Abstract

------ LOCKING / UNLOCKING SYSTEM FOR TWO PARTS INSIDE ONE ANOTHER The parts (P1 and P2), in the nested state, have accessible from the outside of them, a first zone belonging to the part (P1); and a second zone in which the two parts (P1 and P2) overlap, the part (P2) being the one facing outwards.The component (1) is a flexible strip (2) comprising, on the side facing said zones when the strip is applied against them, the following protruding parts: a coupling element (3) for the strip (2) to the part (P1); a rigid cylindrical pin (4) for coupling the strip (2) to the two parts (P1 and P2) in their overlapping portion, by a push-torsion / rotation movement, bringing the pin (4) into a locking stop by at least one radial protrusion on the pin, which is then held in place by the part (P2); and a coupling element (5) for the strip (2) to the two parts (P1 and P2). Claims

The rigid cylindrical coupling pin (4) and the coupling element (5) to the two parts (PI and P2) are arranged along the average longitudinal line of the band (2).

7. - System according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the edge area (B2) of the band (2) located beyond the coupling element (5) of the band (2) to the two parts (PI and P2) is made in the manner of a gripping tab (14), which may have, on its outer side in the mounting position, at least one anti-slip rib (15).

8. - System according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that openings (16), called "ease of access openings" to facilitate traction on the band (2) are formed on the surface, on the outside side of the band (2) in the mounting position.

9. - System according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the band with its coupling elements (3; 5) to the first part (PI) and to the two parts (PI and P2) is made of an elastomeric material, such as elastomers, thermoplastic elastomers and thermoplastic polyurethane and the coupling pin is made of a hard material, such as polycarbonate, polyamide, polyoxymethylene and polypropylene.

10. - System according to claim 9, characterized in that the coupling pin (4) is formed by overmolding, its base having a collar (9) by which it comes to rest against the inner surface of the strip (2), the latter being pinched between the collar (9) and a flat head (10) of the same external dimension coming to rest against the outer surface of the strip (2), holes made (11) in the latter at this location ensuring the passage of material between the collar (9) and the flat head (10) during overmolding. 1 / 6 [Fig. 4] Fig. 4 [Fig. 5] Fig. 5 201 4(6 5 / 6
