Description

Title of the invention: Portable table technical field

[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of furniture, more specifically a portable table whose legs can be removed from the tabletop. Prior art

[0002] In daily life, tables and chairs have become essential elements in people's lives. Modern tables are large, relatively difficult to transport, and impractical for outdoor activities. Currently, a number of portable tables have appeared on the market. There are mainly three types: one is a folding table, whose folding method reduces the table's footprint, but after folding, the table still has drawbacks such as its weight and complex structure; another type involves folding the table legs and gathering them at the bottom of the tabletop to achieve portability;Another type allows for a removable connection between the legs and the tabletop. To achieve portability, mounting holes are usually provided in the bottom of the tabletop; one end of the legs is inserted directly into these holes. When it is necessary to transport or store the table, the legs can be removed directly from the mounting holes. Although very portable, the leg assembly is not strong. Due to repeated insertion and removal of the tabletop under long-term load, the legs would become increasingly loose in the mounting holes, making the table very unstable.

[0030] Second seat bodies 9 are provided on the lower part of said tabletop 1, that is to say, the number of said table legs 2 is the same as the number of said first seat bodies 3 and the number of said second seat bodies 9, and they are provided one for one in a corresponding manner, and said second seat bodies 9 may be fixed to the lower part of said tabletop 1 by fixing pieces, or said second seat bodies 9 may be designed integrally with said tabletop 1, and said first seat bodies 3 and said second seat bodies 9 are connected to each other by connecting mechanisms, so as to make a removable connection between said first seat bodies 3 and said second seat bodies 9, that is to say, to make a removable connection between said table legs 2 with said first seat bodies 3 and said tabletop 1, in particular, said connection mechanisms include grooves, of the hooking 10 and of the hooking blocks 11, said hooking grooves 10 are placed on said first seat bodies 3 or second seat bodies 9, said hooking blocks 11 are placed correspondingly on said second seat bodies 9 or said first seat bodies 3, and the inner walls of said hooking grooves 10 and the outer walls of said hooking blocks 11 are provided to cooperate in a concave-convex manner, that is to say there are two types of cooperation. Firstly, as shown in [Fig. 7], the inner wall of said hook groove 10 is provided with a convex part 21 in one piece along its length, and the outer wall of said hook block 11 is provided with a concave part 22 in one piece along its length, and said convex part 21 is embedded in said concave part 22; secondly, as shown in [Fig. 7].8], said inner wall of said hook groove 10 is provided with a concave portion 22 in one piece along its length, and the outer wall of said capture block 11 is provided with a convex portion 21 in one piece along its length, and said convex portion 21 is embedded in said concave portion 22. .

[0031] According to the two situations mentioned above, it is possible to achieve a mutual assembly of said hooking blocks 11 and said hooking grooves 10, said hooking grooves 10 are provided with openings 101 at both ends, this facilitates the sliding cooperation of said hooking blocks 11 from one end of said hooking grooves 10. It should be noted that said hooking grooves 10 and said hooking blocks 11 have a certain length, so as to make said hooking grooves 10 and said hooking blocks 11 more stable after mutual assembly. The said locking mechanisms are located at one end of the said hooking grooves 10, and in the present embodiment, the said locking mechanisms are located at the end of the said hooking grooves 10 towards the center of the said tabletop 1, that is to say the end of the said hooking grooves 10 facing inwards, so that after the mutual assembly of the said first seat bodies 3 and the said second seat bodies 9 by the said connecting mechanisms, the locking structure is capable of forming a lock at one end of the said connecting mechanisms between the said first seat bodies 3 and the lower part of the said tabletop 1.

[0032] Generally, said hooking blocks 11 are located on said first seat bodies 3 and said hooking grooves 10 are located on said second seat bodies 9, so that after dismantling said table legs 2, the lower part of said table top 1 can form a flat surface, which is convenient for placing said table top 1 separately.

[0033] In the present preferred embodiment, said connecting mechanisms are dovetail tenon groove guide structures, said hook grooves 10 are dovetail tenons, said hook blocks 11 are dovetail tenons, and the two cooperate with each other to form a stable sliding connection relationship, as shown in [Fig.9], said dovetail tenon is provided with a concave portion 22, and said dovetail tenon is provided with a convex portion 21.

[0034] In addition to the embodiment in which the connection between said table legs 2 and said table top 1 is removable described above, said table top 1 and said table legs 2 can also be hung, i.e. a rotating hook connection is formed between one end of said first seat bodies 3 and said second seat bodies 9 or the lower part of said table top 1, and the other end of said first seat bodies 3 is rotated until it is applied to said second seat bodies 9 for hooking or snapping;said table top 1 and said table top 1 can also be rotationally connected, i.e., one end of said first seat body 3 is connected to said second seat body 9 by means of a hinge or a hinge-type rotating structure, and the other end of said first seat body 3 is rotated until it is fixed to said second seat body 9 and fixedly connected by means of the fixing parts; consequently, the connection between said first seat bodies 3 and said second seat bodies 9 is not limited to the removable connection described above, and any removable connection between said first seat bodies 3 and said second seat bodies 9 is included within the scope of the present invention.

[0035] Said locking mechanism comprises a first locking part 4, a tilting part 5, a connecting part 6 and a second locking part 7. Said first locking part 4 is connected to said first seat body 3, one end of said first locking part 4 is fixedly connected to said first seat body 3 by fixing parts, and the other end of said first locking part 4 serves as the locking part; in the present embodiment, said table top 1 is provided with a third seat body 13 at its lower part for mounting said tilting part 5, so that said tilting part 5 is at the same height and in a straight line with said first locking part 4, one end of said tilting part 5 is connected to said third seat body 13 in a rotatable manner, said connecting part 6 is provided at the other end.In this embodiment, a base 20 is provided between said tilting part 5 and said third seat body 13, said base 20 is fixedly connected to said third seat body. 13 by means of fixing parts, one end of said base 20 is connected in an articulated manner to said tilting part 5 by means of an axle body, so that said tilting part 5 can be rotated back and forth around said base 20; said connecting part 6 comprises a first part 61 and a second part 62, said first part 61 comprises two first rod bodies 611 arranged lengthwise with said first seat body 3 or said second seat body 9, said two first rod bodies 611 are opposite each other and spaced apart, and the ends of said two first rod bodies 611 are connected to said tilting part 5, said second part 62 comprises two second rod bodies 621 arranged lengthwise with said first seat body 3 or said second seat body 9, said two second rod bodies 621 are opposite each other and spaced apart, and the ends of said first two rod bodies 611 and the ends of said second seat bodies 621 are parallel to each other and overlap to form an overlapping portion, said overlapping portion is provided with a spring 8 on its exterior, a limiting portion 63 which forms a limitation for said spring 8 is formed at opposite ends of said first rod bodies 611 and said second rod bodies 621, so that an elastic connection is formed between said first portion 61 and said second portion 62, said second locking portion 7 is provided between said two second rod bodies 621. In the present embodiment, said locking portion of said first locking portion 4 forms a hook end, while said docking portion of said second locking portion 7 is a crossbar end,and the two ends of the crossbar-shaped structure are connected between said two second rod bodies 621, said crossbar-shaped end forms a hook connection with the hook end to achieve locking.

[0036] When said tilting part 5 is tilted towards said first seat body 3, said second part 62 and said first part 61 are both tilted with said tilting part 5, and said second locking part 7 on said second part 62 is tilted towards said first locking part 4, and said second locking part 7 is then at the same level as said first locking part 4 but at a certain distance, then said tilting part 5 is tilted towards said third seat body 13, that is to say in the opposite direction to said first locking part 4, said second part 62 and said first part 61 are driven by said tilting part 5 to move towards said third seat body 13, and said second locking part 7 moves with them, and said second locking part 7 moves to form a hook connection with said first locking part 4, and at that moment, said tilting part 5 continues to move towards said third seat body 13, and because said second part 62 is elastically connected to said first part 61, causing said second part 62 and said first part 61 to extend elastically, said second locking part 7 is under elastic tension, so that said second locking part 7 and said first locking part 4 form a stable lock under elastic force, and when it is necessary to unlock, it is sufficient to tilt said tilting part 5 towards said first seat body 3, and said tilting part 5 causes said second part 62 and said first part 61 to move towards said first seat body 3 until said second part 62 moves to the point where said second locking part 7 loses elastic force, and at that moment said second locking part 7 can be easily separated from said first locking part 4 to achieve unlocking. The advantage of the elastic connection is that not only can said first locking part 4 and said second locking part 7 be in a stable locking connection under the action of the elastic tensile force, but it is also possible to ensure that an elastic connection is formed between said first seat bodies 3 and said third seat bodies 13 or between said tabletop 1, thus, when said table legs 2 and said first seat bodies 3 move relative to said second seat bodies 9, the elastic tensile force will always be between said first seat bodies 3 and said third seat bodies 13 to maintain traction, that is to say, when said table legs 2, during a long period of use, move or are misaligned with respect to said tabletop 1, the arrangement of said elastic connection allows said table legs 2 to always form a stable fixing relationship with said tabletop 1, and said table legs 2 are always pulled by the elastic tension, so that said table legs 2 cannot move indefinitely until they separate from said tabletop 1.

[0037] It should be noted that, when said tilting part 5 is tilted into the locked state, the articulation points of said first part 61 and of said tilting part 5 and the locking points of said two locking parts are on the same horizontal straight line or the articulation points are in a lower position relative to the locking points, and at the same time, said tilting part 5 forms with said base 20 a certain ratcheting structure, so that said tilting part 5 will not be tilted by elastic tension pulled in the opposite direction in an accidental situation when said tilting part 5 is in the locked state, which leads to a loose locking between said second locking part 7 and said first Locking part 4, when said tilting part 5 can be stably tilted to form a snap with said base 20, it is possible to avoid the aforementioned accidental situation. When it is necessary to unlock, simply tilt said tilting part 5 by manually applying slight force to said tilting part 5 to release the snap between said tilting part 5 and said base 20.The snap-fit structure may be, for example, a crossbar provided on the inner wall of said tilting part 5, said crossbar having a recessed area in the central position, said base 20 having a projection in the corresponding position, when said tilting part 5 is rotated so that said projection is snapped into the recessed area, said tilting part 5 and said base 20 form a snap-fit, of course, this is only one snap-fit structure design, the present invention is not limited to the snap-fit structure above, any snap-fit structure which allows said tilting part 5 and said base 20 to be unlocked by an external force falls within the scope of the present invention.

[0038] A reinforcing support portion 12 is provided between said table leg 2 and said first seat body 3. In the present embodiment, said reinforcing support portion 12 is in the form of a bar or a tubular structure. One end of said reinforcing support portion 12 is connected to said table leg 2 or is integral with said table leg 2. The point of connection between said table leg 2 and said reinforcing support portion 12 is at a certain distance from the point of connection between said table leg 2 and said first seat body 3, and the other end is connected to said first seat body 3, which is away from the base of said table leg 2, so that a triangular-shaped structure is formed between said table leg 2, said reinforcing support portion 12, and said first seat body 3. Said third seat body 13 is placed near said reinforcing support portion 12.so that said locking mechanism is placed near said reinforcing support part 12, and finally, the fixing point between said locking mechanism, said reinforcing support part 12 and said first seat body 3, and the fixing point between the base of said table leg 2 and said first seat body 3 are in the same horizontal straight line, which allows said table leg 2 as well as said first seat body 3 to be fixed more stably to the lower part of said tabletop 1.

[0039] In the present embodiment, given that the apexes of said table legs 2 are inclined outwards and that said reinforcing support parts 12 are also inclined, the connection points between said locking mechanisms, said reinforcing support parts 12 and said first bodies The seat bodies 3 are very close together, so that, during the use of said tabletop 1, the locking force of said locking mechanisms is balanced with the outward force exerted by said table legs 2; that is to say, said locking mechanisms are capable of acting elastically on said table legs 2 at all times, preventing said table legs 2 from detaching from the underside of said tabletop 1. It should be noted that, thanks to said springs 8 of said locking mechanisms, regardless of whether there is a relatively minor misalignment between said first seat bodies 3 and said second seat bodies 9, the elastic connection always exerts a tensile force to create a pull on said first seat bodies 3, so that at that moment, said tabletop 1 and said table legs 2 can always be stable.and that no shaking occurs between said tabletop 1 and said table legs 2, and furthermore, springs 8 with a higher coefficient of elasticity can be used, so that the elastic tension is greater, which improves the stability between said table legs 2 and said tabletop 1.

[0040] In the present embodiment, said first seat bodies 3 and said second seat bodies 9 are both elongated plate-shaped structures, dovetail tenons 10 and guide rails 11 are also provided along the length direction of said elongated plate-shaped structure, and the outside diameter of the end of said table legs 2 and said reinforcing support part 12 are both equal to or less than the width of said first seat bodies 3, so that said first seat bodies 3 can still form a stable connection with said second seat bodies 9 under the action of said table legs 2.

[0041] Preferably, the lower end of said table leg 2 is provided with a foot pad 14, a screw hole is opened in the center of the surface of the lower end of said table leg 2, a stud at one end of said foot pad 14 is screwed into said screw hole, and the other end is used as a support end in contact with the ground, and the distance between the support end and the top of said table leg 2 is adjusted by rotating said foot pad 14, thereby making the tabletop 1 height-adjustable, and said support end is provided on the outer periphery with an anti-slip texture 15 which is easy to rotate.

[0042] Preferably, said tabletop 1 is provided with a threading hole 16, a threading box 17 is provided in said threading hole 16, a cover plate 18 is connected by rotation to the opening of said threading box 17, and said cover plate 18 is provided with a grooved structure 19 for the passage of the connection wires of the electronic products.

[0043] In the present embodiment, said table legs 2 are four in number and are respectively located at the four corners of said table top 1. Of course, said table legs 2 may also be three in number and be located in three directions of said table top 1 in a triangular structure, and furthermore, said table legs 2 may be more than four, in which case said table legs 2 are uniformly distributed along the center of the desk 1 in a circular network.

[0044] The present invention is not limited to optimal realizations of the foregoing; any person may design other forms of products inspired by the present invention, but regardless of any modification of its form or structure, any product presenting technical solutions identical or similar to those of the present invention falls within the scope of the present invention.
