interactive comfort system (1) according to claim 3, wherein the interaction support (11) is arranged to be touched by the passenger in order to interact with the interactive comfort system (1) via the sensor (6), in particular to allow tactile control of the interactive comfort system (1) by the passenger.
5. Interactive comfort system (1) according to one of the preceding claims, in which the interaction zone (12) is divided into a series of detection sub-zones (13), this division into detection sub-zones making it possible to detect the position of the user's contact inside the detection zone (7).
6. Interactive comfort system (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the haptic feedback is a vibration of at least one part of the interactive comfort system in contact with a part of a passenger.
7. Interactive comfort system (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the haptic feedback is arranged to transmit to the passenger information on a state of the vehicle, in particular on a state of the interactive comfort system (1).

Interactive comfort system (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the haptic feedback unit is arranged to trigger haptic feedback upon detection of a part of a passenger in contact with the detection zone (7), in order to signal to the passenger that this contact has been detected by the interactive comfort system (1).
9. Interactive comfort system (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the haptic feedback unit (4) comprises a motor comprising an unbalance.
10. Interactive comfort system (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the sensor is a capacitive sensor.
11. Interactive comfort system (1) according to claim 2, and potentially one of claims 3 to 10, wherein the sensor (6), the heating structure (2) and the decorative layer (8) form a stack in which the sensor (6) is arranged between the heating structure (2) and the decorative layer (8).
12. Interactive comfort system (1) according to claim 2, and potentially one of claims 3 to 11, wherein the haptic feedback unit (4) is fixed on the heating structure (2), on the face of the heating structure (2) opposite the decorative layer (8), opposite the haptic zone (5).
13. Interactive comfort system (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the interactive comfort system (1) comprises a luminous structure (9), in particular a luminous layer, arranged to emit a luminous signal visible in the passenger compartment of the vehicle.
14. Interactive comfort system (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the interactive comfort system (1) comprises a control unit arranged to control the heating structure (2), the haptic feedback unit (4) and optionally a light structure (9).
15. Assembly (200) comprising: - a passenger compartment component (30) of a motor vehicle comprising at least one fixing zone, - an interactive comfort system (1) according to one of claims 1 to 14, fixed to the passenger compartment component of the motor vehicle at fixing zones (31).

An assembly (200) according to claim 15, wherein the passenger compartment component (30) comprises fixing studs (32) placed at the fixing zones (31), and the interactive comfort system (1) comprises fixing holes (33) arranged to be placed on the fixing studs (32) of the passenger compartment component (30) so as to secure the interactive comfort system (1) and the passenger compartment component (30).
17. An assembly according to one of claims 15 to 16, wherein the interactive comfort system (1) is attached to the passenger compartment component (30) via anti-vibration joints (34).

Control method (300) of an interactive comfort system (1) according to one of claims 1 to 14, comprising: - a step of activating the heating structure (301), - a step of controlling the heating structure (302), arranged to place the heating zone at a target temperature, - a step of detecting contact by the user of the interactive comfort system (303), - a step of triggering haptic feedback by a haptic feedback unit (304), and possibly light feedback, when contact is detected, - a step of stopping the heating structure when contact is detected (305), - in particular a step of detecting the stopping of contact by the user of the interactive comfort system (306).
