Description

Title of the invention: METHOD FOR WARNING OF THE OPEN STATE OF A RELOADING HATCH ELECTRIC OF AN ELECTRIC OR HYBRID MOTOR VEHICLE

[0001] The invention relates to electric and hybrid motor vehicles, and more particularly to the hatches providing access to the electrical energy recharging sockets of these vehicles.

[0002] Known from the prior art is a patent application FR3129880 which describes a system for a motor vehicle comprising a hatch. The hatch allows recharging with electrical energy, provides access to a fuel tank or provides simultaneous access to an electrical energy recharging socket or access to a fuel tank. In addition, the vehicle comprises a side mirror located on the lateral side of the vehicle on which said hatch is located. The system comprises a display device capable of displaying a pictogram on said side mirror. The pictogram is associated with the hatch. The system also comprises a detection device capable of detecting the presence of the vehicle in a predefined zone. In addition, the system comprises a computer configured to control the display of said pictogram by said display device when the detection device detects the presence of the motor vehicle in the predefined zone. The predefined area is, for example, an electric charging station or a service station for supplying fuel to the vehicle. Thus, when a user of the vehicle is located in an area in which it is potentially necessary to open said hatch, the user is able to determine which side of the vehicle the hatch is on. Thus, it is not necessary for the user to get out of the vehicle to check which side the hatch is on before refueling or supplying electrical energy. The computer is able to detect the opening of the hatch. In addition, the computer is configured to interrupt the display of the pictogram by said display device when the hatch is open. However, a disadvantage remains. Outside the predefined area, the pictogram is not displayed. Thus, the user is not able to know whether the hatch is open.

[0003] The objective of the present invention is to remedy these drawbacks and in particular to prevent the hatch from remaining open outside the time when the vehicle is being refilled with electrical energy or fuel.

[0004] To achieve this objective, the invention proposes a method for warning of the open state of an electric charging hatch of an electric motor vehicle or hybrid, said hatch being capable of having an open state or a closed state, said vehicle comprising a detection means, at least one windshield wiper and a controller capable of communicating with said detection means and said at least one windshield wiper, remarkable in that said method comprises the following steps: - a step of detecting the open state of said hatch by said detection means; - a step of communicating the open state of the hatch from said detection means to said controller; - a step of actuating said at least one windshield wiper by said controller to warn a user of the open state of said hatch; - a step of stopping the operation of said at least one windshield wiper by said controller.

[0005] Thanks to the invention, a user of the vehicle is warned of the open state of the hatch, even when it is not visible from inside the vehicle. This prevents damage to the hatch and the socket.

[0006] Advantageously, during said stopping step, the stopping of the operation of said at least one windshield wiper occurs after a predetermined duration.

[0007] This prevents prolonged operation of the windscreen wiper which could damage it, particularly in dry weather.

[0008] Advantageously, said predetermined duration is between 1 second and 10 seconds.

[0009] Preferably, said predetermined duration is 5 seconds.

[0010] Thus, the windshield wiper operates only for a period of time adequate to warn the user, without this risking damaging said at least one windshield wiper.

[0011] Advantageously, during said stopping step, the stopping of the operation of said at least one windshield wiper is generated by a detection of the closed state of said hatch by said detection means and a communication of the closed state of said hatch from said detection means to said controller.

[0012] This forces the user to get out of the vehicle to close the hatch before driving.

[0013] Furthermore, the invention relates to an electric or hybrid motor vehicle configured to implement the method of warning of the open state of an electric charging hatch.

[0014] The invention also relates to a computer program comprising instructions which, when the program is executed by a computer, cause the latter to implement the steps of the method for warning of the open state of an electric charging hatch of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle described above.

[0015] The invention will be further detailed by the description of an embodiment not limiting, and on the basis of the appended figure illustrating the invention, in which [Fig.l] schematically illustrates, in the form of a flowchart, a method for warning of the open state of a hatch of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention.

[0016] [Fig.l] is schematically illustrated in the form of a flowchart, a method for warning of the open state of an electrical charging hatch of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle. The vehicle comprises a hatch providing access to a socket for recharging said vehicle with electrical energy. The hatch is capable of having an open state or a closed state. The open state is characterized by accessibility to the electrical charging socket. The closed state is characterized by inaccessibility to the electrical charging socket. When the vehicle must be recharged with electrical energy, it is necessary to open the hatch, thereby changing it from the closed state to the open state. When the recharging with electrical energy is complete, it is necessary to close the hatch, thereby changing it from the open state to the closed state.Indeed, if the hatch is in an open state when the vehicle is not being charged, there is a risk of damage to the electric charging socket. The damage can occur following an impact, intentionally or not, towards the electric charging socket. The damage can also be caused by bad weather. For example, water infiltration into the charging socket, due to rain for example, is likely to cause a short circuit or even a fire. The hatch therefore has the role of preventing damage to the electric charging socket by covering it. The hatch is able to switch from the open state to the closed state, or vice versa, by pivoting vertically or horizontally for example. In addition, the vehicle has at least one windshield wiper. The windshield wiper is a support, usually metallic, equipped with a flexible blade which wipes the windshield or the rear window of the motor vehicle. The hatch is not always visible to a user of the vehicle from inside said vehicle. It is therefore necessary to implement a method for warning of the open state of the hatch so that the user can close the hatch before driving the vehicle. During a detection step E1, said detection means detects that the hatch is in an open state. During a communication step, the detection means transmits the information that said hatch is in an open state to said controller. During an actuation step, said controller commands said at least one windshield wiper to operate. Thus, since the windshield wiper is visible from inside the vehicle, the user is warned that the hatch is open. During a stopping step, said at least one windshield wiper stops operating.Preferably, during said stopping step E4, the stopping of the operation of said windshield wiper occurs without user intervention after a predetermined duration. Advantageously, the predetermined duration is included. between 1 second and 10 seconds. Preferably, the predetermined duration is 5 seconds. The predetermined duration is thus sufficient to alert said user without obstructing his vision and without damaging said at least one windshield wiper due to friction, in particular dry friction, of said at least one windshield wiper on the windshield or the rear window. In a second embodiment, during said stopping step E4, the stopping of the operation of said at least one windshield wiper is caused by detection of the closed state of the hatch following the closing of said hatch by the user. Indeed, when, following the warning, said user closes the hatch, then the closed state of the hatch is detected by said detection means. The information concerning the closed state of the hatch is then communicated from said detection means to said controller and the controller commands the stopping of the operation of said at least one windshield wiper. The invention relates to a vehicle configured to implement said method previously described. Furthermore, the invention relates to a computer program comprising instructions which, when the program is executed by a computer, cause the latter to implement the steps of the method previously described.
