Abstract

The invention relates to an electrical harness (201) for the electrical connection of equipment in an aircraft turbomachine. Said electrical harness (201) comprises, from the inside out radially, a strand of electrical cables (203), a dielectric sheath (205), a metallic shielding braid (207), and a heat-shrinkable sleeve (209). The electrical harness (201) also comprises at least one labeling system (211) positioned radially between the metallic shielding braid (207) and the heat-shrinkable sleeve (209). The labeling system (211) comprises a flexible dielectric (213) positioned on the metallic shielding braid (207), a flexible radio tag (215) positioned on the flexible dielectric (213), and means (217) for attaching the labeling system (211) to the metallic shielding braid (207). Claims

(215) being respectively less than the length and width of the flexible dielectric (213).

6. Electric harness (201) according to claim 5, wherein the fastening means (217) are two textile bands, each being positioned at a longitudinal end of the flexible dielectric (213).

Electric harness (201) according to claim 6, wherein each textile fret is positioned at a distance of between 0 and 10 millimeters from a longitudinal end of the flexible dielectric (213) and, preferably, at a distance of between 2 and 4 millimeters from a longitudinal end of the flexible radio tag (215).

8. Electric harness (201) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the flexible dielectric (213) is a textile patch with a thickness between 0.3 and 0.5 millimeters.

9. Electrical harness (201) according to any one of the preceding claims, said electrical harness (201) comprising a plurality of labeling systems (211), preferably five, distributed along the longitudinal extent of said electrical harness (211).

10. A method for manufacturing (401) an electrical harness (201) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the following steps: - positioning (403) the flexible dielectric (213) on the metallic shielding braid (207); - positioning (405) the flexible radio tag (215) on the flexible dielectric (213); - fixing (407), by fixing means (217), the labeling system (211) on the metallic shielding braid (207); - positioning (409) the heat-shrink tubing (209) around the labeling system (211) and the metallic shielding braid (207); and, - the heating (411) of the heat shrink tubing (209) so that said heat shrink tubing (209) encloses the labeling system (211) and the metal shielding braid (207).
