Plug-in terminal integrated power controller
This invention discloses a pluggable terminal integrated power controller, relating to the field of electrical connection and power control technology. It includes a housing with an opening on one side, within which a pluggable terminal mechanism is housed. This pluggable terminal integrated power controller, through a self-locking anti-loosening pluggable mechanism, employs a pluggable terminal structure and a design that adapts the first wedge-shaped block's inclined surface to the male terminal's wedge-shaped groove. When the male terminal's pluggable block is inserted into the female terminal's fixing block's slot, the first wedge-shaped block automatically locks into the wedge-shaped groove under the action of a return spring. This, combined with the male terminal's guide inclined surface and the female terminal's guide groove, forms a dual positioning system, achieving automatic anti-loosening locking without the need for screws. During unlocking, an unlocking drive mechanism moves the first wedge-shaped block in the opposite direction, quickly disengaging it from the wedge-shaped groove, enabling rapid assembly and disassembly of the wires and controller. This solves the problem of cumbersome operation requiring loosening and tightening bolts in existing technologies.
